Went in for some new office outfits (new job!!) no one was professionally dressed or even decently dressed… young man at the jewelry counter has on a hoodie of all things and playing on his phone… need a better dress code for the type of store they are! There was one worker who looked like they took time to get ready and she was the only helpful one I could find or trust to help me pick out something appropriate for the office

I parked on the side of the store lot so that I would be near the men clothes and shoes are and and because I could check out there. After hours of shopping went to cashier at the entrance where I parked it was close. The only place I could check out is all the way to the front of the store .I had to wait 10 minutes in line while employees were having a problem with a customer. I have to walk all the way back to the rear to get to my vehicle. That is a very inconvenient for a 79-year-old person. I like shopping at JCPenney's I go there because it's easy to get checked out in the back so I'm going to give them a three. And hope that they have more than one cash register open more than one place to check out. Everything went wrong for me today I had to bring a return I parked on the front went to the cashier I had to walk all the way to the back of the store and do my return then I had to walk all the way to the front of the store where I had park to get into my car drive to the side of the store parking.

I went yesterday and the store was like sauna, it was the my first unpleasant experience at this store. I couldn’t even found what I’m looking for, and I have to go back again to get the correct size. It’s unfair for the customers and the employees to shop and work when it 100 degrees outside with no AC. Please fix this problem as soon as you can.

Every place is short staffed after COVID. Yet, everything is still well organized. If they don't have your size in any particular color or anything, then they can special order for pickup or delivery.

I like shopping at your store. The checkout is too slow because to few people are working the registers. The people at checkout are nice. Also, put prices on the items in the checkout isle. The chocolates had no price noted.

Messy and slow but return process was pretty easy, cashier was the sweetest, and their prices are good... If you're not in a hurry all is good. The front of the store/initial presentation was very sloppy. (Coming from a Previous Visual Merchandiser at Old Navy) One of the ladies on the floor was rude too. Like I was an inconvenience to her for asking for an associate at the return counter. There were four people in line and they only had one lady running to go find packages. Which took her a long time. (Not blaming her, it was the lack of help) this location needs some help ASAP!

The atmosphere was clean and organized but my daughter and I walked around for half an hour obviously lost with not being assisted. We were charged full price for a 65% discounted item and had to wait for the mate to the shoes we wanted to be found. It only took a few minutes but maybe the shift was understaffed, the staff was friendly however regarding the wait. But still 65% had me in my feelings

Most of the items here are good quality. I love Van Heusen shirts. The way work pricing is crazy. Buy 1 at full price. Buy2 get 40% off. Oh, and open a charge accpount and get 50% off. I never know what my ticket will be until I check out. I understand incentives may help sales, it drive me nuts.

Even on a semi busy day, the store is rather neat and clean all over. This is also for the clearance racks as well. The workers are kind, very informative and are always willing to help. At most they are always busy and doing work in which you would like to see, even on non busy days. No complaints on my end...well maybe the graphics tees are a little too pricey.

I've never been to a JCPenney where the employees were more friendly. This was a great experience for me. I had ordered something online and went to pick it up, and the employees were very helpful in getting me to the right area, and making sure I knew where to go. This store is very clean, well kept, and very accessible. I enjoyed this visit very much. And I think you will too.

The 3 star rating is for the rudeness of employees. I shopped here last week, originally looking for coats and sports wear. Ended up getting a cute pair of boots, which had to be exchanged for smaller size today. Everything was going good at first, good pair one size down, grabbed a few Christmas gifts then headed up front to check out and exchange boots... now, I haven't shopped here in quite some time, and even longer since I've had to return anything. I was told by lady up front I needed to go to back of store to do exchange. I thought and mentioned that would've been nice to know before coming all way up front. That's where rudeness came in... as I made my way to back of store, I hear ladies mention there were signs up front and around store stating where returns are made (yes, I heard everything, which I assume was intended). I made a note to look as I left, and didn't see any signs... word of advise employees, even if there are signs, still be professional and guide customers where to go. I'll stick to shopping at Kohl's.

All of the sales associates were so helpful and nice. I wish I had gotten the employee's name that was in the women's shoe department. She was so sweet!! When we got to the front to checkout, we got the sweetest cashier, also. Mom and I got confused about the sales prices and the cashier was so patient and so sweet when she was explaining things to us. Once, again, I wish I had gotten her name, but she did have an awesome, yellow manicure! 🙂

Prices are good and sale was great, but Anijah who checked me out was rude. I had a $10 off $25 coupon on my phone, but she said it was online only. The coupon says online & in-store. She said she has to be able to scan it, which she could have from my phone. Finally told her to forget I was not trying to cause her trouble. Needs to work on her people skills.

Pretty annoying. I needed clothes and I finally had a day where I got off work before 8 pm. So, I went there at 6:40 pm and walked by 3 employees. They all saw me come in. Not one of them said they were closing at 7 pm. I finally made it to the back to start looking at the jeans and they called over the speaker that they were closing in 10 min. So, I turned and left. It was just annoying mainly because I didnt see the new time posted any where or was warned that I only had 20 min to do anything in there.

Well stocked and friendly staff but the lines are loooong. But hey, if you need a bra, they have bras as far as the eye can see! A sea of bras. A plethora. A superfluous amount of bras. Bras for days. Roses are red, violets are blue, if you need a bra, they've got one for you.

This is a nice clean store with lots if merchandise. Penney's still has a ways to go, but I hope they stay in business. The Internet is great, but for clothes shopping nothing beats going to the store. Penney's also regulates the thermostat better than Kohl's so you don't burn up while trying on stuff.

Great selection! 4th of July Sell was fire!!! I forgot to take puctures! I was so happy spent $303.00 for 1 Toddler&1 Teen plus 1 comforter! I love the location...i shop every other Saturday from 2pm til 4 while waiting for my husband to get off in the same shopping center. The building is always clean. Well stocked as well... The outside staff could have been a little bit better. Their young but they don't greet or speak...just out there making free money ...she thought Bc she didn't have the phone to her ear no one knew she was on the phone. I didn't catch her name but this was 7/7/18@ or around 245pm & 325pm .. When i walked out it was several young ladies outside just talking among each other in the red shirts....but no one seemed to be talking to the customer(s)... It was plenty trying to check out the side walk sales before entering the actual building....

This is one of the best JCP's stores in the region. It's kind of unusual to see the same staff year after year at most retailers, but not for this store. Seeing familiar faces each time that I shop makes the departments feel almost like small boutiques within the store. The seasonal employees seems to be trained well.

It was GREAT!!! I returned 2 men's shirts that I had purchased but were the wrong size. I didn't know, but they were having a 1/2 off the pink ticket sale, so I was able to buy 3 shirts for 1/2 the amount that I had paid for the 2 that I had returned.

A few day's ago, I visited the J C Penney's store in Little rock, Ar. I was just browsing on that day. I, ended up in the jewelry dept. There was one associate in the department. She was busy with another customer. I waited, when she was finished with the customer, she came to me to ask if I needed help. That's a switch normally we have to find the associates. She showed me a few rings none that I wanted. I went looking in the hanging jewelry section. She went with me. After trying on 10 or more rings, I found a ring I liked, wrong size.I was unable to find size I wanted. She left me and went searching all the racks of rings, after a few minutes she returned, with my size. I was so impressed with this young lady. She went above and beyond what any associate has ever done for me in Penny's. Her name was Jasmine. I think this young lady knows the true meaning of customer service. She is definitely a KEEPER. The customer service was great tonight. Howard (older black Gentleman) in the men's department was fantastic. He helped me find the items I needed online at the JCPENNEY site. The store was out of stock or simply doesn't carry my size. Howard took the time to make sure I could get the items online. He even found a coupon code that offered a huge discount. I would give Howard 5 stars but the store really deserves a 3 at best.

It was ok the clothes selection was great but the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful except for this one group of I'm assuming friends I found gossiping 😁😂in the corner I ask them if they could possibly help me find a pair of pants that is like is on the mannequin and they glanced around.. literally glanced around then asked me what size and I said the size that the mannequin has on is the exact size I need so they pulled the pants off the mannequin and gave them to me which was pretty nice I thought that they would go through that much trouble just to help me 🙂

Let me say that I am a fan of JCPenny's. I like their clothes and there prices are great. I gave this JCpenny a 3 star rating because the line at the checkout register in the mens section is so slow. I was shopping on my lunch and was late getting back because it took over ten minutes to get thru the line. There were only 4people in line ahead of me. The last time I was in, I had to put my items back and leave without making a purchase for the same reason. The management team needs to bring in more staff to help customers. Every single day more and more shoppers turn to the internet to shop, so stores should not make people wait that long to take their money.

Nice well-stocked and they had everything I was looking for I just had one problem my grandson and I would shopping for him some clothes and we were getting along fine, until all of a sudden there's this lady they're watching us felt like she was watching us because she thought we were stealing I started to leave the $400 worth of clothing that we had and just walk out the store cuz it was kind of insulting we had been there for a while no one asked us if we needed assistance, and when she came over she didn't ask to see if we needed assistance she just kind of stood back to guard the merchandise I guess

Then I had to follow around 2 clueless employees just to tell me they are out of stock. I spoke with the manager who went to look in stock upstairs, 30 minutes later....nothing. A 35 min drive and 40 min in the store for nothing!!
