Reviews of Goo Goo Chocolate Co
Had a great time at Goo Goo Cluster. The store is super clean and the staff is friendly. Did a tour of the facility which included making my own premium Goo Goo. There are a number of fillings to choose from and you seal it in with chocolate. There's a good variety of packaged candies as well as coffee, hot cocoa mix and other goodies for your sweet tooth. They also have a selection of t-shirts and other novelties.
We visited and bought candy as souvenirs plus did the custom made bars. The custom made bars are pricey at $15 a piece but they were fun to make and had a quick turnaround (around 10 minutes). We spoke to the staff and they were able to provide recommendations around the area. They were very helpful and nice.
Tracy was my favorite person I met in my week vacation. She is a great sales woman, with a lot of knowledge, passion, charisma, stop in there and buy some bonbons. Make you're own clusters and have fun. She also has great recommendations for places to visit, eat, drink so you don't get ripped off
I do not have the words for how wonderful my visit here went! My family got custom chocolate here and three hundred thumbs up for this! My visit went so nicely. I wanted to buy some of the truffles because they were beautiful and the girl that was helping me with the light blonde hair and the sweetest smile did something truly above and beyond that made my day in ways she probably doesn’t even know. Most people would have gotten frustrated but instead she showed me kindness. A big thanks to this store, not one bad thing we ran into! I will return if I come back to Nashville and I hope this girl gets a big raise!
A great place to go while you are in Nashville. We made our own clusters and they were so good! They made them right in front of us! Such a fun experience!
Cool little shop that sells Goo Goo Clusters, shakes and truffles, along with other Goo Goo Clusters merch.
As someone with Celiac I appreciated the fact that the prepackaged Goo Goo Clusters are gluten free. Unfortunately the shakes and truffles didn't mention if they were gluten free / free from cross contamination, so I didn't get to try them.
We ended up purchasing a box of the pecan and original peanut flavors this past Friday. If you're in Nashville, you have to stop on by.
Stopped here while in Nashville a few weeks ago. We loved it, the boozy caramel pecan milkshake was delicious! The staff was very friendly, and you can even watch them make different deserts.
Definitely recommend on a Nashville trip.
If you love chocolate, this is your place! A great way to create your own chocolate for $15. You choose a type of chocolate, all the fillings and then they make it right in front of you. The chocolate we made was delicious!
Amazing chocolate store. Chocolates made fresh right in front of your eyes. If your a chocolate person you gotta check this place out. Little clusters and bon bons are a must!
Ashamed to say that AFTER we made our own goo goo cluster, we went back because I needed another one.
This place was pretty cool. You can custom make your own goo goo cluster, which is a lot of fun.
Cute little shop. Cost to make 1 custom Goo Goo Cluster is $15+ (a few options incur a small up-charge). You create your Goo Goo at a kiosk then can watch it being made. They also have milk shakes and bon bons.
Fun to customize your own goo goo cluster. However, it's a bit ridiculous that their bathroom was "closed for the day" when we were there at 3pm and you have to wait about 20mins for your cluster to be made. Really? You really can't let your PAYING customers use your bathrooms??
The Goo Goo Cluster is the world's first combination candy bar! Coconut Dream Créme and New Orleans Coffee were the best that my friends and I liked.
Traveling and my partner surprised me by taking me here. We attended a class to make a Goo Goo Cluster and that was such a cool experience. The staff was great. I now know how chocolate and white chocolate are made. Super fun for all ages, definitely recommend if your visiting Nashville
We got a handcrafted goo goo which we found was more delicious than the classic. We also got a bon bon which was delicious however slightly pricy. The customer service was very good. Certainly recommend for dessert lovers!
Fun place. Prices are a bit steep but for us it was worth is as we were able to create our own chocolate cup and it was delicious. The truffles are also good but not exceptional, except for the dark chocolate one. Staff is really friendly.
Make your own Goo Goo candy bar was really cool. Takes like 5 min. The Bon Bons are excellent too.
While yes this a bit of a tourist spot and has prices to match. The shakes and candy’s are very rich. Also despite my bad eyesight the staff were really helpful. Definitely somewhere to enjoy the environment.
These things taste amazing! We decided to make our own and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend visiting this place. Lots of gifts as well if you're looking for something to take back home. They make everything in front of you as well which is fascinating.
This shop is cute, fun and quaint. The Goo Goo Clusters are super sweet! You don’t need more than a few to satisfy your sweet tooth. Quick touristy spot to check out if your in Nashville!
This is the best place for a group event. The chocolate was so fun to customize. Not to mention the wine! Casey was an amazing instructor as well.
Worth visiting... Excellent chocolate, they teach classes on how to make a GooGoo & machines that allow you to design your own. The milkshakes are amazing!
Making my own Goo Goo Cluster with a group of friends was a unique and fun experience! Casey, our instructor, made the class that much better! Highly recommend!
Candy making class was awesome. We had Casey as our instructor. He was very friendly and had great energy. Definitely recommend taking this class.
The store was clean. The employees were nice. Not to knowledgeable about different Goo Goo they have.
The make your own experience was cool. We enjoyed the little shop.
Even though I never been here the handmade googoo’s that I have had are the top BEST chocolate I have had in the country. Spectacular flavor. Every time I order everything come neatly package and in great condition. Service is always amazingly good and I encourage everyone to give the premium googoo ( any flavor) a try. You will HOOKED
I really liked this little sweet shop. It was a bit overpriced but that us to be expected being that it is in a tourist area of downtown.
I bought a few goo goo treats to bring back to my friends in NYC and I also purchased a piece of fudge for my daughter and a chocolate shake for myself. I didn't think I would be able to finish the shake but I did. It was thick and tasty without being overly sweet.
They have samples of goo goo clusters to try as well.
Service was good too.
Great place to visit. Our family lived making premium goo goo candy. The only issue was limited info on signing up for their classes.
Great little factory. Was able to make my own Goo Goo, but decided to stick with the originals and some bonbons
We accidentally found this delicious place. We have actually never had a Goo Goo. They are not popular on the west coast. That is very unfortunate! It was delicious!!! The best part is ypu can design your very own and watch them make it in front of you!
We had a blast in the candy making class! Our instructor was so much fun! Of course all of the sweet treats we tried were delicious! I bought a bunch of goodies to take home to try. I was so bummed I couldn’t make the Goos and Booze class- I must do that and get an adult milkshake next time!
Nice shop. Original design. Milkshake tasted ok
Too many Goo Goos and you might need some Moo Moos. No joke. Seriously rich and tasty, these treats pack a punch. We stopped in, bought a few, consumed them, and then went about more downtown shopping. Super clean store and nicely organized. Worth a stop when in the area.
The name sake candy, Goo Goo Cluster was created in 1912 here in Nashville so this is a must to visit when in Nashville. While they sell their main namesake clusters. It is also a dessert bar with shakes, ice cream and luscious desserts. They do also have a local chef created treat Goo Goo that changes. So check out their site periodically to see which chef will be creating during your visit. This is still a small family owned business staying true to the original recipe and quality of Goo Goo Cluster. We wanted to do the 'Secrets of Goo Goo' class, where they have wine pairings with some of their chocolates and treats as well as getting to create your own Goo Goo creation; however, it was not offered during our travel dates. We did do the 'Taste of Goo Goo Class', where we made our own personal Goo Goo treat, learned about their peanut butter while making an icing with it for a house made brownie topping. We then enjoyed a sample version of a Blondie dripping with caramel with aside of their Goo Goo Cluster inspired milkshake. Yummy! It was fun and we enjoyed meeting a local father and daughter doing a quality day together as a belated Father's day gift. Ashley did a great job teaching our foursome. We enjoyed talking with some locals about places to see and eat. Highly recommend!
Stopped in hoping to find DARK chocolate Goo Goos but we're told that they didn't have any. So we decided to try out one of their ice cream specialties. Yum, yum!
Enjoy our visit!!
Idk, wanted to buy something or make our own. Only 2 of 4 machines working for the make your own option. Left without buying anything.
I’ve never had Goo Goo Clusters before —- they are amazing!! This is a must go to when in Nashville. We even got icecream with Carmel sauce and crushed goo goos on top. It was delicious! Highly recommend.
Meh. For one thing, they were out of spoons at the ice cream place. Seriously!? It's fun to see/read the GooGoo Cluster history. But everything is over-priced. And there's WAY better ice cream up 2nd ave.
Attended the Goo Goo Experience
Participants prepare two desserts/confections to take home. The photo is of the Custom Made Goo Goo which I made as a part of the class. Our class had 20 people in it; not crowded at all. We enjoyed meeting the people around us, some from the Nashville area, others tourists (a family of 4 from Vermont was next to us).
Reservations are required for the Goo Goo Experience.
There is a gift store with Goo Goo confections, tee shirts, onesies, glassware, aprons, et cetera.
A perfect piece of Nashville. All the candy is great. Have a birthday here and make your own premium goo goo
This place was really fun. We did the Taste of Goo Goo class where we learned about the company's history, got to make our very own customized candy bar, and got to trial some delicious chocolates along the way. It was a bit pricey, but my group of 5 people all loved the experience. Beyond that, the shop has plenty of Goo Goo products and merchandise to chose from and is worth it just to stop inside and have a quick peek at the decor.
This place is neat if you plan to make your own Goo Goo. Don't come before closing time if you plan to make your own. They have some seasonal specialty flavor and gift boxes and variety packs at the store; otherwise you can buy single packs elsewhere.
Delish and creative! Make your own googoo cluster via mobile device and pay $15.00
Came to this place some years ago and loved it. Was very sad to find out they are remodeling while I’m visiting national again. Fortunately I was able to find Google clusters at Walgreens in Coral Springs
We loved or Candy making class. Mads was the best!! She was very energetic and made the class a great experience for all! My candy came out great!! I would definitely return.
A good place to for Christmas gift shopping for coworkers and others for whom buying a special personal gift isn't appropriate.
A Goo Goo Good place for satisfying your sweet tooth urges!
Their Popcorn Clusters called Goo Goo Clustercorn are AMAZING! (I'd like a five gallon bucket of that, please!)
Nice place, but very expensive. $15 for 5 small chocolates.
We were so excited to grab some Goo Goos after leaving the Cash museum. We got enough for ourselves and family back home. Goo Goos are little pieces of heaven. It was also the first time I was able to try peanut butter and my life has been changed. We will definitely get more next time we are in the area, but try something at the dessert bar next! It smelled incredible walking into the store.
Awesome place to visit!
It was amazing only thing is we weren't expecting to spend $15 on one goo goo to customize. The goo goo was delicious.
Ohhhhhhh My Gooeyness!!!
Fantastic ... I made 4 so fun . Great gift
We learned about this business from a things to do in Nashville video. I reached out to the staff prior to our visit about options for designing or building our own clusters. They were very helpful and gave us all the details we needed. We had a great time designing - and eating - our custom clusters. They didn't have cups for water at the time but we remedied this by getting drinks on the nearby pedestrian bridge. Definitely something to check out when you are in the area.
Absolutely worth the money. We went to the store because we heard the shop was Nashville thing. Like everything else in the marvelous music city, the shop also didn't disappoint us either.
A must when you’re in Nashville! Cute chocolate store where you can custom make your own goo goo!! They also have pre made packages and boxes. Great candy store to stop by
Yummy! Make sure you make your own candy bar, too!
Possible all products are suitable for vegetarians, you can check ingredients online.
Very nice place, the chocolate 🍫 so good. …
Great little shop to stop in at. Great quality and tasting treats. I wish I had bought more clusters to eat!
Come on, how could you possibly go wrong in a shop filled with ice cream and candy! We tried a couple of the ice creams and a couple of the deserts that were available. The ice cream was absolutely incredible! The peanut butter fudge and flourless peanut butter cake was also pretty good but the ice cream you must try.
Let me start by saying WOW we don’t have this stuff back home in Florida if you are visiting or live in Nashville you need to go check this place out. It’s like a luxury natural Reese’s cup the ingredients are fresh very sweet. Definitely will be back my next time down in Nashville!!!
I gave it five stars just cause it brought back so many memories of when I went to the factory as a kid and seen everything getting made. They gave all the kids a box of Goo Goo’s I don’t remember if I ate them all before getting home but I’ll always remember how delicious they are. Thank you for such a great memory
This is a cool nostalgic place to check out. The treat are $2 each do kindof a lot for a small treat but the quality was good and it was stop on a hot day on the strip.
The ice cream was awesome and the wall of GooGoo bars was the perfect backdrop for taking some photos. Great location close to everything in the downtown.
The best chocolate experience in nashieville!!! a must visit 💗 …
I don't know why I can no longer find Goo Goo clusters in stores, only here. They are very freshly made with good quality ingredients. My favorite is the Pecan Goo Goo clusters. I only wish I didn't have to pay so much to have them shipped.
If you have a sweet tooth like me, you have to stop here and try something. Everything is delicious. Try it all.
Amazing place and a must isit in Nashville. I was so exhilarated and plased with my visit. Definitely have to make your own goo goo when you go. I will be back and I hope I can order more online since my goo goos never made it home. Amazing! Tell your friend and family to check it out.
Love my Goo Goo clusters. Great gifts for my relatives when I go visit them!
After a slight mix up in the class we signed up for, Mary went above and beyond to make things right. We had a great time and loved the milkshakes and bon bons! First class customer service - Highly recommend!
Great place! So much fun to make your own confectionery! Service is spectacular!
What an enjoyable time. Very friendly staff helped our grandson make his own candy bar. He insisted on adding fruit Loops. Delightful experience.
The chocolate is amazing, and the staff were all very friendly. I wasn't expecting to spend an hour in a chocolate shop in Nashville, but I couldn't resist.
So good! Could build my own chocolate 😊 …
An iconic Nashville candy shop with delicious clusters and a charming, old-timey feel.
Goo Goo goodness! Stop in for a local staple! (Thanks for the response for my review)
Sweettooth heaven! Saw them on Ozzy and Jack's World Detour and had to stop in. Huge variety friendly staff and DELICIOUS!
My mom and I came to the Goo Goo shop on Oct. 27, 2020. We came to visit Nashville from Chicago. The Goo Goo shop is a cute and fun shop to bring children and to get good treats if you like Chocolate. I bought a Goo Goo cluster and it was good. It tasted like a Turtle only with marshmallow. You can also create your own Goo Goo cluster if you like. We took a picture inside and they also have souvenir's you can purchase. Great place to visit
These clusters are absolutely delicious! On top of that, the history adds to the taste. I love how the Goo Goo Clusters show how some recipes are truly timeless. I brought a box back to the office and they didn't last long at all. I will definitely be making this a regular stop when I'm in Nashville!
I didn't know they still made goo goo
I recently brought a box of pecan ones
At Publix
I was disappointed their wasn't one pecan in the box
And their size is a quarter of what they were 10 years ago
Excellent customer service! Back in June I bought a cluster gift pack for my father. It said I could switch out the popcorn flavor for another so I did knowing he wouldn't like the Downtown mix it comes with. It didn't get switched out I'm sure by mistake. I emailed and he had the flavor I originally wanted the next day!
Great looking spot. Had good food. Was a bit bummed they didn't have many plus sized tshirts for sale. But overall great place to visit.
Cool spot. Definitely make your own goo goo cluster! Delicious!
Super cool little store. Wish we had time for the classes but only unfortunately was able to pop in and look around. Goo Goo clusters themselves are absolutely amazing, so definitely pick some up. The store has some awesome looking stuff to purchase as well, and I would say it is worth a quick stop if you are down this road.
I stopped by because I remembered eating Goo Goo clusters when I was a kid and thought it would fun to see how they're made. Everyone was really nice but the experience was not much better than the Goo Goo display at Cracker Barrel. No one was making chocolate, there were no opportunities to try/buy a fresh cluster, and there was not a variety of souvenirs beyond a handful of t-shirts and cups.
I believe the chocolate classes have some potential to be fun as the instructional section they had roped off looked like it yielded a fun, hands-on experience.
Very friendly staff, and great chocolate. We chose to design our own candy bars, and watching them make them was cool.
Great treats. Look for the chefs creation there. I have gotten two different ones and both were excellent. Must stop if you're downtown. Also the pumpkin pie is on point back at the dessert bar. It does close an hour earlier than the store itself.
OMG!! This is definitely a stop you need to make in Nashville. The candy clusters are delicious. You will not be disappointed!!!
I had never heard of a goo goo cluster until planning our vacation to Nashville, and I was very happy we added this shop to the list! The original goo goo cluster is a delicious circular candy bar comprised of peanuts, caramel and soft marshmallow nougat encased in mouthwatering milk chocolate. I’d visit Nashville again just for these candies!
It had a nice selection of goo goo treats and sets. I hadn’t tried the supreme or the peanut butter and both outshined the original to me. I’m not sure I would have ever tried them if I wasn’t in their store. Great location if you are downtown by the Johnny Cash museum. We may have to stop back in for ice cream!
What a cluster! If you aren’t a local, make sure to try this Nashville candy.
We stopped in to make our own goo goo cluster and glad we did, they were delicious! They cost about 10 dollars a piece to make which we thought was kinda pricey but after tasting them it was worth it.
I love stopping in every time we visit from Georgia. I have loved them from my childhood, when my father introduced me to them . Nothing like this little bit of joy. My favorite is the Supreme.
I also enjoy getting one of their sundaes when I stop by.
Got a General Jackson Float with Fanta and vanilla ice cream. This is the life :)
The Goo Goo Shop is a Nashville staple--and rightfully so! Obviously, Goo Goo Clusters are delicious, but the customization options and the amazing hospitality of this shop make it so much better than your average candy bar. The chocolate making classes are fun for everyone and their photo wall is always a blast!
Wow love this place. Had all the candy you could think of when you grew up. I was amazed and could have bought out the whole store. Some things are a little pricey. But if i had time i would have doesnt hours in there. Gummy bears, candy buttons, lolly pops, the list goes on. People are friendly. Clean and neat and organized place. Fun place to work. Free parking.
The store: plenty of delicious candy. The GooGoo Supreme Cluster (pecan) is really great. Go for it!
The dessert: we had the Goo Goo Supreme Pecan Pie, warm and with whipped cream. Not heavenly but close (hence the 4 stars)
The staff: the person who took our order was great but the other one forgot several times to warm our pies and the whipped cream so we had to ask several times.
In conclusion, it's definitely worth visiting to satisfy your sweet-tooth craving!
Please make your own it’s so delicious
Unfortunately it’s closed now due to renovation. Hope it’s done soon to be able to enjoy again!
Very good chocolate and my son enjoyed making his own Goo Goo creation.
I love Goo Goo’s and always stop into the factory when in Nashville. Over the holidays I made my first online Goo Goo purchase. I discovered Goo Goo has more than just great chocolate clusters, they also have amazing customer service. Thanks Kalyn for patients and assistance.
Chocolate, caramel, peanut butter, peanuts, nougat, marshmallow, YUM! Build your own goo-goo cluster! This was a fun little stop while walking through downtown and the prices are reasonably cheap. If you love sweets, stop here. If you don't love sweets, stop here and you will leave here a sweets-lover.
Nice and clean. We enjoyed the open space and creating our own candy creations.
This place did not disappoint the original goo goo is amazing and at 1.99 a piece it doesn’t break the bank ! We also got a sundae which was very tasty , I wouldn’t recommend buying other stuff here because it’s overpriced such as water or merchandise, definitely a must if you’re visiting downtown Nashville.
I come here every time I'm in Nashville. I love the candy bad I personally recommend the supreme. The staff is lovely and very helpful. If your in the Nashville area definitely go to the goo goo shop
It's cool place to visit but if you missed stopping by it's not that big of a deal. They mainly just have their two varieties of Goo Goo and then a section that does a more advanced mixture which I might say is most tasty and blows the original Goo Goo out of the water.
They are also in the midst of completing a chocolate bar that was in the process of being built and probably completed in the next 2-3 weeks (I'm guessing) at that point I would consider increasing the rating but for know just an average place. It does have plenty of retail items to choose from as souvenirs and other chotski stuff.
Goo Goo clusters abound in this flagship store. Have fun with the Instagram ready wall of candies. They also serve ice cream, but come on, you're there for the Goo Good. They also have cute T-shirts and other Goo Goo branded souvenirs.
This is a fun little spot with a great location. I know we can get Goo Goos in Florida, but it adds a bit of authenticity to a trip to Nashville if you get them from the source. Next visit we will grab some ice cream.
If you've never taken the time to go to the Goo Goo Shop, it's actually a great stop while in downtown Nashville. The samples are great to be able to choose what you would like to purchase and they have nice souvenirs as well
Goo Goo Clusters are unique and tasty treats!
Cute little shop. The kids loved picking out their ice cream toppings.
It is always good. Need a lot more seating also, get the people out of there taking up seats not eating. I had to eat on one of your displays. Worth the sweetness just not a relaxing eat and enjoy place.
The milk chocolate is high quality and being able to make your own special creations is fun and delicious as well.
I had a Goo Goo for the first time here! It was great, I especially liked the peanut butter Goo Goo.
Had an an amazing experience here. I did the chocolate making class. And it amazed me everything that was included. The staff was so knowledgeable and super friendly. And the chocolate is amazing. Yes kinda expensive but when you talk to the staff and realize everything is made by hand on site. It’s so worth it
A bit overpriced, but that's not unusual in a tourist area. It is a very small shop with unique selections that you won't find in lots of other places. I bought a "White Christmas" Googoo Cluster (4oz) & Bacon Brittle (5 oz) for $15.27
Went here after hearing about the famous Nashville goo goo candy on the Old Town Trolley tour. The candy was as good as advertised and definitely worth going in for.
This place was so cool. You're able to create your own Goo Goo bar here. Well, you pick the ingredients and the staff makes the bar for you, but you're able to watch the bar being made.
A must visit in Nashville! And you must create your own Goo Goo Cluster at the ice cream counter. It's well worth the wait and $10+ for it. That is the highlight of this place IMO!
Very cool and boutique place. You feel like you are in a forty's candy shop. Goo goos are very tasty and a fun small gift for friends. They also have a nice ice cream bar in the back.
We enjoyed their ice cream shop, but it's pricy. There are a few booths in the back. It looks like they also have a cooking class event area in the very back. I think I read that they do chocolate classes.
This place is great. Can't walk out of there without a smile on your face.
Good place for a quick visit. You can see some of the history of the Goo Goo and pick up some boxes to go. Located downtown right near all the fun. Parking of course not available but if your parked somewhere and walking anyways it's right FGL house and Luke Bryans. Stop and visit.
If you can, sign up for the GOO-GOO chocolate candy class. You'll make your own XXL take-home Goo Goo Cluster, plus taste test treats, as well as get the background and story on this famous treat!! If I could, I'd give this 10 stars!!
We did the cluster class. It was awesome. Everyone there was wonderful. It was a cluster.
Great place to get satisfy your sweet tooth. Goo Goos and iced cream make for a fantastic pair. Along with a Super friendly and helpful staff that you wish were in every shop you frequent.
Had special hours due to covid. Can make custom candies. A bit pricey, but not surprising since it's catering to tourists.
The walk up order machine was poorly configured.
Did not see how to find more choices.
Later was told I could swipe to find more choices.
If you find yourself in Nashville, stop by the goo goo shop and buy yourself some goo goo clusters. They are super sweet so have a drink on hand! Really nice place and friendly staff.
This was our first trip to Nashville and it was one of the suggested stops on the hop-on/off bus tour that we did. We had never tried a Goo-goo bar before and it was pretty good.
My daughter made her own Googoo and loved it!!!
So fun...design your own Goo Goo Cluster bar! Goo Goo Clusters were always one of my hubby's faves so this a nifty experience.
We were visiting from out of town and were able to make our own candy bars. It was a lot of fun and cool to learn about the history.
Yummy
Great place, delicious clusters, give it a shot, you’ll love them
Goo Goo is synonymous with yum. I couldn't buy everything but if I could have I would have. Chocolate, nuts, chocolate, yum. Stop in look around, buy an ice cream, lots of chocolate. Take a pic with props. Have fun
Jaiden was super sweet and pleasant. She’s an asset to your business.
The shop is small but my family from New York LOVED the Goo Goos. It’s a great treat to bring home and it’s located in an easily accessible area. A great place to grab a memorial dessert
Old fashioned candy I use to get growing up!
Fun shop, very friendly staffs, nice picture wall with lots props for photos. Good ice cream just a bit overpriced, but taste very good. Even has washroom and drinking water fountain inside the shop! Great stop to cool-off while walking on the crazy hot Nashville street lol
If you are visiting Nashville this is such a neat place to visit!! Make sure to make your own goo goo cluster!
Make your own is so fun! Don’t forget your boozy ice cream shake! Definitely a must!
Cute lil shop to go too. Delicious chocolate snacks. Bought some moon cakes/ cow patty clutters. Lol. They are soooo good. Got these peanut butter one and pecan ones. Good location too.
My husband and I had the blonde brownie sundae and it was DELICIOUS! The gentleman that prepared it was funny and nice, which made our experience that much more special. 😊 …
This was a neat little spot. Be careful getting Goo Goo clusters on your ice cream though, as the caramel gets really cold and hard to eat. Otherwise the Goo Goo clusters are delicious!
Fun little candy shop showcasing one-time candy. There's a little gift shop, a history wall, and some samples. They also have a ice cream bar where you can make a smoothie or just have an ice cream cone.
One word......YUM. Nashville original.ngood candy and great ice cream!
Another stop on my summer list this past summer. Prior to the Goo Goo shop we'd travelled around town and went to the Johnny Cash museum. It was a wonderful establishment.
Very busy but nice. Location is weird and parking is ridiculous outrageous 50bucks....so Uber or Lyft
We tried seveal of their candy flavors and they were all great. The shop is also super cute and very clean.
We love these treats but a whole store in their honor felt weird. Our four star is an average of the Goo Goo Clusters (5 star) and store (3 star).
Was just a standard chocolate shop, pretty good chocolate but if you are going to see people make chocolate it'd be a disappointment. Just someone near the back with clear glass as they are cooking. Someone went up to them and asked 2-3 questions but they were ignored.
Love me some goo goos! Kids loved shopping here, and their fudge is simply amazing! Thanks for making our Nashville vacation a treat!
The store is really nice. There's a smell I will never forget, like hot chocolate and candy. You definitely have to try this
The best goo goo cluster I have ever had ,so fresh!!! The store while being pretty cool ,lacked personality and friendliness ,and the price of soveiniers was a little on the high side
We did the desert making class here, it was awesome! We got to make our own GooGoo, and add topping to a brownie, and take them home, plus we got a little desert that we didn't have to make ourselves at the end!
Nice location and clean on the inside. Candy/treats and merchandise were very expensive for the size/quantity. The brand must have regional appeal, as I did not recognize the candy.
We love visiting the Goo Goo Shop when we go to Nashville! The Johnny Cash Museum is right across the street, so plan to do both the Goo Goo Shop and Johnny Cash Museum at the same time.
Goo Goo is a Nashville icon. If you are in town this place is a must see. The atmosphere is so Nashville and you will experience a genuine welcoming attitude among the folks that work there.
A great place to check out in Nashville. It smells heavenly and they really sell those Goo Goo Clusters! They even have icecream!
Clean establishment with a gift shop up front and an ice cream parlor in the back, as well as chocolate/fudge factory in the middle. Nice place to cool down and get something refreshing and sweet on a hot day.
If you're a Goo Goo cluster fan, this is a must do stop on your Nashville tour! It's small but smells wonderful and has a nice selection of clusters.
I am a big fan of these chocolates so I might be overly excited about this store. They have attire, free chocolate samples, shakes and of course, boxes and tins of goo goo clusters.
Papa's girls had a sugar induced great time today. Great shakes, floats, fudge, candy...old timey place...nice staff. All good.
There's nothing like a goo goo. This is the official shop. Be aware that parking around the area is limited. I had to pay $20 for two hours in a lot just down the street.
Lots of fun creating your own!
The Original (my fave!) along with many variations including create your own cluster is available. Ice cream & souvenirs are also available.
I wish I would have built my own goo goo but other than that it's exactly what you'd expect. Masses of chocolate over nuts and whatever else is there to be mixed in.
So many goodies!
If you are diabetic, don't go. It's a bit of heaven, but this is not a place for a diabetic or someone who can't say no. Otherwise, dig in. I'm glad I didn't miss it. A bit pricey too.
A nice spot for touristy candy. I think that anyone visiting Nashville should pick up some goodies to take back for their kids from the Goo Goo Shop.
Goo Goo Clusters are a great snack and the shop in downtown Nashville was very enjoyable. An American success story!
I popped in here to grab some goodies for a friend in Ohio. Perfect Valentine's day gift, they loved them!
Great place if you are a fan of the goo goo cluster candy . They make shakes, sundaes etc with goo goo clusters and have a large selection of flavors that are worth trying.
Delicious ice cream, tons of sweet gift ideas
pretty cool place, with decent prices. Great to see the candy being made, and it smells amazing in there. a few booths at the front and good wifi.
I went here with my wife and parents and loved it! The staff was friendly and apparel is adorable. We plan on going back for a goo goo class!
Love the candy and they offer free samples! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to visit.
What a great gem this is for Nashville. All the GooGoo paraphernalia you can imagine in one shop. Fun atmosphere and cool staff!
The history of the Goo-Goo cluster is alive and well here. The amount of merch is astounding and the opportunity to have a fresh cluster is a must if you love them!
I loved this place the dessert bar was awesome brought back memories of my childhood because I used to eat goo goo clusters as a kid when I could buy a treat
Great place to grab some goo goos and souvenirs for tourists! They also have an ice cream bar for sweet treats.
You can go into diabetic coma just walking in the door but a must see.
great to be able to purchase from your location directly. But why no tins it's holiday season I would love to purchase Goo Goo's in a tin for co workers and friends.
Charming place to shop and eat!
Great place to grab a local sweet treat-they have an assortment of their own chocolate bars and treats as well as ice cream and sandwiches
Great gift shop store for Nashville gifts and candy, "Grand Ole Opry" Goo-Goo. Look into the urban legend behind the meaning to GOO.
Recommended by hotel. Generous samples and very friendly staff. Highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself why this little treat is so popular!
First experience was a 5 star. Last trip in there people were rude and unfriendly and the prices seemed much higher. Definitely a different experience.
They prepared a great dessert called Sunday Morning something which has a crazy good brownie bottom.
So delicious and I love the little soda shop where you can get delicious milkshake definitely a place to go when in Nashville
Pretty neat shop. Heaven if you like goo goos. Cool ice cream parlor! Would go back next time in Nashville

This is a fun filled place with plenty to look at, even if you don't buy anything (although I recommend you try their ice cream).
Holy cow the pecan pie was to die for. Great location and make sure you check out the Johnny Cash museum is across the street.
Great candy. The original is the best
Feel like little expensive but worth it.
Can’t go wrong with a warm brownie, ice cream and whipped cream! Solid dessert shop. Loved it!
Eh, I’ve been here before a few years back and it’s kind of lost its splendor for me. The fudge is still really good though

5 stars because I got to use the bathroom for free. Great selection is snacks and merchendise. Free samples in the back.
Very delicious chocolate. Took the chocolate making class which was fun but way too expensive for a 35 minute experience.

Don't hate on the goo goos, but if you want cheaper prices, go shop around for then at the local grocery stores. Save that money 🤙🏼 …

The hands on class was great, had a very good time doing something a little different!
Very disappointed. Looked all around store and finally had to interrupt two employees to ask where the Peanut Butter Goo Goo Cluster were. Answer, "We are out of them".
REALLY in a Goo Goo Cluster store?
Had a goo goo sundae, brownie, vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. Really good!
Love the goo goo clusters and always stop in to pick some up for the family when in town. Parking can be expensive so best to park in a garage and walk over.
This place is amazing. If you're gaga for goo goos then visit here and definitely try some samples!
The clusters are delicious however the employees here need to be taught how to greet customers with respect.
Love ❤️ this place. Always buy something from them
Good candy. Closed early today so I couldn't get my $2, nickel candy bar.
Smells devine in here! Great and fresh products and fun pic wall and souvie for any tastebud!
GooGoo candy has a massive fanbase. This place even has GooGoo branded underwear. And socks and keychains and shirts.
Nice displays, lots of variety. The staff was friendly, and the place seemed well-run. Would visit again.
