Kohl’s had good Black Friday deals for toys! I was able to get most of my sons Christmas gifts from kohl’s! Also.. they are helpful w/ holding items if you have someone around you that u wanna Christmas shop for.

Cute clothes and accessories - but the prices are pretty high unless you use their coupons and stack them on top of sale prices. Without the sales and coupons I won't even go there. Staff are pretty nice - but they could definitely use more staff. Half the time I go there the lines to check out or go to customer service are atrocious!!

Always a good place to shop, lots of sales and discounts. Kohls cash works great! When we were there recently, they only have the one set of doors open for entry and exit. The check outs are only open on the one side also. They did have most checkouts on that side open, so the line moved pretty quick. Always lots of parking, friendly service and a clean store.

Before I ever shopped at Kohl's I always made fun of people Lord praise the store so highly because I can't or wouldn't believe it was this to her for anything but only nice and bored Housewives. However, how is pleasantly surprised when I discovered the range of Brands and items that this target carries and I want to apologize for anyone net that has been in that line of fire because now I completely understand that appeal and enjoyment and it is to get Kohl's cash back something that was already purchased.

Kohl’s is definitely my go to spot for many of my shopping needs- home and clothing. Rarely do I pay full price for anything as they are either on sale and/or I have coupons. Being a rewards and charge card member, the benefits are better. Store is in great shape most of the time, let’s be honest- no store looks perfect all of the time. Great convenience with pick up in store orders via lockers. Lifelong kohl’s shopper :)

This place is a wonderful place I love Kohl's and I always go to the one on Oakview that's my favorite store the staff are kind and gracious and are willing to help you with any problem that you may have they are very helpful when it comes to finding anything that you may desire I recommend you store anybody that desires to recycle their money with Kohl's cash the prices may seem a little high but it's worth it when you're able to recycle your money. Normally they have great deals and sales that are worth taking advantage of. They have a great selection of items that anybody can use in their everyday life. The Texan.

Decent place to shop! Upside to it, is there is usually good deals to be found. Downside, not everything is organized very well since it gets picked over really well and it can be hard to find someone to help you! Also, checkout lines can get long and it can be a long wait to checkout! None of the cashiers move very fast.

I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s but they definitely need to do something about their customer service counter. I feel it is way understaffed, especially now that they handle Amazon returns. I’ve been in the store 3 or 4 times in the last couple weeks and there is always a line of 10 or more people waiting for someone to help them.

me and my mom were at kohls and they had the best service! all the staff members we met or talked to were super kind. they were always asking if we needed help. the cashier even scanned a coupon from her phone so we got like 10 or 20 dollars off which was super kind. we left with great deals on clothing and the quality was good. i love this kohls and I recommend you come here.

This Kohls can never keep up with the customers and is frequently full of people and messes from those people, especially the clothes area. Regardless, things are hung back up carefully and generally are organized with a variety of sizes, which is helpful. The brands they carry are pretty decent for men, not so much for women under 25. Their shoe section is phenomenal, as are the kitchenware and lingerie sections. Overall, this is definitely a "browsing" store and it has great sales weekly.

Had a few questions regarding my kohl's charge card so I called the Oakview location as it is the one I shop at most frequently. A very polite and courteous associate named Jill helped with the utmost sense of urgency. Every time I visit this location the staff is always very helpful. A very big thanks to the staff here!

The staff are usually polite, but like anything, there are a few bad apples. SOME Kohl's staff talk with each other instead of helping customers. For the most part, I shop at Kohls for value and lower prices. If I get 30% off coupon, I always buy a bunch of things. Pretty typical Kohl's. The dressing rooms were kinda messy, the shelves we're pretty disheveled, the isles were too crowded. However, the super long lines moved really quickly and they had lots of staff on hand to make sure that at least the check out was fast.

This is the only Kohl's location I've ever had a problem with. The employees are rude and do not wish to help you at all. It's as though the customer is an inconvenience. One of the nicest Kohl's in Omaha. They have an Amazon dropship in the customer service department. They give you a 15% off coupon when you take your Amazon returns there. I generally don't shop there myself as my mother is retired from JCPenney so I get a lot better deal over there but I'd recommend this door to anybody if they ask me.
