I went to the store with my daughter who's a big BTS fan, and they had a mixture of everything. There's t-shirts, posters, plushies, and much more. The store has handprints of all the singers too. It was cute and a lot of fun for fans!

Came to town for vacation and the Line store was definitely my highlight! I loved all of the photo ops inside the store and picked up some adorable presents for my friend's birthday! I'll definitely be returning in the future!

It was cool to see all of the BTS stuff that was there; however, the store needs to do a better job forecasting and restocking. We waited in line for about two hours, and when we got in the store, there just wasn’t much left, unfortunately. A positive was that we got to take pictures with the hand prints of the OT7. Hope World!

Only problem is that it's in Hollywood, which gets a bad reputation because of people trying to hustle very aggressively. Store is very clean, big, and unique. I personally do not like K-Pop but since my sister's do, I went in the store and spent a good 30 minutes looking through all the cool items and art on the wall. I thought the photo my sister took was funny :D

LINE fans, you must visit this place!!! Everything looks super cute and adorable. Staff members were helpful and friendly. Price range varies and so many options for you to pick. They also sell BTS items.

My first time at this Line Friends location and I was very happy with their selection. Unlike the NYC location they had so many of the large sized BT21 plushies stocked. There was barely anyone when I went (weekday afternoon) and staff was all very nice and helpful. Found lots of fun BT21 merch including airpod cases and mini snow globes. Best part about this location are BTS’s handprints. The whole store is fun in itself even if you’re not buying anything. A must stop for all ARMYs and even just anyone who enjoys Line Friends & BT21 characters :)

I’ve been going here since its first day opening and keep coming back. I love the BT21 characters and can’t stop buying more of them. There’s just something about how cute they are that makes em irresistible. There are times where the store feels kind of empty, but they do switch things out and have more of a selection online as well.

They have lots of BT21 stuff that you can purchase which is also cheaper than those in PH. I enjoyed the place because there's also too many photo op related to BT21 and BTS.

We went to Los Angeles for the BTS concert and we visited this store. I have to admit, it was a lot of fun. We were able to take pictures with the handprints of the members of BTS. Very nice store.

Right on Hollywood Boulevard across from the Chinese Theater, it was easy to get to. So much fun BTS merchandise inside along with photos with their characters. I overspent in here but it was well worth it. Another trip to visit is in the plans for sure.

It is an amazing store!! It has so many different products of BT21 merchandise and the staff is super nice, is a must go store if you are a BTS fan, also if you try to find things that are sold out online you can find them here, and also things that I didn't found online :)

Having been to Line Friends in Japan and many in Seoul, this store is just ok. I am thankful that it does exist for fans who can visit. I do not like that the receipt does not list prices paid so make sure you know what price is posted on the shelf and what price shows on the register at check out. Don’t let them charge you full price for sale items.

Super nice and clean store, you'll love it if you're a BTS/BT21 fan. You can take pics with all the BT21 characters. They have all the merchandise one could ask for, prepare to spend lots of money though, it is not cheap at all!

The staff here are really kind and helpful! They're happy to answer any questions and even offered to take photos for me! Everything is organized and they restock items often. I've been here three times since it first opened and have had a good experience every time. If you ask the workers, they're able to give you extra bags with your purchase. I went on 9/21 and they had free bt21 stickers from the LY world tour!

Honestly I feel like with this store it was the closest I'll ever be to BTS. The store is magnificent with a range of things to but from stationary to clothes. Not only did they have BT21 they have other LINE characters as well. And I respect the diversity it has too. The staff members are very helpful and kind. And overall it is a very good place to meet up with someone due to the props that they have for photos😔✊🏻.

They are open! The line was pretty long but it’s because they are limiting the customer capacity (great environment for taking a photo with mega TATA) so it didn’t really take that much time to get in. They checked each and every customer’s body temperature before letting them in, and the store was super clean.

A fun place for not just fans of LINE characters or BTS but also for non fans. Everything is so bright and colorful. And they set up many Hollywood theme corners for visitors to take pictures.

Not the best LINE store I've been to. It was almost empty and there were more BT21 merch than LINE friends merch. Lots of things were out of stock too which was a little dissapointing. There are a few nice spots for photos. You can take photos with giant Brown, Tata, and a few characters.

The store manages the crowd during concert week really well. They let 30 people in the store and once you’re in, you’ll only have 20 minutes to shop around and take photos. Stock was extremely low and they didn’t have a wide selection of products availableq. However since the number of people in the store is strictly controlled, it is guaranteed that everyone will get a nice photo with each of the figures and handprints. Queue was extremely long - we arrived around 8:30 am and was able to get in the store by 11:20 am (the second batch). Have heard people arriving at 11 and waited 5 hours to get in. The store closes at 7 pm so the only advice is to arrive early!

The photo spots were all well upkept and super clean! I'm glad they have these little stations! Store staff were all very helpful. Prices vary from item to item a little bit. Stationary items like notebooks and stickers are actually really fair priced. House hold items are a little more $$. Plushies are around $20+. Keychains are usually $15 to $20. Even if you don't by anything it's a very fun visit!

This store truly is lovely!! I am so glad that I was able to make a stop to this location during my LA vacation this past Fourth of July weekend. The store is super clean and filled with all the cute and lovely things I am into. As the store’s merchandise is geared to fan-girly young girls it would be on (a human level) understandable for sales clerks to not be friendly or avoid customers. But really they stay out of your way as there are many places to take photos and crowd but also answer any of your questions. They are very helpful and it was a great experience. Filled with awesome energy.

We went on a very busy day after Jingle Ball. The wait was not long at all. They got people in and out quickly. If your size was out on the floor, the staff was happy to look in the back for you. Lots of cute photo opportunities!

Line friends is a must visit kind of store! Not only for the items but for cute little pictures too. Everything is so organized and the workers are on top of things, from fnding something if you need help or with your pictures. Everyone is so nice and would highly recommend if you like cute animated characters not just for bt21. I had a great time for my 3 visits. I just really hope they keep the store up, it helps some iARMY's with buying merch buy also the sales! Like wow I can only imagine. Anyways, thank you for a great customer service!!!💜💜💜

Line friends store is always one of my go-to places to check out when I travel. They have very cute characters and interior decorations. Compared with their New York pop up location in Time Square, this location is slightly bigger and has variety of items, such as all-size plushies, keychains, notebooks, phone cases... I’d recommend to check out this place if you pass by. But just keep in mind that it’s in a very touristy and crowded neighborhood.

Lots of selection for products including bt21 items, when checking out, the registers stopped working and they were unsure when it would be back up. I can back about an hour after and it was working fine afterwards.

They always have the cushions and the key ring,but for another stuff sometimes they will sold out pretty fast, but they always try to restock it,so if you need the items like slippers, hat, t-shirt or another rare stuff, you better call them first ask for availability. Pros: clean and spacious store, friendly staff Cons: less than 1/4 of the store was of Brown & Friends (only the section in photo) everything else was BT21 so if you're not a BTS fan don't get too excited. Items were overpriced. For example a keychain about the size of your fist was $16.

This was actually one of the coolest pop up stores I’ve been to. Not into K-pop, but my daughters are. So here I went, they had a lot of BTS related items (B21), as well as other Kpop stuff. They had a pretty big selection of items, plenty of photo ops, and cool stuff to buy. Check them out before they’re gone. Oh yeah, parking is a hassle, so park in the adjacent lot.

My weakness! What a surprise to see the store so quiet (compared to the New York location)! I was able to move around and see all the merchandise comfortably. I purchased a few things which we gifts to bring back home! A must see if you are a line fan or BTS fan or if you like anything cute !

Holy freaking smokes! This place was packed and there was even a line to get in! My kids are super BTS fans and we’re so excited to go there. They have many cool massive figures to pose with and cool memorabilia from BTS when they were there to help open the locations. Very expensive and their inventory was not that great.

After much anticipation, the Line Friends permanent store has finally opened. The BT21 section vs the LF section used to be 50/50 split back when it was a pop-up. Now it's more like 80/20 split. Sorry Brown Bear! They still have a cute corner. But let's be honest, we want everything BT21! I love the local themed photo opp spots like the huge LA sign with mega Tata and Golden RJ Oscar. Kids of all ages will enjoy the shopping experience here. The prices range from a $2 sticker to more pricey jackets. The staff is constantly restocking so while they look busy, they are willing to help you at any time. Be warned that weekends will be crowded with tourists! The worst part is trying to find cheap parking nearby. Highly recommend a visit! 💜

5 stars for bts and the handprints were very cool but 3 stars for the actual store. they barely had any stock and also they charged me for a $15.99 water bottle that i didn’t even want nor pick up and bring to the register (it wasn’t a bt21 character either which if it was i wouldn’t be that upset.) i didn’t notice until after i had already left the store and was looking in my bag. kinda upsetting, i assume a previous customer had put it on the counter and left it there, and i got charged :/

Came specifically for BT21 as most of us do and I was disappointed by the selwction HOWEVER I noticed that a lor of what sells out online was in the store ex. minimoni and plushes, etc. So still very enjoyable, just wish they had more than 1/2 the store.

There's so much merchandise but ONLY if you come right when they open. There's never a time when I can see the entire store full in stock because by the middle of the day, it's almost empty. On some days, you'll find merch on the floor or just thrown everywhere. No matter the day, it's always packed. There used to be a limit for people to go in.

It was dream come true for this Oregon family to be able to enter the LINE FRIENDS and purchase our favorite BT21 items. We actually waited hours in an effort to shop during the BTS concert dates but had no luck. Fortunately, during the Christmas holiday we were fortunate to be back in Hollywood and fulfill our goal of getting Mang, Shooky, and the crew.

Awesome place to come and visit if you are a BTS fan. Not expensive as I thought it would be. Actually a lot cheaper to buy here than letgo, offer up, or even eBay. Customer service is really great. The employees let you look around with out hounding you if you need anything all the time. Store ia really simple and easy to walk around in. Everything is accessible. Will definitely b coming back to shop here . We drove down from riverside county to shop here. Well worth the drive. My kids love this place.

Such a cute and fun popup! I got two birthday gifts and something for myself, and I'll definitely be coming back again while the store is still open. I highly recommend visiting during the weekday, I went at 11:30am on a Tuesday and there were no lines! There are lots of cute places to take pictures so bring a camera and a friend when you visit, have fun!!

I love this store, the moment you walk in you are surrounded by cute and adorable stuff, I want to take it all home with me. BTS song plays and makes you feel SO welcome! I can't wait for them to reopen .

The staff were really nice!! I asked for a different size jacket than what they had displayed, and instead of giving me a look (because I’m not the average sized teen) the staff I asked simply smiled and said she would check the back (thankfully they had my size for Cooky’s jacket). They had new things since the time I came in August. If you haven’t gone in a while, or at all, I HIGHLY recommend it, whether you’re a fan of BTS or use LINE! Even if you don’t have that much money, it’s a cute store to browse in. I would come here again, despite everything being a bit pricey aha. They said they were closing sometimes in January, instead of next month, so y’all have time!! Sorry for the paragraph I’m just v happy. Also, if you’re able to (like with a jacket), try it on first. Just because it looks “too small” or “too big” doesn’t mean it is. Alright, there’s my review for my second time coming here!

I visited a couple weeks ago and was met with an adorable interior, lots of cute merch, fun photo opportunities, and friendly staff. Though I was disappointed that some of the merch I wanted had been sold out (mostly a lot of RJ items) and the stock was more limited than expected, I was still able to get a lot of other things I wanted. I even got a free gift for spending a certain amount of money!

I was a fan of line friends before my bestie dragged me into ARMY so i can honestly say the store is adorable and fun to visit even if you arent a bts fan. But I will say the store is a lot more fun when you are ARMY and I do think youre more likely to pay the higher prices when you know more about the characters (BT21 and Brown&Friends). Cute store and the staff was very nice.

My kids are into BTS Kpop boy group, so they wanted to check this store as BT21 goods are available here. We parked in the parking structure of the shopping center as the stores validate the parking ticket and we could pay a reduced rate. The line store was just across the street from the parking. The store was clean and neatly organized. However, it was smaller than I expected it to be. My kids loved hand prints from each member of BTS on the walls of the store, and surely they took turns to take a photo next to it. Also, they had several photo worthy spots if you would like. The goods were expensive like the customer reviews but they were cute so that it would be impossible to resist the urge to purchase items.

It was a little expensive but that's just because I wanted everything in the store haha 😅 Most of the prices weren't that bad (just depends on what you want/get). Just make sure not to go too crazy or you could end up spending all your rent money at once 😅 There were a lot of great photo opportunities and the staff were really helpful and hard-working. There's nowhere to sit though so make sure you only bring people who actually want to be there or else they might get tired of standing for that long lol. But seriously, it's great :) if you're ARMY or even just a BTS or BT21 fan, you will LOVE this store💜 If I lived anywhere near Hollywood I would totally be trying to get a job there 😂

So good!! As soon as we entered, BTS songs were playing, BT21 stuff was everywhere, and other Line Friends items. I honestly think it was very well priced compared to what I've seen, with a very wide range of items. There are plenty of places to take photos, and you can even compare your hands to the size of BTS. It also has a nice location. It even wasn't too crowded when I went. We got a Chimmy plush and Tata plush, and they came with plush-sized drawstring bags for free!! 10/10

Overall my experience on Sep.3 going to line Friends was amazing but if you’re planning on going soon you may want to get there fast because lines are getting long due to the bands upcoming concerts in L.A. This stuff is a little overpriced but it’s alright. In my opinion the best thing there are the pillows. The music the stores plays is amazing and it left my and friends singing along. This really is a wonderful store.

I’ve been to this line friends store and the one in Times Square. I’m going to say that as much as I love Bts,bt21, and line friends, I was a little bit disappointed because I came to the one in New York first. I kind of expected it to be the same but this store doesn’t have as many items and there is a lot of open space. I don’t regret going here though. If you are in la and love bts, you should come here. The employees are friendly and always have a smile on their face.

I love the store itself but not the people who work there. I went for BT21 merch. It was crowded and a lot was going on but the security guard made it his priority to follow me around the whole time even up to the cash register. I was not comfortable enough to take my time and look for what I want. I asked a cashier lady and question about an item I didn’t see stocked and she barely wanted to answer me. They also stop you at the door to check your bags and receipt. With the way the security stalked me around the store they should have already known I didn’t steal anything. I wish there was another location because I do want more merch.

This is a really nice store to go to if you are a BT21/BTS fan! They have like molded handprints of each members of BTS and you can take pictures with those. They have BT21 pillows, phone cases, plushies, keychains, face masks, water bottles, pens, notebooks, fans, slippers, pins, and more! Great for BT21 fans and the casual shopper of all things cute. I feel like a kid in a candy shop. The re-decoration of the space was perfectly executed. Fans can touch palms with their fav bts members handprints and take photos in designated photo zones with full sized BT21 characters. There is still a small section dedicated to the original line store characters, but it's all mostly BT21. So hard not to empty my wallet every time I walk through the doors.

Where's the rest of the merch for BT21? I noticed there was missing items for every so character and it was difficult to reach some staff. Made the trip up to Hollywood to get some BT21 goods for... friends (and maybe me) There was so many different products ranging from stationary to varying sizes of plushes to travel stuff to etc. They also had the big statues of the characters with BTS' cement handprints. I know the lines for photos were soul crushingly long when the BTS concert happened in September, but there was pretty much no line for pictures. I got a RJ plush, a Shooky passport book, Koya headband and some other stuff for friends. Since it's a pop-up shop I highly suggest traveling to Hollywood to check the place out before they have something else in its place!
