Staff is courteous and friendly; very conscientious of your personal needs. My salesperson was very knowledgeable of the products and eager to find out my specific needs and experience. He explained the human endocannabinoid system and corrected some misnomers. Zach is very knowledgeable and only eager to assure the right product is selected for targeted pathways.

Very impressed with your very knowledgeable employees. Auden was extremely helpful when explaining to me the different types of kratom and their effects on the mind and body. I was able to find a few items that have been a blessing to me when using them. Both employees (I didn't catch the other's name; black, female, skinny, and funny) also went out of their way to direct me to a Japanese house that I'd never been to, right outside the city. Overall, your employees are the reason that I'll be visiting again. What a pleasant experience!

This shop has an average selection and prices a little on the high side. But I’ve been back twice in the pat month because the customer service was excellent. Aidan helped me and he was was extremely knowledgeable even with more obscure things like CBG and to say he had a great attitude and provided really outstanding customer service is putting it mildly. Thats so rare for similar stores I’ve been to (and frankly almost every retail store regardless of the type of product) which usually aren’t knowledgeable or act like you’re bothering them by asking questions. Aidan gives the effort and engagement in his job you usually only get from an owner.

I read alittle about CBD and it's benefits for various conditions online but did not understand much about it. I work right by the shop and pass by it daily so finally decided to go inside. I was immensely greeted by Eric who was extremely knowledgeable about everything the store had to offer and spent his time explaining to me the uses of various variations and assisted me with selecting what would be most beneficial for me personally. He was very friendly, patient, and made you feel very welcomed as soon as you walked in the door. I would highly recommend visiting this store even if just to speak with Eric or the other sales people to learn more about CBD and how it can help with managing numerous conditions as many are not aware how many uses and benefits there are for CBD. My experience at CBD Kratom was great, thanks to Will and the friendly staff! This was my first time here and although I am an experienced CBD & kratom user, I still learned new things from Will! I love the sizing options offered, it allowed us to try a variety of different things since there was so much to choose from! I have never seen such a wide variety of pure and good quality kratom & CBD for that matter, It did not disappoint! I also appreciated all the details offered on each kratom strain! A little tip- If you’re trying multiple different things like I did it, you can go on their website for the information offered in the store on each strain (how it makes you feel). The area was definitely missing something like this, we will definitely be back. This is one of the only places we will be getting product from here on out. I'm in Philly for work. I take full spectrum CBD with .03% THC for seizures. Unfortunately, I dropped my bottle of oil and it broke. I went to Kratom and told Alex my problem. I only needed it to last a week. He picked out the most cost effective option for me with the amount I usually take. I can't thank him enough for that. I was a little panicky thinking I'd have to spend over $100 on a month's worth for what I needed. I definitely can't go without it. He got me two packages of blue raspberry gummies which is just enough to last the whole week for $65 with tax. Thank you again!

We were helped by Zach who KNEW his stuff. He told us about delta 8&9, THC-O, difference in effects, which metabolizes faster in the body, why, when and what to use kratom for. He gave us damn near a complete rundown of the store in about 15-20 mins and I’m almost 100% sure he can answer any questions you have as long as it’s something he knows. And the candies we purchased for sure was one we will be buying again. This store will definitely be on my list to hit frequently so they know me and my partner by name lol.

I am absolutely AMAZED with their customer service. I called in at 9:40 pm when they close at 10pm. Will answered and was nothing but friendly and accommodating to a last minute NEW customer who did not even guarantee him a sale. He told me to head on over and thats he would still be open for me. When i tell yall this man kept the store open for me even though I arrived at PAST closing time and did not make me feel rushed at ALL. He listened to all my concerns, needs, and answered every question patiently and politely. I have only been using the product for a day but honestly, been treated so kindly be the staff helped with my anxiety already lol. I will 100% return and would recommend the place to ANYONE. Also, i did my research and they are definitely cheaper than the comparable quality products online.

Very wide selection of kratom strains. They have their own branding. I was able to pick up a 10g bag of White Maeng Da to sample. I wasn't expecting much walking in but the business was very clean and well presented. I knew what I wanted but the staff was very knowledgeable about their leaf. Their service was very thorough and they made sure I had all my bases covered, they even sell measuring spoons. I personally try to keep my kratom consumption low but look forward to returning!

(Center City West location) I Was in town for the M.I.A festival. My girlfriend suddenly needed cramp relief morning of day 2 and seeing that I know a lot about Cannabis/cbd I said let me find her something here before I walk all the way to 7/11. Long story short soon as I went in Nat greeted me very nicely and presented me with multiple pain relief suggestion at different price ranges(wasn’t mad at all). What I really liked is that she actually was saying correct information on how cbd helps the body. All in all, my girlfriend really needed something fast acting so Nat recommended the lollipops and I also picked up the gummies as well for long term relief. My girlfriend loved how quickly they worked but wish she had a higher MG per dose. Went back in the day we left Philly and bought 20 more lollipops. Only con is that some of the flavors I was sold was spicy and I personally didn’t like it.
