Amazon return. Walked up to the counter and started counting. It took a full count of ten before the clerk acknowledged me. Bare courtesy, definitely less than pleasant. I asked for a bit of patience because I hadn't done a Kohl's Amazon return before and received an eye roll I'll go if it is convenient. But not out of my way.

Had some Kohls cash to spend and because of sales, scored an incredible amount of items for free. Great womens tops on sale for 6.99, very soft and many color options. And I got two great office chairs in orange--actually dining room chairs but I am using them in my office. Great color and comfortable!

They always have great sales and many brands for very affordable prices. Store is huge,newer crowded and stuff is helpful. Only they need at least 2 persons on register, waiting time was to long.

I always find what I want there Although, I think there pricing definitely has increased. As I was checking out there was this clerical was going to close her lane up and go home and she was kind enough to take my order before doing so and I truly appreciated it because I was pressed for time and it was so kind of early to do that I really appreciate it!! It just shows the generosity and how colds employees go that one step beyond!

All of the staff service was fine and the floors were clean, but ironically, many product display stands had just horrid amounts of dust and lint on them, particularly in and around the kitchenware section (like where there were spatulas, etc.). I mean there was so much dust that your finger could darken with just one wipe almost anywhere, and this was across several product holders/shelves, not just a few. This was the only problem at an otherwise-fine store.

I had to return a number of items that I had ordered online. They each were from diff orders placed at diff times. Had no means of transportation so was not easy to return immediately for exchanges. Reasons for returns were basic: a few sizes ran big, a pair of earrings were damaged (clearance item) & one item was sent the wrong size. 2 other items I couldn't return because it was over 6 mths old. I wasn't aware of the new policies that was in place now for about 2 yrs? (New to me because I normally don't return things for a refund so I never paid attention). No problem. The cashier/associate was very friendly & professional. I wouldn't hesitate to return to the Point Loomis store again. Have shopped here for years and am always happy with their service and selections.

Went there to return something from Amazon n started to look around they have really brought there quality of clothing up a notch. To be honest I liked the brand of clothes they carry and the styles they offer just some of the prices are still a bit pricey compared to Marshalls or TJ Max or Ross but they do always have some kinda sale going on won't go as far as to say they are as top notch as Macy's but there close.

I haven't shopped here in years but found some good deals on PJs and swimsuits. I'm plus size so it's not always easy to find these items. The associate ringing me up was the sweetest too! Great experience.

The store is always beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. Even when the store is bustling with lots of shoppers, the experience is always pleasant. I frequently order online and pickup at the store. My orders are complete and packaged well for my long bus ride back to the north side of town. I would recommend this location to anyone who has time to stay awhile on a shopping errand...you won't be disappointed, and you will have a hard time leaving without at least one bag. ENJOY!!!

I prefer the store in Oak Creek. This store has very tight aisles and isn't the most organized. Self serve pick up is all the way in the back of the store which you wouldn't know unless you ask.

I went w/my dad to help my him find a gift for my mom. We were looking at the watches & the clerk was SUPER helpful & nice, w/o being pushy!! I was purchasing something separate, along w/a card, & when I asked her where I could find what I was looking for she said, "as soon as you're finished you can come back here to check out since all the registers are busy." I was elated, & SO grateful!! I got what I needed & my dad found 2 more things....we went back to the jewelry area & this wonderful clerk checked us out😁 She made our experience & the rest of our day fantastic!!🤗

I stopped in to Kohl's last weekend to find a winter coat for my teenage son and hit the jack pot! All the winter clothing was at least half off. Also, I used their Amazon return service, which is awesome, and received a 25% off coupon that I was able to use as well!! I really have to say that their Amazon return service is nice. All you have to do is start the return portion on your cell phone or tablet for your Amazon purchase. When that is done, they scan the bar code from your phone or tablet, they take your merchandise and you are done!! You don't have to worry about boxing it up and taking it to a post office or UPS, they take care of that. I used to fill out the return portion and print the label, then put it in a box and put it in my car. I would tell myself that I would take it to UPS, later, but later, rarely came. I can't tell you how often it sat in my car until the return window closed and I was stuck with it. It's easy to return at Kohl's, plus you get a 25% off coupon to use at Kohl's. I know this is a way to lure you in to spend more money at Kohl's, but that's fine with me!

One of the older stores but well maintained. It's not in one of the better parts of the city but they do have a good selection. Although their staff seems to not want to help anyone so if your going to need help with something pick another location. Also be prepared to have staff follow you through the store thinking you going to steal something, and not help you when you need something. Very rude staff but the store is awesome. Needs better management for sure someone need to train the staff here with customer service skills.

I could not be more appreciative of the service I received from Alyssa at the Point Loomis Kohl's location. There was an error that took place during the refund process for an Amazon return which in my opinion ultimately should have fallen on Amazon. Amazon's customer service rep told me to speak with Kohl's and that they could not help which was both inconvenient and, in my opinion, a total disregard of customer service and a way to avoid responsibility. When I called Kohl's, Alyssa was very professional and went out of her way to help me, and offered clear steps I could take to try to find a solution, and let me know that I could call back if I needed additional help—which I did. When I called back she was immediately ready to help, and together we found a solution. This service truly brightened my experience with Kohl's. It's clear that she sincerely cares about the customer experience, her reputation, and the company's reputation as a whole. Thank you, Alyssa!

And fewer ptoduct assortment in general, as compared to other locations... Hope they will expand assortment.. so we don't have to drive further away like menomonee falls for example, to get better choices.

Smaller department store with parking lot bigger than the store istelf. Nice store with limited stock due to its space. But you are able to order online without changing for delivery at a kiosk inside. Not the best customer service. But generally a good shopping experience.

Kohls has so much to offer. They have a great selection of products. But, prices are reasonable. What I like about this store, in particular, is the size. You don't have to wear your hiking shoes. And, there is parking on two sides of the store.

After going to West Allis and Greenfield stores with terrible cuatomer service, I decided to try one more store for a return on a winter coat that didn't even last 2 weeks for almost $150. West Allis offered to give me the refund for the new sale price for $20 which was ridiculous because they said there is no way to look it up usong my card or my rewards card. The lady at this location realized I was upset as I walked in and apologized in afvance for my attitude. She understood that I was frustrated and gladly helped to solve my problem. In the end, I returned the coat and got my full refund back. This location trains their employees well and puts an emphasis on customer service that the other locations do not.

As far as retail experiences go, shopping at Kohl's was a pretty good. They have a cornucopia of items from which to choose. I was surprised at the extensive fragrance selection and was impressed by the availability of the various business attire. I am not a frequent shopper here. I believe this is my first time. I hear they have something called Kohl's cash that you can use for purchases, so my frequency will likely increase. Nice sales staff, store clean and organized. 4/5 stars.

I had a very interesting experience at the Point Loomis Kohl's. First real hands on experience with a Shoplifter! Was so surprised to see this individual walk out the door with her arms heaping full of clothes. If it wasn't for me and the cashier who brought it to an employees's attention they would of gotten away with it all. The response was very slow. Had it not been for an employee in jewelry who helped out she would if gotten away with a lot of merchandise. I walked right by this individual and took pictures of her. Thought Greenfield or Franklin police would of showed up but did not. I have pics of her leap frogging thru the parking lot.

After checking the children dept and unable to find what I needed, i approach one of the cashiers and asked for help; she asked her co-worker and repeated in the children dept to end left. I was there already and didn't see what i was looking for so i asked. There was no line at the cashier one of them could have help me better. I left the store with no mittens/gloves for my grandkids. On the other hand 2 other employees help me, one in the shoe dept and the other one when I came in. The one lady saw me there never acknowledge me or inquired if I needed anything.

I've never had a bad experience here,and today was the best yet. An employee went above and beyond to locate what I was looking for here,and called around to several other kohls store to track down what I needed but they didnt have in my size. I believe Alyssa was the employee who was cheerful, helpful and willing to help during a very busy time.

Always arranged beautifully. You can now drop off Amazon returns there and Kohl's will give you a 25% off coupon with EACH Amazon return receipt they print out for you. I turn right around and hand the coupon to the first person I see at the store that is shopping to help them out. You should go the same if you are not going to use the coupon

They finally separated th Kohls returns from Amazon's. I hope they keep it that way. I always felt sorry for the employees, the store seems to be understaffed every time I have been there. Management get done help.
