This place has been around forever. I forgot about this place , this whole area has gone through significant changes. Arne's is still the same old warehouse! Hard to find items and items you didn't even know you needed! One day I am getting that old fashioned popcorn machine for $300 on the second floor! Really those make the best popcorn. I arrived here looking for a fiesta themed party supplies and i was not disappointed. They don't have many items labeled with prices, however they do have price scanners located in several places throughout the store. Some bar codes don't work and you have to remember to check when checking out. Always a fun experience and never leave empty handed. Thanks Arne's. I will be back.

This store is huge and you can find a lot of products to do your parties a good price. Also they have some stuff for wedding. Staff polite. They have almost everything for different themes as princess, cars, trucks, mermaid, little pony, cowboy, 5 de mayo, bluey, mickey mouse and more ... You can get very creative with your party

If you need party supplies or decor, this is the place to go. They have everything you could possibly need to throw a bash or host an event. From flowers, to costumes, candy to tiaras and all sorts of party favors. Look no further! I will admit that the prices can be a bit pricier compared to online products it just depends on what you are looking for. And the prices are not advertised for all items. I scan everything on the price checker to keep my purchase within a set budget. But overall, this warehouse is a God send! I found so many items here when I planned my daughter's quinceanera. The store is always well stocked.

Lots of party/event items. 2 story warehouse. Only problem is they don't show prices on items, so you have to take your items to a scanner to get the price. Not enough scanners and some are not working (told to me by employees).

This is the place to-pick up decorations for parties. Homecoming to Halloween they have it all . The prices are good the choices are many. It is a converted warehouse. There are no lifts you will be climbing steep stairs just stairs. Parking ample.

Great friendly people. If you are OTR driver, please note, there is extremelly hard to back in to receiving dock. The dock is simply not built for long combination vehicle. Additionally, some idiot installed two concrete walls on both sides of the dock.

Tons of options . Everything was in stock and labeled. Great prices on most Items minus a few here and there . Everything, including the animal annex was amazing. Great prices on dog treats ♡ Even my boyfriend liked it and he expected to hate it . Only issues were the entrance and cashier. The entrance was unwelcoming and the cashier was quiet and didn't talk to us except to ask if we had a tax Id.

By far the best party supply store in Houston. Find just about anything for a party, wedding, shower, birthday, holiday for any theme imaginable. We needed Hollywood awards show themed items and found just what we needed at reasonable prices. It's a little overwhelming but employees are easily able to help point you in the right direction. They also have a huge selection of balloons and do the helium.

My only complaint is that hardly anything does not have prices. You have to take items to scanner to find price and hope that the scanner is working. So end up taking stuff to scan and then if don't want the stuff gets dumped there. I know prices constantly change but it would be very helpful to have something, a sticker a label a piece of paper taped next to the items, with the price. That's all. Other than that I love the place. Always find what I need and then stuff I want.

I came around 2pm, it was not crowded. I was able to get a good parking spot up front. There is another parking lot across the street. Arne's has alot of good selection for party planning. It's in a warehouse & it has 2 levels. You can only access the top level with the 2 set of stairs. But there is a belt where you can send the things you want to buy down stairs so you don't have to carry it. Overall it's a great place to start looking for all your party needs.

They are my go to place for all things events and decor because of their variety. Their prices are great, staff is knowledgeable and can help you locate your items. Since they are a warehouse store, if your items are not on the shelf they can check their in-house inventory to see if the item is available.

Great selection of stuff. Spent over $200 on stuff for my wedding. Planned on going back to get more but the staff hanging out by the door was exceptionally unprofessional. After buying a lot of stuff I was told I could not take my cart out. When I asked how she expected me to get it all to my car she just laughed at me. Shortly after I finally got my stuff out I say another customer taking their cart with far less things to their car. Unprofessional and will not be returning.

Arnes has been my go to spot for all my life. I remember coming her when I was a kid and now I have my own little one. I come here every time for a birthday party decorations, or even just to buy some neat stuff to decorate. They have amazing prices, especially on tulle. The staff is always helpful and readily available. Only issue is accessibility. I have a little one and it sucked having to carry her up the stairs and down, but it's worth it. I love this little hidden gem :) I always tell my family and friends who don't know about this place to shop here. I'm only disappointed that they don't sell bubble guppies decorations anymore, but there is so many other decorations to choose from. If your tired of paying expensive prices for birthday decorations at party city then you need to check this place out.

I went to Arne’s today for some banquet supplies. It’s not always my favorite place to go because it’s often crowded and a challenge to park. They have great options however, for decorations and supplies. Today, I didn’t know where anything was that I was shopping for and there were several people who were very helpful. In addition, they needed to update my tax exemption certificate and they did it quickly and efficiently. Everyone I encountered seemed quite eager to help and service was with a smile.

Good place for crafts and birthday supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful but you have to be careful with shopping because you can easily spend 50 bucks in there. Lol. I am not to crazy about the 3 or 4 different parking lots but hey it's worth the little walk you have. If you are looking for it they will most likely have it there.

I've been there twice, once for Halloween decorations and again today in preparation for the UBBI DUBBI music festival tomorrow. My only limitation was my imagination.

This store has EVERYTHING you can think of. Vases, Candles, Dry Flowers, wedding/birthday/party supplies. Parking is a little tricky during peak hours you may have to walk a bit from an adjacent parking lot but this place is huge and parking is usually not an issue overall. Employees were very helpful. They don't always have prices posted on items but they have price scanners throughout the warehouse to check the pricing.

Love this place! It's a one stop shop for all your party supplies, holiday decorations, costumes, all year round! It's always packed. There are no strollers allowed, so you have to carry the babies. They have carts, but no elevator. So if you shop downstairs then want to go upstairs you will have to get another cart. It's a hassel. That's why I give it 4/5 stars. But for the price and selection it's worth it.

This store has a lot of varieties of things like candy and decorations. I went there today for graduation decor and there was a lot. There were tons of "storage" like containers. I would recommend this place if you're looking for decor.

Arne's is like Event planner heaven. Everything you need to make sure that your party is a hit. This 2 floor warehouse is filled to the brim with streamers, costumes, party accessories..everything. There is ample parking both attached to the building and across the street. I suggest parking across the street on busy holidays or weekends. It will allow you to get in and out with ease. There are tons of employees in this space that are ready and willing to assist with whatever you need. The signage could be a bit better but with the service provided just ask if you get lost. They have an awesome candy selection too! I purchased the largest tootsie roll I have ever seen. Totally made my day. Thanks Arne's

I come here first before going online because they always have plenty to pick from without the added cost of shipping. Good place for staple party supplies. They have a huge selection of pretty much everything, however if you are looking for more unique party/event items then you probably won't find them here. Halloween selection is good, lots of parking.

They have an extremely limited selection, but they have very good prices on what they do have. We go to the pet store, and that's where we've gotten all the basic dog needs for a very good price. Good leashes are $3 to $4, harnesses are less than $10, they have good dog beds for less than $20, and they have a narrow, but decent selection of affordable dog toys. We have heavy chewers, and they have the best price on Tuffy brand and similar quality toys shy of Amazon. I do wish they had a better selection of dog treats, all they have are biscuits but no soft treats, and I wish they carried antlers. Otherwise, this is pretty much a one stop affordable shop for pet supplies.

Now that I have my own little one, we're once again heading to Arne's for her birthday party supplies. They have a great selection of absolutely anything you might need for a party. Candy, themed dinnerware, balloons, streamers, serving dishes, cooking pans, popcorn makers, invitations, a wedding reception decoration area, fake plants... The list goes on. Prices are on par or cheaper than most other "party" stores. If you're having a party, going here is the obvious choice for us. Highly recommended.

I've been hearing about the place for years from my crazy, crafty, coworker, and other's who've planned parties in the past. I'm planning a friend's baby shower, so I headed here for the first time about a month ago. Arne's has EVERYTHING you need for any type of party that you're planning. I spent about two hours in here just mapping out what I was going to get. They have the lowest prices in town, and even have a better deal than other popular party supply stores in the area. They have helium tank rentals, and balloon arch rentals so you won't have to go out and buy one.

This place is a event coordinator/decorator's dream come true. If you can think of it, you will most likely be able to find it here. Arne's stocks everything including cups, plates, silverware, napkins, and tablecloths in every color. If your party will be color matched, you'll be able to find the appropriate items here. They have a great selection of party things at any given time. Yeah the place looks beaten down from the outside (and a little from the inside) but their items are great and are not too expensive. Do come in with a “plan” in case you don’t want to end up spending hours/money in there in things you just get excited to see but ultimately don’t need lol. It’s fun nonetheless. Has everything you need for a party and then some more. Also pet supplies and some other random stuff. Be sure to grab a hand basket on your way in. There is two stories, strollers not allowed, not sure wheel chairs would work here either. No baby changing table in bathroom either. Also a building across the street with even more stuff and extra parking lot, the main lot fills up quick. You can also park on the street. The staff is always willing to help and friendly. -1 star because of accessibility issues, everything else is great, super affordable!

Maybe the best kept secret in Houston for everything possible you could need for every event or party possible. It is a huge two story warehouse. The prices are so low. The only problem is that it is usually warm and your head starts to spin because there is so much stuff you can not take it all in.

You can get lost in this rambling, OTT store and it's both scary and fun. I don't think there's a single NECESSARY item in this entire place but that's not really the point, is it? Every single thing you can imagine, and then some you can't, for parties, gathering, soirees, get-togethers, and any type of social occasion you care to name. Prices are good (though of course it's all made in China) and the selection can't be beaten.

Maybe I never noticed but the prices on items are outrageous. A lot of the items are either a 1 time use or cheaply made. They definately don't lack selection but don't expect a deal here. No help from any employee at any time I was there, no one asked of I needed help or offered to assist. Unless I am looking for something very specific, I will try not to go here for party stuff.

I've been going to Arne's since I was a child with my mother. You will find everything and anything. They're very affordable! It is obvious that it is a warehouse, so you can't bring strollers nor can bring children and expect the trip to be easy. You have to climb stairs to get to party items located on the second floor. There are no elevators, and you'll easily get lost (deal with it). It's been around for years and I love this place!

It has a great variety of stuff for practically any occasion but I dont like the fact that all sales are final, no exchanges, no returns. You can NOT look at the items closely if you wanted to. So no taking it out of bag! So if you buy something damaged or torn or faulty in some way which I did...well it goes to waste hence my 3 stars. Alot of stuff dont have prices noted. And some things were poorly stacked. For instance, planned on buying a specific type of balloon but ALL the plastic bags had holes because they didnt have a way of being hung up on the hook. So of course there are some missing in the bags so ended up not buying any. No elevator, closes early. Stinks pretty bad, dusty so i coughed and sneeze a lot. And bathroom is disgusting so empty out your system cause you'll be there a while. Store building is gross but it is a warehouse in downtown so I guess I can't expect a fancy fountain at the entrance type of building. But it does have a lot and can definitely find things for an awesome party at a decent price.

I have shopped here for years and I will always recommend it to people! Unfortunately, I was planning a gender reveal and I had bought twist poppers from here and made sure I doubled checked the receipt to make sure they were all scanned as “blue.” I also got one of the smokers to release the blue smoke. Two of the poppers that I bought turned out to be pink and the smoker didn’t even work which really messed up the photos for our reveal. I know this may have not been Arne’s fault but maybe keeping the poppers in a secure place so that other won’t be able to move them around and mix them up. As for the popper it was a real bummer that it didn’t work and it’s not like I can get my money back for it since there are no refunds. If you’re considering buying the smoker for a reveal I don’t recommend you get it from here.

The party super store of Houston. Lots of birthday themes for child parties and tons of colors for every other occasion. They have everything you might possibly need for hosting your own event. Downstairs is the wedding/floral/gifts department, upstairs is the decoration/party favor/balloon/costume etc department. They have party rentals and helium tank rental as well.

This place is amazing. Party supplies for any occasion year round. Truthfully my only complaint is the threatening signs scattered across the store. "ALL SALES FINAL" "SMILE, YOU'RE ON CAMERA" "IF YOUR KIDS PLAY WITH IT, YOU BUY IT" etc. I mean I get it, they're a small business and you're trying to keep your losses at a minimum. But come on. I'll never steal from you, nor will I damage merchandise or give hassle about a return. Please don't incriminate me.

My husband and I were padrinos for my cousin's wedding. I needed to obtain a lazo and had NO idea where to purchase something like this. Luckily, my brother's friend knew just the place. Arne's! Who knew? They have quite the bridal selection from tiara's, guestbooks, invitations, garters. So much stuff! I loved that they had an abundant selection for what I was looking for in various price points. Each item even had a box. They definitely have a full range of party supplies, but the bridal selection/department did not disappoint. Customer service was readily available/courteous as well. Bonus!

Arne's is well-know for many themed party supplies. They also carry items for crafters, teacher supplies, and small kitchen appliances. I've been shopping there for as long as I can remember; even as a little girl with my mother. This place has has not changed much. It's an old warehouse with narrow aisles stock full of items. Although they have a system in place, but it's still a hassle when you are pushing a basket full of items then realize you need to make your way upstairs for other items. Either way it's still the go-to place for all your supply needs.

Woo Doggy! Arne's really is the best location for party supplies. The options are really never ending. A friend of mine and myself are hosting a cowgirl themed baby shower. While no one actually makes cowgirl baby stuff, and Arne's doesn't stock it, there were so many other items available for a DIY type thing. We found plenty of bandanas, mason jars, cowboy hats and even bales of hay! Yes folks, they have bales of hay! In addition to party supplies, you can find a huge selection of fake flowers for arrangements, bakeware, cookware and pet supplies. Arne's always has the lowest prices in town. My only frustration is that they're not open Sunday and they close at 6 on weekdays. This makes shopping for supplies really hard for a person with a job, and let's face it, most of us work!
