I frequent a lot of dispensaries in my area and this is one that’s actually not too far from where I’m at right now, they always have pretty decent and affordable deals day to day. They have their daily specials along with the monthly as well. You can shop Recreational or Medical. It’s a very open and fun atmosphere, along with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I really enjoy this dispensary and the products they offer! If you haven’t been to this one yet I highly recommend it, you won’t regret it! Take advantage of the first time specials too! 4/5 stars!!!

The guards aren't busy watching cheeseball tik-tok videos, they're greeting you while holding the door with heads on a swivel. Hunter with the call center is awesome! Generally have a wonderful experience everytime I shop this location. Nothing different but was getting frustrated as I could never catch the DM Steve fix my points as I was not receiving any. Decided to call the store in advance to confirm the GM was in but could only speak with customer service. I was fortunate enough to get Hunter with the call center and he went above and beyond to correct my points and keep me as a customer! Even after we disconnected Hunter text me with updates and actually resolved the issue much sooner than I expected it just made my day! Thanks again buddy!

Now that recreational marijuana and THC-infused edibles are back on the menu for AZ, Zen offers a good selection, a clean and professional environment, and will clearly state which products are for their MMC guests. Preordering online is a snap, if you prefer that, but most associates are glad to take the time for customer education. I've never encountered it truly "busy," but a few minutes wait outside, then in their waiting room, wasn't unusual. Their new digs across the street are spacious, brightly lit, and such waits have nearly vanished. All staff seem knowledge, and particularly cheery. Today's transaction with Christian was an improvement on my prior visit, which I won't specify beyond, "I hope his customer service skills are absorbed by the gal to his left." He suggested a vape base to me (the package screamed rainbow capitalism), and I'll have to get something for it, my next time in.

Nice, fast, A+ with the people, but when they have sales or product it don't last. They might only have limited amount and they sell all for the right price. Like Easter sunday: they had "grab bags" and the 1 group (church group) came in and took all. That sucks.... all to them? Should have had it bleed all day so the ones who have to work or find a car should get one B4 they close. I would wait for deals from them, But there are others around who have awsome/better deals all day.

I would have given MUV 4 stars, for the deals and the friendly service with a smile, but there is a problem with staff filling online orders. MUV sends me a text telling me my order is ready for pick-up at least 6 different times only to get there and then sit and wait because my orders have NEVER been ready to date. Walk-ins get served who came in after me, while I wait for my order to be prepare.

The budtender was kind and helpful and she noticed my newly downloaded app was not working prop.so the Mgr and gm came over to help. The store is big and the selection is good. This is one of the 1st places I have been able to find a thc bath soak since I tried some in Colo. I will be back for more if they work! Soaks are not a common item u find in dispensaries but for people trying to relax muscles there great. I WOULD recommend this location. Only neg.would be I didn't receive anything for me being a new patient/cust.(a pre-roll would have been nice). She said nothing I bought qualified so that was disappointing since I looked up reviews on dispensaries and sourced them out spec.to try. Other than that 2 thumbs up.

Honestly depends on when you go. Some days are busier than others. There is one employee that always seems to have a problem with online orders causing a backup on the pickup line and the walk in line ends up moving faster. They usually greet at the door which is nice and offer water when lines are long. Prices are reasonable good deals occasionally.

I knew it was a matter of time before Muv in phoenix Az off cave Creek and larkspur made things right, I posted a bad review about a week or 2 ago( 2nd review ever lol) and was upset but willing to monitor the situation hoping things would turn around and I could be a happy new customer again lol. I also encouraged other folks that were upset to monitor the menu and situation. Looks like they are doing the best they can. At the end of the day you have to give a lot of credit to their employees representing the place. Personally I've always thought the employees were the face of any business, and it definitely proves to be the case here. Awesome customer service!
