The Walmart on Ames in Omaha Nebraska it's very nice. The staff is always friendly. In fact my sister is one of the staff there she is one of the kindest people I know and most of the people I've been there for years. They treat people kindly they have a lot of selection of everything. Pretty much if you can't find it there you won't be able to find it. Great pricing and the lines always move pretty fast. It's a great story to have in the community.

I always find what I'm looking for. Sometimes you see some Characters you generally don't run into very often, which makes for an interesting experience. I would recommend that they beaf up their security outside the store, there are a lot of drug dealing and sometimes lude activities going on between individuals in vehicles in the parking lot area.

They need to have more registers open. The self checkout lines get way too hectic!! There's no point if you're there for 15-20 minutes waiting in line. Also need to have things a little more organized.

Walmart service after having to wait longer than 5 minutes. I asked lead cashier if she could get a cashier at the at self check registers, the cashier for money saves lady $ services "they'll just have to wait." I went to clerk in cust service suggesting they have put up a sign saying "... will return shortly., You go-to cust services, that clerk didn't say anything acknowledging me about it. She helped me but didn't say a word.

This is a newer Wal-Mart and it shows as soon as you pull in the parking lot. There are designed green spaces much like you see in the Northeast or Colorado. The staff is very friendly and give the store a cheerful atmosphere. It is a delightful place to shop.

I only go for grocery pick up anymore. They are always kind and friendly. I like this location better than other metro area walmarts because I don't have alot of substitutions. Wait isn't long and they have lots of parking for pick ups. Usually more time slots available for pickup than other locations.

Don’t often stop at this Walmart but I was in the area. Customer service id say was impressive for the time being as late as it was and as closing time was around the corner the self check out attendant acted impressively while attempting to and doing the utmost possible with policy to withhold scammers as he was attentive and polite. As much as possible tried on his part and maintained a professional attitude regardless of the pretty nasty names being called. Outside of that experience I wouldn’t say I have any reason to not return to shop. Thanks to all employees and their hard work.

Customer service here is horrible. I get stopped every time I go there at the doors for them to inquire about my service dog which is clearly a service dog. There are not near enough self checkouts so u stand in line forever. Employees act like it's a huge chore to help u. Not a good experience pretty much every time I go in there.

It all depends on the time of day or the day of the month when you go to Walmart. But I always go through the self-checkout line and have all of my stuff ready to be checked out. But generally that place on 50th and Ames is pretty busy. And the people that work the floor are genuinely nice people am I speak to on my visit.

Went to their optical for eye exam and order glasses. They were FANTASTIC!! So so nice and helped me so much. They allowed my husband to drag my oxygen tank wherever we went, made me feel very comfortable, listened to me and I greatly appreciated their help in finding what I wanted. Very pleased! I am actually smiling at writing this.

Typical Walmart to go buy the crud you don't need so you can clutter your house and garage. Tweakers twitching around looking like they about to jump out of their skin and the unattended kids run around being loud breaking stuff while Mom yells at them to stop or she's counting to 3. Well I have had n issue or two but the store has resolved them in ample time. I usually visit the optical center though, quite frquently and receive excellent service! Broke my glasses and they repaired them and I picked them up the next week!

Walmart is my favorite store. They had the lowest price and good quality furniture. I always go to the clearance aisle cuz they always have something there for me. I used to spend three or four days there. Now I want to go once a week because now I'm employee. Walmart off me a job but I think I would not make any money because I'll be giving it all to them.

From my few experiences visiting this location, employees were busy, but took the time to help me find a small item. It’s a big place, but not too big; customers can find what they need relatively quickly and there’s employees around willing to help or find someone equipped to assist with your specific questions/needs.

Most employees are nice & helpful - although if it requires more than giving an aisle # then you're on your own. Walmart was fine. The Subway there sucks. None of the food was prepped and ready for making subs. The associates were fine, but I'm sure that I was shorted on my double meat steak sandwich. This was not my first questionable experience there.

Not all workers wear masks the way they ask you to, not that I don't respect they have to work with them on... I don't think I could do that they get hot and sweaty, but if we have to follow rules everyone should. Up front supervisor never had nails on correctly. So now I know why others don't ‼️

It's dirty and the scooters for disabled people are awful. Walmart can afford better carts and they can keep them in better condition. At least help a disabled person out a bit and make sure those things aren't barely working junk. We have enough problems as it is.

I had some serious shopping to do + couldn't have picked a better time or place to do it. I didn't realize it at the time but I enlisted the aide of an Assist'd. Manager. In a 3 hour time frame his help was most valuable....checking on availability, exchanging an item in my basket with 1 that was complete, checking me out + helping load. Thank you.

I had a bad experience. I'm disabled and I walk with a cane-a three prong cane. I left my cane in the basket that I pushed my groceries to my car with. I noticed that I didn't have my cane on the way home. I turned around and went back to the store. The cane was gone just that quick. That cane cost 39.95 plus tax. I feel terrible.

For the most part. It's an good place to make purchases. The price of items are fairly priced. Both grocery and department store items. If you go for a sale be sure to get their early or things do disappear off the shelf fairly fast too. That's my only complaint they don't keep things in stock for very long. So, you do have to get there fast to catch sale items. Before their no longer on the shelves.

All stores have issues but every time I have been at this location the services have been great..I always get service with a smile and the floor associates are always willing to assist me find the items I am looking for ..they have actually taken me to the items and not just pointed to where the item may be. It's Walmart. They have most of the standard Walmart made in China stuff. This particular location has an uninterested person at the exit asking to see your receipt trying to catch thief's I guess. I haven't been to Walmart in 5 years this trip convinced me I shouldn't have broken my record.

It's a good store; however, I ALWAYS have problems with the motorized carts. Either there aren't any available or they don't hold a charge. This store is located in an area with a lot of disabled people, so this is an important matter that the management needs to address.

I like going to this Walmart sometimes, because I tend to find things that the others are out of or don’t carry. But there’s a reason for that. I work at another location and customers and people I work with talk about how they don’t like going there because the other customers and employees there are rude and make them uncomfortable. Lots of theft, they have to have even all the cheap jewelry locked up. It always smells like weed whenever I walk in there. Employees tend to act like they think you’re up to something when you’re browsing in the clothes or jewelry. Other customers stare at or follow me and are just being creepy in general, so I don’t like going in there alone, since I’m a small, young white girl. Needless to say though, the clientele they attract isn’t the store’s fault, and it’s good that they seem to have lots of security around.

Wally world never cease to amaze me. They always do their best to tailor the goods to some extent to their clientele. Depending on the neighborhood you go to, they have few extra items specifically designed to appeal to the majority of people in that area. I was looking for hand cream and this specific Walmart located in a majority African American neighborhood has some of the best black hair products that till now I always thought were only available on Amazon. It's always a plus to know your options.

Walmart is bustling as always. Plan your trip to get in and out. Dress appropriately because you will see a friend or relative shopping. Pharmacy is crowded usually cause everybody is sick or hurt. Also, customers have questions. So, prepare to wait.

After being denied at three different courtesy counters I was so relieved I literally cried when Walmart cashed my disabled friends check from Social Security very helpful and explained things very clearly at their money center thank you and bless you for your patient assistance.

I went in to get sum twisty pen eyeliner loreal for my homegirl and they were just awesome. I guess thoze who have bad experiences have perhaps more difficult situations to deal with or theyre on some shady sh**. I loved it

Then I went to the front to put the clothes and game on layaway and the lady told me that walmart does not put clothes on layaway I told her I spoke to the Asst. Manager and he did not say that then she called him up he came and said he only gave me directions but he seen the cloths in my hands when I ask him the first time so why did he not tell me then. Then the lady said they have to be over 10.00 so which is it not a good policy saying two different reasons. So yes I was frustrated so I said that is okay I will put it all back and go some where else . I spend a lot of money with walmart and it is a shame that your employees do not know the policy and treat customers like that. I will probably not go to this store again.

Walmart to start with they have a large parking lot and plenty of handicapped parking. They also have carts inside for those that can't walk for a long distance. Also in the store they have a pharmacy they also have clothing area for men and women and kids also they also have a grocery area. And if you need something all you have to do is find an associate and they will assist you in your quest for your item, if they don't know where it is they can call and ask somebody. Most of them have walkie talkies and if they don't have that item sometime say they will tell you a place where you can go get that that items I really like that most of the other stores don't do that.They have quite a few check checkouts Lanes sometimes the lines get long but you can check out and be gone in no time. oh I forgot to mention they also have a optical place so you get eye examinations and glasses at the same location. Unfortunately this is not a 24-hour Walmart and they close at about 11 at night Sunday through Saturday

It's Wal Mart. A mega store that you could love in if need bee about sums up the basics. The closest one toy to my house on 50 and Ames is actually a lot cleaner than the ones in some of the newer neighborhoods. Shelves are always stocked. Nothing out of place. Soemof the other ones look like a tornado went through them People who work there are always friendly. I've had a few questions from time to time, and they never make you feel like you're an inconvenience. I have had trouble with that at two other Wal-Marts in the area. So overall, I was pleased.

It's always pretty busy at this Walmart but my main problem is with this Walmart is that stuff that's on the shelf will ring up differently at the register that it's priced at the shelf today the cream cheese at the counter said $1.49 but it rang up at $1.99 when I told them that it said $1.49 they said they haven't got all the tags changed yet

Takes a while for them to recover after a holiday, generally few cashiers day or evening doesn't seem to matter when you go and it's always busy enough they need them.
