We arrived late May, 2022, in Phoenix on a work trip with our two main roof ACs on the blink. One was locking up and needed to be replaced. The second needed a fan motor. I had not been able to find parts any where. Mark in parts was confident he could source the correct AC and fan motor. He did get the right fan motor, but the AC was incorrect. He and AJ, the service tech figured a work around. I had to purchase two new control units and a new thermostat so that everything could communicate, but they got it going. I appreciate the effort to get cool air going in our bus in Phoenix! AJ was terrific! Kelly in service was super great. She worked us into the schedule in 48 hours rather than 6-8 weeks and we appreciate that very much. The replacement and repairs were expensive, but we have cold air.

Looked great when I picked it up but 200 miles down the road , the front cap began to come apart again. Looks like they didn’t do half the job they charged me for. Taking it back in hopes they can do it right this time. Very disappointed. I took the trailer back on a Monday and they made the repairs by Wednesday Looks awesome and now it should last for many years. Thanks again for making it right.

Awesome experience. we had an issue with the inverter and asked if it was possible to have it fixed within the day . My wife and I are full time RVers and we would have made other arrangements if my coach had to spend the night. Absolutely blown away by the service department!!! And parts department!!!! Cliff took the time to diagnose my toy haulers furnace issue. The DEALER, and TWO other mobile companies claimed nothing was wrong with it. Cliff took the time to properly test everything, and discovered it was a manufacturer defect during the build, after extensive testing he corrected it, and didn’t bill me anything for the repair! They contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and the cost was covered!! He figured out what the engineers who designed it couldn’t. I am so thankful for these guys at State Trailer. Kelli, and Greg were also incredible to deal with. Thank you all so, so much!!!!! God bless you all!!!

Excellent work and professional. Had a window pulled and refit and had all other windows resealed. Past wind storm no whistles and less draft. Also had H2O heater door reset due to reconfigure of Dometic/Atwood merge. Looks better than factory!! AJ was awesome in both his workmanship and detailed explanation when deciding to also replace our house batteries. I had referred State Trailer many times to others in our park...and that was before our service stop. Will always refer State! Thanks again State and AJ for getting us ready for Montana!

I took my motorhome to State for an inspection following an electrical fire. Cody in service was slower than I wanted, but he still contacted me as results came in. He never got upset or frustrated with me regardless how many times a day I called him. He was always professional Michael, the service technician, was willing and able to answer all of my questions. Like the man says at the movies, "we'll be back".

I was about to make a costly mistake by buying the wrong unit. I engaged Mark at the parts counter and he advise me I needed a different AC unit. Mark found the correct unit and ordered it to be delivered same day. Sure enough, the unit installed perfectly. Mark really knows his stuff and the staff at the store were very friendly and helpful. I only wish we had a State Trailer in my home state of Alabama. Fantastic store with excellent people.

The highest praise I can give State Trailer would be to say, once you have dealt with them you will never go back to Camping World. At the Phoenix store service department you will meet Kelly,Cody and Scott. All are outstanding. The technician's are so friendly and helpful they are wonderful as are the counter professionals. Went to get a propane tank filled after seeing the sign out front earlier in the week while visiting the store. Rang the bell and noted the please be patient sign. So I waited. Problem was an employee with a tow forklift was just driving around and didn't even acknowledge me the 4 times he drove back and forth. Now if he picked a trailer and moved it I would say hey he is busy. When I see a yahoo doing nothing while wasting the company's propane trying to look busy on a forklift is when I left. 3 stars is for the store. Most common parts are in stock and priced decently for a retail store.

I went into the store to find a part to fit with a newly purchased sink for my RV. When they could not find me the part, they asked a technician who happened to be available, if he could make some modifications on the sink for the part (that I already had) to fit. When he finished (around 10 minutes later), I asked how much would it cost and was told it was free of charge. To sum up, it was my first time there, I hadn't given them any prior business and yet each person I interacted with went out of their way to help me. I had a wander around the store and noted a wonderful selection of essentials for RVs and outdoor use. I will go back there in a heartbeat. Big shout out to Bill who was my first point of contact, as well as the technician who worked on my sink.

They took the time to help us even after we paid for the work being done on our camper trailer we could not get our fifth wheel to connect and thought it was us and they found the problems and helped us even after hours I do think that is a very good place I will be returning for more service needs they also have a huge store of everything you can dream of to take with you camping

This is definitely the place to go to for your RV or trailer needs. I was on the hunt for an 800lb capacity trailer dolly for my 16ft tandem axle SxS trailer and no one had it in stock.. not UHaul, A-Z rental, Tractor Supply, several RV stores.. nobody. Even ordering from Amazon would been a 6-day wait. These guys had exactly what I wanted (Tow Tuff heavy duty dolly) and price was very competitive from what I’d seen and in some instances even less. I haven’t had any services done by them, but I’d consider it if needed. The store is well stocked with quality products and is my new go-to place for trailer needs. Highly recommend!

We were having problems with our refrigerator in our trailer. We were going to take it back to where we purchased the trailer repair shop, but we got the run around. We contacted State Trailer repair service center, got an appt in a few weeks. We took it in and they were able to fix the problem in just a few days. We are happy with the service, promptness and over all customer service. Will definitely go back again, and refer friends and family.

These guys are the best! Blain painstakingly & patiently explained the detailed measurements I needed to order the correct replacement components for a Jurassic-era trailer that I am restoring. Never once was I made to feel like I was a PITA (though I might have been a little) which was really nice. The store has tons of options for upgrading your trailer or RV and when you order parts, they get them quickly. I wish I could give MORE stars! I went in for routine stuff like checking seals, wheel bearings, and making sure all systems we’re working. They found a few minor things and fixed everything quickly (and at reasonable cost) AND installed a backup camera on my trailer. The repairman showed me the basics to get the camera working. It was simple and easy! I had the trailer back in less than 2 days! LOVE this place!

I am a full timer in my RV and I have been wanting to get solar installed for a long time. I’ve gotten a few other estimates and Scotty the service manager at State Trailer gave me a good quote which included everything I wanted and needed. He got me an appointment within a week. Justin was my tech and he spent the whole day doing the install. The job he did was awesome! Kelly who sets the appointments and helps at the desk was very nice. They have a very comfortable lounge area. I left very happy. I was trying to learn about how to read my system but I couldn’t understand it completely. So I went back the next day and since Justin wasn’t in, Darrel the manager had George explain everything to me. He took his time and explained how the system worked and how to read the panels and what the different displays meant. He then tideed up some wiring under my rig. I have to say that I really appreciate the professionalism and good work that they did. I was also very pleased with the kindness and efficiency that everyone there showed me. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work. And as a plus...they have a free dump station

Contacted them through texting and they responded rather quickly. Needed a front panel for the new refrigerator. I didn't have to go and pay a deposit. The person texting me contacted me at the end of the day and said it would be ready in the morning. Was just that easy! And yes, the next morning I received a call that it was ready. This review is long overdue. I did some damage to the top of my trailer (too low clearance) assured me it wouldn't leak but because it was a new trailer wanted to fix it. I did not see the damage as I would not climb on the roof but they took picture for me. Review is late as again I would not climb roof. Was camping and great nephew wanted to climb up ladder so I got him to take a picture so I could see the job. We are happy with the repair and think they did a good job. I chose this place because of the reviews compared to everyone else's in the vicinity. Once my warranty is over I will bring my trailer here instead of the dealer.

The bottom line is that I am very happy with the final result of my experience. I took off points for the length of time that it took to get a result and the fact that I was not able to be involved in the process as it proceeded. I realize now that when I brought in my trailer, I should have interacted with a manager to develop the details of the work that I needed done. When an item needed to be replaced due to its placement, the manager worked with me to obtain the solution, which was done in a very timely manner.

I’ve never met a more competent group in the RV service and supply industry. My RV’s have been to MANY dealerships and repair facilities throughout the years. State Trailer and their team of parts technicians and repair technicians have consistently provided unmatched service and accuracy during work projects. I fly private business jets for a living and maintenance, especially preventive maintenance is always on my radar. I make sure my RV’s are maintained to the same level as the jets I fly so a breakdown or problem on a trip is not a factor. All repair facilities might pooch a particular repair here and there but I haven’t had to bring my coaches back in because a repair wasn’t done right by the technicians at State Trailer. Could it happen in the future, maybe, but based on what I’ve seen for quality and pride of work, I’m not worried in the slightest about this team. I take A LOT of pride in my gear, my equipment, and my adventures and I don’t skimp on price when the quality of work is present. I’ve never had a good outcome when I try to get work done by second tier companies and most of the RV dealerships here in the Phoenix area are marginal at best. I know, almost all of them have gotten my business at some point in the past. State Trailer is Top Tier. Thanks guy for all you’ve done for us and we really appreciate all the hard work you’ve accomplished to keep this family going and traveling safe.

Great RV center they have a very good stock of anything you need for your RV all the way down to the kitchen sink. They have and RV dump station that's free behind the building and I get my propane there.

I brought my trailer here because my ac stopped working. when I initiallycame in I was told ot could be a couple of things but more than likely my compressor went out and would need to replace the unit. I set up ah appointment to have the it repaired. The repair was completed quickly and the employees were very friendly. The reason I only gave three stars vs 5 was when I came to pick up my trailer I asked what the problem was and I was told that no diagnostic was completed and the mechanic was told to just swap out the unit. In the end this did fix the problem but I feel a diagnosis should have been done in case this was not the issue. and time was spend completing the wrong repair. Again my trailer was repaired and the staff were friendly I just wish the mechanics would have confirmed the problem first.

I’m very disappointed I did not know of State Trailer RV & Outdoor supplier sooner! I needed a couple of small things that I couldn’t find anywhere, not even camping world, but I found it here based off of a recommendation! When I went in, I spent about an hour cruising the isles, amazed that such a store exist, especially for the prices they offer! I literally would’ve saved 10-20% if I bought things here than at camping world! The parts desk was super helpful, the checkout ladies were sweet and amazing too!

I took my trailer in for service and was blown away by the customer service. I ACTUALLY got calls back from the service writer and the technician. Like, they actually called me back without me having to call first and hear "oh, I was just about to call you" every single time. It was very refreshing! I didn't have much done to the trailer, but I got the trailer back after just a week. The last time I used a different shop, I just left the trailer there for what essentially amounted to free storage. I just left it there for the winter months when I wasn't using it much while waiting for my call back. What am I trying to say? If you want to have a great service experience, get your trailer fixed in a reasonable amount of time, and have good work done on your trailer? This is the place I'd recommend. This was my first visit for service and it was a great first impression!

I’ve gone to State Trailer in Peoria for a few years now to pick up supplies or get repairs done on my trailer. Recently brought my trailer in for a laundry list of repairs and their service continues to be top notch. They listen to what I’m requesting to have done and got me a quote before starting any repairs. When I picked up my trailer, there was one item I forgot to have taken care of. They let me keep the trailer there and was able to get it done the next day. Great people, great service, I know what I’m paying for up front. I had taken my Jayco 27DSRL to a repair shop in Payson. But decided to call State Trailer to compare pricing.I’m really glad I did. State Trailer not only saved me a ton of money but also found short comings that the other guy didn’t. They had IN STOCK all the parts needed AND did the repairs all in one day. Work Done: R&R my 15’ Canopy, replace the light strip, replace a propane hose, clean and adjust stove burners and installed a hardwired surge protector. They will have my business going forward EVEN if I have to drive the 3 hours one way to have it done.

This company is wonderful, we have had repairs done and it’s always a fair price and done quickly, and we’ve purchased many items in the Peoria store but recently I had a problem with my acct on line, I called the customer service # to ask for help! I figured I would get a recording that would keep me on hold for hrs. The phone was answered right away by Mark, who was super in assisting me thru my problems, he had an IT guy contact me to correct the problem! and then he called again to make sure it was Ok! When does that happen⁉️ I later learned that this company is a family run business, and Mark is an Owner! Staff is always extremely helpful in problem solving, especially those at parts counter. We were disappointed when we picked up our RV that there was no one available to review repairs. Also unhappy about our smoke detector they replaced that has old battery and already chirping at us the next day, very annoying when trying to relax in the woods. Otherwise other repairs look good.

I appreciate the quick service in regard to getting a trailer repaired same day. I enjoyed that they researched the part and were able to give me a price after about an hour. That price was $360.00. What I did not like is when I went to pick the trailer up latter in the day and the price had changed to $425. I understand tax, although it was not mentioned, and I understand, "shop supplies", but they literally added for each bolt, squirt of grease, and shop towel. Non of these were mentioned as a possibility before hand.

Had State Trailer install a towing kit for my 2005 GMC Envoy. They provided a price quote for both parts and labor. Based on their knowledge and expertise, I decided to pay them for the installation. They did an excellent job with the installation and showing me how to hookup my Envoy to my RV. Customer Service and support was excellent and I was very satisfied with the equipment and their labor. However, two days later I realized something was loose with my bumper guard and since it was on Sunday. I text them with a message that I needed something checked out. They called me the first thing Monday and asked it I could return my car so they could check it out. During the checkout, they convinced me that my bumper had a problem before their installation. We were passing through on a road trip and were only going to be here maybe a week at most but they squeezed us in because our fridge wasn't working on 12V. Most all other RV services were out a couple weeks or some a month or more. They diagnosed our problem and found it was a wiring issue that may have been a user error. They also answered a few questions since we're newbie RVers. They were very helpful and they have a free RV dump in the back. They also have the largest RV store we have seen.

The great thing is that State Trailer took care of working with our Extended Warrenty Company and worked diligently to get the new fan to work. The big disappointment was that even though we scheduled this appointment months in advance and called the day before to confirm not just the time, but the job, they did not have the part!! Drove 1500 miles from Iowa to AZ to move Grandma's things. We thought our trailer lights were working just fine but discovered the right blinker and break light weren't working. We drove to the nearest trailer shop who told us it's Saturday and we'd be hard pressed to find any mechanics today. They suggested State Trailer so we drove the 20min with no appt to try our luck. Mike, the only tech on duty, looked and discovered mice had been chewing electrical lines. Scotty the service manager was awesome and said that Mike and himself could fix it. We were brought right in and it was fixed after an hour or so perfect. We loaded and we're ready to go when we did a light check to find out that there was another issue. We called them back now at 530pm almost closing time and they said bring it over. We then discovered two more wires eaten up. The two of them Mike and Scotty again jumped right in and practically rewired my whole rear end lights, this was a big job they worked almost an hour and it past closing time when they could have said no. I want to say their work ethic, and customer service after hours ( even when wives were calling asking where they were) was the best I have ever seen. They got everything wired and made sure we drove over many bumps to make sure it was done right. This place and these two individuals are amazing probably deserve a raise. This place would be a 10 out of 10 in my book. Great place good prices and amazing people all around. Can't thank them enough. Wish we had a place like this in Iowa.

This is the first RV repair experience I have had that they got me in and fixed my issue in just a couple of hours. I have had other RV repair shops keep other rigs I have owned for weeks and months even on small issues! I had an electrical issue on the GFCIs in my kitchen slide. They diagnosed the problem and fixed a small plastic electrical bus that had broke and came unplugged. Very friendly staff, and I love their giant RV store. Great Service and Product! The service department is great at this location! #1: I was having a hitch put on my Dodge Caravan. I had called around, and gotten quotes from $900 to $2000. State RV gave me a quotefor a heavier duty trailer with the wiring harness included for just over $450. #2: Time needed "for the job" to be done. It was done in less than 3 hours! #3: Going the extra mile. When i mistakenly left my atm card on the counter, the service manager called me and let me know. There you have it!!

I’m not one to write reviews but this place deserves it. I have had to search for parts recently and have contacted several different RV stores, (not that the others were horrible) but State Trailer has been far above the rest. On 2 separate occasions they did not have the part in stock but directed me to other stores that may have it in stock, they also found a part after I got off the phone with them and called me right away to let me know that they did indeed have that part. This facility is very clean and has just about anything you would need for your RV. Everyone from the checkout to service is very helpful and polite. We had a tire pressure monitoring system put in our motor home. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because when we were shown how to use the TPMS it monitor was beeping, the range set of high and low were not set and we are still not sure how to check the tires for air. The tech told us we just need to read the instruction manual to figure it all out.

State Trailer RV saved me big time! One week prior to me leaving for my two boys youth Elk hunt, I realized my my black holding tank had separated. Due to my limited time prior to the hunt, I didn't have time to try and fix it. My brother had used State RV before who was also pleased with their service, he gave me Mike's number and I contacted him directly. It was a Monday and he was off, so I explained my situation to him. He had me get the numbers off the bottom of the tank, he then called Scott in parts, they ordered my tank without my trailer even being there and said my tank would be in next day. Mike explained they had a tight schedule for the week, but told me they would do everything possible to have it ready to leave on my hunt. Mike called me on Friday and said it would be ready for pick up on Saturday. I picked it up Saturday along with other items form the store. I headed up on Tuesday for the hunt spent a week in the trailer with no problems and came home with two elk. Thanks State RV for the quick turn around!!

A shout out to the parts department. They tested an Atwood (now Dometic) hot water heater controller for me for free and had the updated (and better quality) part in stock. I was desperate as I had long stay in the desert planned. They couldn't cover the warrenty claim, but Dometic was willing to work with me as long as I submitted a report of the bench test which the parts staff willingly provided. Overall great store, not your everyday RV chain.
