Always the best place to shop. Great items with even better prices. The staff are always willing to help with a huge smile. You can tell they really do want to help and tKe pride in their work. Parking lot is huge and clean just like the store. What else to say. Hands down make time to shop here you won’t regret it.

Nice and clean. Variety types of gift options. Wide parking space. Good collections for Valentines gift. Makeup collection is also good which my wife likes a lot. Specially excellent collections of variety Hair Care options. Stuffs were good and helpful. Will come again !!

I'm sure none of this could be helped by mgmt due to Covid, supply chain issues and inflation, but the store just wasn't the store I remembered and loved shopping at pre-covid. Prices were up, lines were long, no staff on the floor to help. The checkout clerk was my only employee interaction and they were friendly and pleasant.

This is not my usual kind of store, but I thought that I would look to see if they had any craft supplies that my daughter would like. I didn't find what I wanted because craft supplies aren't their stock in trade. I did see some yard decorations that I may be interested in after we move, but I am definitely not ready for them now. The store is a bit messy and disorganized in certain areas, which is frustrating to me. I've noticed that "Michael's" and "JoAnn Fabric" have the same problem. I much prefer a neat and orderly store because it doesn't cause me anxiety when I'm looking for something. Thank you.

They have everything(and that!) !! I can seriously max out a credit card here with no guilt at all. Last time here I got 2 beach towels on sale for $6 bucks that are still in great shape. If you like candles or decor for a beach house this is the place to go. Also stocked up on hand sanitizer, salsa dip and licorice. Conveniently located off 95 .

Went in to find battery operated candles. None available. It was very busy that we put our items back bc we didn't want to wait 30 minutes to get check out. Only had 3 registers open. Not their fault no one wants to work.

So much to see and great prices! Great ideas for gifts and decorating, and the items they have are reasonably priced too. The signage on sale items is not always clear. I've seen customers not acting very nicely to the cashiers due to this. Lets be be reasonable folks!!! Not the cashiers fault!! Customer service is great under the circumstances. Could open more registers when the lines get long. Still a fun place to shop. Thanks!!

Love the decorations and many cute things to purchase. Prices are reasonable. Very popular but become overwhelming with the amount of customers shopping at one time. Plus it gets warm very quickly inside. Need to move air around. Overall a big fan.

A surprisingly non-chaotic retail experience. I have frequented this location near South Portland a lot over the holidays, and though I was expecting a lot of chaos inside - the interior of the store is well-organized, spacious, and clean. The prices and selection are great, and the staff are usually friendly. However, despite there being several lanes, most of the time there are only a couple of them being manned by employees - which creates bottlenecks during busy times. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want cheap gifts that are surprisingly well-made for the money.

Great store, employees are helpful, unfortunately it seems like everytime I’m there there’s an employee that needs a managers help, and the managers are no where to be found. After ten minutes waiting in line while the line backs up and the cashier repeatedly calling for help with her customer, a manager briefly shows up helps, and then she walks away saying “call me if you need me” while there’s only two registers open and a huge line. First of all, she called twice last time and you only came cause you happened to notice something was up while talking to another employee resetting the store. Store is great, but it can’t function with faulty management...

My mom used to take me into this store when I was younger and I really didn't understand the appeal. There we're cute decorations for the season and what not, but nothing special it seemed. Now, it has become one of my favorite stores! They really have some of the best stuff as far as decorations, but they have some other good deals on everyday items. The last time I went I bought animal crackers and a 16 pack of soap for a really good price! We also got my son a toy truck with his name on it. It has become a favorite. It was slightly inconvenient that the seedlings for potatoes and onions were in between the two doors at the entrance. I was looking through them for a bit and felt like I was blocking the way. And when I had to switch a potato seedling, I had to wait for someone to come in before I could got out and switch it. But overall a very enjoyable experience. My mom still has many things she bought at the Christmas Tree Shop years ago. They do have some really good quality stuff!

I adore this shop. Always some great finds and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It seems whenever I need help someone is right there! The clearance last week was fantastic and I love their selection of curtains and drapes. This has easily become one of my favorite shops now!

You can always find a great deal and picture frames, or Christmas stockings, or anything else you’re looking for for your home! It’s dangerous to go into the store because you may end up spending a lot more than you bargained for. You will always get a good deal, they have the lowest prices on a lot of items. It’s fun to shop in the store and the staff is always helpful

Certainly has it's share of all the Stuff that none of us need, but it's fun to go and see. I appreciate the inexpensive teas and household goods. They have the place as full as can be, and I find that overwhelming sometimes, but it's not quite like any other store. I like the cheap frames and good curtain selection! Fun if you are a shopper.

What a cute store! I am not local (yet) but found myself asking "what the heck is this place?" Was delighted with the fun products I was able to find. A great mix of beachy housewares, health and beauty products, seasonal outdoor decor and toys, and nice souvenirs. I actually found some really nice things to bring back to the kids from the store. Can't wait to be a regular there.

I like this store and it has very good prices. They stock name brand and generic type items. I find I can get some good cooking items at a very good price. I like glass cookware and they have anchor Hocking here. In the winter I go thru alot of windshield washer fluid and after checking on line and local, Christmas tree shop had it cheaper. You need to really look at all the varied items they stock here.

A great place to shop! A wide variety of items available and many on sale too. Abigail on the cash register made my shopping experience happy. She helped me quickly locate a few items I couldnt find. She was very helpful and kind. She went out of her way to assist me and directed me clearly, so I could find everything I needed. Love going to Christmas Tree Shop! Always something different, so I walk up and down all of the aisles. Some prices are well below other places I shop, but sometimes I'm surprised at how high a certain price may be. Still love the place, just need to be aware if you are on a budget like me. Felt they should have had more cash registers available on my last visit, but still walked out happy with my purchases

Been shopping at this store as long as I can recall. The product is always excellent, with a great selection. This past visit I witnessed two groups of two employees arguing with each other, which made them tense and under serving the customers. I had a question about a product but opted to just leave without making a purchase.

Lots to choose from like arts and crafts supplies, beauty supplies, and health/vitamin supplements. I found Quest bars here at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that a store that size was not utilizing the space properly, they could fit more product if it was placed strategically.

One of the more fun shopping experiences this franchise offers a variety of seasonal outdoor lighting, play settings as well as signage related to the season. I also find that they have a variety of inexpensive food items like coffee and a variety of seasoned crackers. Pet supplies is another area where they provide a number of unique items

Always a great selection of holiday needs. I love to shop here for seasonal merchandise, like decorative paper products for entertaining and my gardening needs in Springtime. At my local store I find great Maine souvenir items like maple syrup and seashore-themed decor, unique gourmet foods, cookware, toys and pet items that can't be found commonly in other stores. I love the deals on greeting cards, gift wrap, stationery, spices, health and beauty needs and imported olive oil.

I mean, it's okay. They have very little fake Christmas trees, and no live ones. There is a very minute section dedicated to Christmas decorations, and the rest is like if a furniture store and your average grocery store had a baby. Seek your christmas decorations elseware.

I like the Christmas Tree shop because I can find stuff at cheaper prices. One just has to look past the tacky gifts to find what one is looking for. The Christmas Tree shop is the only place I can find long matches for starting our wood stove for $1 a box. It's also a great place for finding soup mixes at good prices that are surprisingly good.

We go to all the shops stound us and by far the South Portland store is the best of them ..It's a little bit more of a drive but it's the biggest of the stores and the only one that still carries Poppycock which none of the other stores usually have...

Large Christmas Tree Shops with a dedicated health/beauty aid section. Was fairly busy the time I went and with small aisles you end up waiting for people to move. Plenty of parking. One thing to note, carriages are on the outside on the side of the building. Much easier to grab one from the lot on your way in. All CTS's are pretty much the same. This one meets expectations.
