The store GM is a total sweetheart and treats her employees well. They also price match and alot of the time are cheaper then chewy on their products. We've been customer's for going on 5yrs now. My second time going for there services which are excellent great prices. Products are a little expensive. The employees there are amazing I wish the same ones were there every time I come in. Example: I came in and my dogs I’m still training but they were so distracted by another dog and the guy who checked my out, got a hold Of there attention and took some stuff out of my arms to help me out. The ladies who who cleaned my dogs always do a Golden standard job at what they do. I couldn’t ask for anymore or complain about anything they do.

I stopped to get liners for litter pans and was looking at dog toys. They all had squeakers and couldn’t use knotted pull toys. The 2 employees could not have been any friendlier or helpful in finding a toy for my Yorkie. I always get my liners from this location and would recommend this store to anyone with a pet. I went in today and it was amazing! When I went to the cat area, they had SO MANY OPTIONS! I feel like you can’t find that kind of selection and fair prices anywhere in the area. And they have bakery items for doggos as well at a very reasonable and fair price. I love it there. I’m glad they’re so close and in greenwood 🥰 also the staff is super welcoming and helpful. It was ok, not much of a great toy selection. We were also looking for a pet rain coat but nothing there for that. The dog beds were shockingly very expensive there which I was not expecting. Staff welcomed us when we walked in. We got some fresh made treats by the register for our dogs and they liked them. I was not impressed that they had what looked like chocolate chips in one of their fresh made treats. It would have been better if each item said what they had in them but they looked exactly like chocolate chips, which pets can't have so pretty confused on that.

Literally a one stop shop for normal pets; ie dogs, cats, etc. Also having an inside self serve dog wash is super convenient and the employees are very attentive and helpful in getting you set up and teaching you how to use it if you never have. The price is $10 for one wash (slightly expensive compared to other places) or $25 for five washes, but they provide the soap and towels! Overall, a great place for pet owners on the Southside :)

Thia is my go to pet store for all of our pet needs! We have had our dachsund's nails trimmed and painted at the grooming area of the store and they did a wonderful job!! This is the best pet store you will go to. All of the products are great and they ensure they are good for your pet. I don't normally do memberships but it actually saves us 20-30 dollars on our purchase which is normally around $200-$300 so it is definitely worth it. The staff is always friendly and helpful also! It's awesome they also help find homes for shelter pets instead of just selling animals for profit.

The Store: The staff are always so friendly and personable. They make sure my pups and I are taken care of the second we walk through the door. Grooming: I HIGHLY recommend Mikaila! We take our two young havapoos there to get their nails trimmed and she does such a great job working with them to be comfortable throughout the whole nail trimming process. She is great with dogs and just an overall amazing person! We LOVE Mikaila!!

After losing two groomers during the Year of the Plague, I was unable to find another on the Southside who was taking new clients. My Yorkie is very fussy about new people, so I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find another. Happened upon Pet Supplies Plus and was able to make an appointment with Mikayla. She does a wonderful job with my pup and is always very efficient and gentle with my girl. The store is incredible, too. Fully stocked with everything a dog might need. I wish they carried more clothing, but otherwise it's a great place to shop.

They have everything I need! I just wish I could have it auto-delivered, thereby saving my back and my self $2 every time I order the brand of dog food my dog needs... I'm just 6.8 miles away, apparently out of the delivery zone, I end up spending more for the smaller 15 lb bags, and 28 lbs is a bit heavy to be carrying to my apartment. 🤷‍♀️

Good-sized pet store with a variety of selections but not too much where its overwhelming. I was here to buy a clicker to start clicker training my dog. I have been having some issues the last few times I have ordered delivery. I have received a ripped bag of dog food. They do not offer a pickup if your item is damaged, but one of the employees offered to exchange it and redeliver. I have ordered again online, this time I was told that they could not deliver because I added some frozen bones. I would have to either pick up or cancel the entire order...and I wouldn't get my money back until few days later. What frustrates me is that it took me half an hour just to place my order, because their website was so slow. I might have to look into ordering somewhere else in the future.

I took my puppy into the store today and everyone loved on him the entire time. It was so obvious the amount of love the workers have for animals. As I checked out, some of the girls played with him to keep him occupied and the manager even walked all of my items out to my car since I had my hands full. I have a 90 lb Husky/Shepherd mix and I use the pet wash station to bathe him. The staff is always very friendly and the pet wash is a back saver. The price for using the pet wash is the best I’ve seen. I have been to others that were private but considerably more in price. I have been using them exclusively since I found out they had a pet wash.

I've been trying to get in to to dog bath for a minute because it's just 10x more convenient then making a mess at home plus i used it in Elizabeth City, NC. One of the managers, Liz I think is her name has been the person I've been contacting and today was supposed to be the big day to use it brand new. I showed up with my 2 german shepherds and to my dismay the construction workers never finished their job as promised. The store went out of their way to give my dogs treats and make them feel not only welcome but with the readiness to come back. I was upset at first but seeing the love they have for their customers and most importantly the fur babies, impacted me enough. Thank you guys for what you're doing.

While some of their items are priced about the same as anywhere else, they do price match so if you happen to find something cheaper and you can show them proof of a current sale on that item, they will honor it. At least that's what I was told. They also have very good quality name tags for your pets. While they are very pricey, they will last and last whereas the plain thin aluminum ones will bend and get scratched and need replaced. They also have some very good priced treats there. At Petco and even Walmart the smallest treat I could find for our small breed puppies was about $5 for a teeny tiny little thing. I got a giant stick about 5 times the size for only $0.99 and that's their regular price.

Today was my first day going into Pet Supplies Plus, and all I can say is WOW! Everyone in the store was soooo helpful. My dog Dexter is 1 year old and has a very sensitive stomach, so I was a little concerned about changing his food. I had not only one, but two sales associates help me decide on which food to buy. BOTH of them spent a good 20 minutes with me. That is something that I have never had happen before. Normally you get the "Oh, this food is good for that .. Have a good day" .. But no, 20 minutes of explaining what is in each food and why it would be a good/ easy transition for Dexter! Pet Supplies Plus will definitely be keeping my business!!

Buying dog food when you live downtown is an absolute chore. But we've found our little oasis in this Per a Supplies Plus. We came in to pick up our regular order of dog food this evening, three 24lb bags of Blue Buffalo, for our three large greyhounds. Unfortunately it's not one of the most popular foods so stock often runs low, but when we realized our bags were out of stock, the staff was quick to go out of their way and offer special ordering our food for us on a regular basis. Not only that but they matched the sale price per pound on smaller bags to get us through the week. As the manager Melanie was jotting down the price per pound I called the Broadripple location to see if they had it in and they confirmed they did, but by the time we found some treats and made it to checkout Melanie again went completely out of her way and double checked their own stock showing they'd have 3 bags in the next day, and even called broadripple to confirm their stock for our convenience since we planned on visiting their the next day and they were mistaken by a similar blue buffalo wilderness brand... Long story short, she helped us from wasting a trip today, tomorrow, any in the future, and made it extremely convenient out of the kindness of her heart. As an ex manager of retail for years I was thoroughly impressed, something rare for similar experiences these days. Thanks Melanie and staff!
