Went in looking for a suitcase, came out with so much more

I always find something useful here whenever I'm in the area. Whether it's last minute travel necessities like an overnight bag or pumps or cassava chips or home decor. I love the spa section as there's always something fun like scrubs that leave my skin super silky, exfoliating gloves, dry brushes and bath brushes, and gua shua tools for the body. There's usually some great make-up finds as well and half of what they cost in drug stores. Most of the time the lines aren't too long and the cashiers work efficiently. Everyone has been friendly in greeting me and asking if I need help or if I've found everything that I was looking for.

I don't live in New Orleans, but I make it a point to visit this Marshall's any time that I'm in town. They keep the store very clean and the selections well-organized. The customer service at checkout is extremely friendly and efficient. I wish they has more items in their store, with the size, but I assume they can only offer what corporate sends them.

Love this place expensive stuff cheap. I came in with a back pack so I look suspicious but after waiting for ten min to get the price of an u tagged shirt I paid $45 and went straight to the restroom. I was followed followed when I hot the door of the stall I was price to having having door beat on. "U can't go in with that Sir" I"even paid with a reciept?"I expeditiously shouted while racing towards the door. I'm standing there with a reciwlt for all things in my possession,in and out the restroom, "you were just carrying it." Yeah the bag with the reciept that she questioned but could recite the price and register. .I get it u have a job to do but accusing paying customers to save the cooperation from losing a $12 shirt which we all know is prob $3-$4 is a fills errand. Been going here for years and never had problems. My cashier was delightful.

This Marshalls is hit or miss. Stylish clothing sells out quickly and kids clothing is sparse. Staff is lovely and very helpful, however...Maybe just find a buyer whose tastes don't run to Lumberjack Chic.

It was the first time I came to this store. Although the store in smaller than most locations, it is well stocked. You can always find great deals on name brand clothes, shoes and accessories here. They keep the store pretty clean and organized

This place has a little of everything. They have a pretty good selection of shoes. You can always find sales on shoes. However, it's usually last season shoes , which is why they are usually on sale. They do not have a great selection for smaller sized shoes. Usually anything a size 7 or larger has a good amount to chose from. Unfortunately, because of Covid, the dressing rooms are not unavailable to use. There are hard plastic parisians between each checkout line.

This store is in a middle class neighborhood where both car and foot traffic brings in plenty of bargain shoppers. As a result there's always a lot of new merchandise. The small staff is helpful and processes customers efficiently. Parking is adequate.

The store always has what I need and the shelves are always over stocked with merchandise . I found some furniture at just the right price in my budget . The gentleman working near the bath towels was extremely helpful and polite and went out of his way to show me where to locate hangers the women's dept needs to step up the fashions with the latest trends cause the displays read mature woman all the way .

The Marshalls store on Carrollton is clean and neat. But best of all, has a congenial staff! They are pleasant to their coworkers, as well as to their customers. Since there is little retail competition in the area, the store would likely be busy--whether or not the staff are pleasant. But thanks to good customer service managers, the store offers a very nice shopping experience!

The store is clean and reasonably well organized seeing how it is the holiday season and they have been busy. The store was clean and the staff friendly. The only drawback is that the parking lot is poorly designed. It leaves drivers frustrated and they cut through parking spaces and any open are to get where they want to go. It makes it dangerous. But the store itself is nice

Love this store. No pushy salespeople. Unfortunately they have the most adorable Sterling jewelry on the counter as you're leaving. It would've been another sale had they been before the registers. The woman at the fitting rooms was wonderful... I wanted to cry because none of the pants fit. She actually made me smile instead.

The drinks are reasonably priced here. Some of the beers are just a couple bucks and jello shots was a dollar on the board. I wish it was a little cooler as the door tended to stay open and all the AC went out. Otherwise this was a cool place and I will probably be back again.

I've been several times and it's like a lot of Marshall's: sometimes you can find what you need, sometimes you can't; sometimes it's organized and tidy, sometimes it's in disarray. The store at this location is smaller than most I've been to, and merchandise is very limited. I've learned not to waist my time going there if there is something specific I need right away - I've also learned that fewer items stay in stock long enough for markdowns and clearance. I've had some good customer service experiences there, but it is also hit or miss (a couple of examples below). Regardless, I'll continue to stop in when I'm running errands in the area. Most of the staff I've interacted with are friendly and helpful, sometimes exceptionally so (especially at the dressing rooms), but on a few occasions, I have been surprised by gruff, abrupt, disinterested or even oddly aggressive behavior from staff. On one occasion, a person working the register flatly refused to do a simple, quick price-check and I left without buying what I needed. On another occasion I had to return a set of headphones (moments after buying them) because they were an entirely different item and brand than indicated on the packaging, and one of the earbuds was caked with earwax (ew!). This was my 3rd attempt to get earbuds there (the first two sets I bought were defective/broken straight out of the package) and the cashier indicated this was all my fault and refused to look at the set I was returning.

So far my favorite Marshall's. Its tucked away on Carrollton in a shopping center a little off the street. Its new so everything is organized, off the floor and you are able to maneuver a basket around the store. It isn't as big as the others, but there isn't a long wait in line either.

This is a very nice Marshalls, though it's not totally visible from the street. I have an odd relationship with this chain. Sometimes I get a 'bug' to stop there. Don't have anything specific in mind to look for, but just wander about and find great things that we actually need.
