It took a while to get straightened out, but I got the chair I tried out in the store. I love it and am delighted with the outcome. Kudos to Managers Andrew and Tim. A special shout out to the delivery guys who have been so patient and kind! If I had my wits about me, I would have tipped for excellent service! Sorry guys! See, you don't have to go to the big fancy furniture stores, Big Lots got me exactly what I wanted!

Good deals sometime there's is defective stuff in the product and I had to get a TV stand for my 70-in color TV but overall they sent me the piece that I needed and the TV looks good. Understand

Love the sales love the furniture sales i have bought few couches here over the years and im happy. The cashiers are friendly and helpful when you need something. Great variety of things to buy from furniture to food to outdoor items.seasonal items. The clothing looks cheap made and dont have plus size clothes. They used to have refrigerator items but dont know why they took it out.they do have a small refrigerator case with milk, eggs ,whip cream , sour cream . They have great food section of non perishables and cleaning items but the cat food isle always seems bare like they dont order enough of it but the dog section is always full in 2 isles. Its one of my favorite places to shop a great variety of items. Bathrooms pretty clean and store is always clean and they dont jampack the isles like other stores.only bad thing is there is no electric carts for the disabled to be able to use to shop around.they should invest in one

Great store! They have a variety of items - everything from groceries to seasonal. They also have some beautiful home decor items at very good prices. And I love the location. Ever since Benny's closed, there are no other retail stores in the neighborhood that sell a lot of the same items except for Big Lots.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and we'll maintained. Their items are always very reasonably priced. They have some food items for sale, and their furniture appears to be pretty good quality considering the low price of their merchandise.

Big Lots is a crazy store that I didn't even know, has everything from furniture to frozen food. I literally found something in every category. Plus picked up stuff I would of had to go to a completely different store for. It's like 5 types of stores in one. Plus I also went home and went online and ordered a few things I forgot and got 15% off for purchasing on line and picked them up the next day.

I like going to Big Lots to get good value things at lower prices and stuff to decorate houses Apartments Gardens kids toys and now they have groceries refrigerator parts in the store but the one thing of all is if they put all that groceries in there they should accept food stamps cuz I know a lot of people like to shop there to buy some of the stuff and they fill up their cards once a month and it cost and their employees a very pleasant helpful and for when you buy furniture I think they should have men that deliver it only certain times of the week and they get paid by the hour and they would get more people buying the furniture cuz it is hard for the elderly to be able to buy and then try to get the furniture out and then into their

I enjoyed shopping there today it reminded of the Big Lots stores back home in Columbus Georgia. It's a large store and you can find everything you're looking for in there. I'm glad I remembered where it was located because the main stores like that they do have here in Rhode Island is Job Lot's I will be going there again.

Personally I believe that Big Lots has essentially failed at carving themselves out a niche in terms of big box retail stores. I have found there to be very little in terms of offerings that really differentiate Big Lots from the rest. In fact, what I have found to be the single most compelling reason to claim that the store sets themselves apart from the rest is that they actually tend to charge more for their products when compared to their competitors. If there is any area where Big Lots may prevail when it comes to offering the deepest discounts I would believe that would have to be within their furniture department. With their branding promoting close-out pricing, I believe it would be safe to assume that most shoppers expectations are sadly not only not met, but even more so shoppers are left in disbelief and disappointment after their first trip to the franchise. Personally I would predict that unless there is a significant revamp of their pricing structure that Big Lots will soon fare the same destiny as Kmart, Office Max, etc. Speaking to this specific location it is pretty much empty of shoppers on any given day. The merchandise that is offered is always stocked however and there also tends to be a fair amount of variety. The reason I did give Big Lots 3 stars instead of 1 is because of this location and their staff. I have found that the staff here puts a lot of emphasis on customer service and have always been extremely friendly and welcoming and that at times can make the trip to this franchise all the worth while.
