Fun place I like to shoot at during the Christmas season. We'll organized and great prices. I get all my lights and decorations from them every year. They also carry fun things like gingerbread houses to assemble and everything you need for cookies. They also carry furniture, food, etc... good place to go when you don't want to pay crazy prices for a wide variety of items.

The items are beautiful and affordable however, many of the items we wanted to purchase is either sold-out or discontinued. It would be better if you have a note on your displays letting the customers know if thats not available anymore or something beforehand so all of us won't waste time waiting going back and forth.

This place went thru a good transformation last time I went to this big lots was maybe 2 years or so ago and it was terrible shelves not stocked, smells bad, lack of products. Came in yesterday to just look around and I was shocked how well maintained this place is now. Shelves are stocked and cleaned

The store has changed the set up a lot. And I really like this new set up. They have the social distancing markings on the floor, the employees are wearing masks, and they’re wiping down the shopping carts. I encountered an employee Marissa upon checkout and she exhibited such superb leadership skills, this is the reason I’m giving this rating five stars great job Marissa💜!!!

Too much merchandise unpriced or no shelf stickers with the price. If they had price scanners around the store that would help since most of the staff don't carry any scanners

Lovely people at Hudson mall ..however your other shop at Columbia park at Union City at JFK Blvd it's a complete desaster..the guys at customer service they don't even smile ..what a waste..such amazing shop but sour crew destroys completely the image of ANY company.

They recently rearranged this branch. Wide variety of items to choose from, always a deal to be found. On my visit yesterday the security was walking around the store about 15 minutes before closing time urging shoppers to hurry up because they were closing soon. I would have left my cart right then and there, if not for my wife. It would have been more professional for an announcement in the store.

I love to visit this store often because you can always find items at a reasonable price. Unlike other discount stores Big Lots has quality and name brand items so I won't purchase anything that will fall apart in three days. Highly recommend.

I won't lie. I had my doubts about this place. But in recent years they've improved a great deal. The staff seem more permanent and big lots isn't hiring as many temp workers anymore. The products are also better than before. I do part of my shopping here in good faith that the items here will last me longer. Where else can I get big bottles of head and shoulders for seven dollars or a pillow that never goes flat for thirty dollars? Big lots has come a long way, but they're in a better place now.

This store is by far one of the friendliest discount store I have visited.The staff was supper nice and very attentive to guide you and show you were the items were. The store is easy to navigate and it's well organized. Check out registers were quick and had pleasant attitudes.We were looking for clocks, and unfortunately they didn't have much to chose from, but the prices were good.

Used to buy cat food there until I discovered Chewy was more economical, cheaper and delivers... Big Lots is good for cheap merchandise and tiddle-dee winks, trinkets... some of the furniture items are ok...

This experience was all right. I went in there with my grandmother and I bought her a Christmas tree with the lights on it she's elderly and has to use a walker she's 87 years old so I pay for the Christmas tree and I tell her let me bring it to the car well she walks around the store. So when I come back into the store I'm walking around looking for her and I cannot find her I walked around the perimeter of the store looking up Isles wow three or four different guys kept their eyes on me as if I'm a thief like they couldn't tell I was looking for my grandmother after they see me walking with her purchase a tree leave and come back so I will never go there again

Prices are pretty good and trends to be lower than other stores. They have items that are stored on top of shelves that are hard too reach if you are short. At times they have only one person working the cash register with a long line.

I love Big Lots because there is something for everyone. I am not crazy about their delivery service set up so if I can't take it with me or put it in my car - I just won't purchase the item. But in general Big Lots is a great place to buy your home goods for a great price.

Big Lots is my favorite place to pick up snacks for the Kids. And when prices are so low, I am trying to get as much as I need from Big Lots. Sometimes their candies are close to expiration days so make sure to check the date before you buy.

MY FAVORITE local GO TO store ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! It literally has everything I need for my house, myself, pet and kids! Cheap competitive prices, plenty of name brand and Big lots Mock brands which aren't too bad depending on the item! It's a good store to take chances with unknown brands and cheap prices; I've had my share of discovered favorites in almost every department!

Two notches better than a dollar store in terms of quality and selections. Gives Walmart a run for the money. But you need to get a close look to find good deals. I bought good quality dog food when they had a sale on such items. Some items like furniture are too expensive for this type of store, and when compared to Walmart or Kmart.

After going through the entire credit application process, they tell me I will be notified in 10 days of the decision. It would have been much better had they told me their process before I applied. I was expecting an instant decision like at Sears or Verizon. One week later I find out they ran my info incorrectly and my credit was never checked! If it had, I would have been approved on the spot. The 10 day waiting period happens when you are turned down. They missed a sale and lost a customer.

A lot of stuff random at best but I have to give it 5 stars hear me out I had surgery so I can't move my arm much but they had the perfect thing a back scratcher. Trust me when you have an itch and can't wash cause of surgery you need something to scratch it. But besides that they have a lot of random stuff you might need or be looking for.

Large variety of products. Plenty of space to move around with carts. Nice furniture dept. That reminds me of Ashely or the best Wal-Mart furniture. The whole store reminds me of a mini Wal-Mart. Great place to go if Wal-Mart isn't that close to you.
