JCPenney has a lot of clothes, the downstairs has jewelry and make-up, mostly for feminine types, and the upstairs is mainly devoted to masculine fashion.

JC Penney have been a favorite place to shop for over two decades 😉😉.I kinda miss the catalog shopping 🛍️ but just to be honest, and this goes for most of the stores I shop. You don't feel the love as a customer in the stores anymore and I'll eloborate. Employees are not friendly and also not that helpful, employees are hard to find when you need assistance, and when you do find someone, they'll either don't know what you're talking about or just act as if they don't want to do what they are supposed to do. I really hate to say this but I'm actually favoring online shopping. Even though I mostly use online shopping only to purchase items not found locally, I will rather spend online where ai is the atmosphere than to go into my local stores and have to deal with someone that's not wanting to be of assistance. Options... First time visiting with sheer disappointment.

I shop for big and tall and they often have a great clearance rack! Some shirts are less than a couple bucks. For that I bump this to a 4 star. Other items in the store are marked up so they can mark them down to look like a sale. Sometimes you can score an actual deal. Good variety of household items.

Never been to the salon before but I decided to give it a try bc I desperately needed a hair cut and I have had some very bad hair cuts and so I'm wicked picky. There wasn't a lot of items on the shelves and the shoe department has shrunk tremendously so it's hard to find any type of shoe.

We went to the men's department and couldn't find any help. When we went to the customer service area we found someone who couldn't help us. We were looking for men's thermal underwear bottoms and they told us that they weren't in the store yet. We bought 3 tops though. Overall we were disappointed with the availability and selection of product.

Went to Sephora in JCP last night to spend my Christmas gift card replenishing a few makeup products I'd run out of, and the employee (manager?) working at Sephora Sat. evening 1/2/2021 was AMAZING. She was so kind and helpful and the store was absolutely immaculate - despite being alone on shift she effortlessly helped myself and another couple of ladies without skipping a beat. If she isn't store manager, she should be!!! Give that woman a raise AND a promotion 👏 😊💅👄💄

JC Penny is now the best option for a department store at the mall of NH. I appreciate this store still allows you to go in and out of fitting rooms without an attendant and clothing is nice and affordable. Also love that Sephora is inside.

They have many items. Somewhat organized. Choices of clothes were dated, boxey, staff was bare bones (hard to find, not too thin) yet it seemed clean.

Over priced sears. Now the are selling appliances. So we stopped to check the options and pricing. Selection was ok at best. Priced higher then Sears, home depot and Lowe's. Home depot beat out both sears and Penney on both selection and price.
