This place is great.. Took my Niece's 2 dogs and it was the best experience.. Natasha was amazing. We walked in right at 10am, she was cleaning up, even though it was really pretty clean for a self service dog grooming spot. She was kind and told us everything we needed to know. We will be back!!

This place LOVES dogs regardless of their mistakes! I have had such a WONDERFUL experience at this Dog Boutique! The owners are so pleasant and have really crafted their business. The ease of bathing your dog is so wonderful for such a great price. I highly reccomend any dog owner to bring their puppies here for a full bath experience, treats, and more. The place is very clean even though it is a self-serve place. The location is perfect because there is also a dog park next door. On my second visit here, my dog did have an accident indoors, but when I wanted to clean it up for them, the owner was very sweet about the whole interaction and refused to let me clean it up. He even gave me suggestions on how I could help fix Cow's (my dog) stomach and guided me to the specific products. Now this is a place that LOVES dogs. I 1000% recommend this place for the experience and for wonderful time spent with your dog. Thank you BONE Dog Boutique!

Such friendly and helpful people! I love that self serve baths are only $10. That includes shampoos, brushes, towels, AND a blow dryer. They have a large variety of healthy treats and food for cats and dogs. And the cutest little bake your own dog cake for birthdays! I will be going back there, and no just for baths! I take my puppies here every other week! I get the 50.00 gift card which gives you ten washes instead of 5. 10.00 a wash without the gift card is still super affordable! I also get my pets treats from there bakery! I have never had an issue with there treats This is the perfect place to wash your dogs I have back problems and cannot crouch by the bathtub at home Each tub is elevated, they offer a wide selection of soaps and tools for every dog And also great parking No pay for parking Try it out! I never know what to expect when visiting new places. Every time I go away without my fur baby I get her a treat and/or toy from a pet place in the area I'm at. BONE Dog Boutique was fantastic!! The nice lady who was working was very pleasant and helpful! I purchased the mini doggie cupcakes (as my fur baby is small) hoping she would like them as she can be extremely picky about what she eats. I was pleasantly surprised when she gobbled them up each time I gave her one... she LOVED them!! If I'm ever back in Oklahoma City, I will definitely stop in and get her more from here.

I have been taking my dog here for baths for a few months now and I really enjoy it. It is easy and affordable and my pup seems to enjoy it as well. It does get busy and you may have to get on a waitlist but there's a small dog park really close so you can kill time and they will call you when a tub is ready. It is worth it!

1st time going there. It was really nice. They have everything you'll need to give your dog a bath, from the lead to keep them in place, choice of shampoos, brushes, more towels than you'll need and they give your dog a treat. Will definitely be going back with our other dog.

I didn't know about this place until my fiance told me about it. They have 4 stations to wash your pet. They also have different shampoos available. Literally, everything you need to wash your dog for $10. The price goes up to $15 in January, but still worth it. They also have pet supplies and treats.

This place is awesome! 10$ dog wash! Dog park next door for you fur baby while you wait! They have utensils you can use for your dog that they clean after every use and aprons of all sizes. A selection of shampoo, toys, treats and anything else for your pup. It was so amazing, my family all got to pitch in on bath time😁....My dog was so clean and happy afterwards ..The staff is so friendly, helpful, organized, and accurate! The front desk manager gave my kid a free gelato card for the arcade! Will definitely return !!! Thanks y'all!!

First of all, its next to one of the coolest conex built buildings with food, fresh juice, beer, oh and imagine that ........a dog park! Errol will get chased around and slobered on till he is soaked most of the time so then its a quick 2 minute walk over to Bone for a bath. Bone offers healthy dog food of just about every variety. They have locally sourced limited ingredient food, ranging in prices from reasonable to ridiculous. I believe he can even order Kosher if requested. The owner will be quick meet your needs and is very open and honest in that respect. The varity of apparel , treats, bakery items(for dogs) is impressive. The shampoo, conditioner, and other hair/skin treatments are fantastic and have essential oils within them. The dog wash(if your brave enough to bathe your cat as well) area has litterally everything you could possibly want, including all types of shampoo/conditioner for various skin and hair types. The owner is extremely friendly and i recomend engaging him in conversation if you have the time, good people , great store , and was suprised to find that the prices were not what you would expect from a boutique!!!

The brushing tools could be a little better, but not bad that I won't give the full 5 stars! Thanks to the always kind staff as well. Such a cute space and so many amenities! They provided a large tub (great for my large dog), shampoo choices galore (based on your needs), slicker brush, scrub brush, and deshedder! They had towels, aprons, and a dog hair blower to dry. They’re so well priced compared to petco self dog wash which isn’t open anymore since covid. Wash pass for $50 for 10 washes or $10 each wash individually. So worth the 25 min drive from Edmond/deer creek in my opinion. The owner was courteous and very helpful!

This place is awesome!!!! Just what we were looking for. They have EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO BATH AN EXTRA LARGE DOG. They supply shampoo conditioner towels brushes hair dryers tubs water sprayer all for $10. Or you can buy a card for $50 with 10 washes on it. That’s what we did. Bathed both of our extra large dogs! It was cool. There was a shop with food and treats and toys. It was neat! A ++++

I love this place. Reasonably priced. They provide shampoos, towels and brushes. My dog is not fond of groomers (she's a rescue) but she'll moderately tolerate us washing her. AMAZING!!! Great service!! Multiple soap options avaliable for all kinds of skin types. High water pressure which was a big big thing for me!! All the furminator brushes you could imagine.. I really like this self service dog wash/store. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They have everything I need to keep my sixty pound standard poodle smelling good and looking clean. They literally have everything you need to give you dog a bath. Including an apron for you. They don't have clippers but I bring my own. When your all finished they clean up the mess. Watson takes awhile to dry even with their professional dryers. I never feel rushed or pressured to hurry up. I bought a fifty dollar wash card and with that card it's only cost five dollars each visit. Five dollars to wash and dry my dog can't beat that. If you are needing a place other than your house to bathe your dog this is the place to go. They also sale a big Assortment of unique dog products. Dog cookies or dog cupcakes they have them.

We love BONE, both for all the fun accessories and treats and especially the self serve dog wash. It’s clean, well stocked and generally pretty great. The wash card is a great deal, too. The only thing I don’t love recently is that the older lady who’s been working the front is not as easy to deal with as the guy who used to work weekends who moved. She hovers a lot, kinda weirdly micromanages you, and wouldn’t let my dad give their pittie a bath 20+ min before close ~ it’s a ten minute process max and her only response to him pointing that out was “well I guess you can come back tomorrow”. Kinda flippant. TLDR: Miss the old staff, but still worth it.

Absolutely wonderful. The worker was super helpful with my larger dog and very understanding. They even gave us free treats to encourage one of my dogs into the bath. They have a variety of soaps and brushes for every dog and problem they may have with skin and fur/hair. All in all a wonderful experience and we will be back soon

I can’t say enough nice things about the store. The dog wash is the best we’ve ever been to. The area is set up nicely and they have thought of everything from plenty of clean towels too quiet dryers two covers for especially sensitive dog’s ears. The staff is always kind and helpful. They are very reasonable on the dog and cat food that we purchase and are always willing to assist if we have any special requests.

First visit here and I'm very impressed! The girl working was so patient and helpful with my dog and I. She went so far as to lift my 50 lb lab into the tub and get the water and stuff situated so I could bathe my dog. She was more than happy to answer any questions I had and made our first time there a very pleasant visit. The price was excellent for use of the tub, scrub brush, shampoo, fresh towels, and a dryer. I love this place! I am a groomer but don’t live in okc. I have family dogs that I come here to groom when I am in town. The staff is always so nice and helpful and they don’t have a problem with me using one of their tubs for hours while I groom. Definitely recommend!

Awesome service. I just went in for the first time today. I was interested in a self wash and he pointed out the various shampoos that they offered. Great menu by the way. When he returned with my selection, I was pleasantly surprised that it’s not the watered down bottle of shampoo that you get at other locations. My pup is not the best at bath time, which is why I normally drop her off for bath time, but she did “well-ish”. Anyway, the staff was helpful and even brought Harley a treat, though she was too nervous to eat it. I bought a couple of items after the bath. The whole thing from A-Z was great. I would definitely recommend this store. I plan to go back.

Got in and out in about 30 minutes, and it only ran about $11 for a bath and some snacks for the good boy! None of the issues like at your standard dog washes, no quarter box babysitting, temperature is controlled, doesn't get super humid, and all the shampoos / dryers are included. The bath area is kept clean and super simple to use. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I went in a couple months ago the first time and really enjoyed looking around and talking to the super nice staff, especially the owner! Always so helpful and not pushy about anything. I needed to make a return on a shampoo that didn’t work and that was an easy exchange as well. Today we picked up our dogs from boarding after vacation and wanted to bathe them before heading home and gave their self-service dog washing a try and it was a game changer for us not having to bend over the bath and deal with using a cup to wash😋 The owner was so friendly again explaining everything and showing where the aprons were, towels, many different kinds of shampoo, and blow dryers. Absolutely worth it for $10 per dog and he told me they have a $50 bathing card that’s good for 10 washes. $5 is amazing! Totally taking advance of that when we come in next. Really glad to have found this little local business that is truly about customer service!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! We’ve been taking our dogs here to get a bath for about a year now and we have nothing bad to say. The owners are always in and out of the shop and are always so nice and personable. The tubs are super clean, the staff cleans them after every dog. They provide shampoo, towels, a kennel to keep one dog if you’re bathing two, and they also provide your doggo a treat after their bath! The staff is always so sweet. If you don’t have a place to bathe your dog at home this is the place to go!

Literally all you need is your dog and water safe clothes on! Zach was awesome at explaining what to do. It made bathing my best fur friend so easy! 9 shampoos to pick from!?! I took my German Shepherd to BONE today and I have to say, I was very impressed. First of all, the cost of a wash is basically nothing compared to taking my beast of a dog somewhere else. Even self serve locations. It was $10 for the wash. Oh, and they supply brushes to remove hair, and they supply the shampoo (of which they have a varied selection), and they supply the blow dryer, and they supply towels. All of this is included in the $10. Want a better deal? They offer a $50 discount card for 10 washes that brings your wash price down to $5/wash. The facilities were clean. The raised tubs were easy for my 75 lb dog to get in. The sprayer is a water hose sprayer that lets you choose how the water sprays unlike the restaurant style sprayers at other self serve locations. There were tie downs provided to keep the dog in place and not jump out of the tub. You can tell the staff there obviously works hard to keep them that way, especially since people are in there brushing the hair out of their dogs. Speaking of the staff, they were great. Friendly, helpful, and interested. They will take the time to show you how to use the tools provided in case you are not used to things like brushing out your dog, but they are not pushy in the slightest. They let their store speak for itself. I ended up buying one of the brushes they provide because it was so much better and easier to handle than my Furminator I use at home. No one said a thing about my 7 year old son roaming the store while I was working on washing my dog. It was a low stress and welcoming environment. It is obvious that they like animals, and it was a pleasure to be able to wash and dry my dog without having to bring all the towels, brushes, and shampoo. Oh, and there is not a coin machine for the wash bays. So no inherent stress about are you going to get done in time or do you have enough quarters. I left there with a clean dog and no aching back. I ended up getting the $50 card, as I will definitely be using them again. On a side note, there is a four-legged staff member, a big old St. Bernard. He was great with my son, and was also fine with my dog. Very calm and sweet. Don't be intimidated when you see him in there. He likes to come and say hello.

Has some great natural food options, a good range of toys for all sizes of dogs, and the tubs where you can was your own dog are deep enough for big dogs, but they have lifts for smaller dogs so you don't strain your back. They provide the shampoo, brushes, towels, and a big dog hand-drier with the price of a wash. At the time of writing this, a single dog wash is $10, but you can buy a loyalty card that includes 10 washes for $50, total. $5 for a comfortable, clean spot to wash your dog is pretty awesome!

No rush or time limit so it was perfect for the pup since he was in a new environment. He fell in love with the owner of the shop and I did too! So my wife, did I mention 6.5 months pregnant, and I went to the Bone Dog Boutique today based on a recommendation. This was our first time to go there and even though it was half hour drive to get there it was well worth it. My wife even pregnant had no issues in getting one our dogs in. We have a 100lbs Lab and a 40lb lab/shep. Pups enjoyed themselves and got to be in a new place with some good treats. It for sure wore out one of our fur babies! Lol but we will be definitely be going back in the future, especially if they are open during the colder months.

Nothing short of FABULOUS!!! I'm from out of town and almost drove by the place because it looked too fancy for a dog wash lol. Once inside I was amazed. Customer service is the best - we were greeted right away and shown how it works. The attendant was very friendly and helpful and loved his job!! The owner, Justin, is such a kind and hospitable guy. The washing stalls are always kept clean which is impressive for a dog wash, and they have all sorts of unique foods and products. There's even a crate for your second dog to wait/dry off while you wash another. Very pleased with this place and will continue to come in.

The Smiling cashier promptly greeted me when I entered and was extremely helpful in directing me to the tubs and showing me where everything was. Super nice people there! The self wash wash was easy and the shampoo they had there made my dogs coat shine like no other. I also noticed some fleas on my dog during washing so I bought this cedar flea spray. Works wonderful! It was easy getting my great dane into the wash bin. They had tie downs to help keep the animal still. my dog hates baths so this really helped. I felt bad I couldnt get the bay as clean as when I got there. Im 8 months pregnant handling a great dane that hates baths made clean up really hard that and im not very mobile right now with being able to bend over the sides of the bay. Will definitely return and definitely recommend their products and services.
