Staff was very helpful! There was a good selection of items. They were out of stock of the cat food I wanted an a nice employee helped suggest a safe and similar alternative for my cat! I also found my cats new favorite wet food here. They are very nice, clean, and there was a cute dog someone brought in! Best experience!

Jen did such an amazing job grooming my little long haired Chihuahua Wally. She was so patient and made sure he was happy and comfortable the whole time!! The prices at Pet supplies plus are so affordable and there was a huge variety of packages to choose from. Scheduling the grooming appointment was so simple and they even sent me several text appointment reminders. Before you come be sure to grab cash to make sure you can tip your groomer as they only accept cash tip!! You can obviously tell which is his before and after photo 🤣

Absolutely love this place. James in the grooming is so wonderful with our pup! Our pup is very anxious around getting his nails trimmed and James is patient, caring and so kind with our little guy. I couldn’t ask for better service.

I recently moved to this area, so many pet stores to choose from! However- when I look for a pet store I’m looking for a variety of high Quality raw detailed foods, which most stores don’t carry! I was very pleased to see that they carry “Primal” - an this brand has the goats milk my baby needs. The employees are very friendly and helpful- which is a quality most stores have long forgotten! Very friendly staff, they have a big variety of dog foods and supplies, they also have a lot of dog treats and toys. I'd rather go here than PetSmart or another big chain and they have a lot of stuff so I can usually find what I need. Also, if you have to get your dog a cone- I would highly recommend getting one of the inflatable doughnut ones from here. They are much more comfortable for the dog and doesn't interfer with their daily activities like a traditional cone does. And it's wayyyyyy easier to get on the dog.

They carry a pretty huge stock of different dog food brands; I feed my dog Hills, but she was raised on Fromm, which they also have. Prices are all surprisingly reasonable. It's split, one half dog stuff and one half cat. There are dog baths in the back, I think it's $10 or so to use them. Staff is super cool!

The front area was a little crazy checking out. I didn't like that there were treats and toys down where dogs and small children could grab them...I get impulse sales, but who wants a two-year old downing a $5 dog treat that truly looks like a cookie or a cupcake? It was a Saturday afternoon, and employees were in good spirits, but they were clearly being hurried and not very free to help look for items. I worked pet store management once upon a time, and in a store that size on a busy day, there should be at least two employees stocking and straightening shelves who are available to help customers with questions.

Great Store. The employees are super nice, and always willing to help. They have a great selection of products. I think their prices are reasonable, with great sales, and most the time, I can save money. Being a part of their rewards program helps to save money, and have access to great discounts and coupons. During this visit, I had about a $98.00 total, after pet rewards and coupon, I only paid about $77.00. So don't be afraid to ask what discounts and coupons they have available. I did ask about the self-serve bathing area. Its not open right now, but will hopefully be opening back up soon. Oh... and at checkout, they have a place to hook your dog leash to while you're checking out. It's so helpful, convenient, and right at the end of the counter. 💙✌

This pet store is very clean and much better than other chain pet stores like Petco and PetSmart. This is not a great fish shop and if you do want fish and fish food you should go to the reef. If you want to care for mammals this is a great store. Check it out!

As a new dog owner, I’ve needed assistance buying food and other necessities. The staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful. Once in a while a product I need is sold out(never food), but that’s because it’s a busy place. Love the quality of products there.

Don't let the smaller size deter you from supporting this business. They have more dog food options than I've ever seen, but their dog wash deal can't be beaten. 5 washes for $25. What a deal. Nice and helpful staff.

I’ve been coming here since I got a puppy last year. Every worker here is so kind and gives her treats when I come in and are super helpful. Never once had any sort of trouble here and I love their selection. It’s the only place to get Fromm food in Indy, that I know of.

They have a great selection of cat food varieties, and the employees are very helpful. One of them who had been stocking shelves offered to help me find something without my having to ask. Also, after I checked out, the cashier asked if I needed help getting everything to my car. There are a couple of bigger stores where it's hard to find someone to help when you need it, and a couple of other small shops in the area have lots of dog food types but less of a complete selection for cats. I'll definitely be back! Update: I just tried their online ordering and curbside pickup for the first time. I felt kind of bad because I was getting a heavy bag of bird seed, but the service was fantastic: fast, friendly, and helpful!

I would almost take a point off for low choice in cat carriers, but I've o ly been there once and, you k ow, supply chain. The lady who w a s worki g there at the time was the absolute best. When I was trying to get a carrier for a stray cat that was currently in my car, she came out and checked his size to make sure I was getting the right one! She just said is that your car out there? Let's see what we need. I wish I actually lived near there and not on the southside.

I've been here many times. Employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Today I needed a kibble for a dog with unknown allergies. Not only did the employee guide me to some excellent options, he also educated me a bit on common allergens, alternatives, and why some alternatives are better than others. They are always awesome with the dogs as well. Reasonable prices, FANTASTIC selection, and they regularly donate to LOCAL animal rescue groups.

I'm always greeted in a friendly manner, and help in store is always offered. They're kind and friendly without any pushiness at all - I appreciate that. The staff create a calm, relaxed, stress-free environment that customers tend to follow. They carry a very wide range of pet foods and supplies. I'm very picky about dog and cat food - I spend hours online and in stores analyzing labels and companies for quality, and I'm able to find products I'm happy to offer pets. They have all levels of foods, from giant companies to small, select brands - you can find something to meet your needs and budget. Help is always offered at checkout, too. If you need any help carrying or lifting items, they are there to assist. I visit two PSP stores - Broad Ripple and Fishers. I highly recommend them for anyone.

The people here are always helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are also patient with my kids who like to ask a lot of questions. They treat those kids like any other customer - they listen and answer. I bring my two dogs there for the self-wash service. If you join the rewards program (free to join), you can purchase 5 washes for $25. That's the best deal I have found. Even without that deal, this is the place I would suggest for the self-wash. There are four wash tubs, many choices for shampoos, excellent hair dryers, plenty of room, and the kicker - they have the best drying towels. The towels are like a shami - super absorbent. They have an extensive line of pet food, toys, and everything needed for your pet (well for my dogs, it looks like a lot for other pets, but I have not really taken stock of other pet types). Got a pet? Check this place out!

More affordable than other places like Uncle Bill's and Pet Smart. The staff is always helpful and will assist you with choosing the right size to get the better deal. Prices are okay, but don't compete with online retailers. If you're the type who likes to touch and feel things, or like to bring the pooch to make sure something fits, then this is a good place to shop. If your beloved dog is in need of a nail clipping, they have a person come in on Fridays, who does all four paws for around $7. That's a deal compared to the vet.

Good location, not the best for parking, but there are typically one or two spots remaining. This is an older shopping center and the parking is strange, but is accessible from all directions of traffic. They have a wide selection here and offer most types of dog food. They also have a dog bath area that is easy to use, although congested if more than one person is bathing their dog at the same time. The customer service is good and the cost is what you would expect at a pet food place. We do not come here as often as we once did due to a more convenient location opening up with larger bath stalls, but would suggest it to anyone who lives in the area.

Our dog was dirty from a run in the park and their dog washing station came in very handy. Has all the stuff necessary for washing and drying your dog. The staff is super friendly and always treat not only the humans great, but also the animals. Also, the best selection of treats and food and almost anything else you need for not only dogs, but various other pets.

Great place to wash your dog! They have a room with multiple dog wash stations, including shampoo and a blow dryer. Get a punch card and it's $5 per wash. A lot of the food and treats are a little over priced, but they have a good selection and often send coupons.

I have been shopping here for years, and was saddened today to walk in and see one employee and 6 construction workers with no mask on all walking around in close proximity to each other and several times got very close to me. I work in retail and have been willingly wearing a mask since the beginning of the pandemic. If I got sick I wouldn't be able to work. This isn't the first time I've seen this female employee in the store with no mask on. Considering the rising COVID cases in this area and the Hospitals being over run I find this so irresponsible and made me feel like she doesn't care about anyone other than herself. I'm giving this place a three and not a one because another male employee with a mask helped me find what I needed with all the construction going on. He was very helpful, and this is why I have been shopping here for years. Next time, unfortunately, I may travel a bit further for my pet needs.

Have used PSP for all pet needs for over 20 years. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, great selection of products for the sweet creatures we love, dog wash, etc. The Yorkie I have now is a rescue. They have an employee that can not wear a mask. I called a head to make sure she wasn't working before I went.(Thinking this was a great compromise) I was informed that she was not working. I show up to do my shopping and a construction worker (I assume construction worker and not pet supplies plus employee) was indoors working without a mask on. If I took the time to call to inquire about the employee why would they not inform me of someone else working without a mask on. I tried to compromise. Now I am just done.

This is a specialty store for pets. They a lot for every kind of pet. The prices are fair, however for being a specialty store they are not bad. I got two flat beds, six toys, a medium sweater for our dog, and some wee wee pads and paid $113.00. If I went to a major retailer like Meijer or Walmart I would have paid about $50.00 more for all of that stuff. I do plan to get my dogs Christmas toys and snacks from this company. If you take time to look around you might find some clearance items and they always have specials and discounted items.

This is the longest-standing and best pet supplies store near Broad Ripple / Glendale. They have a wide variety of anything you could need for any pet. The store has been there a very long time and definitely looks a bit dated, but that does not impact the quality of their service or the variety of their products.

They offer many varieties of dog foods ranging in many brands and grain free for all types of animals as well. Reptile supplies are available here. They do not have any livestock supplies or chicken supplies. You can also find many big name brands and raw foods.
