Winter Update: Its that magical time of the year, the holidays! The candy and candle selection was top notch today! Gift ideas galore! Plush beautiful blankets and throws, toys, pet gifts, coffees and sweet treats, it was a good day to shop! One thing that remains consistent is the staff. They are always friendly and helpful. Thank you Big Lots for making the rush and stress of the season nonexistent! Summer: This store was fully stocked and clean and I'm headed back this weekend with my measurements for an outdoor deck rug! Spring has sprung at this location!

Best wi fi parking lot in town. I get all of my junk food here. They have a lot of stuff that is not found at the grocery store like retro candy. Nice furniture also.

Completed a store pickup. Box was was damaged at pickup. Manager reassured me that it just happened. Got home and my item was damaged too. My husband was able to fix , so I didn't return it. Managers attitude needs some fine tuning.

Huge selection of name brand items for a fraction of original retail price. The sales lady that checked us out was very friendly while she worked smooth and efficiently. She was also very informative explaining the BIG rewards benefits.

Generally, I am pleased with BL. But their Bad Business Practices have left me questioning if I should shop there again. 1st let me say that the staff working there are A Plus. They do their best with the conditions given to them. BBP #1. They might not have the furniture that you see on the store floor (in the back), and they won't sell the item on the floor. Huh? So you literally SEE a chair that is not for sale!!!!! I will go back in a few months and see if that same chair is there for NO SALE. BBP #2. It was 3 weeks before I received a reply from my contact with BL Corporation. I contacted them with a kind email, not a rant. They said they would pass the issue on to the district manager. I have not heard from them at all. Questional BP #3. The first time I saw this chair, I thought it was reasonably priced. When it went on SALE, I think the price was actually increased by $9. I didn't write down the price when I first saw it, so I could be wrong. My mother also thought the price was higher too.

Place always seems well organized and people are always friendly and helpful. Recently moved stuff around in the store and looks a bit better than it did before. Very well stocked and very little issue with product not meeting my needs and wants. Prices pretty reasonable for the most part, and seasonal stuff is usually stocked fairly.

I'm here quite often since I work nearby. They have a great selection of unique groceries. I usually run in for a quick snack. All the sweet ladies know me well & I enjoy seeing their smiling faces! I also think their home products are amazing! I have purchased sheets & towels here & find that the products are high quality for prices that are better than the other mass market stores (even Amazon)!

Friendly staff, clean and organized store. I love when I go into a store and I am greeted with a smile. I also love when the products are displayed neatly and that the floor models match what is in the box. Assembly is required on most items but I have not been disappointed by the products. Reasonably priced as well.

They added lots of furniture cut down on other stuff. Watch your tags!! Manager did nothing when brought to her attention acted non-plussed! Same items, exactly, some marked $5.50--others $7.00!! Ripping folks off. She left it as was!! Did not pull items or correct tags! Rude too.

This is the place to go when you want big box store stuff at a cheaper price. Their inventory changes depending on what the can get cheap, and they have some pretty good sales. You won't find high end here, but you will find some good everyday stuff. They sell furniture, I am not sure about the particulars of their financing, but I can imagine they make more in financing charges than they do in profit from the furniture. Once again, watch for sales, you can get some really get deals here. Overall, I like shopping here, even though I know I probably won't get everything on my list.

A small store carrying a little of everything. Mostly overstocks. Or merchandise from closed stores. If you like it better buy it because very few things are restocked. They do have a stick return policy that you must follow but they do b.v allow returns si make sure you are aware of the return policy. When buying item check for damage and on foods check for expiration dates and debts or tears in boxes or such. You can get some great buys and they maintain a good variety especial seasonal items. Depending which one you go to and how busy it has been will dictate the neatness of the store. But the employees are almost always friendly and ready to help if you need it. Happy hunting for one of the many great deals.

Wanted to grab an energy drink, was able to. They had a sale on Rockstar 2 for $3. Friendly staff, sold out of a lot of things during the covid-19 time frame. Which is pretty much expected right now.

Love this Big Lots! Love every Big Lots! We got a super nice King Size Comforter Set, Serta Sheet set, Serta Mattress cover, and two King Size Serta Pillows; ALL for $130! This is relatively quality bedding too! If you're looking for anything for your home, give Big Lots a try! Clocks, frames, cookware, bathroom decor, furniture, etc. We've bought furniture here many times over the years and have never been disappointed!

I love the odd food products you can find here. Prices are better than Target or Walmart. The employees arent perfect but better than Walmart. The only thing i would do different is keep ALL of the floor full. Sometimes the back of the store looks like its closing down.

Very disappointed..not much on the shelves everything was messy on shelves not just christmas...staff very polite..but this area of town you have beggers outside and today inside...i came to shop not be bothered..i did give the guy some small amount. And he disappeared quick. The cashier said he had already drank a soda and didnt pay for it.when leaving she asked him about paying and could have with the money i gave it..he beat feet out of the store...wont go back... Wish mine store stayed open in jacksonville.

Find little odds and ends you never knew you needed. Truthfully you still don't need them. It's a decent time waster with snacks and furniture and light bulbs. A better class of dollar general and a lower class walmart
