Well, if you don’t mind purchasing 2 to 3 year old cartridges, then this is the place to go. I mean great place very nice Employees.. got treated fairly good deals and then I get home and immediately see the dark layer on top of the distillate cart Meaning it’s years old for sure, and then I proceed to take a hit and felt it immediately on my throat and lungs that it was three years minimum. That’s been sitting on the shelf somewhere because no one knows about the strain. But I do and that’s why I got it. Me and Bob Marley just ask him he’ll tell you, but I guarantee you he would not want a three-year-old cartridge even if it was his favorite strain.

They know a lot about the craft so I know I personally should ask more questions. If you hop on line and make an order online it makes a big difference. NOTE: I am not saying this is a bad place, I have not been there. I am a new customer that just had two questions and was going to drive there (about 40 min drive). I hate to give bad reviews. I am a brand new customer so you have not made any money off me yet and I understand you need to make money to survive. I just looked you up online and decided to call with a few questions. To be clear I wanted to ask „If there is anything for anxiety in smoke form?“ and what is recommended for just relaxing but not getting super HIGH to where you get paranoid. I am a complete beginner and I really did not want to waste anyone’s time. I understand you are busy and have customers spending money. I would have accepted that answer but instead I felt like I was a bother and he made me feel like I was inexperienced. I was embarrassed. I don‘t even want to give you a one star because the owner or manager is not at fault and he/she would have probably been nice and just told me that its busy and there is no time for phone calls. My call would have taken 2 min max. I am not a talker and get straight to the point. I understand that there are other placed but I really like the look of your store and the inside looks amazing and different than most others. I am a business owner and I can guarantee you that the owner/ owners would apreciate this information and value it. I also know that they don‘t deserve a bad review because they had no control over this. I still want to come by. No one knows my name so it won‘t be embarrassing! Felt like I had to share this. This place has been my go-to dispensary for a little over a year now and it's never disappointing. The budtenders are always friendly and helpful (shoutouts to Eazy E, Ty, and Rosie for always helping me out and being cool people) and their product is consistently excellent. They always have some great specials going too.

After having visited several different Phoenix dispensaries each several times, I can easily say this is the best dispensary I’ve tried yet. While they don’t have their flower and products out on display and this usually disappoints me, I quickly learned that their extensive menu makes up for it. The flower and concentrated I’ve tried in multiple price tiers are all on point. I am especially into flower and their flower has been the freshest and best bud I have tried in Phoenix. I consider myself a lifelong connoisseur :) If you don’t know what you are looking for, this dispensary has such a chill vibe with the bud tenders more than willing to take their time. I find this to be extra helpful as most dispensaries leave me feeling incredibly rushed. From prices to quality to customer service, this dispensary will be hard to beat! Oh! And their loyalty program yielded me rewards by my second visit!

They also ensure if at the time of purchase you need answers to questions on meds, like strain specifics, uses, tools, accessories, etc. They help. One day I overlooked an item on special pricing thankfully the Budtender was on point and reminded me of the special. In my experience NOT all DA do that. Reef is my spot, period. Place your order online, receive update text messages about your order that is ready literally luckily split! Clean modern building, well lit, and nicely laid out, very friendly doorman, fast service with separate windows for online pick up's vs in store shoppers. The counter staff are amazing, Anna is a star and may be head hunted to come work for me, genuine happy employee which speaks volumes for the employer. Well done all around and if you were esearched for where to buy in our ever so great land of being able to buy freely all your flower needs look no more my green friends, this is the place!!

The Reef is the best dispensary I've been to. Customer service is amazing, the prices are reasonable, there's never a line, and they always provide a paper menu at the door so you can get an idea of what you want before you hit the window. And if you don't know what you want, everyone is super helpful. I've had Yari a few times, and she's always upbeat, compliments me on my hair :) and is ready with suggestions. I'm always happy to have her help me. Added little bonus: I love that their tip jars say what each tender is saving up for, like an apartment or furniture. Makes everything more personal and I know it makes me tip everytime. I won't go anywhere else, even if I have to drive out of my way.

Yari was incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond for me. I came in asking about medical tinctures for my father who has a medical card and she helped walk me through what they do and do not have, and went and did a store check to see if they might even get what he needed in the future, despite them not having it now. She was very kind and patient with me as I looked through the selection, and even helped me find something similar to what I normally get which was out of stock. I felt comfortable and like I knew what I was buying, and the process was very easy and simple. Definitely would reccommend, this location is one of the best dispensaries I've been in and has wonderful staff.

I have been trying different dispensaries since rec opened trying to find my "home", and I found it here. Security was pleasant and informative. I was able to walk right in and be helped. Luckily I got Allie as a budtender. The printout of what was available was super helpful but what took it over the top was Allie. She was well versed about what was in store and helped me come up with some great ideas to find the strain that I would like best. Prices were great and tax me whatever, I'm just happy it's available. My only criticism is that the store music was a little loud. Between the masks and the glass divider it's a little hard to hear. But I am a little old. Outstanding service and I will always be back.
