Went to visit my sister in Jersey and she had a grooming appointment for her Bernedoodle, Chewbacca who is a HUGE bear. They were so good with him and how big he is. The groomers were very nice and I even picked up a few toys for my Goldendoodle Cali. The staff is friendly and I had an all around great experience. And Chewy looked like a million bucks all fluffy and smelling delish!! I would recommend this PetSmart.

The ONLY pet store with a good assortment of consistently fresh, alive feeder worms and bugs for lizard and spider owners. But you need to ask, the one's that you see out are old, always grab a person to get the fresh (cold storage) one's from the back!

Well they offer grooming, vet services, pet training and good discounts not great but better then Petco, for your four legged pets now I used to purchase fish here but they never lasted either sick or something so don’t recommend for buying fish here but fish products yes, this store sometimes gets a little disorganized but the people who work there they are young but do try to assist as much as possible

Grace is always so great with my Pom, Pinkie. At her last grooming, Grace took extra care with Pinkie as Pinkie had developed some skin irritations and runny eyes. Grace suggested it might be an allergic reaction to new food we recently introduced. We have a vet appt to find out for sure but I'm thankful for Grace's ever present concern for my Pinkie! Grace and Arlene have been grooming Pinkie for years.

Took my dog to get groomed at this petsmart. I had been to others which weren't so nice nor had the best staff but Kearney is lovely! The staff is amazing and the rooming salon is so nice and clean. It's very inviting. also super quick when it comes to completing grooms. I also worked with me when booking my other dog who can be a handful!

This was the first time I came here,,, they have a nice selection of everything. I came here today for Angel fish, they didn't have many but the ones they did have were nice,,,,,I bought three for now. But I will return for other things, because I have a dog and a cat. The workers were polite and respectful an courteous,,,That's always a plus, And the young lady that worked in the fish department was knowledgeable about the fish they had,,I know cause I was asking questions I already knew the answers to,,just to test her"" And she past my test with flying colors. I mostly come to petsmart only to get my fur babies food, pee pads and toys.. they are a clean store. Also pretty organized. The staff are great and helpful. Don't always have my prefered brands some times but they have great alternatives. This is also one of the closer stores to me other than the Milburn and union locations.

I love PetSmart! Their prices are cheaper than the supermarkets! Plus you gain points with every purchase and when they add up you can get money off your total bill. It's a pleasure finding everything you need in one place and not having to bounce around. The PetSmart in Kearny is one of the best PetSmarts I've been to. All the associates are very friendly and very helpful. And considering the times that we're in right now their shelves are pretty full.

I had a great experience with Robyn. I only take my Huey to Kearny or North Bergen locations and I haven't had any issues. Some reviews made me leary in the beginning but zi ask for the same groomer every visit so that Huey is comfortable as well as the groomer. Robyn was wonderfuland Huey looks do handsome.

Brought our two dogs here for 6 weeks of training class, the instructor was excellent and very accommodating when we had a schedule conflict with one of the classes. Well stocked store with good prices, very clean, friendly staff. Manager was awesome when we came in with a coupon for a free dog treats in a brand they didn't carry, told me to pick out whatever brand I wanted instead.

I have bought the plastic tags for years. They are the best anywhere. They do not fade, loose their shape, and come in different sizes. The smaller tags still have room for address. The tags can be printed on both sides at an additional cost — minimizing the number of tags needed. The quality and PetSmart shipping are excellent.

They have less number of fishes but the people in charge know what they are talking about. They are super helpful and patient with you. Very clean store. So it's Queen Violet's first time (Sigh**Mine too...taking her here. What did you think? Shame on you!!😉😜) Anyhoo, making the appointment was great because I called the evening before and the young lady put her on the list. So our appointment was for 9am. Once we got there, they asked about Violet's history, temperament and Rabies papers. The young lady then proceeded to discuss the different services they offer and their costs. So this being her first time *holding back tears*, they gave her a puppy cut. The groomer who took her from me told me to come back at noon, just in case Violet gave them a hard time. So I come back for my baby at noon....and she looked so cute!! They said she gave them no trouble (as I knew she wouldn't for she's a LAYDEE😜) I even thought I noticed Violet walking with a little sway in her step after her new look. But overall, the personnel that I dealt with from the groomers to the cashier...No issues. Just make sure that you bring your pet's RABIES VACCINATION papers, otherwise, No Service/No Exceptions. Some things are cheaper here than at Shop Rite. If you have time to go online and price check, knock yourself out. I got my cat a small, plain, one level, carpeted cat box. She loves it more than all the deluxe, multi-leveled, climb and swing, dingel-dangled, gingel belled and feathered carpeted cat entertainment centers taking over my apartment.

I like the petsmart in kearny better than the one on route 22 every time I take my dog to be groomed it's not what I asked for, and I asked them to cut her nails they never did the front ones only the back. I told them not to cut her hair because it was cold they did it anyway kearny petsmart is the best thanks and the did a good job.

I don’t get my dogs groomed here, only the pawdicure (trim and file). My dogs Zoey & Athena have been seeing Grace for I wanna say almost a year now! She is so quick but so easy with them! I try to get their nails trimmed every 2 months & this leads me to request Grace everytime. I commute from Jersey City which goes to show I will only see her. I’m a vet tech and can’t even clip my own dog’s nails let alone file because they are so squirmy with me, grace truly impresses me everytime!! Thank you so much Grace 🙏🧡
