Nice selection. Easy access and parking. Great customer service in the bait shop area. Not so in the gun department. Employee never even greeted me as I was looking at the firearms in the case behind the counter. It seemed like he wanted to be someplace other than working here.

Very clean store, inventory seemed a bit low, but most likely due to them doing an inventory when I was there. Staff was super friendly and we were greeted and honestly the only store like that, that we didn't feel followed, even though we are a mixed race couple. We have been followed at home depot, Menards and Fleet Farm. I know that won't matter to most people, but we definitely will choose Runnings over any other place, due to this.

If you are underwhelmed by Fleet Farm and their recent changes, Runnings is the answer. Keep up the great work and stocking great products. You'll notice someone in Runnings supply chain is taking the time to source good products not cheap throwaway products.

We made a purchase on November 13th and found the item we purchased online at a competitor for $27 less. Manager Ann exchanged for us and gave us the competitor price. She was kind and helpful. We are very happy with Runnings and the service we received. We drove 30 miles to shop there and will be back! Great job Ann and team.

Fantastical place. This fishing and hunting options are massive. Greatest customer service in knowledge and willingness to help. ( You DON'T feel like a burden in their day) this is Harley and crews one stop shop for all outdoor gear while investigating. Jackets, pants boots and snacks. These guys have it all.

I always buy my hamster bedding at Runnings. Paper & Aspen wood, I like to mix them. I've priced it at just about every last place that sells it and Runnings is by far the absolute best deal! Super cheap!! 2, sometimes 3×'s more expensive at every other store.

Joanne was amazing! I needed help Finding a very specific item, and she was willing to put the time into looking through the stockroom to find what I was looking for. When she couldn't find it, she offered to order it from a different store or have it shipped from the warehouse. She was very kind patient and caring throughout the whole thing! Nice place, good deals, funny cashier, be sure to try the gummy bears we loaded a picture of, wow the best in the world! Make sure the package says “ultimate” they are…, well you will love them!

We love coming here with our dogs. We have a new puppy who is 5 months old and we take her here when shopping to practice walking on a leash and socialize. Employees are awesome. They all come up to pet the dogs and ask if the can have a treat? Its great the the employees carry dog treats in their aprons. The little one had a accident and their was an employee right there to help us clean it up. I was completely embarrassed because she is potty trained and just got excited when being pet. The employee assured me it was not a problem at all and explained it happens a lot and thats why they have the paper towels and spray close by.

Never have been into this store before, I am amazed! Not only did they have a great selection of sporting goods but the prices were very reasonable. I really enjoyed they had a assortment of candy store candy and the Mrs enjoyed looking at the candles and soaps.

Higher priced items. Some good brands, some never heard of. Store was ok but it's no fleet farm. Only 1 cashier working with a line of people. Another guy opened up and was friendly, so good on him. Will come back only if fleet farm is sold out of something.

They always have helpful staff and what I need. They have sturdy tools and equipment that will stand up to use as opposed to the typical big box home improvement store that has cheap tools and equipment. The stuff maybe be cheap, but is often cheaply made. When I buy tools I usually prefer to buy once and not disposable tools.

My go-to store for bird seed, suet, and corn. They have a large candy selection that includes old fashioned treats. Only one negative experience a couple years ago with a female employee in the firearms section, so we go elsewhere for items pertaining to that category. Otherwise, always great service everywhere else in the store!! :) Hope people continue to shop here!

This place has a good selection of just about everything. Store is nice and clean and the people are friendly. Staff is mostly made up of high school kids. Only problem I had was getting any service in the sporting goods part. 3 employees back there but just stayed sitting on the counter and flirting with one of the girls who worked there. Been in there nunerous times and that area is always bad for service. Rest of the store is great though.

Great store. focused more on farmers but they have some stuff that at the off brand candy area that I always look at. Then they have a suger cane soda area that most of the time has new flavors in so I always end up buying some to try.

Usually love it here....our go-to for all chicken supplies and outdoor things. Today, however, we met the most terribly rude employee at the outdoor garden area....yelling at my child for looking in the box at his chickens we had purchased. I put every plant back that I had picked out and took my business elsewhere.

If you like country things and have animals, this is a good place to shop. They also have automotive, hardware, camping, and hunting things. The dog treat selection has a nice variety. The candy corner has a nice selection of brands.

What can I say, Runnings has it all. Went there this morning with the family so just browse and always end up getting a great deal on something. As a fisherman, their fishing selection is hands down better then local competitors. They don't have the volume like others but what they do carry is great gear of any brand. Will be returning to do our yearly lay away program they offer and start the Christmas list shopping. With no interest and 90 days to pay, I'll be sure to add some items to the list for my yearly ice fishing trips I take. I thank them.

Runnings is a great store! I called there a few weeks ago to check I'm a certain for feed I needed. The person that happened to answer the phone was the new manager. He said that they didn't carry that feed, but he would be happy to order some in for me. Which he did, and he also called me when it came in. That is some great customer service!!!!

Amazing supply store that has just about anything you could ever want or need. Even have exotic seasonings for those special game recipes, and snack meats of all species. If they don't have what you are looking for, they have something close to it or you just really don't need it. It's like T-Supply on steroids!!

Their fishing section knows their stuff. The worked spent 20-30 minutes with me picking out a new rod/reel and never upsold me. Worth going here just for the expertise and prices are comparable to the big orange silo across the road and they have much more knowledge here.

Huge lack of items....constantly empty spots on shelves for things we're looking for that are in season. Clothes are difficult to shop, very unorganized. But great selection of items that are hard to find elsewhere and the best price on Traeger pellets anywhere.

I love this place. Its the perfect mix of yhe stuff I need. From fishing/hunting gear, work tools to farming this place is like fleet farm/ cabelas without all the self promotion. Recently I had gone to my local stores for 99% isopropyl alchohol. Well all other places have 70% isopropyl. I should have just saved a day of checking places and drove straight to runnings. From Brooklyn Park to Monticello is a drive. But I needed it now and they had it.

The prices were okay I didn't notice a lot of the pegs are empty throughout the store and that in the fishing area a lot of pegs had like packages but not the same SKU numbers on them which was confusing price wise employees were okay nothing spectacular as far as customer service goes just a general nothing fancy

This place is alright. I stop in sometimes because it is not too far from home, but it can be a bit expensive at times. They have a pretty good range of items, but little selection among them. If you NEED something outdoorsy and don't have a lot of time to shop around then this is the place to go.

We get a lot of fishermen at RIVER TERRACE PARK in the winter, mostly fishing in waders, an we try to promote the local business. 11-22-2017 Still get all our bait there. Great service for bait.

I had been to our grocery store looking for canning supplies and the shelves were empty. Then I went to Runnings to check out their supplies. They not only had what I wanted but the prices were lower. They have a huge supply for canners during the season.

Good and bad experience. I went in on Friday to purchase a rifle that I had seen on sale. The first employee a taller blonde guy who's name I don't care to remember was very rude he started the conversation with "How quick are you going to be?" Followed by "Are you actually going to buy or are you just looking?". Then he said "Nancy will help you when she gets back" and he walked away. If they hadn't been the only place nearby that had the rifle I was looking for at the price I wanted I would have walked out then and there. Nancy, on the other hand was beyond helpful. She even had the manager help me with a price change on an item that had just gone off sale.

High prices. Bought a lead acid break away battery. The battery cost 29.99. Went to Mills Fleet Farm. Same battery was 19.99. Returned the battery to Runnings and recieved 27.12 back. Store is to close to metro competition to get by with this policy.
