I love Dillard's Because of their clearance racks! You can really get some great deals though usually with clothes that just about to be out of season. I saved a ton on jackets and vests and got a very nice Polo and Polo jeans for about $200

I like this store. It's quite big and I can find something almost every time because of the large selection. Usually at some sort of sale price. You don't have to hike a mile to find a register or help, either. Take that, home improvement stores. All of them.

Store has been around for years! Clothing, shoes, handbags (MK, Brahmin, coach etc), bedding, jewelry etc. I personally think this store is on the pricey side but I still shop there for my handbags 👜 If you purchase anything from there around Xmas time they will wrap it for you if you take it to the Customer service department near the restrooms! That's nice!

If I could give this store 100,000 stars I would. Absolutely amazing, I give this store 10 out of 10. The establishment was sparkling clean and extremely organized. The staff is super friendly, has great product knowledge, answered everyone of my questions and saved me around 40$. It's experiences like this that not only will make me a customer for life, but restores my faith in society as a whole. Shout out to Sarah, thanks and I will definitely be back soon.

My daughter went in tonight and was looking at some perfume that she loved the smell of. I am allergic to and we have not bought in the past for that reason. New medication has made me a lot more tolerant to certain things. I was willing to let her give the perfume a try if they had a small bottle. It turns out, the smallest bottle was $100 and I wasn't willing to spend that on an experiment. My receipt does not give me the name of the woman at the counter, but she was really nice and helpful. She pointed out some colorful bottles you pay $15 for and you can have them fill the bottles with whatever perfume you wanted. It was totally worth $15 for the amount of product that they hold and we can see if I am tolerant enough for her to buy the actual bottle.

It is good when they have their clearance sales. Prices are decent on most items. They have a great selection of Levi's jeans, Ralph Lauren polo business casual attire, men's dress clothes, and men's dress shoes. I have one of their charge cards which is a convenient method for purchase. Their staff is always helpful and friendly. They also have a great selection of designer men's fragrances.

Needed to buy a dress for a wedding this weekend. The lady working back the dress section was so helpful and patient. She helped me go through so many different dresses and then helped me pick put a little sweater to go with the dress. She even gave advice as to what kind of shoes to wear. And I wasn't the only one She was helping. Only down side was that I had to wait in line to get shoes afterwards and the store hours hit their closing time while I was waiting in line. They refused to look for the shoes I wanted and said they were closed and couldn't look for anymore shoes. Luckily I had bought my dresses before I went to look at the shoes.

The place is clean and the employees are super nice! My favorite part about the building is the ceiling design as you're likely never to see anything like it in this era. I love the perfume and selection of clothes but I didn't stay long after finding a pair of pants that look like old skinny jeans for $119 Too steep for my blood looking for work khakis lol but you should definitely visit.

Last week I was shopping for new clothes as I have gained some weight. The lady who assisted me is named Sherri Hubert. Ms. Hubert went way beyond just helping me. She found all of the right sizes for me and ran around the men's section herself picking out the items for me. To top it all of, since I have a heart condition, Ms. Hubert even carried all of my purchases to my car. I have never had better service anywhere at any time. Ms. Hubert is a wonderful employee who goes the extra mile. Thank you.

We went there to shop for our children and found everything they needed in the frist 10 minutes of arrival, the girls were very happy with their dresses and our son even happier with his pants and plaid shirts, plus it was all on sale, can you say WIN/WIN, happy kids, happier wife and happiest husband because we left with money in our pocket

This store is EXTREMELY dated. The fixtures have been in the store since I was a teenager 20 years ago. The associate I spoke with was very personable and good to talk with. The product I was looking for (Hey Dude shoes) was not easy to find and won't work for me, but my associate didn't pressure me into another product. If it weren't for the associate, this would be a 1-star review.

I had a very good experience with Kat and Heather in the ladies' formal dress area. I was buying a dress for someone who is kind of difficult to fit and did not feel comfortable in the store. Kat and Heather made her feel welcome and like she belonged (of course, she did/does). They brought several different dresses to her until she found one that suited her taste and fit her well. I appreciated their patience and that they went the extra mile to make her feel comfortable.

First time shopping there in several years. Men's department was clean but somewhat disorganized. I believe their buyers need to assess inventory especially in sportswear. Casual wear is in good shape. Not many customers taking advantage of sales.

So, usually the Customer Service is great. Today, however it wasn't to good, the girl working in the handbag section didn't much act like she knew what she was doing, or how to look in a drawer for an item. Gonna have to go in when Anita is there. She knows her job and has real good customer service skills.

This was the only place I could find that had black dress pants for boys. It also was the only place I could find a long sleeved white button down shirt. Both unfortunately were more than what I had wanted to spend but I at least know that the items are quality. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well.

I had to look for a cashier to check out. Found one but w/a customer. I waited 15 to 20 minutes. Than I finally check out. For an expensive place you need to schedule accordingly. Another customer walked over from shoe department, no cashier over there.

I always had a special salesman and he has retired..really missed him .went one day and the shoe manager helped me. Went back two days later and no one was in the shoe department had to get a lady from ladies shoes and she didnt know what she was doing..but I got the showcase shoes they happened to be the correct size, but the ticket attached to shoes were incorrect ..was put on shelf incorrectly and also the department's shelves were very dusty..

What impressed me so much with Dillard's was how knowledgeable and helpful the staff are! They do carry expensive brands, but are very understanding if you're on a budget and are just as helpful to find sale items that will fit both your budget and your frame perfectly. They'll happily take measurements, remove items from the packaging so you may try them on, and ensure you get the best fit and look for the price you can afford. We'll definitely be back!

The store was so busy today all over the world people wasn't Dillard's shopping. The first of the year sales are awesome I didn't want to leave the shoes were so beautiful I have a serious shoe fetish. They had beautiful purses Michael Kors we all know what's the number one seller. I got a cute skirt made by Calvin Klein. Nice blouses beautiful jewelry watches earrings bracelet. They have wonderful coats scarves, and I'm not just talking about women clothes and women shoes they had a lot of stuff for men also.

Been shopped here all the time when i stayed in IN. Just moved to GA and back here for family visit. I was so upset and attitude of staff. All most staffs are friendly. I went and bought a shirt for my mother in law because we missed Mother's Day. And i went and make a payment, the lady at cashier didn't even say hi or asked if everything is good. Then after i made a payment, there was no "thank you" or anything. After that, my mother in law saw some pants she liked. I said i wanted to get it for my mother in law too. The cashier grabbed the pants from me. And said say it will not fit my mom. Ok, fine. We walked away. Unbelievable. Serious? Why? Because my mother in law in the wheel chair. Or because i am Asian? Gosh, people like this is so sad. Never back this store again. Treat disabled people terrible.

I went to Dillard's an hour before an important interview needing a jacket to complete my look. I came in disheveled and in a hurry, found the closest person I could find and asked for help. Not only did she find me a sweater immediately to go with my jumper but helped me pin my outfit up to look nicer, got me out of there in 10 minutes, and sent me off with a smile and a "go get em tiger." Needless to say it made my entire week and set me up with so much confidence going into my interview that I got the job! I feel so bad that I've forgotten the name of the woman who helped me but I hope this review gets her recognized in some way for helping a young professional out. Thank you!

Way over priced. Went in through the Mall entrance so easy access for handicap. There are many displays in the main aisles that would make it difficult to manuver if in a wheelchair. Employees were friendly but only marginally knowledgeable.

Surprised how reasonable the price was and extremely pleased with the personal service I received. Would have saved a ton of time if I had gone to Dillards firs and saw Kim!
