Sam is a great owner, staff always helpful. But if needed to you the bathroom…. as a vet and a handicap person if Sam is not there not happening, the staff is great but again I am a handicapped veteran they say no. First time going to innovape and I was blown away by how good the experience was. They had better prices and more options than my usual go to spot. They were well staffed and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable since I'm new to vaping and didn't use confusing jargon or try to upsell. An employee even ran out the door to make sure I didn't leave without my free lighter included with my purchase. Innovape is now my new go to for anything smoke or vape related. Highly recommend.

These guys are outstanding, from the service to the selection. Cohibas in the walk-in humidor, along with dozens of other quality brands kept at the optimal temp and humidity levels. Every smoking accessory you can think of to enjoy whatever products you enjoy vaping. Who else has an actual Vape Bar where you can sample what you're looking at before you buy? These guys! The service is superior to any other around. Those guys have no knowledge and no personality. Everyone at Innovate, from Sammy down to his newest employee are all well educated in the huge variety of products they offer, from huge hookas all the way down to tiny Elf Bars! If it's related to smoking or vaping, these guys not only have it in stock, they can make product recommendations and suggestions for whatever gets your juices going. Do NOT go slum at any of these other joints around. This is where it's at!

I wish they had an Ejuice book of flavor blends. If you're like me and like trying something new every week or two, it's impossible to see the flavor profile of the brands they carry. It makes it a lot easier for people to know exactly what they want when they approach the counter. I wish they had more space for all the products they carry, but I can't complain because they have tons of products. Very awesome.

This smoke shop is the place to go! The Owner is extremely professional and truly knows how to run a business and put the customer first. On the day before Thanksgiving I lost my Smok Nord vape at Walmart so I called several different smoke shops to find the best price and I ended up rushing to this smoke shop to buy another one before the holiday. I asked the employee for another Smok Nord and the owner threw a big discount on it which is always appreciated! Although, when I got home and opened the new Nord I was extremely disappointed to find out that it had been previously used and damaged. Now every business occasionally makes a mistake, but how they respond to the mistake is what counts and that response from the owner is what gets this shop 5 stars and a loyal customer. I immediately returned to the shop and explained to the owner the problem with the Nord I received and he was immediately very apologetic, explaining there must have been a mix up and the used one was accidentally put back on the shelf and he offered to exchange it for a brand new one right away. After the owner began looking on the shelf I realized they only had 1 Nord left and it was a color/design that I absolutely didn’t want, he immediately offered to go check all of his inventory to see if he could find one in a different color, unfortunately they didn’t have any other ones. What the owner did next is what truly sets this shop above others, while trying to come up with a solution to this problem the owner asked me if I would want the Smok RPM 40, I’m not really a seasoned “vaper” so I knew nothing about this model and I didn’t want to end up having to pay more money for a different kind of vape (the RPM 40 cost was significantly more then the NORD). The owner then told me that since I had the issue with the first NORD and they didn’t have any other ones in stock I liked he would exchange it for the Smok RPM 40 for me. That is true excellent customer service and the owner did everything he could to make sure I had a positive experience. He already gave me a discount on the NORD when I first purchased it so I’m sure he lost some profit exchanging it for the more expensive RPM 40 but in the moment this business owner went above and beyond to resolve the problem at hand and display high levels of customer service to make an extremely satisfied customer! After exchanging them out the owner even took several minutes showing me how to use the new RPM 40 and teaching me the proper watts to set it on for the different coils since I had no idea what any of that meant. I’ve previously been to another local smoke shop where I purchased a different vape that stopped working after 2 days and the owner refused to do anything about it saying his policy was no refunds or exchanges, so seeing the difference between that shop and the commitment to customer service the owner of Innovape has shows how great of a businessman he is. Everyone at Innovape was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly helpful! This is my new go to shop.

I went in one afternoon to check the place out. They have a nice setup. I bought a 15 ml just to try it out their juice and it was spot on perfect. It was pretty cheap also. $5 for a 15 ml. I really recommend Dragon Fruit Iced Tea Pomegranate 3 nic. They have a large variety of mods, RDA’s, and tanks.

My wife and I went into Innovape this evening to look at Vaping units, we both want to quit cigarettes and switch vaping. I've been reading a lot online but the amount of info is overwhelming. So glad we went in, outstanding customer service, helped us select everything we needed to get started right away, even set up both Smok Mag mods. They have a large selection of all the items needed for vaping, including prepackaged juice but, they also have their own juice that they mix on the spot. Awesome flavor selection. We bought a few flavors to try but started out with Mango, very tasty. Customers are friendly too, we had a couple different people giving us tips and suggestions. They also sell RYO items and have a walk in humidor.

Great flavor juices and they are so kind to tweak the flavors to suit what your prefrences. Can't wait to come back. UPDATE Went in 1/14/18 to get new juice. Came home and smoked like I normally do after filling the tank. No leaking or anything but I've already had to refill the tank again. I thought I could be that I needed to change the coil like my husband did yesterday, so I grabbed my box and there was no replacement filter. I spent $80 on two of these and I've had nothing but problens.I am not happy

First stop was great. Sampled 8 or 10 juices. Got 3 flavors for me an two for my wife. My second visit cemented innovape as my top choice vape shop. I had broken the glass on my kanger rig. I tried 4 other shops closer to home and none of them carry replacement glass. Then i remembered the product selection at innovape, called and they told me they had some in stock. Drove from central phx out to goodyear and they were able to repair my tank. Was like $8 instead of $25 to $50 for a new tank like other shops i tried. They didn't try to sell me anything i didnt need or want. Great experience.
