It is very hard to go to Ward Village and not end up at TJ Maxx. There is always something to pick up whether it's a new dog toy for my pup, kitchen tool you never knew you needed, or a cute home decor. Never once have I left empty handed! The store is very organized and well stocked. Staff are very friendly and willing to help find what you need.

Tj Maxx. Love it. In the summer I buy my sunscreen here. Lots of goofy gifts for friends, lawn games, clippers, spices, dog toys, t-shirts, kitchen goods... the list goes on and on. The only thing they don't have is men's shoes. Not sure why, because they have women's shoes... oh well, you can get everything else.

Such a fun store to shop at. One never knows what will be on stock. There is always a nice selection on the housewares section. And the prices, especially pre-inventory, are of great value! Located on the 3rd floor of Ward Centre, same complex as Nordstrom Rack.

This TJ Maxx is one of the better ones I've been to. It is huge and has a very big selection of everything you could want. I got a great piece of luggage for $50. The line moved so fast to check out and the cashier was friendly. Store was clean and organized well.

Managers and sales staff were excellent, especially when there was a problem with an item. Three and a half stars for inventory, location, value, and cleanliness. Extra half star for mostly very nice folks working there. Furniture here is pretty cheap for Hawaii, mostly transitional stuff that blends well with most things. They offer a subcontracted, mainland-based delivery service that then subs out the deliveries again. Delivery service is therefore convenient but pricey, after everyone gets a cut, so best to rent a truck or know someone with a large vehicle, if you just must have that storage ottoman or Chippendale-esque chair. Very good deals with regular turnover, good return policy, clean store and bathrooms. Mostly mid to higher mid-level items, no real luxury goods (Prada, Chanel, Hermes, Coach, etc). Recognizable brand names though--Michael Kors, Hilfiger, DKNY, Casabella, KitchenAid, Nike, Adidas, etc. Some decent quality at a very good price; though limited quantities on everything, natch. Fair return policy, though do keep your receipt. Markdowns done in the interim will reduce your refund even if you are returning within the time limit, if you don't have proof of what you originally paid. Free parking in town. Parking structure (turn left into the entrance after the Pier One/at the Pier One stoplight, from Auahi St.) is very good. Store is located on the third floor of the parking structure, so be prepared to navigate some tight turns to get there. However spaces are pretty big, the structure is covered for when it's hot, and the elevators are large. Escalator available. Benches abound on every level. Free electric car charging stations on the ground level. Good handicapped parking available on each level. Free WiFi throughout shopping area. Accepts credit cards.

All I can say is OH MY GOSH!! This is my first time ever visiting this store and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in shopping there!!! I currently live in SC but came home to visit family. Only wished the TJ MAXX in my town had as much merch as this one on the Island of Oahu. The associates are friendly, helpful and kind. Love it, love it, love it! 5 stars in my book!!

I'm obsessed with this store's organization in the health and beauty section. The employee working this evening was organizing and straightening all the products so neatly by color and size (possibly by cost too but I didn't want to touch anything to check). I wanted to just sit in the aisle in hopes to channel her perfectionism into me.

If you need good quality kitchen necessities, containers, skincare, and toys at an affordable price - this is the place to be! I wish their selection for clothes were bigger, but I understand they're limited in spaced. I also like their bra selection. I can always find something I need from here :)

One thing I didn't like is seeing the same shirt at this store clearance priced when I just bought the same shirt at Pearl City TJ Max store for the original price and I couldn't get a price difference when I asked the employee and has the receipt with me....that was disappointing🙁.

Lots of good sale on clothing (if you are patient) and bath accessories. Many styles and sizes to pick and choose from. You just need to pick the right time to go because finding parking in that area is difficult!

Very nice, large, TJMaxx shop, spacious and pleasant employees from the door greeter to the checkout person. This is a very spaciously designed and casual but pleasant upscale Hawai'i tourist stop surrounded by large tall condos and I suppose hotels with a large shopping area that has movie theaters, eating places, boutique stores like Rick Candy, Eden Love. It's has multi deck free parking and unlike Waikiki, the beaches are not within walking custard unless you like long walks for exercising, Ala Moana beach is nearby.

Today I came to get something specific. Looking for 2 lounge chairs. I went to Kapolei and Pearl Ridge and they are wiped out. I came to this location today and I found exactly what I was looking for. 2 lounge chairs in yellow gold @ $129 each. What a deal. Plus I charged it to my TJmaxx card to get my $10 certificate. Employee at the enterence greated us. The store was well put together. The cashiers were friendly. Celebrating the children's donation.

My go-to spot for discounted toiletries, yoga gear and more. Facility is always clean, stocked and staff patrols to assist customer. Loved they were also prepared for the holidays with massive lanes open. Hallelujah and thank you!

The store itself gets 5 stars. They have a lot of cool designer stuff at lower prices. The issue is the parking. I swear people park there and don't even shop there. I've had to leave a few times because there was no parking.

I LOVE this store!! They meet every imaginable need. They have name brand cosmetics like Shiseido and Bobbi Brown sometimes. They have the BEST gourmet foods. In fact, that's mainly why I go. I love their soup mixes and spices. And for a treat I go for some pajamas. Nothing like luxuriating in a new pair of PJ's to make you feel like a queen. The turnover us quite high. I could go every week and find something new but my wallet can't tolerate that.

There's always a surprise to be found, i.e. spices, pasta, pet supplies, sundries, etc. The Kakaako store is always clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. An extra treat is seeing the well behaved dogs with their owners.

I went twice during my stay in Hawaii. Branded bags are very cheap. THE RUNWAY is a high brand corner. A long time ago, I got a Tory Burch leather jacket at this corner. It's easier to see than the loss dress, but it's a good one, Defective items are mixed, so please check carefully. There are many one-point items, so it may take some time. I'm good at finding treasures in these. This time, I was able to get NikeAir, adidas, FILA, etc. at a bargain price. The bus corner is a must-see. It's heavy to bring back, but there are quite a few bargains. Children's clothes and toys are cheap. There were plenty of seasonal Christmas goods this time. Please note that the opening hours change significantly during Thanksgiving and New Year holidays.

Visited on September 30, 2022. There are not as many types of clothes as you might think. There aren't many branded clothing, but men's Polo Ralph Lauren Karati is discounted for about $40. Women's clothes (pants, etc.) can be obtained at a reasonable price if you get them well. By the way, they also sell dog houses, which are very cheap. Completely half the level of Korea.

Not only clothes and shoes, but also kitchen utensils such as Tefal pots are well-stocked and worth seeing. Receipts can be emailed or printed on paper, or selected at the cash register. Paper bags cost +15 cents.

If you're unlucky, there are times when it's all you can do, but... The inside of the store is beautiful as it is the first thing in the morning. new ones are added every day I've been here several times looking for bargains. Buy what you want then! This store has that rule. Also, some items are broken or torn. Please check it properly. Defective items will be returned, but Customer service can also be crowded.
