Nothing but good things to say about these guys. A lot of Bully traffic going through here. Prices of pretty much everything was very fair. Open all week. Will try the grooming here. Food prices were great. They have raw food selections. A ton of supplies. Def don’t pass up on this place.

Wouldn't groom my cat, who has been groomed before, but groomed the short haired with no issue. Offered to help to have Speak goomed...COVID..BUT when these 2 petrified young ladies who seem shook to touch my non aggressive cat don't wanna move him, I can go back and all I did was place bag on his head and scooped him up. Gray looks and smells great though. Just admit you don't know how to groom all types. You could have at least bathed and snipped his toe nails. My cat is non aggressive and if he had a muzzle on like one of your staff said.....what was the issue? Hummmm. Waiting for answer.

I love that about businesses... offer me help, allow me to shop, and be close if I have questions, and that's exactly what I received. As a bonus, I also got helped by the most charming little boy who helped me pick out a chew bone...Thank you so much 😉. Great store!! Friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices!! Amazing that the couldn't seem to groom the one who needed it the most and the one who has been groomed prior to this attempt. Gray looks and smells great, but they didn't want to do anything with Speak, who I know to be non aggressive and if he supposedly had a muzzle on, how is it again that you couldn't groom him. I asked to go in back and help, and I was told Covid. Mind you when my non aggressive cat has put so much fear in their hearts...had me get him out of cage and into bag. After seeing numeous young people in the back.....They just didn't want to groom Speak. They rather the dogs or short haired cats...not a bit of a challenge like Speak. BTW....my cats are boys. But Gray doesn't seem to mind the pink butterflies on his head, so they can stay. Really disappointed. Thought I had a groomer.

The only pet groomer I know that does walk-ins. However, Idk if I'm new to the grooming thing that I feel like they give something to my puppy to make her mellow out or what. She is usually a up beat play all day pup but when she comes from here she is anti social at least a day and half. I gave a 3 because I dont know if its stress that causes this or my initial thought. UPDATE: Reading the reply from the owner and from my own inference as mentioned above, my dog simply may be under stress when coming from the groomer... Maybe I should take her more often so she'll relax 🤪

I would normally give this place 5 stars for how they cut my dogs hair. but here is the reason why this place is getting 3 stars. my dog was scheduled to be in today for a haircut and when I get to the store I come to find out the store is closed! now I get that today is good Friday and it's normal to see certain stores be closed in observance but I wish the store staff could've called and let me know that the store was closed and to reschedule. had they been proactive about that, I would've able to save my time and not come to a closed store

The only place my puppy actually tolerates & doesn’t come back traumatized. Staff is friendly and it makes you feel like family; moved to NY and I still literally drive MILES and pay the toll to get him groomed here. They keep your appointments and give an accurate estimate as to when you can pick up, Great business.

My teddy bear couldn't be happier. Shes rolling around the carpet and running laps around the house of how excited she is to have gotten her haircut. Her experience over at bullyzone was very positive as she was already uncomfortable and her coat was full of knots. Took my appointment last minute, and I was pleasantly surprised with their service and product selection. I have a 85lb bully Rex who's pretty hard to handle, but the owner did an excellent job handling him, gaining his trust, and finally grooming him. He was even able to do a good job with his nails, and he really hates anyone touching his paws. Overall great place and great job.

Though there was a small line it was decent inside the dogs would voulnteerily go in so that was a good sign of the workers along with them being friendly themselves overall. They try to get you in and out immediately, and who couldn't use quick service? Of course you can't use the bathroom but the place is right on McCarter highway in a small Minny mall area on the right hand side depending on which way your coming from can't miss it. However, you may wonder how you get it? When you see the mall run out turn to your right and go in naturally, the left if the opposite direction there is no way to miss it wheelchair excessable so everyone is accommodate hope this helps .

Nice store just don't have great food to feed your pet. A pure breed is supposed to eat foods with no fillers or chemicals. And not supposed to eat things like broccoli and flax seed or veggies the only time they should ever eat vegetables is because there food did. But I really do like there coller collection. And you can get you pets shots here. But if you need a good dog food recommendation you should go with origins. Its what I feed my pure breeds. Cost a lot but so what if the price is an issue you should have thought about that before you spent all that money on you pure breed. This guys are not Accessories or toys. If I eat good and healthy cause I do then so do my dogs.

Great place to get your dog groomed, city groomers are tought to deal with, plesent change. They are happy to accept walk ins, but reservation is needed if you don't want to wait too long. Most importantly your puppy will come back looking wonderful and clean.

Took my two Frenchies for a spa day (Frenchie Friday) and the service was easy and smooth. When I picked my babies up they smelled great and their fur felt silky-smooth. The parking is not great but worth the experience.

Love this place. Very nice staff. Store smells great as soon as you walk in and my pup smells amazing when I pick her up. My puppy Jovie is not the most well-behaved dog while getting groomed, but they still manage to cut her so cute plus they gave her adorable accessories! I tried taking her to petco & petsmart to get cut but she always looked awful when she came out & you could tell her groomer wasn't experienced. They are reasonably priced and its def worth to pay just a little bit more and have way better result at Bullyzone. Its seems like a nice family owned business and they seems to really care about your pet. They also accept walk-in which is convenient. Last time I got Jovie cut, they gave me samples of what appeared to be some really quality dog food. So far I let my dog try one of the samples they gave me and she loved it! Overall, great quality for the price.

I am so glad I finally decided to try this place in Newark after driving by it so many times. What a gem! After constantly being disappointed with the way they groomed my dog with other bigger giants (petaco and petsmart). I decided to try this local groomer and I am so impressed with their work. My baby was groomed exactly as I asked, he smelled so good and his white coat shined like a diamond in the sun. I then went back for vaccines and again was treated with respect. Staff went out of their way to attend us. Never going back to the giants. Support your local business 🙂

I've had every procedure done for my dogs from grooming to whatever you could think of and I've always been more then satisfied.
