I went to return few items, no one was there at return counter, I waited almost 10 minutes, after 10 minutes they showed up they take care of my returns. They should maintain bell or something to call for help. Other than this everything was good.

Outstanding service last evening! Every single associate I encountered was super courteous, pleasant and eager to help. This is very rare these days as retail workers are stretched thin and over worked. The several young men that I had direct exchanges with really made my night! Well done to this store...this mom thanks you. I still have faith in humanity.

You can just tell this store is a well oiled machine. Walking in there all the staff were friendly and communicating with each other in open polite courteous manners. It was extremely clean, and well stocked, while obviously going through a change in merchandise location

A lit of their shelves were bare so there was poor planning as far as Christmas shopping and stocking the store. However the staff working were very helpful and trying their best to get customers rangbout as quickly as possible while still being helpful

Ordered product late Sunday night and was notified ona Monday holiday it was ready to pick up. A super time saver and I appreciated the fast, early in the morning email saying it was ready for pick up. Great service all the way around.

Most of the time the staff is very helpful. The store is very clean but some spots tend to be disorganized every time I go with clothes and such all over the floor. I'm not sure if it's just because I tend to go in late and they haven't had a chance to recover from messy customers, but a lot of the stuff gets stepped on.

I flew from Calgary Alberta to Montreal Quebec and next day was driving to Cape Cod for a celebration of life. When I stopped at target for a much needed charger! My bank card would not work I went to customer service to call my bank and they said nothing is wrong with it! I sat there with phone plugged in wall when a wonderful young man who works there “TJ” offered to purchase it for me! It was the most beautiful and kind act of humanity! Thank you! If your employees are half as kind you have the best business ever!

It's how your company takes care of the public that is impressive. With wearing face masks and making sure that the shopper is, plus wiping down the shopping carts and cleaning the register / check out areas after each customer. I've always favored Target for shopping at and now since this pandemic started I have gain even more respect for the store, their employees and their policies.

Best Target in the area! Great selection with fully stocked shelves. Always clean. The entire staff is friendly, kind, helpful and attentive. They are always smiling, and are easy to find throughout the store. They really make me feel like a valued customer and that they appreciate my business. This is the only Target that I go to now, in the area. If you love Target... this is the location for you.

Overall, I still like the store, but the lack of cashiers and the push to use self checkout is poor customer service. Another customer had to ask an employee to open another register. There were many employees on the floor, but only ONE register open.

I like Target value however I purchased a Snikers bar for the ride home. When we got out on the highway and opened the candy, it was disgusting. The sell by date was 07/2019! Seriously? ALmost two years beyond sell date? Come on Target. You are better than that

Great place. My favorite Target to go to around Southern NH. Everything is always clean and staff is friendly. Very easy to figure out layout. Also has a CVS pharmacy inside which is nice as well.

The store is always clean and well stocked but the customer service here is below par. The people in front of and behind me are always greeted but I am very rarely spoken to in this store. No one offers me help when I’m looking for items, despite the numerous employees I walk by. And the front end staff, especially those by the self check out, are often talking and gossiping about their own lives when I walk by.

Target has everything you need, in a very logical layout. Great selection of bathing suits. Tons of snacks! Momma's got a new hat. What don't you like? All the stuff is great. Prices are reasonable

I love target and love when you can get gift cards from buying things. I love the prices. I only shop at target now. I used to never buy store name products but I have to say target brand items are great. I wish they would open one in manchester NH but the drive to Bedford isn’t that bad. I really wish they wouldn’t of removed their food section and put in Starbucks. Not all of us can afford or want Starbucks. Their food court before was just fine

Shopped at the Hooksett, NH store as it was close to my daughter's dorm. Staff was super helpful helping me to find what I needed! I was surprised to be told at the register that the Hooksett, NH store does not give a bag discount for reusable bags.
