1st time stopping by the shop and my friend and I were helped by Cameron. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patients. He recommended some great gummies for sleep and pain, can’t wait to try them. By far the best in store experience I have had for a long time! Stop by and ask for Cameron, he was amazing! * I would also like to shout out Derrick! He is such an awesome delivery driver. Shabnam provided excellent service & the recommendation had an exquisite taste. Being a connoisseur and wearing the ig @nuggetree_brand bucket hat, she was able to see the THC molecule (molecule is under the front lid) and also saw the word NUGG embedded in the tree. It used to be a 5 but the dispensary has been making more and more mistakes. I have not been getting what i ordered online. Instead they replace it with something else. Overcharge for an item claiming that's the price just to see them correct it the next day so i paid more because I bought it a day earlier? The Venice location has become a way better place. Better budtenders who seem to be more knowledgeable, the ability to grab most of what you want first makes things faster and more efficient and they tend to carry a larger selection. I wish the Venice location delivered to Santa Monica.

Prices are pretty decent, and they usually have some cheap options out there. I get very frustrated at erba, seems like they have a lot of tourist clients who just want to have conversations with the bud tenders. Jamie is awesome he doesn't mess around he doesn't try and sell you up or down listens to what you want gives you a couple choices perfect. Again I try not to go to this store because I find it very frustrating but when I have to I'm always glad to get Jamie. Went back this past week later in the day more like 6:15, did not have to wait even 5 minutes I don't think I had Robert help me and he was very nice very helpful I knew what I wanted he got it quickly and I was able to get out of the store he was very pleasant and most of all speed I don't want to hang out.

These guys saved my life during chemo and are the only reason I could get myself through the door of the hospital for daily radiation. They never upsell — they just help me find what I need. If they don’t know the answer to your question they’ll find someone who does. Just talking to them makes my day better. 💗❤️💗

Update: Visited again and was delightfully surprised at how much better this experience was. Armondo helped me get exactly what I needed and also checked to see if I had unused credits. Looking forward to my next visit. Upped my Star rating to reflect todays service. Original Review: Frank was great! He was knowledgeable about the product and efficient. There was an issue with my transaction, a wrong item was rung up and I was overcharged. Another associate stepped in (I’m guessing the floor supervisor) and assisted but was very rude and told me that I would only get a store credit for the mistake. After telling him that I never left the store and that the wrong item was charged he kept telling me I was only getting a store credit instead of my money back. I ultimately had to request a manager who understood the situation and promptly had Frank correct the error and give me my money back. The level of professionalism by Frank through the whole ordeal was great and left me satisfied. I wish they would re-train the other associate to understand that if there was ever a cashier mistake the customer is NOT the one that needs to be penalized for the overcharged amount. For example if you went to Apple and they charged you for 2 AirPods instead of 1 and they were to tell you that you’d get a store credit for the extra one they charged you for that doesn’t make sense. Luckily the manager and Frank understood this basic terms of service

I bought a sativa, super silver haze. It is really one of the best strains I’ve tried in the market. The flower itself has a sort of haze earthy with citrus notes with a hint of spice in it! and the effects are a fantastic combination of energetic, uplifting, creative and makes me extremely focused and in a happy stage which I think it’s perfect for creatives of all sorts, also it is known to use for chronic pain and fatigue. Everyone here is really nice, but honestly that should be the bare minimum when everyone can be high all the time. The store looks great, but they don't let you touch anything(standard) and they don't have tablets you can use to browse their selection and look up info about the products. That would be fine except they also won't let you use your phone to look up the products. So unless you want to make someone who is stoned out of their mind show you the THC content of every single flavor you're considering... I'd go somewhere else.

Today I was helped by Chazz who was very kind, genuine and gave me the impression that she cared about me as a customer. They give you a card when you're a ftp that gives you 20% off your first purchase, 30% off you second and 40% off your third (note they can only be applied to a single item). This is a great if not the greatest ftp deal I've come across in the West Los Angeles area. Erba is also the nicest looking dispensary I've shopped at. Although their inventory is a little on the pricy side, if you can afford it there's nowhere else I'd rather pick up from. Service is great and the products are even better.

This is my third time visiting ERBA. This time I was prepared and had cash in hand. I like Wyld gummy‘s that are 20:1 that’s the reason I went in there. As a new customer, I keep getting discounts. I wish knew I had a discount before I made my purchase. I would have bought more products. I wish after they scan your ID they told you if you have any discounts or credits available so that you could maximize your shopping experience. It would be a win for both the customer and the store.

I have been to Erba about 6 times as it is the closets to my house . Last time I went in , I crossed a misunderstanding with one of the rep there ( no one fault ) which cAuse for me to purchase the wrong item , I went back to the store and explained them my concern , the manager and me didn’t have the same view on the situation , I ended up leaving and emailing on the site , 5 minutes the owner called me , I explained him the situation and expressed my views Long story short , I am writing this review letting everyone know that the owner him self cares about his patients and he will take time to Help you , he ended up delivering to me the right purchase . Sometimes there is a line and a little waiting. At any other dispensary that is a problem. Sitting on a busted couch watching a random movie you cant hear over the music waiting for the guard to send you in to finally see what they have (or in some cases dont have). At ERBA I am able to see everything as soon as I walk through the door. The energy is great. And they have alot of staff. The wait is understandable as they are the best and get a lot of customers. It's not some shady, anxious wait in a cramped room. The number system is smooth, and I can browse the products and really take my time before deciding. The range of products is amazing and the prices are great. I am not a connoisseur of fine flowers, I just want quality and I dont want to spend alot. They offer it all, high quality 20 dollar 8ths all the way to premium high roller buds. And the points system is unbelievable. Every time I come in I am surprised by the amount i have earned and it really comes in handy if i am in need but low on cash there is usually enough to get me a pre roll in an emergency. I cant remember my favorite budtenders name but he is always knowledgeable and helpful(they all are though I usually get this guy when I am there). I remember going to dealers and then the doctor visits to get into dispensaries and ERBA has really made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Just a personal thought. Stigma free marijuana use is amazing now that its legalized and I walk into ERBA proud and not worried to be seen buying.

Example: I am a vet with some PTSD issues. Raphael took the time to discuss my needs for daytime calming while keeping all work time functionality.
