Petco grooming is wonderful! I take my dog there and I won’t take her anywhere else. Jackie is super friendly and professional. I can tell she really cares about my dog, and my dog feels comfortable with her. She always does an awesome job and gets the grooming done in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Petco grooming and especially Jackie enough. It’s such a relief knowing I don’t have to worry about how my dog will be treated when I drop her off for her appointment.

I love that they are a stop shopping for all pets, we have 2 Bearded Dragons, 1 Spider Ball Python, and 4 adult rats as well as the baby rats that are born. We can get all supplies and food for our babies. The staff are wonderful help and the animals in store are well maintained. I highly recommend this pet store for bearded dragon, snake, bunnies, hamster, birds, cats, and dogs. 😍🥰

Awesome Store! Awesome Staff! Everything you need for your pets and more! Banfield Animal Hospital is Amazing! Very caring staff. AMAZING vets who truly care about the wellbeing of your pets. The communication between staff, vets and techs to pet parents is Amazing! They always call you the next day to check in on your pet to make sure they are doing OK. I love PetSmart and Banfield Animal Hospital.

The best place in LR to buy fish. Top for healthy awuarium...Before you purchase a new fish, look at all the fish in the store and take note of any dead ones or fish that seem lethargic or any way sick. Even if they are in a different tank then the fish you want to buy. This is because the employees use the same net to catch fish and the likelihood of cross contamination between separate tanks are extremely high. The last thing you want to do is bring home a sick fish and contaminate your own tank. Fish are expensive!

No customer service. The last few times I visited this store customer service was non existent. Employees just walk by or standing around talking to each other. I wanted to buy some fish and stood in front of the tanks for at least 10 minutes no help. The Employees saw me there but not one approached me to help. So I left and went to petsmart

My puppy and I walked to Petco in west Little Rock in the snow today. The wonderful Petco employee was just opening the store. I was struggling to find care items for my pet snails while I had my puppy in tow. A brunette employee in the fish and reptile area ignored me even though I was searching for assistance. Thankfully another employee, Jenni, helped me! She was great with my puppy and helping me find critter care items and even helped carry the dog food to my car! It would be 5/5 if the other employee hadn’t been so rude.

Olivia is basically a fish guru. While getting some tank mates for my beta sorority tank, she didn’t even have to look at the descriptors to tell us everything we needed to know about possible choices. She was very friendly and patient, even while it was just her and one other employee in the store. You can tell she loves what she does.

Petco carries the bites for Bearded Dragons whereas Petsmart does not. Staff was friendly and not impatient with me when I interrupted them for a price check. It's nice to know someone actually still cares.

Completely understaffed it seems. 4 people in the store and 2 were groomers. The manager I think was busy cleaning animals and didn't pay any attention around the store. The other employee was very polite and got my fish. I had to wait for over 5 minutes and 2 phone calls before the polite employee was able to check me out.

This store could use an update and Petco should give them more animals to showcase. I feel they would do better with more selection like other stores. I give 3 stars because the people working there are ticket takers and after Kim left things just haven't been the same customer service wise. I believe this store could really be great, but at the moment it is simply a 3 star experience.

We shopped for ear meds for our dog. They had a small assortment of products that I felt comfortable with using. There may not be a lot on the market, not sure. The employees at the registers were friendly and the store was clean and organized. We were also happy to see the cats on display for adoption.

Andrea and Kim will be the only reason I continue to shop here. To keep things short, I had A LOT of issues with my delivery order I placed a few days ago. None of these issues were either of their faults but they both went above and beyond to make sure that the problems were corrected and I was happy. They both need a raise. 5 stars for those two and their customer service! 1 star for the way everything was handled before they stepped in.

This petco is nice. We go there for grooming as they have reasonable prices. The staff is here are always friendly and helpful. We've bought multiple leashes and collars for our dogs and they have always held up wonderfully!

Only thing is that on the Website they have things on sale but if you go into the actual Store front there are no sale promotional prices listed and if you make a purchase its full price. I had to show the Website information to get the sale price and even check each item I was possibly interested in buying to see if it was on sale or not.

Went for a puppy class, but there wasnt a room dedicated so there was just a section in the store that the instructor had to use. The instructor was great and worked with the space provided. I don't know if all the classes are like this or just the one on one.

We just used their do it yourself self dog wash for my dog's bath and had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and caring and prepared the washing station and helped us pick the best shampoo. They recommended a great palm balm for my dog's paws which had been very dry from the cold weather and walking on gravel. They patiently waited for us to finish right before closing time and were very sweet to my dog. She now looks and smells great. Great experience and will go back.

The pets are well taken care of at this location. The store itself is a little messy and there is just a lot of stock laying out not on shelves, but it's not too hard to navigate. Definitely not a ton of stsff- I had a question about a specific reptile heat bulb and I couldn't find anyone to ask.

A parakeet showed up outside my house and then came right in the. I needed supplies for it plus advice since I haven't a bird since childhood. I'm isolating since I am over 70. I called the store and Stephanie gave me advice and collected everything I needed so I could pick it up curbside. She was absolutely great and I will definitely be calling back. I always shop at Petco for my seven rescue dogs too! Stephanie is a fabulous employee.

I was trying to get a trimmer but could not find one in this store. After a while somebody there told me because shoplifting was a problem, the trimmers were all moved off the shelf to a secure place. I enjoy the freedom of being able to touch and choose the products personally. I understand the reasoning behind the hiding of products from shoppers, but that in turn created inconvenience to the customer. There must be a better solution such as putting them inside a cage so that they can't be stolen without unlocking the cage, but still can be accessed by customers directly. Putting them away in a secure place turns away many potential customers and reduces sales. Just my opinion. I go to another Petco and get the stuff I want there. I sometimes buy stuff not because I have a dog or cat, but because they are well made and I like to collect finely made products. I gave them 4 stars because the inconvenience was caused by thieves, not them. The staff there are eager to help.

Well stocked with natural dog food, treats, pet supplies & food for different species such as dogs, cats, birds, fish, lizards, etc. Pets are welcome as long as they are leashed, in your arms, or in cages. Carries brands such as Merrick's, Hill's Science Diet, Canidae, Royal Canin, Instinct, FreshPet, Blue Carnivora, Orijen, Akana. Has dog training program.The only thing I didn't care for was that there seemed to be no dedicated space set aside for dog training, just areas of store partitioned off with screens. Petco offers dog grooming. Be careful what you sign up for. Pricing is high, and is very specific for each service offered, which I expected would have been included in a routine grooming. The only groomer I would trust is Mike. Staff members are very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, professional. Fair return policy & will really work with customer on returns. Has price matching policy. They have a foundation that supports pet adoption.

This is a perfectly fine Petco. The only complaint I have is that there is usually only one person working the register. That would be fine, except that it is the manager, who is frequently the only employee and engaged in other tasks like helping old ladies put large bags of pet food in their cars. It just creates a frustrating five or ten minute wait that doesn't have to be so. Other than that, same old Petco.
