The bar, tailor, and barbershop are a great addition to those who are shopping on the premises. Much thanks to the gents in the suit department for their assistance during my visit.

This is a beautiful store and while my husband enjoyed shopping I enjoyed a drink at the clubhouse on floor two. The bartender, Lance, is friendly and an expert mixologist. And the store stylists were happy to chat in the comfortable setting. Such a nice way to shop!!

This place is a great Men's clothing store! 🛍️ Nordstrom Men's has two levels filled with shirts 👕, pants 👖, shorts 🩳, suits 👔, and a massive shoe 👞 and sneakers 👟 department (including AllBirds) on the bottom floor! They also offer in-store pickup which is so easy and quick when ordering online 🌐 - highly recommended! Staff is helpful and service is quick! I wish I would come here more often!

I have visited this store a few times and I am always greeted by attentive staff. They are always happy to show you the store and all it has to offer (which is a lot). Really great, curated selection of brands at all price points. They will even work with you on any alterations which is a huge plus.

Like most men's shops there is a pretty limited selection. I wanted a white dress shirt and the sales associate said there were only 2 brands with a total of 3 options. I have very standard sizing. I only liked one and it was $250. Too much for something I'll wear maybe 1-2 times a year. I was shocked that I left empty handed. They only had 2 suit options available for my boyfriend. One of them being over $4,000. I do however like their shoe department and denim selection. The customer service is excellent as always for Nordstrom. It's a nice store to look around in and see what's in style. But it's not necessarily a place to go if you have something specific that you need. It's not the same experience as suburban Nordstrom. I might have had better luck at Nordstrom Rack. I'll stick to buying from the website.

3 Floors of heaven for all types of style. They have something for everyone. My favorite section was the bottom floor which is where they have quite the array of brands. They have everything from Nike to Christian Louboutin. Chris, the sales gentleman who helped me out was awesome and I will be going back for sure! We did not find the shoes we were looking for here (don't trust the website) but it was very very nice and the employees helping customers clearly knew what they were talking about. I loved this store. Very organized. Very professional. Expect to spend money here though, they had a lot of brand name items.

Amazing place with very friendly staff, went to check out a pair of shoes and Patrick was super respectful and a huge help. Both the men and woman’s Nordstrom’s here are unlike any other I’ve seen with multiple floors and many more high end things. This is the definitely the Nordstrom to go to.

Impeccable and professional customer service. I was just browsing in the store around lunch time today (1pm ish)and was treated so well. It's often the case that retail employees at these stores walk around with a chip on their shoulder but the experience of basic kindness today was really encouraging. The store didn't have the exact coat I was looking for today but I was able to find another item I hadn't planned on purchasing. I didn't think to ask for anyone's name but one of the sales associates (I think he was wearing a hat) was just walking the floor and had the common decency just to engage in normal human conversation. I bought a hat. He gave me a Nordstrom bag and I thought, "I'm definitely coming back here!" Kindness is a superpower!!

A truly astonishing and memorable experience. Top notch service, never met kinder and more generous people at a store! I got top tier service, really really great, felt like a personal touch, and everywhere I turned I was greeted in a kind way by the Nordstrom team. Higher end than I felt, also felt a bit more polished and boutique than normal Nordstrom stores. The restrooms were incredibly clean, and though I did spend more than I went in thinking I would (ha!), I still had a lot of fun and found what I wanted/needed. Thank you Nordstrom! Stay strong!

Shopping for men’s wear in NYC would either be very expensive (boutiques, etc.) or very laborious (walking from one flagship store to another). Nordstrom Men’s Store is a stop I recommend to my friends visiting the city for a few reasons. 1) The ground and lower level floors have more affordable, trending looks and the footprint is small enough you don’t get swallowed alive like other department stores. 2) Columbus Circle location couldn’t be more convenient. 3) Services such as ordering online and pickup curbside same day are excellent. Staff are super relaxed, know their stuff and won’t harass you if you’re in the mood to look around without a chaperone.

Never saw twelve hundred dollar running shoes with a split toe before. They also carry New Balance. I stayed for the air conditioning on a hot day. They have a coffee bar in the basement. Delicious cold-brew coffee. If you want to sit and drink you need to show your proof of vaccination.

It’s 100% the same level of customer service you’d expect at the Seattle flagship store. They even have a shoe shine ($5!!!) which makes the visit even better.

This place is a dream! I work in the neighborhood and the cafe downstairs has become my neighborhood coffee shop. NOT everything costs an arm and leg, and the sales team there is super friendly and not pushy at all. The restaurant upstairs is a hidden gem with great drinks!

I struggle to find clothes that fit and look well, and shopping at individual stores gets annoying quickly. Really loved being able to walk in and try on a few different brands to explore what I liked. Everyone on the floor was attentive, but not pushy. I walked out with a pair of pants and a pair of jeans that I’m excited to wear. Great store! Bonus points for the really cool art-deco inspired fitting room and amazing music vibe.

Excellent variety of men's clothing for any occasion, dress up or down. A must if you are a guy looking to upgrade your sense of style or update your wardrobe. The staff are helpful with a keen eye for the latest tends and maybe even a tip or two for what may look best on you. Antonio was great at assisting me in selecting a few items and reassuring me that the fit was right. I even had a few jeans I bought tailored on site for a better fit. The atmosphere was chill and they had a DJ spinning the day I was there as well. Had a dopio at the espresso bar and the barista had a great personality and provided good service. Overall a wonderfully unique retail in store experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent service that one would expect of Nordstrom. Went here to buy a suit. Prices were also what one would expect of Nordstrom - high. They carry all the premium brands, so the prices were not unexpected, though. If I need something nice, and I don't have a lot of time (like needing a new suit in a week), I'll come here knowing that the high price includes high end service that saves time. If I have more time, I'll go to other stores to hunt for premium brands at lower prices.

It's a great fashion add to the neighborhood. Great selection of ready to wear on three floors. I really liked their shoe department. Also, a very nice mix of funky fashion and more day to day wear as well as formal suit shop. The only quirky thing is that the ground floor is split into two by the entrance to the main building above. If you want to go from one side to the other you have to do so through the basement level or the upper level or actually walk outside to the street and take the next entrance after the lobby entrance. I guess there was no way to work around that given the space.

Customer service from the door man to the associate on the floor was above and beyond!!! Let me share my experience... I actually live in Florida now, however I was down for my yearly visit. We had tickets for the “troll experience” down the block. As soon as we got out of the train, my 4 year old was almost crying she had to use the bathroom!! I looked at all corners and hoped they’d let me use it... (it’s almost sad that I’m so shocked at the kindness) the doorman opened the door, greeted me and my company so pleasantly - I walked in fast to then be greeted by a man on the floor who I cut off completely asking for the restroom location lol he directed me.. then I reach the bathroom and I’m almost confused at the sign on the door .. I thought it was broken, but no I then remembered I’m in NYC and this was in fact my FIRST GENDER NEUTRAL bathroom!!! Half dress half man - whoever you are whatever you are this is the bathroom!! 🤣 needless to say my four year old was relieved and I was left in awe & impressed ... exiting pleasantly by the same pleasant doorman (oh don’t want to forget the sales associate in the elevator who was kind as well) I didn’t purchase anything, I was almost late for my appointment - however I promised I would leave a review and here it is. Lengthy, but well worth it! Thank you Nordstrom for reminding me how beautiful and kind the world can be. Especially in my old home, NYC. (I was there on 4/1/19 around 11:40am)

As I enterned the building while being politely greeted, I saw tons of clothing in every inch of this store location. Top tier, high quality,and expensive merchandise of many brands can be purchased here. Many of the employees asked how I am and if I needed anything. I've had enjoyable conversations with employees. Though expensive, there are items that are actually worth. Apparently there are some antiques for display, they looked cool. There's also a mini cafe here. This store is larger than I expected, I will definitely come again.

The new Nordstrom complex on both sides of Broadway at W 57th Street is very impressive. On the East side is 7 floors of mixed "stuff" (women's, jewelry, childrens & household goods) including 5 floors up and a nice cafe on lower level 2. On the West side is a 3 floor men's store. Both are so open and spacious that I felt like it was a suburban mall instead of a NYC facility. Even the upscale city stores often have a crowded, space-saving, cramped and stifling feel. This new Nordstrom is the total opposite. Of course everything is clean and well organized because it's all new, but it's more than that. It's the fundamental design and floor plans. I really like the place. Another pleasant surprise was how easy it was to find help when I had a question and the great customer service attitude of their floor staff. They obviously had a good training program. Far too many other department stores, even the Nordstrom stores in NJ malls, seem understaffed with less well trained people. The idea of having a separate men's store is a great concept. At the risk of upsetting PC people, I'll say that I think men and women often have different shopping habits and this facility makes "man shopping" more satisfying. It's easy to make a bee line purchase if you're in a hurry but it's also friendly for those who want to browse and do more relaxed shopping. Locals, especially Upper West Side residents and workers are sure to be happy with this great new store, but I believe out of town tourists will also add this as a high priority spot to visit.

Perfect for the stylish/dapper man who is looking for a variety of fine garments with options like tappering your favorite jeans at the “Levi’s Tailor Shop” on the ground floor. found an amazing pair of Balenciaga boots here for around 60% off original price!!! this store is amazing. 3 floors of goodness, including a coffee bar. they carry major designer brands like Balenciaga, YSL, Prada, etc., and also smaller brands like 1017 Alyx 9SM and Acne Studios, just to name a few. plus, if you go at the right time, you may score an incredible deal. the sales are amazing and you could get a designer piece at a heavy discount. the employees here are friendly and personable but not pushy at all. I talked to a couple about the shoes I found and they were really happy for me. I also got great service and opinions from my sales associate, Azel. I would love working here. if you’re shopping for men’s goods or any goods, you must stop here!

All the staffs were very kind. Many collections and choices to shop. Especially they have a lot of Canada goose and monocle jackets. I was there with my daughter, mom and husband. It was a bit inconvenient that we got nothing to do while my hubby was shopping. When he was done we went to cross street where another nordstrom only for women. Smaller and much less navigable than the women's Nordstrom across the street, the men's store has the feel of an afterthought. Organized (?) by brand in a cramped way, the layout is confusing. All the higher end brands are represented with prices to match (a $1200 cotton hoodie?), even the bargain basement seems overpriced and overdone. Nordstrom has long been one of my go-to retailers for smart casual and business attire, but this flagship store misses the mark in terms of stock, ambiance, and convenience. On a Wednesday afternoon the staff outnumbered the customers about 3:1 and while sufficiently obsequious, were too hip to be of real use. A cafe and coffee shop take up limited space and certainly aren't needed at this end of Broadway. Thanks, but I am going back to the mall...

It feels like an upscale Marshall’s. The staff is assertive for a sale and it is kind of chaotic. I went there when a DJ was there and the music made the experience horrendous. I think I’m more of a BG or Barney’s shopper. I used to go to Nordstrom in other cities but this one feels cheaply done

A disappointment for a long-time Nordstrom customer who has shopped at many of their stores nationwide. The store is poorly designed. First, it is separate from the main store across the street. Next, it seems very cluttered. Honestly, when I entered, I thought I was in their outlet store - Nordstrom Rack. There seems to be one rack for every major mens fashion house scattered about, which do not constitute a mens department. The store layout is confusing at best, 3 levels with a north "wing" and a south "wing" which connect only on one floor. I made my way from North to South by accident. There are amenities that add to the clutter, like lounge areas for tourists to play with their phones, a bar and other eateries. Yet after a 15 minute walk-through, I exited empty-handed and walked all the way to Bloomingdales, which has a far superior multi- level (and spacious) mens department in their completely renovated and updated flagship.

Nordsroms Men's Store is awsome! Was looking to do some shopping. When I entered, I was greeted in every department. Especially, in the colone department, Alpha was incredibly curtious and polite. I felt good spending my money. This is the place to shop. Not only quality merchandise, but quality service.

One of the best stores, period. Friendly, personable staff willing to help, ordering online and/or enquire about items not in stock to be shipped right to your residence. Shoe shine stand, Espresso bar on lower level, cocktails on third floor, in which to relax and people watch while others busily make their way up Broadway for Columbus Circle, Columbus Shops and Central Park. I haven't been to Bergdorf's, Saks, Barney's or especially Lord & Taylor, now that they announced the closing of that iconic store, I prefer the level of attention and detail only Nordstrom offers, and delivers, bar none.

This is only my second time entering a Nordstrom's. That is, if the Nordstrom Rack counts? I'm not a big bargain shopping store person so I didn't like the Rack, but a real live Nordstrom's?! Yes it's true! They opened as a men's store only. Perhaps if they do well, they will either add a women's space or find a new space. Nordstrom online has so many good local, ethical shopping choices so I'd live to see that transformed into their new store. Something to be informed about is that they have a gazillion sales people. I have never seen such a thing.

This Nordstrom store is specifically for men, with the bigger full version opening up around the corner afterwards. They have an overly abundant amount of nice staff. Although clothing here can get quite expensive, you're paying for the quality of goods, a killer return policy and the best Customer service around. I have been a Nordstrom Platinum card holder since 2000. When writing a review, there is absolutely no reason for anyone to refer to a person working “anywhere” as having “ no education”. Katrina Nosul, When reading your review, it was quite difficult! As your writing was awful! Seems like you’re the one with “no education”! Maybe you were trying to pull a “fast one” when trying to exchange your father’s suit(????). This Nordstrom is great! Visiting the flagship store in Seattle, King of Prussia, Pa, and NJ, were not pleasant experiences. My favorite Nordstrom stores are New York City, Roosevelt Field in Long Island, Downtown Salt Lake City, and The Galleria in Dallas, to name a few. Keep up the good work Nordstrom (New York City)!
