The most amazing pet store experience we have ever had! When we found out one of our puppies were very sick they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even donated food and treats to us for her. The staff is always friendly and they really make eye feel special by remembering our dogs names and small details about them. They are always hosting fun events for animals and having great monthly deals. One of the reasons we never want to move out of Milwaukee is because of MAC’s alone! We can’t imagine ever finding a better dog store. I recommend them every chance I get.

Always helpful, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great options for Quality pet food and treats. Watch for regular specials. Our pups have faithfully been on Fromm's products for years; they're local, and have avoided all recalls in recent years, due to their excellent standards and only Wisconsin-based manufacturing facilities--They don't use mass packers and have been around for decades. Sign up at Mac's for the frequent buyer program for freebies. Support local! They love when you bring your furry friend. Update: Very much like that Mac's is a ubiquitous supporter of local events. Unfortunately, supply issues mean we can't always count on them to have what we need & usually buy.

Store only sells the finest of pet foods for your dog or cat and in many cases foods sold at store is of human grade so know you’re feeding your dog top of the line food from here. Prices are very competitive with the big guys, staff is very friendly and eager to help, and they hooked me up with a bunch of free samples for my dog to try. Love your store and try to go every time I’m in Milwaukee visiting from Chicago. This is the only store I buy my dogs Fromm Dog Food from.

They are the best. They have the best everything for your dogs and cats. You can tell they love animals and not just treat this as a profitable business. They even recommend great products if you need help. Most products in the store are US based and they do support many local businesses. They also give out samples and greatly appreciate feedback on all products they have and use it to update their inventory. Highly recommend them!

Nicest pet store I've been to. The staff is very friendly and they have very high quality products. They love animals and it shows. They are also extra nice and give my dog extra treats and love whenever we go there. My dog knows to behave well when we get there (sneaky!). Service is excellent every time I visit!! Brought my dog to pick out treats and the staff was very excited to meet her and offer suggestions. The selection is very unique, with treats you usually won't find in store. They have dog and cat wines, tons of unusual flavors and the best bakery selection I have found. The calendar of savings is fun too, with different specials every day of the week. The outerwear and bow selection is great too. Any pet lover should stop in and see what Mac's has to offer!!

I have been to Mac’s a number of times for my cat since moving in down the street and it has always been a great experience shopping here. It’s local, the staff are always super nice and helpful, and they have great deals with rewards program membership. I returned with my newly adopted puppy and was surprised by how much they gave away for free as part of a new puppy package and very much appreciate it. I would recommend Mac’s to anyone!

It was a wonderful experience for both my pup and I. The salesman was so knowledgeable about the different foods that they offer and the specific ones that may be helpful for my pup's sensitive stomach. I even ended up getting a handful of samples go see what food worked best!! I would definitely recommend this place to a fellow pet parent

I just moved here from LA and took my pup Max to find something warm so we can make it through the winter! They were SO sweet, and gave Max a bunch of treats. They let me try on different sweaters, and they had a bunch of options for pet-wear. They also talked to me about different dog foods, and seemed very knowledgeable on the subject. Will definitely be going back!

This is a really cute small store that is family owned. I'm going to shop here more to support small businesses! I came in looking for Zignature Pork dog food and unfortunately they only had small bags. The employee was on the phone with the owner and she said she would order a larger shipment for next time because more people are buying it. They were very accommodating. I'm excited to buy my dog a cake from here on her next adoption day!!

Super nice folks. I pulled up, but then noticed the sign that it was curbside pick up only.(with the whole covid thing) I called in and I told them the band of dog food and side I wanted. They gave me a few varieties, how much they cost(very reasonable for Fromms!) and then charged me over the phone. She brought the food out and put it in the back of my car with a surprise pig ear for my dog :). The whole process couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes and went super smoothly.

The shop is so adorable and the employees are wonderful. They have a large selection of CBD products and a staff that can explain it all to you. Most pet stores around me don’t have a large selection of toys, foods, or leashes but they have it all! I came here on vacation because it was close to my AirBNB and was missing my pup. I ended up buying a pair of dog boots. The boots didn’t fit my dog when I got home. I live four hours away and really didn’t want to drive all the way back for some boots. The owner let me mail them back in for the right size. Bless :pray: The email correspondence were quick and polite. I only wish I lived closer because this places rocks.

This is my go to place for Fromm pet food. The staff is always helpful and super friendly. We also love stopping in for all the fun events they have. They have a HUGE selection of food and other needs for your furry friend, and have helped us through anxiety issues, potty training, and dietary needs. Mac's has a forever customer.

I always get my dog's food from here. Last time his usual stuff was out so I opted for a different kind by the same brand. I found out he couldn't tolerate his food so I went in to grab his usual stuff. They were still out. Mac's mom came and asked what's up and I explained to her what was going on. She very quickly recommended something similar to his usual stuff and also provided me with some wet dog food to help his tum. I can't say enough about the service at this shop. Always so great and knowledgeable. The level of caring is just so much higher than your usual big name pet store. Mac's pet depot is the clear way to go!

I was in a bit of a pinch when I had to get some pet food for my cat. Well I was at first, chagrin to find out that they did not carry her brand, I grabbed some Fromm. She loves it! Coming here for pet food is always an enjoyable experience because of the friendly and very knowledgeable staff. For example, when I was explaining that me coming here was almost a fluke but I'm grateful I did because my cat really enjoys the pet food, I was given a little history of Fromm. Their knowledge now helps me make a very informed choice when feeding my little buddy. Plus they have cat wine! While you can't exactly get drunk with your cat, it's the next best thing.

In addition to having a great selection of healthy pet food, and the only litter I have found that doesn't make my youngest kitten's allergies worse, the staff is also very friendly and answer all my product questions. This little corner pet store in Bay View, had exactly what we were looking for, specialty food for cats. They also have a large variety of dog products including premimum food, grooming products, health items, and even a little bakery in case you need a cake for your pet's birthday! The staff have been helpful and extremely friendly. They say if they don't have it, they will order it. The prices are comparable to other sites. They do run promotions often for discounts or free product. Highly recommended.

I recently moved to the Bayview neighborhood and drove past this place and I decided to check it out. Due to the whole Covid-19 they only offered curb side pick up only. I called an asked for a few items and Eva was able to help me on the spot and was able to get me the items I needed even though I didn’t call ahead. Eva was super nice and even gave my dog some extra treats! I will for sure be coming back to this place. I had a great experience with them and I recommend you check it out if you haven’t!

nothing compares to the Depot. from edge to edge, this shop is filled with special dog and cat items. i only shop for a dog, and i can say that i have never been more impressed by a pet shop. they have everything you need and didnt know you'd need :-) responsibly-made foods, treats, winter gear, costumes, maintenance products, leashes, collars, coats, and toys. my puppy has fallen in love with the dehydrated chicken feet lol they really have everything. and they give advice on whatever you ask!! go, NOW!!!
