Tori is great but the online menu is frustrating. Never works correctly. It keeps adding an extra quantity of 1 everytime I go to the cart. I bring it back to 2 and it switches back to 3. Then i picked up my order and i get an email saying i left something behind. Which is the stuff in my cart that wont go away. I will just go through the budtender from now on. You guys need to fix your online menu or maybe make it compatible with mobile phones or something.

Before Joshua helped me I had been deliberately ignored by another clerk (a white girl) who made eye contact with me and skipped me because I didn’t have items ready to purchase. It was my first time in the store and I had many questions about the different products and was looking for someone to help me before picking anything out, so I waited in line. I felt being ignored and skipped by the clerk was very rude of her, and made the experience at the store not the most favorable for my first time. Still Joshua was helpful and answered my questions once I had picked out random products so I could be helped. There were also a lot of people inside the store which defeats the purpose of a waiting room, and also explains why it was difficult to get any actual help.

I would say very friendly staff and customer service they're also knowledgeable and they try to give you multiple options to tell her what you have and they follow up with you. The only thing is that I couldn't sample the topicals but that could be for covered safety reasons as many places. That would have been helpful the prices are a little up but it is also a good experience where it is worth it so I would totally go back there and not somewhere else in the future and they have consistency in their products so the item will not vanish if you've used it and decided to go for it again like many other dispensaries. I got a cute little t-shirt as well with my order.

First time here they do a temp check, and check your ID. They make you wait and someone comes and takes you to the back. They have a assortment of different "Items" Drinks, Flowers, etc. If it is your first time they give you a discount and free t shirt. I would definitely recommend stopping by everyone was nice and friendly.

I learned I was their very first Compassion Program patient and I was both thrilled and amazed at their kindness and generosity. As a disabled woman, I feel no one can truly understand how important a program like this can be for those in need. I commend Jerrod, the owner of The Higher Path, for his compassion, kindness and generosity. My deepest thanks to you, sir, for both creating and enrolling me in this extremely important program. My appreciation also extends to Lauren, Jocelyn, Zach, Alessandra and all of the budtenders and support staff. You go above and beyond each time I visit The Higher Path. When we give to others, we strengthen ourselves, our beliefs, and the very foundation of our society. Unfortunately, this extraordinary program was discontinued as of September 30, 2022. While medical patients can no longer receive this much needed and appreciated assistance, Veterans are able to receive products under the Veterans program.

all of the staff are generally very friendly & helpful. tony is the most notable as he always goes out of his way to show true kindness during every transaction. if you’re a regular like me, these people will become your friends. doing the most to make sure you’re not overpaying a cent unlike a lot of other places. worth every buck. thanks guys.
