The five stars is for an Employee named "TIARA"...... Her name itself defines who she is. A JEWEL.... My husband makes jewelry. I lost a beloved earring. The remaining earring rested in my hand. I'm a senior citizen unable to get on my knees to search. TIARA knelt down and found every single piece that held that earring together ....including the simulated Pearl. TIARA has more than earned her Crown as an employee. I hope management rewards her. Often Employees go unrecognized. Employees that go that extra mile should RECOGNIZED & REWARDED. TARGET hit the bulls-eye when they hired This one! And I Thank you....

I mostly visit Target to pick up my prescriptions from the CVS Pharmacy that's located within Target & I can't say enough good things about the staff! From the Head Pharmacist on down to whoever occupies their entry-level or beginner positions! They entire staff is very professional but at the same time they treat their "Patients," with the kinda extra empathy, discretion & compassion that patients require! They always go that extra mile to help you in whatever way they can no matter how busy they are & trust me, they're always super busy but you'd never know it by the way they treat every patient as if they're apart of their very own family, as opposed to just a number or some problem to be solved as quickly & easily as possible. I keep saying "Patient," because people seeking service from a pharmacy require more TLC than the average "customer" shopping in a store, particularly in terms of just being understanding, attentive & caring towards an individual who could be going through the worst time of their life! I mean Pharmacies are essentially extensions of the Healthcare you receive at a Doctor's office or a hospital, right?! So, their staff's positive attitude & just overall warm & welcoming nature means the world to me, especially after being a Walgreens customer! Holy smokes they are awful! Sorry, I know this is technically supposed to be about Target but I've had such a good experience at that CVS inside of it that I just had to give them the credit they deserve. Unfortunately, Target however could definitely learn a thing or two from the staff at the CVS within their store! The Target staff is often rude & inattentive to customers, they also frequently give off that vibe that lets you know just by their body language & tone of voice that you're inconveniencing them if you approach them for some help. Obviously not all employees of that store are like that & I have received very good service on many occasions. So, I'm giving them 4 stars but they do need to work on their attitudes towards customers. They didn't cause your bad day so don't take it out on them. Lastly, if you need a pharmacy PLEASE go to that CVS inside of the Miller Parkway Target, you wont believe the difference in service compared to Walgreens. They're notorious for always trying to get out of having to fill your prescription by trying to tell you that "it's too early to fill," as if you're some drug addict trying to play games just to get your meds a whole two days early!? Because they literally assume everyone abuses their meds which causes them to run out too quickly! When in reality, it's just a matter of convenience for an individual who's clearly dealing with medical issues that might even make it hard for them to just get around on certain days, so God Forbid if they want to get their medicine a "whole two days early," because that particular day they just happen to be feeling up to getting out of the house to get things done & run some errands!

I enjoy Target on Miller Parkway and stop here twice a week. Sometimes just for the Starbucks which is easier to access than the Starbucks down the street. I love this location!!!

Target was so clean, neat and organized during this visit! I’m cruising through the store and now they have ULTA! What a treat that was. The staff was excellent, friendly, busy tiding and helpful. One of the best staff I have encountered out of all the Targets I have been to across the U.S. Something so small and part of their job, but one of the staff most likely saw I was in a rush, searching for something from aisle-to-aisle, and kindly asked if I needed help. I encountered three staff team members during this visit and all were friendly and helpful.

They have a way better selection than other Targets. The clerks have been pretty decent with their help. I like how this store seems to take covid more seriously than other stores with wiping down the do it yourself checkout lanes. I love how everyone is trained the same. No problems unlike Wal-Mart where everyone looks up the order for pick up differently. Target really knows how to train their employees. I love the structure and makes my visit more comfortable knowing one day you might ask one thing and next visit it's another and that's frustrating.

I think this Target location is great. It is just simply very convenient in the shopping plaza on which it is located inside. I also love that there is a fully operating Starbucks coffee. It is right inside the main entrance doors of the store, and it is great to be able to easily grab a coffee from the Starbucks either at the start or end of my Target shopping trip.

Last night my boyfriend and I were impulse shopping (which i don't suggest to anyone). We originally went to buy a game to play after our delicious dinner. We left with a futon...Every Target Team Member we came in contact with was great! Somebody came with a cart and put the futon by the checkout area for when we were ready to check out. I especially wanted to point out the three Team Members that helped us try to get the futon in our car. Which didn't fit. But they kept trying to help us out in the rain. We ended up finding some twine and we strapped it on top of our car. They helped us tie it down and were fun to be around and were extremely kind. I'm sorry I don't remember their names, but they know who they are! Some of the best customer service I've ever received and I hope they get credit for this. Stay cool dudes!

I like the store, but lately (and not due to the seasonal shopping), the service delivery has been rather lacking. There are but a handful of employees that seem helpful. The seasonal help, leaves little to be desired, as many don't know how to bag and don't even greet or respond to greetings.

Colovirus panic was not the best experience. The parking lot was full at 8AM on Saturday AM!! when i usually go. The lot and store are usually empty so this was not the best experience. Normally, this is a great shopping experience with most everything I need/want.

We were driving north on July 20th. When a bad storm convinced us to get off the interstate. We love Target, so stopped in. While there the storm worsened to tornado warning. The associated diected everyone to the designated safe area. Then their AMAZING customer service kicked in. We were offered water bottles several times, provided nice chairs, checked on frequently and kept updated!! That is a great group of people and managed well. GOOD JOB!!

This Target location is one of my best in the City of Milwaukee. The employees are nice, sometimes the checkout lanes can get long but typically they’re calling someone to open another lane. They follow their policies, allow you to price match, and typically items are in stock.

Shopped for about an hour at this location today with my two year old son. Shopping is always stressful with a toddler. Upon checking out I was anticipating my son to have a meltdown as he was tired and ready to go home. Miguel the cashier was so patient and caring toward my son - in which completely avoided the meltdown. Not many cashiers take the time to address him and work around him helping unload the car or wanting his toy after scanning it. Shout out to Miguel

We love our neighborhood Target! It is better than going to Walmart on Greenfield but everything is better than that Walmart. That Walmart does draw some of the no do gooders to this Target from time to time but it is still decent. The groceries here are pretty fresh and fairly priced. They carry my coffee grounds that I love in the biggest size! This Target has a pretty friendly staff but some of the younger people there don't have a clue where anything is or how to help. That still isn't enough to make me stop going here. Only advice for West Milwaukee is close Walmart!
