Reviews of Antique Archaeology Nashville
The Fab Forty
Great place to visit, lots of shops to peruse through, lots of great information on the building itself, A lot of time and effort was put into this building and it shows. If you're in the area, it is definitely a place you won't want to miss. There is parking across the street, for a small fee, if you like bourbons, don't miss the shops inside, and take yourself for a taste testing! Loved seeing Antique Archeology in person. Easily a place where you could spend a few hours getting lost in the shops, and reading all about the building.
Valerie Broom
We’ve been watching American Pickers for years so to get to see many of the items they bought on the show was pretty cool. A lot of items are labeled with the show info on them. They are not for sale. There’s a lot that is for sale too. There’s also souvenir items like shirts, stickers etc. We got to see the squid before the episode aired bc they already had it on display. Then the episode aired 2 weeks later. Very cool!
Kevin Werner
I've watched my fair share of Pickers, so why not stop in. It's nice. It's not special and it's not very big. It is probably 1/4 T-shirt shop, which is understandable, but for being a setting for a good TV show, I'm not sure it's worth the 10-15 minutes. But if you watch the show, it's worth the photos.
Cody Bruce
It was so nice to visit the store we’ve heard about so many years from watching American Pickers. I was surprised that the store wasn’t a lot larger. Perhaps they have plans to expand once the building is remodeled. But definitely worth the stop!
Yulia N
I am giving one star less for two reasons:
1. The store has poor selection of the merchandise. Extremely limited choice.
2. Too many signs like "Do not touch" or "Do not seat " turned my shopping experience into the first grade back flash. Lol
Overall, it's OK one time stop. I liked the show a few years back and personally expected more to see. It worth to visit if you are already in Nashville.
Damian Davis
This was an awesome experience on my birthday I'm a huge fan of the show This is one of the reasons why I came to Nashville! The staff was so wonderful so nice and Hospitable also they Sang Happy Birthday for me awesome experience Wish I could've met Mike Wolf but thats ok maybe next time. Will definitely visit this location every time I'm in Nashville Tennessee. If you're ever in Nashville I highly recommend visiting And purchasing a piece of history.👍👍👍👍👍

Was fun to get off the trolley to go inside. Was disappointed how small it was, as outwardly it appears to be the whole building. Antique prices crazy high, along with any souvenir. Guess it's a been there, done that place. Candy store next door closed, looked like small deli and coffee shop next door.
Ann Willard
We've been there 2 to 3 times. We took friends there and they really enjoyed seeing all of the finds from the show. Was fun to hear them say "I remember that episode!" My husband and I did the same thing the first time we went. Just a fun place. Some day I hope to meet Mike Wolfe there! 😎🙂😉 …
Lawrence Lavallee
It's an interesting place with many unique items, much of which came from actual TV episodes, however If you're a fan of the show you might be more interested in just getting some souvenirs. Much of what's on display is part of Mike's personal collection and is not for sale. It would be great if these items were displayed in a separate section in sort of a museum type setting.
Mindy Joss
Cool place to say you've been to. But as fans of the show, we're disappointed in the pricing of the novelty items... you know, small tourist merchandise. They are waaaay overpriced! Why y'all wanna gouge your fans?? I can see pricing antique or hard-to-find items at a high rate. But your baseline merch is ridiculously high. Do better!
Dennis “Let's Just Wait A Minute”
We were passing through Nashville and thought we would stop by because we love the show. They displayed a lot of the items that were on the show. We bought a couple souvenirs for family members and for us. We use Google maps to find the location which made it very easy. Parking does cost but I thought it was reasonable. There were other things at that locations to see. Parking was $3 an hour. I would suggest two to three hours parking to see everything at that location.
Karen Bland
Super cool and quirky antique and salvage store that is featured on American Pickers. Some items even appeared in a few episodes and they ran. They also have their own merchandise for sale.
Julian Macias
Totally worth it. The shop is beautiful, full of things to enjoy from the Tvshow. Some of the from Mike's personal collection. You're gonna enjoy all the stuff the have here. If you follow the show you will recognize some of the items they have here for sell or just private collection items, like the famous Von Dutch Volkswagen motorcycle, also named the holly grail.
Desiree
So fun to see this American Pickers icon! Awesome finds in store including branded merch. Located in a market with many other businesses onsite like a spa, distillery and tap room, screen printers, and other gift shops. Stop by the $10 and up to support a business that was impacted by the Christmas Day bombings. Multiple public restrooms onsite. It's a stop on the hop on hop off trolly.
Elizabeth Vega
The store was smaller than I expected. But it was great. My bf has been wanting to check this place out. We got a few thjngs and the ladies were really nice. Just know you have to pay for parking $3 or $10 across the street. There's also a your bus that goes by.
darrell fuller
Been watching the show from the beginning. Love the show. Cool little store to wander around in. I would recommend all to go.
David Recendez Jr
I had to stop by and take a look at this place as I am a big fan of the show American pickers. The store was amazing and a lot of cool stuff to see and buy. I'm glad I remembered the store exist in Nashville. So I made it like 10 minutes before they closed but definitely didn't felt rushed to get me out the door.
Roy Graham
The place was just as expected. Very cool and eclectic items adorn the walls, shelves and ceiling. Staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. The entire building was amazing and full of automotive history. We highly recommend it.
Michael Huff
Love watching these guys on TV, had to stop by their store since we were in town. I wish the store was a little bigger, but overall great seeing everything they picked on television!
James Overdorff
I was expecting more items that had been picked than were there. More of a tourist stop than picking store. Friendly people though. Extremely busy. The Marathon Motor Works building they are in was extremely cool.
Hungry Sparrow
Of course the show American pickers Drew us here. But the contents of the shop itself was a bit touristy too much for my taste. The selection of antiquities that were for sale were large pieces and not normal antique that you would find in an average antique shop. This is a great place to find large items or a business decor or for a local persons home. For the traveler looking for small items to take with you the only thing that you will find are souvenirs and t-shirts that are specifically produced for sale and not antiques oddities or curiosities.
Bob Clark
Nice to see some of the things I saw on the TV show. I expected it to be much bigger on the inside because they show the exterior as a whole on TV. Still cool to visit.
Anna Dixon
A must see for fans of American Pickers! The store is just beautiful and it's so much fun to see the displays with items you watched them discover on the show! Just expect the marketing merchandise to be a little pricier than average.
Timothy Joyce
Worth a visit if you're in the area. No really spectacular items. Some interesting displays, mostly felt like a tee shirt and souvenir shop.
Things In Nashville
If you are into cars and really enjoy history, this is your place. Much of the equipment that manufactured the cars has been restored.
Shannon H.
If you like the show then you gotta go! It was awesome to see items that you’ve seen on the show- I enjoyed that they had typed up captions for some of the items and info on the episode. I felt like they sold more of their own schwagg than their picks- - it didn’t seem like they had a lot of their picked items here- possibly more of a tourist spot than a place where people appreciate the picks? Either way - a mist see if you’re in Nashville ♥️
B Travel mom
Fantastic place. You can go see so many cool shops and old machines. This store is from the pickers.
Safety Guy
Neat place, cool to see stuff in there that you seen them pick. It’s also located in the old Marathon Building, pretty cool place. Next door is a Harley Davidson store as well. Just in case you just need a poker chip and shirt, this will save you time instead of going to the actual dealership. Good food not far from here as well. Check out the Gulch area.
Dawn Bininger (Dawnie72)
Definitely a stop for fans. Not really a stop for antique hunters. The entire area is very cute & full of many shops.
Greg Roderick
Interesting place, but their main focus is on their own brand of merchandise with some other pieces from picking on display. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Holly harrington smock
Great experience. Awesome history with auto museum and cool stores
Gregory Fraijo
Great experience. It was a bit of an actual Pick. Some things not for sale some things priced extremely reasonable mixed in with merchandise. You have to really look more than once in order to take things in. Not so easy to find the antique archeology name is on the glass front door. A little hard to distinguish. But once you know where it's at you can spot it from the freeway. Plenty of different types of really cool souvenirs not just t-shirts to magnets. I took home a couple of movie star gas pumps along with some T-shirts decals pins and Christmas ornaments. Staff is extremely friendly and eager to help. Thank you Angel for making my experience memorable
Melanie Dugan, Real Estate Agent
A fun experience if you enjoy watching American Pickers. Lots of interesting items to see and merch.
Tara Wilbur
Antique Aechaeology is such a cool place to check out! It's very well organized and things are neatly laid out.
Elizabeth Truxell
Loved coming here! I've been to this store twice and the one in LeClair once. Take your time looking around. There are small things everywhere that you might miss. Always look up! If you are a fan of the show you may see things you remember being picked. The staff are incredibly nice. Worth a visit!
Richard Cotton
A lot has changed since I was here last. Some of the items are still here from my visit about ten years ago. The store has added a lot more souvenir items for purchase. The staff here were friendly. It was nice to see the addition of additional stores / things to do while here.
Parking: Please do not be inconsiderate. Be aware of the no parking signs. It makes it difficult for other cars to drive down this road and dangerous for the many pedestrians crossing the street when you decide to park where you want, instead of where you are supposed to park. There are options for free and paid parking.
Adrian McCallister
Small shop. Love the show. Some memorabilia from the show. Would like to have seen more. Lots of parking lots and distilleries in the same strip. A couple different parking lots but the $10 guy is really nice and friendly.
Nick Godbey
Always wanted to check this place out. They had some cool stuff.
Chris Manning
Friendly staff and a cool shop to visit if you are a Pickers fan.
Will Garner
Fun to see this spot from the show. Building actually has a bunch of shops in the complex, across the street as well!
Monica Renaud
The location is perfect for their ideal of preserving old rusty things. The store is small but contains many iconic items seen on the show. There are not many antiques for sale or maybe I came too late in the day. The store seems to rely more on their merch sales. I purchased a few small items. Definitely walk through the building, the history of it is cool and the shops are worth checking out!
Scott Lawrence
As a fan of the show very fun to finally visit the shop. It is not overall large and sales almost exclusively American picker gear including hats, tshirts and all kinds of other items. Can see stuff picked up on show which was cool.
Jameson Brown
Very cool store. I do wish it had more of the stuff they pick but we did have fun. The staff was very fun to talk with and share stories and many other stores on site to check out in the same building.
Mark Barnes
It was so cool to see some of the stuff that was picked on the show for sale. You can buy shirts and Christmas ornaments here. It was not as big as I thought it would be but I would highly recommend stopping here.
Phil P.
Fun place to stop and look around. We rode a bike over and took a look around.
Greg Dean
Another stop checked off my bucket list. The store was smaller than I expected and kind of dimly lit. I like the store in LeClaire, Iowa better. Also didn't realize how much more there was to see in the Marathon Motors building.
C L
This was a bit of a disappointment. It's mostly just named ,bulked merchandise. Not much of what they have bought themselves, though there is some of that. Just overloaded with corporate type merch. We did enjoy it, and we did get some corporate items bc im sure that's what most of us like for souvenirs but That's my fiance wanted something the guys bought, he ended up finding an old gas cap as a souvenir. Cool place to check out. Overall a great place, just not what I expected. I would recommend checking it out though.
Jon Anderson
I'm an avid watcher of American Pickers. I love the show so much and I just HAD TO visit their Nashville store while we were in town. It was well worth it. My only complaint is that there aren't very many small affordable "picks". Most of the things you can buy are just t shirts and coasters and magnets...the actual picks are all hundreds and thousands of dollars and way too big to fit in your car. I also wish I could've met anyone from the show but the staff was all really friendly and helpful. I bought a t-shirt and it is SO SOFT I should've bought more, it's my new favorite shirt. I might try to buy more online.
Laura Belrose
Cute store to visit. I love seeing all of the unique items for sale! There is a good amount of reasonably priced “merch” as well. The ladies at the counter were very sweet and helpful as well.
John B
We are from Iowa and we have never been to the Antique Archaeology in our state. Great way to connect with the television program. Lot's of items on display from the show. Fun times
Kevin Brown
We have been fans of American Pickers for years! So we finally drove from Indiana to see this place and we loved it! It's really cool to see all the stuff in there and recognize some of it from the American Pickers show! It's not very big, but it is worth checking out! And there's more next door in the same building too! The girl who worked there was really nice and helpful...and she is beautiful too! So I highly recommend checking this place out!
Eileen Loring
It was fun to visit but really nothing special.
Terry Hinz
Great place to see some of the 'picks' from the show. There is merch to buy if you're a fan of the show! Great shopping, a couple distillery places and a wine tasting in this area also!
the WHOLE TRUTH
It was very cool...just wish I could have met Danielle and Frank and Mike but hey it was cool to see some stuff from the show..... great place
Mary Ann Minks
After the show "American Pickers" I just expected more. The place is so small and very little of the antiques collected on the show are for sale or even there in the store. It's mostly just cheap souvenir stuff. Hopefully there's more stuff at the Iowa location! I was super disappointed! Just expected more.
Glenda Wisdom
I sent an email with a picture of an old phonograph that I have. It is one in good condition that plays the cylinder records. I ask if they were interested in it. I received no reply. Even a no would have been appreciated.
joseph borovich
Exactly what I was expecting. Friendly people and lots of antiques. It was cool that some of the items were labeled with the episode they were picked from. We purchased some items that we watched the guys pick. Only thing that would have been better would have been to meet the guys...or Dani
DJ Jackson
Love the show, so it was neat to visit one of the stores. But not as interesting as I was expecting. The merchandise seemed mostly to consist of mass produced souvenir trinkets and lacked the originality as the show portrays. Maybe all the good stuff is at the other location? But it did make a cool photo op, so still worth the trip if you are a fan of the show and find yourself around the Nashville area.
Heather Shaffer
Although this is primarily a gift shop, there are still quite a few treasures on display. I can understand why some people are disappointed when they discover that this isn’t an actual American Pickers storefront. The real “artifacts” aren’t actually for sale, so this is more of a gift shop with some cool things to look at. It’s still worth a stop if you are in the area.
Thea Correll
Awesome to see things that you can relate to the episode you watched. Definitely a cool place to check out. The building it is in is an attraction on it's own. I kind of pictured it to be bigger but I was not let down. We bought some awesome tshirts that say Respect the Rust. Great to spend a few hours checking out the neighboring shops and buildings.
Carol Ramirez
Nice experience for any TV show fan!
CHAUNCEY NORMANDIN
We watch the show so while in Nashville decided to stop in. Smaller than we thought but a lot of neat stuff. Picked up a few things and then toured the old Marathon Motor Co bldg which the store is part of. They're turning it into a mall. Great displays and atmosphere. Great package visit.
Paul Skorheim
Fun to see the place and items for sale
Tina Chism
The entire building of shops was great. We loved seeing items in the A.A. shop that we'd seen picked on the show!
Rachel Howson
Awesome experience! Was so neat to see items that I watched Mike and Frank pick on American Pickers. Bought a few t-shirts and a key chain at reasonable prices. Convenient parking. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again!
Gloria Bernal
Loved the location of this store because there are more stores to see in this old beautiful building turned into a mall!
Mike Wolf was not in so we asked to see Frank or Danielle but they were in Ohio working! Darn! I wanted to tell them how wonderful their show American Pickers is!
We bought some items and enjoyed Nashville!
Sharon Ballenger
I loved it! The building is actually broken up into smaller stores, which I enjoyed as well. You just need to take the time and explore the building, go upstairs and all through it. I love old buildings so it was a perfect trip for me, wish I'd had more time to visit.
J Kirby
We were passing thru nashville and decided to stop for a minute and I am glad we did. It was definitely cool to see the place that I have seen on tv but the building was worth the stop!! The store was neat to see but it was a little pricey I thought anyways!!
Stainless Steel Kitchens
Store itself isn't as interesting as you would expect but Marathon village itself is fun and my husband loved all the old manufacturing equipment in the hallways
E Huart
Same as LeClaire Iowa store. Stop by and see. Mostly souviner store. But Nashville location is awesome. A few antiques for sale. Some pieces as seen in TV show.
Kip Etter
Very cool place. Only 4 stars because it's more of a t-shirt & merchandise shop than an antique or vintage shop. Very small amount of "picked" items available for purchase at the shop. It's also pretty small. The decor is awesome & as expected. Definitely worth the stop & the entire building is cool making the location wicked!
Bob Mcgrath
I've been watching the show since it started. Watched the reruns multiple times and still enjoy them. Passing through town so I figured I would stop in and buy some merch. Figures I just missed meeting Mike earlier that day. I thought parking an RV was going to be the problem I got my 32 ft Winnebago in and out of there okay and got lucky there was enough room in the parking lot for me. There is some paid parking nearby and most of what I saw there was no clearance problems for RVs. The building is very long and Antique Archaeology rents one section in the middle. There are many shops in these buildings, I don't know if people realize that. Throughout the building there is a whole selection of machines , lathes and such. Some of which may have been used in the automobile production of the Marathon Motor Company. Lots of photo opportunities as well. Bought a couple of hats, a couple T-shirts a few stickers excetera. Probably spent an hour and a half and was worth the trip. One more crossed off my bucket list.
Sandra Richeson
We watch American pickers in History Channel and since we were visiting Nashville decided to go to the store despite some bad reviews.
We really like it! Some stuff isn't for sale and other stuff is pricey, they have souvenirs as well but overall is a very cool place to stop and check it out.
We parked around the corner and didn't have to pay anything.
I recommend this place.
Rebecca L
A fun place to visit if you are fans of the show. They had many pieces that were shown on the show as well as affordable branded merchandise to bring home to your family.
Tom Wright
Really cool place. The store is smaller than I thought. The other business in the building are really cool also .
Kristine Milburn
A bit disappointing..
Much smaller than anticipated and primarily designed to sell their marketing merchandise. A few key items were available, but it feels like the primary means of selling picked items is through their website. The surrounding shops were more interesting.
dean haiden
I’m looking forward to visiting the Nashville store May 13-15th in between a business trip. Enjoyed Iowa a few years ago. Mike, Frank and Danielle and their teams do more than people realize by watching a TV show. They also do more for their communities than what they see on TV. Such good people, icons to many. I can’t wait to pick with them sometime in the near future from Kansas or when they need a vacation day. 🚲⚒⛏
Joseph B.
The place had some cool stuff in it and it was neat to see stuff from American Pickers. However.....it was disappointingly small. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even recommended a restaurant (The Sutler) which was a 5 star recommendation.
Mike Holien
What a treat to visit the Antique Archaeology in Nashville. We walked in the door and immediately we recognized items from the show American Pickers. It was pretty cool to see. The shop itself isn't huge, but it is full of many interesting items. My favorite was the display of old motorcycle club jackets. I was hoping to see Mike Wolfe, the owner, but unfortunately he was out on a pick with Frank. The kind staff member did tell me that Mike does frequent the place often as he loves to talk with fans of the show and fellow pickers. One of the highlights of the shop is the gear you can buy with the logos and such. I bought my pops a mug and he was thrilled. To add to the experience Antique Archaeology Nashville is located in a mall that was converted from an old car factory. The whole mall is a museum of sorts. VERY COOL. If you are in the Nashville area, take so time to see AA in Nashville.
David Hampton
Cool to see the shop in Nashville after watching the show all these years! Lot's of stuff crammed into a pretty small space. Probably a third of which is souvenir type stuff. Very crowded, so a bit difficult to see everything. Paid the $10 to park in the lot across the street. The Marathon factory has lots of shops and artifacts which added to the visit!
Sherrie Johnson
It was cool of course but little smaller than I thought it would be. Nice & interesting pieces. Merchandise was great but pricey...$4 for a sticker?
It took 15 min to look around and I was out!
Chris soto
Great little shop visited here a couple times years ago if you enjoy the show then visit this place
Noble Mountain
Friendly staff. Great pieces of local history to see here like. Elvis, the Big Bopper and the Cheap Trick black and white checkered guitar that Rick Nielsen gave Mike to display on one of the American Pickers episodes.
The store is in an old industrial part of Nashville next to the Harley Davidson shop.
We've visited both stores and the staff was friendly and happy in Iowa and Tennessee. If you visit one put it on your list to visit the other location.
Please like if this review or pics help you.
Stephanie W
This place is super cool! A lot of the items have little cards that explain what they are and where they came from, as well as what episode of the show they were from. It's a small area (not the whole building like they show on tv), and it was seriously crowded the day we were there, but the experience was great and it was awesome to see history!
Becky Rogers
Love the show ! Friendly people in the store. Thank you all ! Wanted to see mike or Robby or even Frank lol
Rebecca Clark (Becca)
Great for gifts and perfect little shops. Flavored olive oils, balsamic vinegar, rubs, sauces. Shirts and etc. with a brewery, artisan cocktails. Pizza
No One
The store was nice, expected a little more and didn't expect everything to be so expensive. Staff was really nice and friendly.
Andy Robertson LCC Baseball
A fun shop, especially if you know anything about the show! Pretty sure they sell trinkets more than their antiques but super fun!
Kirk S Caskey
Just had to go! Addicted to the show. Didn't know that my folks were "pickers" till Frank and Mike came along. Thanks dudes! The store is not very big. Lots of cool, reasonably priced AA merch, but not a ton of "found" items that I saw except for some big stuff. Still a cool store. (I Spent too much $$ LOL) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A bit of a destination but definitely worth the trip.
Rob OBryan
THE highlight of our Nashville trip! Staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Lots of things to "pick" from. If you dont follow the show you may not get it. About 50% of items on display are on sale. Very cool looking at things I had seen picked on the show. I bought a vintage Levi's jacket with a Harley Davidson patch on the back. It was a size 42, my size! It was as if it was "calling out to me" and Mike might say! The very nice cashier even told me Mike even tried it on "wink, wink". As a side note, I know me & Mike share the same birth year so his choice of music for the store was spot on. Only regret is that I Live in St. Louis and can't visit regularly, which is probably a good thing. Edit....on November 2, 2018, just a day or two later, I texted Dave Rowe regarding a US map I was interested in. We settled on a price and he told me to go down and pick it up. Libby, the name of the nice cashier above, again waited on me. She and her co-worker were super nice and unmounted the map from its display quickly. I paid, she handed it over, and we stood there discussing what I'm going to do with it. I'm a teacher...can you guess? It was good to see excitement over an old object come from a young person. Her passion really showed. If you stop by, ask for Libby and you won't be sorry.
Barbara Hancock
It was a typical little souviner store. I bought a t shirt for 35.00. They had allot of cool things to look at. It's very small. You can take pictures if you wish
Michael Wrobel Sr
Glad we visited a store from one of our favorite tv shows. Got to see plenty of things picked over the years, however some items are not for sale. Much of the room is taken up by selling the brand, wish more old stuff was offered. Still a must see when staying in Nashville.
Brian Seabold
Had to take a business trip to Nashville so made sure to stop by and check out the store. If you’re a fan of the show then you’ve got to stop by and see this place. Many of the things you see them pick are sitting in the store. As soon as you walk in your face to face with the Von Dutch. Lots of cool things to look at and see throughout the store. I guess Mike and Frank were busy picking or had the day off.
Eleanor Ensley
Loved this place. This was my 1st visit & I will be going back.
Samantha Sheriff
Whole reason we came to Nashville was so the Old Man could visit this store lol. It's smaller than I expected but great location with lots of other places to visit in the same building.
Tyke White
Really enjoy the show and was excited to visit the Nashville store. Was more like a gift shop than what I was hoping for. Pretty small space with a couple cool collectibles. The souvenirs are nice but a t-shirt is 25+. Coasters were around 12$ for 1. Right next door is the marathon motor building and inside is some other unique stores to check out!
Jessica Wilson
Nice little shop. Mostly there stuff, not a lot of antiques the average person could buy.
Jeffrey Colyer
The shop is basically a place to draw fans, and sell fan memorabilia. Looking at the operation, Mike makes Big Bucks selling his brand to the public (way above what his picking business could EVER provide).
Mike has marketed his brand to leverage big bucks, kudos!!!
Shop location is clean, lots of things to see from the show (pictured) and you can always pickup a "respect the rust" sign for $25 that costs $5 to produce!
We didn't buy there, but enjoyed the experience. A heads-up, the automobile factory is just as much a draw, and a Harley-davidson dealership has a shop there as well if you want a great t-shirt.
jerry zaiden
Very well decorated and a great experience. The building has so much history. Definitely try and go out of your way and check out this spot.
Tammy Smith
This was the Nashville store, so it's not the one you see on TV. They do have a lot of cool items for sale that has been picked, but they mostly sell souvenirs. Still neat place to got to in Nashville.
Tamara Miller
Loved it...! Saw items from the show I watched last night....that what gave me the ideal to go there while in Nashville
Christine Kazen
No complaints here, was a fun stop I can check off the bucket list. The store itself was a little smaller than expected, but many shops throughout the Marathon building
Shawn Perez
This place is absolutely incredible. Such a gem! I wanted to buy everything in the store. This place is a must see and will take no time away from your country music site seeimg!
Rebecca Jobst
Very kool to see the historic stuff and items I loved seeing it all in person the new photo of the oil company I edited
Stephanie Bogart
Disappointed. I was expecting a lot more antiques or vintage items. Definitely not much that you can pick up as a souvenir or that would fit in your trunk on the way home. Some large items with correlating price tags. A lot of do not touch or sit signs. They have about anything they could find with the Antique Archeology logo on it to a crazy level. If you want an Antique Archeology branded item, that's about 50% of the stock.
Mona Adams
Great afternoon of fun. The shops are amazing and the antiques along the way were interesting to see.
Shawn Smith
Cool place. Seems it is mainly a gift shop and tourist destination. Don’t expect to buy any of the cool stuff you see them pick. It was nice to see and gave use something to do while in Nashville. Probably want go back.
Dale Kingan
Awesome to see items and reminisce as to which episode. Great friendly staff. Also need to check out the additional shops at the same location. Loved the historic building.
Jesse Bunner iI
It was cool to see all the old stuff that the store was very small and over crowded. The building that it is in very very cool .
Gwen
Small shop. Lots of neat things to look at.
Kevin Hinton
Very cool to get to see this place in person! I was a little disappointed though in the size of the location and with the items on hand for sale. There were very few actual antiques for sale as most inventory was focused on Antique Archaeology branded merchandise.
David Whitehouse
I am a huge fan if the show and even for my family members who are not, they thought it was awesome. Great stores in the building as well. A must stop for Nashville!
Dylan Donohue
Good store, fairly smaller than expected. Definitely in the more expensive side. If you're a fan of the show then you'll definitely enjoy it.
FRANK LIPPAY
If you have followed the Pickers since 2010 like I have, you will like the store. It has a lot of items from their picks, some labeled with the purchase date, to jog your memory. Lots of souvenirs to purchase. You could spend about 45 mins to an hour there.
Stephen Jarrett
As exciting as it was to go to the store, it was a let down. It’s much more of a gift shop for the show than anything else. There are some very cool items, like the Vondutch motorcycle from Mike’s personal collection. However, most items are not for sale. The items that are for sale are very expensive. If you watch the show regularly you will be able to recognize a few items.
L. P
Nice place to walk through. This was on one of the trolley stops. This place has outside market, but that is mostly for weekend. But do stop - cool place to check out
Mike L.
Great store!
Glad I had chance to visit while passing through the state. Been watching show since it began.
Ben Irving
Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of the show American Pickers so I was excited to visit the store. It is located in an old automobile factory next to a few other stores which only adds to the charm of the place. We went on a weekend so there was really great live music here. The antiques in the store are fun to look at, but the prices are astronomical which is not surprising since these are amazing antiques. I ended up buying a shirt and a guitar pick as a momento. Come here if you want to see some awesome antiques and a nice trip down memory lane of American past times!
Andy Petterson
This place was pretty cool. It's a big tourist trap, which was to be expected but there was alot of the props from the show there. It's a fun place to stop especially if a fan of the show. I'd recommend the stop.
Jen Ulasiewicz
I agree with most other reviews of this place, it is small and there's not really much you can actually buy here but we had fun just the same. It was awesome to see items from the show and pick up a few souvenirs. The girl folding t-shirts in the back was very rude with me. I didn't know what size my daughter needed and I held a couple sizes up to her before deciding on one and tried to fold the others very neatly for her but apparently she was irritated that I moved her shirt pile and was flat out rude. Didn't think that was necessary. Thankful that we came in the afternoon on a chilly day so we had no wait and it wasn't crowded at all. Now we have to visit the original Iowa store too!!!! :)
Cassidy Anastastio
Cool little spot! Be sure to walk across the street to see some old cars and the little strip mall! Great history!
Greg Campbell
Great to see the history of the building where it is located but as far as a store it’s a tourist trap. T shirts, key chains, coffee mugs, hats are about all that you will find between the occasional antique item. I’m glad I went so I could say I went but wouldn’t go back a second time.
Sully
Really interesting items here just like on television. A great place to soak up some knowledge and reminisce about the past. Plus the Marathon Automobile building adds to the allure at this unique Nashville area. Visit today.
Maram A
Unique place. It's like a warehouse with many different shops. There are Nashville souvenirs, an olive oil shop, a print shop, distillary, a jack Daniel's store and jewelry store, etc... it's a cool place to check out.
Private Account
Very nice place to visit. Worth the trip. Parking can be challenging but available around the corner if you look. Directly across the street is paid parking for what looks like $10... The store itself is like a museum mixed with a gift shop.
Linas Lauraitis
Fun store. Not huge. Interesting to see some items picked on the show. We thought it was worth the visit.
Julia Mack
Totally cool building! If you have seen the show..it us really beat ti walk thru and recognize some of the treasures. Lots of suviners available. But do wish there was more space. It is so busy but worth it.
Heather Harrington
This place was just sort of a not-really-even-cool-touristy place to go. There were a couple amazing things at the store, but there was also a ton of merchandise of all different kinds and some other cool shops around. There was a sketchy person charging like $10 for parking and then when we got out of our car, he just said he was off, took the sign down, said it was free for the rest of the day (3pm) and then left. Like what the heck?
Michael Osborne
I really like watching pickers but this store is more into marketing mugs, shirts, bottle openers you name it but the store isn't what i expected after seeing it on tv is like a small storefront in a large building. Mini mall but it must make a good amount of money as they had alot of sales help but i guess they can pay them to stand around with $25 dollar t shirts this is more like Mike & Frank selling themselves the building is cool on the outside but many other storefronts.
Was a fun stop but wasn't what i expected to see when i arrived there were some things i saw them pick on tv but mostly Frank and Mike oil cans, refrigerator magnets, t shirts.its more of a suviner shop.if your in town stop by but it won't be what you expected.
Anita Elrod
Had a amazing time with family.
Christina Brandsma
This place is kinda fun, but extremely crowded and touristy. I enjoyed seeing a few items from the show American Pickers, but was generally underwhelmed. There are several other cute tourist shops in the same complex that help round out the stop.
Gary Kiser
These guys a great! Friendly and helpful experience in a restored automobile factory. Had a lot of fun on our way back to Ohio from Texas
Becca
Wasn't what expected. It has more touristy merchandise than actual antiques for sale. And was very expensive on everything. Was still neat seeing the place in person. The building it's in is really cool. Very old with lots of old machinery and pictures throughout. There's several other shops besides antique archaeology inside as well.
Melissa
Stopped here touring Nashville. I was really excited to get to see this place.... then we went in. Jam packed, tight aisles... and nothing an average person can afford. Except their tshirts and caps...If it wasn't for the Wolf Boy I'd consider it lame. The other stores in the complex got my business.
Deb Briggs
Loved stopping here. Saw many items that have been featured on Pickers. It is small but put together so well. Just fun to see.
Nik Kei
Great area a bit outside the bustle. Shop was interesting with some items from the show but most of the stuff is mikes private collection. We were told mike lives in town and visits here often during the week. Touristy items to say you went. There’s plenty to do in the area so finding parking and have a little stroll around.
Recommend stopping at the winery and distillery in the same building.
Danny Stamps
I just saw the episode where they were in Virginia and ran into the old man Hyder. That has to be the best episode they have ever filmed
Rebecca R.
My husband and I love watching American Pickers.
We traveled through Nashville on a trip just to visit the store, but I found myself a bit disappointed. I expected to see more "picked" merchandise and antiques, but felt like I mostly saw touristy souvenirs (I did buy a tshirt for my sister). What made the trip totally worthwhile was the old Marathon Motor Works building that houses the shop, as well as several others. There are many things on display from the motor works which are fascinating.
Leslie Davis
I love the Show and had to stop on my thru Tennessee. The staff was friendly and helpful as I peppered them with questions about Mike, Frank and Danielle. You get to see some of their greatest picks like the Von Dutch bike!! Plenty of parking on the street too.
Janene Otten
As a dedicated watcher of American Pickers, episodes came to life as I walked through the store. The layout kind of makes you feel like you're on a pick! I contemplated buying an original movie poster from the film "Mirage" but a price wasn't marked and I took it as a sign. 💲 Some prices seemed too high (a Disney promotional record was rare but the cover was lined with mold) while others were worth it, especially if you have a real need for displaying or collecting these antiques. My favorite item from Mike's collection was the Dodge Brothers grill. So cool. This location at Marathon Village is a perfect stop to taste some whiskey at the Tennessee Legend Distillery next door, check out some old Marathon automobiles at the Marathon Factory Museum and pick up some country threads at H Bar C Ranchwear.
Twiztid Lotus
Friendly, helpful employees, beautiful displays...items from the show are on display and can be purchased!
Jeff Nelson
Was expecting something bigger, but was able to see some pictures from the TV show. But walking around the marathon factory and seeing such a history lesson of American automotive industry was great.
Anthony
Loved it but a little ac would not hurt. I did leave with a little bit of Tennessee tasty beverages.
Gigi G.
Loved their Nashville shop! Busy with tours but definitely met expectations after being at the Le Claire storefront. Would come back again to see what changes. One thing I wish they had was just merchandise that said Nashville and just Le Claire.
Pap Goodwin
Great place for souvenirs and the folks are very friendly. Good place to go and see some of the things that you have seen on the TV show. We very much enjoyed it.
Terry Tornow
Nice store. I have been to the location in Iowa as well. The original location (we were there before the new building went up) in Le Claire is much more geared towards antiques. Nashville is more commercialized, but they do have some antiques. Always cool to see items you watched them pick on the show for sale in the store!
Carrie-Jean Cusson
Was not as big as I thought it would be. Some stuff for sale others display display. They sell a lot of stuff with their logo, like t- shirts, keychains, Etc. Staff was helpful and nice.
Lexi Woon
Loved the classy antiques! I watch American Pickers all the time so I was pleasantly surprised to get a chance to visit this lovely shop. Definitely add to your things to see while in Nashville.
Hugo Martinez
Beautiful shop. Full of memorabilia and some nice gifts for the family. The store i small but the employees are friendly and helpful.
David Waters
Cool place, but it seemed like over half the items in the store were just their promotional items. I had higher expectations on what the content of the store would be. The Marathon Motors factory is definitely worth walking through. There is a lot of history there that you will not find anywhere else.
Eric Fuller
Huge selection of odds and ends. The staff was gracious and professional. A must visit if visiting Nashville and fans of the show!
Cassandra McCullough
Very cool place to go visit unique things in there you can also buy things nice staff
Todd Gross
Like a museum which sells souvenirs but still a must stop for fans of American Pickers if only to touch Evel Knievel's leather jacket.
Jessica Davidson
Not what I thought is was going to be at all...It was expensive and the old factory next door was so much cooler.
Kelly “Sunshine”
If you like the show American Pickers, this might be your favorite place. It's a very small collection of their finds, priced to look at, not to sell, except their t-shirts. BUT, there are also OTHER things inside, if you like old stuff, old Harley Davidsons, old 1930 autos that were mfgd on this site (sorry can't remember the name) a Jack Daniel's tasting room that sells JACK DANIEL'S LABELS YOU WON'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE!! LIKE FLAVORED LIQUORS THAT ARE VERY GOOD!! A Tactical Shop that was closed, a very small Harley Davidson Shop. So A LOT in here, just all of it is small and a lot of displays of older mechanical type equipment. If that's your thing.... might be right up your alley!
Jim Smith (Heritage Carving)
Overpriced and packed. It a quaint building with a lot of shops. It is small and on the weekends it's packed but we discovered a lot of other cool stores at the same location. Glad we stop, not interested in a AA t-shirts...they sell tons of them.
Ryan Roush
I've been to a lot of antique stores but none quite like this. Watched the show for years and this is more of a display for that then an actual antique store. Definitely some unique antiques but bring a big wallet!
Dan B
Fun visit. Recognized a lot of items from the show...they sell more t shirts and stuff than antiques though, I bet. But still, a must see if you are a fan.
Shad Brifcani
It's great place for people like to see and shop antique product.
Antonio Jesús Órpez Rubia
As a Spanish picker, I loved this place!
Lots of souvenirs and also some interesting findings
Vi Tran
Unique place. They have a lot of unique antique things that were mentioned in the TV show American Picker. The building in which the store is located also has a lot of other artsy stores.
Andrew Friesen
Very cool place to check out in Nashville. It's really neat to see items that they picked on the show in person, and the merchandise is awesome as well. The staff seemed very friendly, but this place is almost always crowded and super busy, on the weekends there's almost always a line to get in. Just a heads up!
Jim Roberts
Cool place ! lots of cool shops , like the whole building , found the old tools used to build and design the Maraton cars interesting !
Gerardo Z.
It’s a souvenir shop 🤷🏻♂️, the 10dls parking is unbelievable ! Park in the street and walk to the other shops. I’ll keep watching the tv show, rather than buying anything from the store. …
Aaron Newman
Not at all what I was expecting... I thought they'd have more antiques. It was mostly new store branded t shirts, key chains etc, with a few high priced antiques as decor. Too commercialized, I guess.
Phoenix Mangus
I really enjoyed visiting the store. It's like a free museum if you're a fan of the show. The Von Dutch is there. Much smaller than you'd think, expensive but not as much as you'd think. LOTS of Picker memorabilia which IS very expensive. Busy but take you're time. Just like the show there is a lot to see and you should make many trips around the store.
Also, check out the huge Marathon Car Works building it's in. Amazing! Like a manufacturing museum with lots of cool little shops.
Excellent experience, I'd go back to that area again. Hip, fun, positive and nostalgic.
Ray Reynolds
Super cool stop but you have to pay for parking.
Emily
Was in a really cool older building with a bunch of other shops and tastings available! The antique place is more expensive then what we were looking to buy. Still neat to go.
Ria M.
Just a store selling overpriced swag like shirts & magnets, etc... Some stuff is for sale but high ticket prices so no one will buy em. It's not worth visiting.
Chris Haddock
If you are a show fan this is a must stop! Amazing items. A lot of antiques from the show episodes. Very cool find
Joshua Reynolds
If your a fan of the show then you should definitely go and visit this place. I had a great time here.
Denise 7707
Small and very crowded but to be expected. Very interesting items in shop. Staff was very warm and friendly.
Andrew Aguilar
Love the show so had to visit the store while in town! Great experience and friendly staff.
C.J Finnie
Visited the Le Claire Iowa location last Aug..so this trip had to visit Nashville one while there. It was smaller, which involved a wait in line to enter, only ten minutes or so. It is located in older industrial area..kewl. Inside had nicely displayed pick items for sale and yes pricey. We did see items from their episodes..that was neat. Especially noticed the eyeballs at the cash. If your a fan it is interesting.
Jason Dawson
It was OK. Few neat things on display, but more like a touristy look and buy some souvenirs. The building it is set in had some neat history of the car company that was once there and some old cars across the street. We happened to be in the area for the night, but don't make a special trip for it.
Jeff
Much smaller than expected. They sell mostly t-shirts. Most of the unique/unusual items are NFS. The Marathon building (mall) itself is very cool, they are just one of many t-shirt shops in the mall.
Kerry Gaus
Place was nice stop. We stopped into the antique archeology store and it was basically just t-shirts and swag. They could pull in more antiques to sell. The rest of the shops were cool. We sampled whiskey at the one shop and it was good.
Jenn Cranney
Such cool stuff! Great ideas for decorating and high end antique retail values.
Arthur Mclaughlin
Very interesting items for sale. Clean and neat. A must visit for everyone!
Whitney Mixdorf
We dug it. The entire area/Marathon building is pretty darn awesome to be honest. Was hoping to see more “stuff” but we were happy to buy our souvenir tchotchkes and take our photos. I was nervous about taking the kids in with antiques but it wasn’t a big deal at all. We are actually Iowans traveling through Nashville so we’ll be sure to stop at the Le Claire store sometime in the future!
Ron Willard
Lots of souvenirs from the American Pickers TV show, plus there's neighboring shops in this historic assembly plant.
Shawn Roy
The building was cool but had a tourist trap feel to it. It would have been better if they would have more of the history of the company in a separate area. It was very hard to look at some of the auto company stuff while dodging shoppers. It too bad because they had a lot of cool stuff that is getting trashed by being out in the hallways. The shops i the sides were great but it was kinda pricey…
Michael Benavides
Look smaller than in the show they have lots of stuff to look at but not too much of what you would expect of stuff that they find for sale in the store a lot of stuff is NFS
brant petrey
It was ok. Alot different than what I was expecting. The store was smaller than I thought and there wasn't much for sale as far as antiques. More of a museum. Did get a shirt and a patch. The building it is in is pretty cool, lots of little shops within.
Larry Lee
This where the store is located and this is what you first see upon entering.
Kellee Obod
It was neat, cool to see some of the items you see picked on the episodes. Kids were a bit disappointed. Worth checking out if your in the are but wouldn't go out of my way to go back.
B.Y
Cool place wish the crew would have been there, been watching American pickers since day one, great show 😀 …
Patti Williams
My husband was so excited to be there. He lives the show and watches it often.
Sun Flower
This was a fun place, saw several things they bought on the show. If you like American Pickers, you must stop here. I recommend the Old Town Trolly to get around to all the sites , it’s shop on hop off as you please ride. This is one of the stops on the route.
Danielle Wallace
The Nashville store was like it was on TV. The store can get very crowded especially when the trolley let's tourists off. It has items picked from the show to look at, some of which you can buy and some you can't. The store itself has merchandise that has the logo or quotes, that are reasonably priced for souvenirs.
Ward Van Ommeren
The place was interesting to say the least. Expected it to be bigger than it was, but offered lots of interesting inventory. The building they are located in is also worth the visit. Historic mechanical atmosphere with plenty of historical items and fun shops to browse.
This is a "MUST SEE".....!
Steve Enloe
It's the real thing. So much stuff. Not as big as I imagined. Very cool saw a lot of the things right off TV.
Danielle Link
After reading the comments i thought it was going to be awful. I was pleasantly surprised. It is small but i was glad we went. There is alot in the store and we got what we went for. Not sure what people are expecting....it's not like Mike and Frank are going to be there.
D L
More of a tourist fan shop, and small. They definitely don't own the whole Marathon motors building like the show eludes to.
Jeff Vollstedt
Very nice. Bought some t shirts. Met Mike and he was gracious enough to give us Wisconsin oldies a selfie. We were there five years ago, a lot of improvement to the area. Thanks again Mike!
Dani E
Fun and interesting shop. Lots of antiques, loved seeing things I knew of, and things I'd never seen before. A bit on the pricey side. But if you want a souvenir, their t-shirts are a great option!
S M
Nice place to stop and see some of the stuff from the show. More of a souvenir shop though.
Kevin Liles
A must see! Very cool shop. I remember the V.W. bike when they finally found it.
Jordan Richardson
Cool to see all the stuff from the show and all the other stores in the building are fun to visit as well.
Guillermo Loubriel
I was disappointed: as a fan of the show I expected a much much bigger store. I also expected more antiques. Actually, there were more show- related knick knacks than antiques. There were tons of tshirts, keychains, refrigerator magnets, hats, etc.
Michael Rockwell
The people that work here are just as nice as the people on the show! Really neat to go see so many of the items that I watched Mike and Frank pick over the years. Definitely stop by if you are in the area.
Pamela Voras
So many cool things! $60 for two t-shirts, but-hey- two t-shirts from Frank and Mike's place?!? Is there any price too high? 🙂😉😆 …
Tammy Beebe
Awesome place to tour! Bought some goodies to take home!
Carl Vervisch
Really nicely curated collection of museum-quality relics, affordable antiques, and merchandise from American Pickers, Two Lane's, and the store.
Paul Ripple
I mean if you are in the area why not visit the place? Sure most of the cool items are NFS and from episodes of American Pickers and the stuff that is for sale probably isn't for anyone visiting. Still worth checking it out for fun and buy a t-shirt, shot glass, magnet, or whatever other souvenir you like to collect. Staff never really said hi or seemed to engage visitors so it could have been better but still worth spending a few minutes in there and Snapping a few pictures.
Bill McIver
This is a must stop on your visit to Nashville. The Marthaon Motor works.building is amazing an Antique Archeology is a big part of it. Lots of items in the store that you may have seen the guys buy on the show. Allow lots of time to visit this place because there is.lots to see.
Dorothy Massie
Nice shop. People were friendly. My son watches show and is always hoping to see Mike or Danielle. So far he hasn't seen them.
EmilyDon Sisk
Enjoyed AA and everything around it! What a treat to walk through an automotive and industrial museum while visiting all the shops. They've done a great job restoring the building and the entire city block!
Tyrone Little
So much fun so glad they had great pieces for sale
Joel Zaidspiner
Got to go inside this time as it was not Christmas week as last time I was in town. Sad Mike did not come out to say hi to some of the folks visiting.
Gennesa Jane
If you are going as a tourist stop, you will be happy. But their antiques are way over priced.
Donald Hornor
The store was neat, but not very many antiques. More t-shirts and cups and caps retail gear. I wanted to see some of the neat finds and antiques. I wanted to buy a piece of history from the show I love to watch. So needless to say I was let down.
Thanks
Matthew Haynes
Love the show and love the store. My son was so excited!!
Michael Novack
Very cool place to visit especially if you're a fan of the show. Also many other places to visit eat and drink in the same building witch makes it a great place to visit
Matthew “Prophet” Arnold
while in Nashville if you have the opportunity I recommend stopping at antique archaeology damn great little shop in a nice little building with a brewery on site they do taste testings there are all kinds of things to look at its in the arts district of Nashville and by far a wonderful place
CindyAndDerek Gleason
Very cool place, lots of really neat industrial equipment to look at. Fun stores to shop in as well. Worth the time!!
Shannon Styer
Great that you could see all the Marathon cars for free. And free moonshine tasting!!
Charlie Roberts
Very cool place!! Easy to get to. Great historic Nashville building
Andrea Triggs
Fun to see items picked from their show.....But all antiques in store was priced to high for the average joe....They sell more t-shirts coffee cups ie..memorabilia stuff.....
Scott Curtis
We went on a weekend so the line to get in was about 30 mins in the baking sunshine. Uncomfortable but not the end of the world. The shop is great and just like on TV including the presence of manager Lauren. It had a mix of the antiques found in the show and lots of merch. It's largely an American Pickers TV show gift shop because most of the visitors aren't there to spend $400 on rusty gold. That being said, we found a beautiful old clock and entered negotiations which ended up going to Mike Wolfe for the final say on the lowest they would go. It was great fun. We now own a beautiful old clock.
Elise Melcho
The whole experience here was overall emotionally upsetting to me at the time I visited. Hence the stars. I hope that establishments like this remain existing for people seeking nostalgia and history! I encourage everyone to take some time to speak with their family members about some of their own antiques! Dust it off and shine it up. There really is some amazing heritage and culture to experience in family! Hope everyone has an opportunity to seek it!
Jen Butler
Such a cool store! It was smaller than we expected and sold a lot of branded items, but there were lots of amazing antiques, some of which were recognizable from the show. Staff was AMAZING and super friendly.
Sara Bro
Cool spot. Definitely thought there would be more. Seems more like a T shirt spot, not an antique store.
Kelly Hoffman
Wonderful customer service. Love what they do, absolutely love history.
Brett Griggs
Great place to visit. Make sure you get a souvenir T-shirt.
Melissa Castleman
Happy to visit, this is one of my favorite shows. Missed y'all Frank, Mike, Dannie D and Lauren.
Kelly Gee
We liked getting to visit the store but were disappointed that tour busses actually include it on their route and it was packed in a constant rotation of tourists on a Sunday morning. They actually had someone at the door to limit the number of people coming in at one time.
James Castillo
I love the show but was not impressed by the Nashville store it’s more a T-shirt shop with some of the things the crew find on the road.
Still a fun place to visit if you are in town
Martha Saenz
Store was stacked wall-to-wall with some picks hanging from ceiling. Have to remember there are 2 stores and online shopping: Prize picks get bought fast! But, there's lots of cool swag, some "keepers" from the show, and the building is indomitable. Other shops to see. Gallery across the street.
Caroline Sankey
Mike visits once in a while, so sorry I missed him today! Just loved it!
April Gates
So awesome that the pickers have a store!! We spent a long time looking at the treasures and buying a couple of our own.
Phillip Burkhart
I had lots of fun would have liked to see frank or Mike but that is the way it goes
Marc M.
Pretty cool place to visit as a fan of the tv show American Pickers. It's like a museum of interesting items from the Americana past. If you have ever watched an episode, you have an idea of what to expect. Would have been super neat to meet Danielle, Frank, or Mike while there--maybe another day. Plenty of Antique Archiology souvenirs to be had as well. Located inside the Marathon Motor works building.
R. Booth
Nice place with lots of vintage items. Not as big as I thought but huge in impact with all the display items distributed around the mall like setting. Yes I do recommend this as a place to see when in Nashville.
Kristine Stevens
It had some neat items to see but seemed like more Antique Archeology stuff to buy (overpriced) than antiques. Quite small and very busy. Iowa one is more spacious and multiple bldgs.
Deana M.
Museum/gift shop. A lot of big ticket item$, nothing for traveling tourist type visitors, unless you want coffee mugs, tea-towels, ink pens, stickers, postcards and T-shirts. It is not a pickers/junk/antique store. However, the location is super cool!
D Roberts
The store is all marketing for American Pickers. Everything that is cool, isn't for sale. If you are there just to by American Pickers merchandise like t-shirts, beer cozies, and bottle openers than this is your store. The building however is very cool to explore.
Craig Anderson
Awesome place surrounded by a small museum and shops.
Deena Ward
Nice store. Didn’t really find anything. I was hoping to see more of the things the guys find on the road show.
Prrple Grl
Lots of antique collectibles for the savy collector. Tucked away in an overlooked area of Nashville, Antique Archaeology has its own unique showcase museum that's like stepping back into time when you walk through the doors.
Christian Scott
Some neat show items to look at. Lots of merch. Much less personality than you would think based on the show. 10 minutes at most. Located in a neat complex that adds attractions in the same vein
Linda McKinney
This is a cute place to go to if you want to see what you see on TV. A good place to buy souvenirs.
John Murphy
Fun place to visit. Auto museum was really cool
Ron G
Really a great place with a lot of purchase options. We found a great gun shop with knives that were amazing. Picked up a couple of t-shirts for souvenirs and all around. Enjoyed the antiques that were scattered throughout the facility. Definitely would suggest a visit
JON SKINNER
They have Great items just as seen on the show. And the Marathon building is super cool too but when you see a shot of this HUGE building on the show, you imagine they got the whole building packed with goodies. But it’s just way smaller than I thought. Super cool stuff though and displayed nicely. Still love AP and what you guys are doing.
Jim Rogan
Way over rated, my god priced are out of this world. A T shirt is $32. Yes you see the junk they buy on the show.
Travis Durfee
Awesome store if your a fan of the PICKERS
D Marta
Had hoped ot be larger. I wanted to purchase things that they had "picked" But I found mostly generic merchandise.
Eric Rice
The show got my expectations to high but it was fun to just say I went.
Kathy Wright
Small store pretty much you've seen it all on tv. Mostly a t-shirt and Logo trademark sales.
Lele Faith
I was disappointed i expected more from the American pickers name. It was very small and expensive for what little variety and quality. It was more advertising for the American Pickers show, t-shirts, hats, key chains. Still cool to see.
David Long
Lots of history here awesome place to visit and do some wine tasting
Jesika Croom
Used to watch the American Pickers so stopped in here while in town. They have typical souvenir items, and I assume you can purchase the big items that were "picked" since they have price tags (big ones if you ask me) but it's all over hyped in my opinion.
Will Manzo
Line to get in is long but moves. Very crowded inside. Surprisingly not much merchandise considering how much stuff they "buy". In case you're wondering, Mike and Frankie are not there.
Dschlitz88 !
Cool not to many people there, but the cashier said that on the weekends it has a line going out of the door, so would not recommend going then.
Angelina Henegar
Tell others why I loved it? Ummm because its American Pickers.....
Joe Wheeler
Rode right up easy parking easy access little smaller than I expected but it was a cool place to visit kind of like a museum / retail space. Fun to see items that were purchased on the show especially the Von Dutch Motorcycle and wolf boy overall a good experience plenty of t-shirts and hats but they're a little pricey in my opinion
D7steven Johnson
Great place to spend a little time while in Nashville
Craig Nicholson
Neat shop in Marathon place selling mainly merchandise and apparel.
Aaron Carnine
Fun place. Like a museum where most of it is for sale. The prices seem, slightly astonomical, but the pieces have traveled long and far. $600 for that Worlds Collide poster. Lots of local shops surround Antique Archaeology with good parking.
joshua shumate
Awesome. It was cool to see stuff I remember them picking on the show.
Kate Barnes
Stopped in to grab a souvenir for a fan of the show. Neat place where you can see previous Picker buys. They have some "picked" items for sale, along with shirts, hats, coffee cups, magnets, etc.
Taylor Fisk
Amazing little shop, I watch the TV show soo the time and it was amazing to see it in person!
sarah cordrick
Much smaller than expected but service was great and there was a lot to see.
Noah Legenski
I do not watch American Pickers, so I assume I would enjoy this place more if I did! I have not been to the sister store in Iowa, so I can not offer a comparison between the two. However, I understand the one in Iowa would be regarded as the “flagship”. Neat selection of items, including some apparel for fans of the show. Another nice touch was that some items were actually featured in the show, and came with a little certificate stating the episode and season the item was shown on. Vintage items were all around us. If you are into antiques, this is definitely worth the visit. I thought the size of the shop was a bit on the small side, which was disappointing. The best surprise of this store was the area that it was in. Marathon Village, which appeared to be a repurposed factory plant of some sort, was chocked full different shops and snack places. Some favorites of mine were a location to do moonshine tasting, a Jack Daniels store, and an ice cream shop. Overall, I would say the store alone is only worth a visit to fans of the show American Pickers. However, if you are looking to kill and hour or two and do a little souvenir shopping, this is a great place to stop in as part of the whole Marathon Village.
Maria Franklin
Lived in Nashville since 2012 and this was my first time here. Would definitely be coming back. The employee at t-shirt table was very helpful and friendly.
Orjeana Devereaux
Like most reviews, we were expecting something different. We were hoping to buy some of the awesome relics displayed on the show. Very disappointed that it is mostly souvenirs! T shirts, mugs, Keychains and etc.
Jesse Monday
A lot smaller then you'd expect. There's some really cool stuff but it's definitely more of a store selling T shirts to tourists and it stays to crowded to really enjoy looking around. Do it once to you say you did but I doubt you'll have to go every time you're in town.
Jacob Maples
Always wanted to go and it was worth it... smaller than expected but still worth the trip. In a great part of town so there's a lot to do in the area
joshua todd
Can buy most stuff oversees for way cheaper, still cool though
Charlie Grimes
A little smaller than expected but there's so much more to discover all around in the same building and on the same street. Definitely worth a visit.
Stefani Wade
Big fan of the show so we stopped by today on our way thru Nashville. Parked across the street for $10. Neat little shopping center with cool history. Be sure to go check out the Marathon cats in the corner building. Very cool! This was mostly a souvenir shop but did have some cool things things for sale.
Brandon West
It's an awesome place to visit! There is a lot of awesome antiques and novelties in the store! I highly recommend visiting!
Addison Duncan
It's a great place to find a good gifts and there are a lot of things from the show on sale.
Dave Spinola
Neat little store, very cool stuff to see
Deborah Marquez
I've been watching their show for years, so my expectations were for a much bigger store. What we found was clothes and gimmicks to purchase with a few antiques. It was disappointing. I'll have to go to their other store. This one was cute but to commercial.
Misty Huvler
This store is absolutely amazing The antiques are beautiful the prices are reasonable But if you gonna try to sell somebody a T-shirt for almost $40 the lady working the T-shirts should be a little bit nicer, also I don't appreciate not being able to pick up a shirt to see if it looks like its the right size just because you don't like to refold them and I don't appreciate when my kid is treated like a shop lifter! We aren't stealing something. Sorry Mike line them up... kindness and southern hospitality sale more.
Connie Brietzman
Thank you for the wonderful memories
Toby Rampa
Stop in amd view the cars that were manufactured there. If that's not enough go to the tasting room to sample the spirits brewed in Nashville. A great hour long stop, 2 hours if you want to see it all!
Philip C
We were in Nashville and just had to drop-by the Marathon Automobile car factory and Antique Archaeology store. The AA store was great to see items picked that we recognized from the series; and we bought some tourist trinkets too. Really impressed with the other shops and Antique machinery throughout the building, really could spend two-three hrs easy looking at everything.
Parking is accross the street at $3/hr paid via vending machine.
Matt Fox
Always something new to see. I still haven't found the rusty gold I'm looking for but it doesn't stop me from checking in for another visit.
Souvenirs for the kids could be better priced.
Laura H
After watching American Pickers for years and knowing that they have 2 stores with Nashville being the newest and the one I was able to visit, I was disappointed in both the size and the inventory. The building that the shop is housed in was very cool, but the shop itself was a disappointment. I had such high hopes for the experience.
Darby Fleming
Temper your expectations here crowded small tourist trap unless you are a huge fan of the show. Its good for a 30 min pop in and out.
Bill Causey
Great place to visit the whole complex is Nashville history to the max.
MiMi Rivait
Amazing experience friendly staff great new and old shopping
Charles Simmons
They have a variety of antiques. The store is smaller than I thought it would be. I didn't know that Volkswagen made motorcycles
Andrew Juarez
I love American Pickers and your store location and look is extraordinary, keep up the great work. You Rock! Take Care
Crystal Roberts
Highly recommend visiting here even my 3 and 5 year old grandkids enjoyed it
Lisa Lopez
So fun seeing it in person!! Everyone was real friendly and they had some great stuff.
Tony Antonov
I visited this store during my trip to Nashville. I am sorry to say but it was not what i expected. Place is surprisingly small. I was disappointed. I dont know, maybe i had big expectations....

Overall it is cool to go here once. Literally only once though! They have some cool things inside from the show, but of course they aren't for sale. They do have a couple items from the show for sale, but they are crazy priced. It's items you would never use or want, it would honestly only be for the story of getting it from the pickers.
They do have a lot of shirts, keychains, ect. you can buy that are like souvenirs. They are kinda high, but worth it if you want one.
*****But don't plan on going to Nashville specifically for the store! Only go if you are going to Nashville anyway!!*****
Samantha M
It's so cool to be able to go and look around in there. There's a lot of cool things to buy too.
Logan Narmore
Nice place kinda hard to find. They have only 1 sign on the door and it took us a few mins to find it. They have actual stuff from the show for sale. They even tell you what season and episode it's from. Lots of smalls. Kinda a small space so you will bump into people. Overall a cool spot to visit if your a fan of the show.
Ladonna Drane
Had little shops throughout the building found lots of stuff
Sherrie Sherrick
Got see some things we seen on TV that really was remembereable, we enjoy it my husband Paul and I bought a few things ❤❤
Angela justice
If you love the show, you will want to go! Also Marathon Village is awesome! Go inside and experience the past and the now! So much to see! You are gonna love it!
Jon Yost
So let me set you straight. This is not really an antique shop. They have a lot of cool antiques in here but a lot are not for sale. This is more of a souvenir shop for American Pickers. If you go into the store thinking this way you will love it. There is a ton of memorabilia seen on various episodes of the show. Theres even some things that you can buy that were in the show. The memorabilia is fairly priced compared to other gift shops. The store is kind of small but it still feels comfortable. The lighting is great and warm. The store is very inviting. Theres cheap parking near by and there are a ton of other shops situated around it. I only noticed 1 place to eat within walking distance though so keep that in mind. Its worth going here for sure.

THE TWO GIRLS WORKING WERE RUDE!!. It was ok not impressed.
Alberto Silva
Love the place and the area. Great experience!
Dema H
Not a very big place as expected. The shops connected to the building were kinda cool. One shop I believe the name to be $10 and up store was my favorite.
John Simon
They have some cool stuff. Didn't get to see Danielle! Love that girl!!
Alexis Bergstrom
Clean and we'll kept. Not as many things for sale as I expected. Those that were for sale were very nice but very expensive. Most of the stuff available for purchase was just AA merchandise itself and other store-related things, which was disappointing. Still glad I went but probably wouldn't go back.
Kylea Lewis
Fun stop. Enjoyed seeing things the guys purchased on their show.
Melanie Hibner
It was very nice. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The store was clean.
Chris Bork
Thought it would be much bigger, nice stuff but mainly a souvenir store.
Kenneth Beegle
I love the show American Pickers and this is their Nashville store. I even got to meet Lauren Wray from the show! I recommend everyone visit this store.
Nelson Mesick II
It was okay, not what I expected. There was some cool stuff
Dorothy M.
I was really excited that I was going to see a place that the "Pickers" own.
It was a little disappointing that the place was so small.
The girls working there were very nice to talk to.
T-shirts were a little pricey but I bought 3 as gifts.
Matthew Wilson
Over priced and underwhelmed with the store. The building and adjacent businesses are very unique, it is worth the trip for the history of the Marathon building.
Tim Saunders
Went to shop in Iowa 8? Years ago
It have small an large items very nice.
Took wife 4 years ago most everything was branded and very expensive example $40 for a branded quart of oil. Took out the nick knack case in original shop
Brian Kelly
Loved the atmosphere, just wished they had more signs for sale. Enjoyed the Jack Daniel's shop next door and had an excellent ice cream cone. Worth the visit!
Roger Castle
Place is expensive. But well worth the trip to check it out. Check out the rest of the area. A lot to see here.
Edy
Cool place, had fun shopping.

Orlando M
Didn't get to meet Mike but over all loves the stuff they had on display from season 1 of the show
Jayne Santos
Nice place. Many memories of watching the show. Prices of goods are higher than expected from picked items.
violette jackson
Good place for old stuff to look at it, but not much to purchase. Good wine tasting for $10. And food at the deli is good
Ally Thomas
Cool space to visit with guests! Even if you don’t purchase anything it’s like a antique Museum inside. Nashville must see.
Rhonda B
Best timein the mall andviewing all antiques

Fun place. Small but cool stuff.
Jay Harward
Awesome place. Full of amazing antiques.

Donna Smith
Really cool place!! If you're a fan of the show, you have to see this store!
David Roberts
Really cool place to see! Lots of cool shops.
Lynn F
Nice store! Smaller than expected. We bought a couple shirts and one vintage item. Worth a stop. Check their website for parking information. Also stop in to Tennessee Distillers for some delicious flavored moonshine - the most flavorful we've ever had! The lot across the street is pay parking but we were told it is free on certain days if there is no attendant in the "antique gas station" booth!
Diane Larsen
Oh this has the Pickers place a Harley Store and Jack Daniels souvenir shop....all in a old Marathon Car..Factory....great place to stop...avaibler by n ashville trolley too....or the golf cart tours did that fun too...
Edina Sipos
Beautiful, history building offering lots of different shops
crazycracker antics
Gorgeous old building. But not a whole lot of items for sale. A-lot of the store had store merchandise, set up for tourists. Not really a antique store vibe. Don't get me wrong it all looked nice , but not many items reasonably priced. A bit disappointed.
Jackie Lamkin
The store feels like a museum. Lots of suviners, hats, t shirt stuff.
marcie slayton
Absolutely loved walking through Mike's store and adore Lauren ; she was so gracious and warm.
Kevin Cleveland
Fun eclectic store. Located in the old Marathon auto factory, very cool place to visit
John L.
If you watched it on TV.. pretty cool to go visit the place. Cool stuff in there
Dawn Kirk
Cool store to visit if you are a fan of the show. Was neat to see a few items from some of the episodes.
terri neset
Great place.look around see things mike and frank have bought and bought a few items.worth the time and money
amber nail
Great mixture of items! Fun store!
Lupe P
Just ok...nothing to exciting to see and one of the girls working wasn't too friendly when we were trying to find a shirt size. Gave us the impression she didn't want us to look at them and if she had pulled herself away from the other coworkers she was just standing behind the counter and offered help we wouldn't of had to look ourselves. Not impressed
Freda Craig
Very interesting
Loves the jewelry place. Husband enjoy wine tasting etc
Tyler Owens
you guys are such a inspiration that it got me in to collecting by the way im 13 if you reed this tell mike and frank please
Thad Sand
Great place, been here a couple times. Thet do have some picking items, but a lot of their items are promotional items like hats and shirts. Very cool building and surrounding businesses. Btw, we miss Frank!
Annette Lucchesi
We are big fans of the show American Pickers and we love Mike, Frank and the whole gang, so we couldn't pass up visiting Antique Archaeology, while vacationing in Nashville. It has a lot of souvenir type items there, which is what most visitors are looking for and can afford, BUT they had a good amount of genuine picked items and we recognized a number of them from shows we watched. If you are a fan of the show, I would definitely suggest stopping in. The even bigger thing to do if you are into antiques is to go through the Marathon Motors building. The entire building is a museum with tons of antiques, shops and distilleries/wineries to visit.
Mike Nuzbach
Store is neat particularly for those of us who love the show. I was a little surprised at how small it was, but still a cool place to stop in, look around, and buy a show shirt! Tucked into an unassuming spot so look carefully for the door.
Mike Searle
This place was way cool and very interesting
Sofiya Shorokhova
I was looking forward to stopping by here while in Nashville but unfortunately it turned out to be a bit disappointing. Although there were some cool display pieces from the show, the store is more of like a display place and merch store. Would be cool if there were more vintage pieces for sale instead of t-shirts and souvenirs.
EAS Entertainment
As a fan of the show, I was delighted to shop around AA's store, being it my first time in Nashville. Items were cool to look at but only got a couple shirts, a hat, two poker chips with the logo, lapel and a free AA miniature bag.
I think it would be a cool addition to sell signed photograph's of the cast!
Anyway, it was a great stop on vacation and will go back again.
Tami W
Had some cool stuff they have bought on there shows. Some VERY expensive items to buy but just a glorified T-shirt shop typical tourist trap. Very small place. Pretty dissapointed
D Town
Some very cool stuff. I was hoping it would have more from their show & picks. Their place in Iowa I think is better. There are other little shops too. Wine, Harley Davidson, Jewelry are just a few examples. Remember to wear your mask.
John Savino
Love the show. Was driving through Nashville and this is a definite stop!
The store is awesome. Lots of cool stuff. The Marathon building is great and the shops are cool.
If you a re passing through Nashville yoy will not be disappointed if you like the show.
Hunter
Extremely busy. Very cool, but not worth waiting in line.
Mercedees Edwards
Super nice service and neat shop to check out. Prices are too much but it's cool to look around at what they have!
