I was at returning an item, I’ve been in the customer service for a long time. Wow is all I can say, Ebony helped me with my inquiry, but she truly goes above and beyond. I have never met anyone with amazing customer service. I shop at this Target location all the time, but the employees like Ebony make it even better. Any questions or concerns she assisted me with, she’s truly an amazing employee. This Target location has really awesome and kind employees and everything is always in stock. The store is clean and tidy, the checkout is fast you’re not waiting more than a couple of minutes.

I’ve always loved how easy it is to shop at Target especially with the app. The atmosphere is friendly, well-maintained, and they don’t shy away from providing support when needed. I’ve had to do some returns & exchanges. Each time I needed to, I was assisted by Ale. He’s so personable! It makes the experience worthwhile especially with how efficient and effortless the transactions have been. And even in the short amount of time it took to process the returns, Ale manages to make genuine conversation which is rare these days. I appreciate a lighthearted interaction especially with an attentive, sincere and genuine employee. Your work is recognized, Ale! Thank you!

I was at Target on Maryland Parkway and Flamingo. so I was unable to order an item online but when I went into the store it said that the item I was looking for was still there but I couldn't find it.I went to customer service and Angela and Josh did everything they could to find me the item, and brought it to me. I am so appreciative of Target !!!!Walmart would have never done anything like that for me.

I love target, the employee's are great, the store is clean and security is tight. Also there's my favorite Starbucks, the employee's there are awesome. All in one store.

This target has a Starbucks inside of it. The Starbucks isn’t really clean but it’s a good place to get some coffee or relax after or before shopping. I recommend you get the target credit card because they give you 5% off every purchase, so that is really good for getting discounts. I like this target because all of the staff is really nice, they help you find what you’re looking for, the place is really organized and it is a good place to get items on Clarence. They have a decent return policy, I never had any problems returning my items and make sure you always have your receipt because they need that in order to get your refund back. Walmart is a lot cheaper, but this is the closest place where you’ll get many items at a low price without having to go to the strip.

The security on shift at 7/9/2022 in the afternoon did a great job helping out my husband and target employees at this location provided him with bandages and first aid supplies after he had slipped up and scraped up his toes pretty bad. We went into this location around 9pm and it was packed! The store was also on the smaller side and not the most clean or organized. The staff working were friendly though!

The cashiers freak out if you purchase anything that weighs over 1lb. I purchased a small portable spot carpet shampooing unit and it quickly turned into a chaotic experience. I understand requesting I leave heavy items in the cart so they can scan it with a gun, but spending the entire length of my transaction commenting and even bringing other associates into the conversation like I’m the only person to ever buy a heavy item in the store made for a very uncomfortable situation. This saddens me because now I’m just more prone to go to the self check out and I always felt bad in the past using them because I know that means less cashier jobs, but apparently that’s just the future of things.

Went in for a nail file, picture hangers, shoe horn, and shampoo brush. The young attendant in personal care helped me find the shampoo brush and nail file. I bought the nail file, but the shampoo brush was too much. I found the picture hangers on my own. Self-checkout was easy.

Stoped here for the first time to get some food. I got two cut fruit bowls and I gotta say, it had to be some of the sweetest fruit I’ve ever had. One watermelon and one cantaloupe. I mixed them together and let it sit a little while. So juicy I couldn’t stop eating it. The place was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Store was clean. I witnessed an employee sanitizing carts. The line for online orders was short and service was fast. I was impressed with the polite and professional way two employees handled a customer without a face covering. When the customer realized that she left her mask in the car, the employee got her a disposable mask. No incident.

I needed to replace my Consumer Cellular phone. Target is a partner for them. I need a fair amount of help when it comes to tech. A young man (I think Justin was his name) was beyond just helpful. You could tell that he is simply a very good person. Target is lucky to have him. He will do well in life. (And I'm glad that Target had a phone I wanted and could afford.)

My experience with cashiers at this location is never pleasant. Luckily the managers and customer service makes up for it. My wife was in there looking for something it said they had in stock. They were completely sold out on the shelves. She went to the register and asked if they’d honor the price on something almost Exact just a different brand. The cashier was very rude and said no not on meat I won’t honor it. She asked if she could find someone to help see if there’s any in the back and she said no she has to go to customer service or go find someone in the market place. She was rude throughout the whole order. My wife went to customer service and they called for someone to check the back. She waited for awhile and than a gentlemen came up and took it into his own hands and took care of the situation. He said it just came in the truck and he will go get it for her. He went and came back fast and rang her up at the register so she didn’t waste anymore time. He made the 4 star review for us. We just recommend self check out or service desk.

This location is very clean and well organized. Great quality merchandise and reasonable prices! There was an African American employee who was stoking in the cleaning supplies isle. After asking him a question re: XL Hefty trash can, he assisted me with the utmost great customer service! We checked in the Target mobile app and then he went onto the Target website and located the item that was being stored in the stockroom. I apologized for the inconvenience, but he said he didn’t mind at all while smiling. He went in the back of the store to retrieve my merchandise. I thanked him and his amazing assistance. He was very helpful and wasn’t annoyed that I interrupted him while he stocked items. I appreciate employees like him. I hope he get recognized for this.

Having gone to the Albertsons across the street..I was nervous to go to this Target..the area is sketchy. I have been agressively yelled at to give money every time I have ventured out on this street. Parking at Target no one knocked on my car window, and there were no men standing near the entrance just staring at people entering the store. It was calm and felt safe. Because I felt safe.I spent more time shopping..and spending money. Kudos to the management here..all of the employees were friendly and made me feel welcome. It is well stocked and plenty of room for social distancing. It is not the closest place for me..but it is worth driving a little further to feel secure and not stalked by people loitering near the store.

I'd like to say that I had excellent service from an employee named "Captain Johnny" ( that's what was on his nametag, lol ) He looked up some exclusive to Target toys for me, and said when they should be delivered. So, thank you to him. However, these exclusives are very poorly distributed by Target. Not the employees fault, but Target as a company doesn't do a very good job concerning this. But I'm sure they don't care about this anyway. Oh well. Thanks "Ct. Johnny"! .

This is a very nice store in a somewhat dicey neighborhood. I would advise to only go there during the daytime, as the parking lot feels creepy after sundown. There is a wide selection of everything at good prices. I've always found everything I am looking for with the exception of not always being able to speak with and get help from a knowledgeable tech person in the electronics department. A tech guy is not always available.

While they have great items & fair prices, (This year's Halloween items were awesome) the checkout needs to be SERIOUSLY reviewed. Not so much the manned check outs but the self checkouts. When one was down and two associates were addressing the issue, this took a while & when the kiosk I was using had issues, there WAS NO back up and the ONLY associate there took a while with the SAME machine. WHAT'S THE DEAL? Where's the back up Teamwork that you guys normally have during the busy times??

A few weeks ago, while looking for a specific moisturizer for oily skin , as anything else would horrifically break me out, I had forgotten my reading glasses and couldnt read the tiny print on most bottles. I kindly askes an associate , Jessica for help and she suggested a product that worked such a miracle that I tracked her down last night to thank her. It's a standard Las Vegas Target store with a decent selection. My wife doesn't exactly feel safe in the parking lot for some reason but inside the store looks fine. They do sell many grocery items as well as liquor in beer and standard Target things like Electronics and clothes and some furnishings. All in all I guess it's better than Walmart.

Nice layout of the store, typical for Target. Was actually surprised to find sale items still available a few days after sale starts on a Sunday. Self checkout was far better experience in comparison to Walmart.

Everyone that works there have great customer skills . only know a couple employee s by name for I am in target 2: to 3 times a week .Harold is always helpful I believe he is a courtesy clerk and there was a time that I was a little short like a buck and a half and cliff the cashier started to reach in his own pocket for the difference.i told him what a kind gesture but I couldnt except.So yes I highly recommend shopping there .

I go here on occasion usually for baby stuff. Their baby clothes section is never organized and kind of overwhelming. The rest of the store seems to be organized very well so I dont know of it's just who they have working that section or what but it makes me not even want to try to look through the baby clothes.

Very busy location. Entrance was very cramped and not up to the visual and cleanliness standards that I'm used to walking into Target locations. Staff here was very nice though. I feel they are possibly under staffed which results in the Target brand suffering.

The call disconnected after ringing continuously. You should also publish a number where we're designated to park.

I think they need to expand the store and possibly make it 2 stories. Very reasonable prices but still not as low as Walmart. They should make it a Target Shopping Center complete with parking garage and other little stores like dollar tree.

I like that most of the time, I can find what I want by looking online, seeing if it available in the store, if it is not, then I can order the item for pickup or to be delivered. This saves a lot of time, instead of meandering through the store searching; in this last trip, I wasn't able to find the item I was looking for on my own, so the map on my phone led me to the correct place!

I've always heard about target and after making my first trip to Las Vegas recently, we had to make a trip down! This particular branch is accessible by car (recommended over bus as it's not the best area) but it has tons of parking and millions of things inside! I spent an hour just marvelling at all the things. It's a great shop.

I rarely visit this Target store. I do not recall problems recently. Yet I do recall when they had clearance VCRs this man refused to sell it with the remote - intentionally. I tried to reason with him - that it came with it. It was silly why make every effort to sell it then suddenly make it difficult to use - therefore had to return it and get a refund.
