Mark at the Starbucks made an awesome custom drink for me today. His customer service was excellent, and my drink was delicious. The other times I’ve been in, all of the staff have been courteous and the line moves quickly. They have even held a drink for me behind the counter while I bought an item real quick. Best selection in Little Rock! I really like the selection at this store, there's plenty of parking, there's a CVS and a Starbucks inside the store. Everytime I come into the store I feel valued and respected. I can do everything here--buy dinner food, sheets for my bed, hardware, get my prescriptions, and grab a cup of coffee on the way out.

Really nice store, employees are very friendly and courteous, offering help all around the store. Very clean and large assortment of just about everything. I found prices to be higher than I'm comfortable with, however merchandise does seem better in quality. Found customer service in Electronics quite helpful but short staffed, compared to number of customers waiting, when I was there. Self-Check out went quickly with the customer service representative quick to help when needed.

Courteous at customer service pick up, and service area. To grade the rest of the store is the main reason the three stars. Outside of the area of the service desk and pick up the floor staff is unfriendly, not helpful, and does not speak to you even if they look at you. This includes management. I don't even mind the sometimes higher prices, when the service is good. Which may be why I shop a lot online because there is no expectations of anything better.

When ordering I had one item that had to be picked up in store. I was greeted curiously by a young man at the returns counter. I was a little lost because I had not done a pick up order before at Target. We found my order on the computer, showed my ID and I was quickly on my way. I was impressed that at the end of the day so many employees were so helpful, professional, and nice! I saw an employee wiping down carts for visitors. Every employee wore their mask CORRECTLY!! Also the employee collecting shopping carts moved the carts back and waved me on with a smile when he saw me reach my car. Very impressed with this location!

My neighborhood Target is my go-to stop for just about everything. I love their generic lines as well as being able to find my favorite name brands. And I have a hard time passing up the dollar area at the front of the store and stocking up on cool seasonal purchases and please, don't get me started on the clothing! Good seasonal values to freshen up any wardrobe. The customer service is fantastic and I love seeing a diverse workforce (race, age, gender) throughout the store.

During this crazy time we are all living through right now this Target location has set the bar high. The store is pristine! The employees are cleaning all carts before you touch them, they are cleaning the stations before you check out, they have smiles on their faces, and everyone is working hard to keep the isles stocked. I have always loved Target and have shopped there for years. Because I live 45 to 55 minutes away from the nearest Target, I don't get there as often. I just became a Red Card holder. I was really motivated by the fact that I had a $40 off coupon to use today. In addition, I saved 25 percent off the purchase of a toy and 5 percent off my overall purchase. This made my trip to the store worth the while.

So I wanted to tell a little story I just had here. I was shopping and I got my stuff alright. Being the individual I am. I went to the self checkout. I scanned my items and after I put in my cash I was supposed to get around maybe 48 cents in change. After I got the chance I grabbed my bag. Immediately “the help is on the way sign” pops up on my self checkout. Naturally I became confused. And not joking, in literally less than a second this target girl pops up to help me out. She enters in the code and her pin and everything. I was just standing there thinking to myself “should I just leave I did already pay.” And it turns out that that the target machine owed me 1 cent. One single penny. And immediately, this target girl rushes to get me that one cent. I was baffled, because I honestly didn’t really care about that one cent. It’s just going to go in my cup holder at the end of the day. And this girl went out of her way just to give me one penny. If that’s not good customer service then I don’t know what is. Something about that whole experience really made me feel happy. I’m not even sure who that target girl was or if I’ll ever see her again. This experience restored a little bit of faith in humanity in my eyes. And for now on. Imma make that penny my lucky penny. Thanks target ☺️

I am in Target at least 3 times per week. I’m a real estate property manager and this was by far the best experience I’ve had let alone Target but any Big Box Retail Store in over a year! Jenn at the front end was exceptional and I didn’t want to leave and probably would have purchased anything she offered. I enjoy coming to this target, it is the closest one from my house, there is a variety of clothes, makeup, etc. It is always nice and clean and so are the employees. The only complaint is that I have noticed homeless people/panhandlers right outside the doors. My friend and I had an incident where one would not leave us be, even though we told him we could give him some cash, he seemed to persist if we could give him a ride. I understand they're asking for help, but I do not want to feel uncomfortable when I go

Target is consistently the best counter-example for the retail landscape that is rapidly becoming cheaper and more disposable, if you are looking for something more thoughtful and made to last you are more likely to find it at Target than the competition. The additional investment in design and bringing in quality brands makes it a better choice all around and the employees are much more pleasant and professional than the other big box stores, no doubt it doesn’t hurt that they pay better and have a better store.

Would be a 10 but could not set up curbside pickup on my laptop. I did get the delivery person to bring out my order when i talked to her when she was delivering another curbside order. She explained there is a problem with setting up curbside pickup on a laptop and said you have to do it on the mobile app which I had already on my phone but would not notify the store of my arrival. I would certainly think that this technical issue could be rectified quite easily!

Has all a store should. Especially that of a store in the Target store chain. This specific store has never caused me to leave without something I needed. Target normally Always is the best to me but this location is mainly. They have EVERYTHING you've always used and loved as well as all the AWESOME NEW items never leaving you to going somewhere else to finish ur shopping list or find something new and fun! Thankfully right along with reasonable pricing for such awesome products but also ALWAYS more than 4 areas with varieties of items for a steal of a sale price! Employees are always delightfully kind and helpful as well. Could a store need anything else or be any better?!

I love Target. You can usually find everything you need in one stop shop. Nice selection to choose from and browse around. This location is a supercenter with convenient grocery items as well. There's a Starbucks in the store which is a plus for me along with their own deli. Nice spot for convenient shopping. Lots of parking, great service so far.

I was in Target on University for my lunch break. As I was making my way to the front, they experienced a blackout. I was like whoa…okay!!! A few seconds later, the lights returned due to their backup generator. Anyway, I proceeded to the front without any hesitation. I was second in the express lane. Well, the lady ahead of me had to leave because she had an appointment. Not even a few seconds of her exiting the door, a manager came apologizing for the mishap and gave everyone coupons ($3 dollars off total order). My purchase was only $7.00, so I saved a whopping $3 because of my patients and their GREAT customer service. I wrote this to say this is why I choose Target over Wal-Mart. Customer service goes a long way…and that is something Wal-Mart fails to remember. No way in the world would they have even apologized, nevertheless give customers coupons. I AM A SATISFIED TARGET CUSTOMER and THEY DESERVE ME MONEY!!! The cashier was awesome as well!

During my lunch break I stopped by the Target on University in Little Rock, Arkansas. The 3 female employees I enter acted with were above par. I'm in my late 50's and years ago when in department stores employees would ask if one needed help. Back then people worked on commission. They were always eager to help in order to make a sale. My experience today was like that except I doubt any extra funds where going these women's way. They where just very personable & helpful. Kudos to these ladies & their staff trainer or manager.

I would give this location 5 stars if they cleaned their restrooms and straightened up the shoe section. I've been more than once and each time the restroom looks as if it had not been cleaned in days. Tissue on the floor and no tissue at all in some stalls. If you can hold it, wait until you get home!

Bought a camera, opened the box, and to my surprise NO CAMERA! I reported it... it may have been the display box that was sold to me. Immediately store apologized and gave me a brand new camera. No problems at all. It was a $700 camera. I was understandably shaken. Target saved the day. They could have refused help or blamed me for scamming them... But believed me as i was telling the truth and solved the matter. ADVICE: Please open your expensive merchandise before or right after purchase... IN FRONT of staff.. . That will avoid any potential HE-SAY / SHE SAY drama. That did not occur with my case BUT i will always listen to my intuition and do that no matter how embarrassing. I knew the box felt light when i bought it.... didn't know any better. NOW I DO! Thanks, Target!

This is a really unique Target location. It's located as part of a several story high end apartment complex. The way it's set back and nestled in the corner gives it a really homely feel. You'll love shopping at this location.

VERY rude employees. When I got to the bike rack I realized I forgot the lock for my bicycle, so rather than ride all the way back downtown to get it and then come back, I thought I'd ask an employee if I could bring in my bike just to the cash register, and if an employee could grab a bike lock for me I'd meet them at the counter to pay for it, then I'd take my bike outside to lock it before doing my grocery shopping. I stood at the door for a long time trying to catch an employee's attention. There were tons of them near the door but none would come. A kind stranger tried to get someone for me, but he came back and said that none of them would go to the door. He tried for about 15 minutes & finally convinced one to come to the door. She brought a lock to the door but refused to let me go to the register to pay for it. She actually told me to leave my bike outside. This is Little Rock, one of the highest-crime cities in the country. NO WAY am I leaving my bike outside unlocked! Rather than let me take my bicycle just inside the door to buy the lock, then lock it outside before buying all the groceries I was going to get, the employee foolishly refused (after I FINALLY got their attention after being ignored by a dozen employees), so now another store will be getting my business instead. For just a minute of having my bike inside they could've kept my continued grocery shopping business, but now I won't be going back there ever. Any other store would've seen the logic in keeping my business and would have agreed with no thought otherwise: my regular grocery trips + an extra bike lock sale. Rude and stupid employees at this Target.

It's the biggest of the Target stores in the Little Rock area, but it's often the Target that sells out of things the most quickly because it is so popular. You have to go to the smaller Target stores to score the great deals and find sizes that are popular.
