This is my go to TJ MAXX! They have a wide selection of purses, clothes, household items, children and men’s wear. Lot’s of discounted makeup. You will see designer items as well.

I recommend going to this store as soon as it opens. I say that because if you don’t you’ll be in line for ever. The layout of the store is great, always stocked up with new items. The only down fall is any time I have come in here they have 2 registers open with 20+ people in line. It really deters me from shopping here. If you’re a person that likes to get in and out like I am I highly recommend going early.

Nice shopping store. If you are looking for brands for cheaper price this is your store. You can find Balmain, Gucci, Dolce Gabbana and Saint Laurent bags when shoes for half price. There are a lot of nice home accessories. A to Z they have everything.

This location is always busy so due to that, although the store is organized well, there are still things out of place. Staff is nice, but if you have to look for someone, make sure to look all over because they are not readily available. For COVID precautions, the store is requiring masks, so that is a good thing.

Good variety in women's clothing but less than decent for the men's department. I know women are probably their target audience but a bit more variety in the men's section is needed. They're sanitizing carts and equipment around the store for safety.

Quick, convenient and normally overflowing with bargains, I visit this location when I just want to peruse. I can appreciate how organized the store usually is and how each department flows into the next. Nice-sized shoe department and the handbag section handsomely complements.

Love going to TJMAXX! The one near River Oaks is usually really clean and staff is nice, helpful and now they clean each and every shopping cart before you advance into the store. This location is by far the best T.J. Maxx that I've ever shopped. They have a great selection of designer jeans compared to other locations as well as substantial designer handbags, sunglasses and a decent jewelry selection. This location is always clean, organized and easy to search. The parking is ample and it feels safe.

If you notice from one of my previous reviews, I love coming across "fabulous finds." This is a location when I ALWAYS come upon something ridiculously fabulous at a STEAL. Skip the overpriced stuff up front. Go to where the clearance items are tucked away. You will rub your eyes when you look at the red clearance tag - the markdowns are pennies on the dollar.

This location of T.J Maxx is ok. I've come here many times over the years and half of them (or more) I have found products on the floor or not organized. I think this happens at a lot of stores like this but it really shouldn't! The cashiers are kind of friendly but no so much... The few things that are good about this place is it's in a good location and has some good products (when they aren't damaged).

I always find something good at this location. And in the last week or so the cashiers have been so great at greeting and moving the line. I've been very pleased with how quickly a long line moves (unlike Marshalls two stores over). And I must give a shout out to the two male cashiers who were very pleasant (Robert today and a tall thin Italian looking young man last week). Thanks T.J. Maxx!!

Love the brands on hand! There are no better employees at t.j.Maxx then Linda and Kathleen I mean they got me to sign up for a credit card as fast as possible. It was like hypnosis. They always accommodate me in the store and greet me by my name which makes me feel welcomed as I browse the racks for that 'Lo. Shout out to the 'Lo Lifes.

It's not as well stocked with merchandise as the stores in the suburbs. However there's still a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. There's not many close out deals offered at this location either. When you find a deal here it's usually hard to pass it up because the price is really good.

The staff at this TJ Maxx are amazing. I lost my phone in the store and the manager, Joe, and cashier, Andrew, were so helpful. Andrew pinged my phone from his phone using Find My iPhone. It was closing time and they didn't mind helping anyway. I'm sure they had many other closing duties to do. They really know how to take care of their customers. Thank you! I will be back. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this TJ Maxx! I have been to a LOT of TJ Maxx and this rates as one of the top! The Associates were not the most helpful but I could look past that because the product selection was FABULOUS! I could have spent hours in there on top of the 2 hours that I was in there! The shoe selection was lackluster and could use an upgrade, but other than that it was Great!

I always enjoy stopping in when I am in Houston. My only issues with stores like these are that I can never find cute, stylish shoes in a size 11. I really wish they would invest in stocking stores with more than a few pairs of a large size. Needless to say, I find clothes, accessories, luggage...all of that at TJ Maxx. Plus I like trying out brands that aren't big names but deliver on quality at a nice price

I absolutely LOVE the River Oaks TJ Maxx. I never come out of the store empty handed and most always come out with an empty wallet(s - plural cause I'm always buying a new one). You can find anything from $1/$2 clearance items to $1000+ designer clothes and accessories. When it's time to check out and there seems to be a long line, I find that I don't wait long because they have plenty of cashiers staffed or ready to jump on a register when needed. Oh...and for such a large TJ Maxx, they do an awesome job keeping the store clean, neat and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful too, so you cant go wrong there. KUDOS and 3 THUMBS UP TO THE RIVER OAKS TJ MAXX

Tjmaxx is my all time favy clothing store. The brand comes in for a very cheap, affordable price and it’s totally worth it. Make sure you check the cloth and look for damage before you buy the clothing. I love their home decors, they are cheap and totally worth every penny you spend.
