Customer service absolutely on point. Bought a recliner even though they didnt have the first four I picked out on the floor. The store mgr gave better service than NFM ever did for me, The prices are way lower than anyone around. The quality is good. Employees were friendly and attentive. I have bought a king size bed and I recommend buying from here. Warranty on bed is hands down. Store is clean as well. Thank you.

I really like this store, I buy my large boxes of K cups there all the time and many other things, but sorry to say, the last few visits, I noticed the prices have gone up about the very same price that I can buy it anywhere. This was my main purpose of going there , because of their good values.

I privately have been thinking of Big Lots as sort of being MY place because years ago I discovered it on my own. And ever since I found it, I have considered it to be a favorable shopping spot because it has a wide range of items in a relatively small area. This makes shopping Faster and Easier. For example, the store carries unique AND also some common grocery items. They also sell some furniture, some hygiene items and make-up, bedding, entertainment items like magazines, cds, dvds, and wide range of other articles. The employees are helpful and if I am in a hurry I can generally get in and out of the store within a short amount of time. I also like this store for the unique place that it is located, very near N. 72 St. I Love the Brand and Location of Origin of their gallon sized spring fed water..I am a regular customer Mainly because that fact...

Check out clerk was very friendly also the Lady back in furniture. Found what we need at a good price. One stork person almost ran me down . He knocked 1 star off the rating. Otherwise pretty good experience.

I didn't have a receipt on a return , but they looked up my visa and found transaction and I got my money back. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Some of them are ok, people say hello and are kind. Some of them feel real gangster like. The cashier's think customer service doesn't apply and say nothing and it's really uncomfortable in these times with racial tensions. If you can't be nice to everyone, don't work In a discount store. However, selections are still pretty amazing and overall without the staff, the store is worth a gander.

Big Lots will always be Big Lots. They've got a great selection of things but things are a little messy. Staff are around to help but they'd much rather lounge on the display furniture and chit chat than to be helpful. I go out of my way to go to the LaVista location, much more neat and organized.

Wonderful customer service! Really appreciate the employees being so nice and helpful! The store is very clean too with a lot of items on clearance! I went there for a Christmas tree though it was a bit expensive it was super cool! Will shop there again pretty soon

Big Lot always has an extreme a large amount of items everywhere you can't go wrong if Big Lots and have a little bit of everything that you're looking for their bathrooms are clean there's loads and loads of parking people are always there asking you if you need anything they're always happy to help you find what you need

What a Place. This store has all the leftovers and Chinese goods from across the seas and nobody else has or had and didn't want anymore so they sold them to Big Lots who sells them at a reduced price in most cases. The workers there or Tom and Joes and Janes but there really isn't a great deal at Big Lots that you can buy that you really couldn't use everything from Dry Goods food drinks cookware household goods just about anything.
