Black Friday sales are awesome. Multilevel site with ample parking. Enter from carpark or from Mall. Plenty to do and see here. They even have a salon on the 2nd floor.

First time Christmas shopping in here but it was a good experience. I was asked twice if I needed any help. Customer Service Rep that checked me out was great. Very friendly and courtesy on high. Store is clean but has that old school dull dark feeling of old 80's lighting. Would be nice with a brighter feel being in such a nice location. Feels like a museum or library. Didn't care to stay longer to browse.

Not good or bad. Went for a sale but items were sold out despite website stating available. Clear sales signs on other items but no actual price anywhere to be found, had to research online. Clothing not always in appropriate marked or easy to read areas. Not greeted at door or while roaming around lost, despite workers clear boredom judging by their conversations with peers.

Very well stocked and the sales associates are eager to assist. A sales manager even walked with me to the next department to introduce me to a sales associate to further assist me, just based off what I'd already purchased. Little things like that make the customer feel special and valued. Definitely returning to this Macy's!

Yes, I did visit Macy's that day to complete the day's timeline . In visiting a friend at the Surfrider, I was invited to go swimming in which I realized I had no swimming trunks, or at least couldn't find a pair at that moment. Because of the time factor I needed to go somewhere close to pick some up, the ABC store was actually the closest place, but their prices on that idem would be like shopping at Nordstrom, I said I better go to Macy's I'm sure to find a sale on them, and I did. I found a good pair on sale for , 18.99 and because of the cheap price I bought two pairs. I don't think a moment goes by without Macy's having a sale on something.

Nice, big 2 story Macy's at Kahala Mall. An "Anchor store" for this mall no doubt. This is notable as the much larger Ala Moana Mall isn't that far away and they have a Macy's there too. This might not seem like much, but they pulled another of the previous anchor stores "Barnes and Noble" which now forces you to go to Ala Moana since that is now the only B&N. Kahala is an easy to navigate inside mall with perimeter parking and a parking structure right next to Macy's so you can usually easily find convenient nearby parking. Being a large 2 story Macy's you have a wide selection of departments to shop in, and the store is kept clean and well stocked.

Was looking for 1 particular item of clothing. I found item in my size on sale and purchased it at Kahala store. Had to look for a checkout stand, found a sales person available at one checkout but it was at opposite end of store. I only saw less than 10 persons in store including sales personnel. Great social distancing but sad for business.

Macy's is a store that has all your needs covered. Especially love the last act clearance section as I have got many great deals here for an amazing price. Top quality gear for a reasonable price. I love it so much my husband and I have checked out every Macy's store in Oahu.

We shop here a lot. They have sales almost every weekend. Plus, they have special sections in both men's and women's clothes that are deep discounted. Macy's is a nice quiet place to shop and can have great deals if you look for them. This is smaller than the Ala Moana store, but much more convenient.

It's Macy's in Kahala Mall, and you might think it's small, but there are a lot of brands and it's okay. I'm a man, so I mainly looked at menswear, but Hawaiian shirts. I think swimwear is fine.

Take the Waikiki Trolley Pink Line. I bought a dress for my daughter, but later found out that there was a 10% discount, and regretted that I should have checked Google Maps first. Air conditioning was working and it was comfortable. I bought fruit at the supermarket next door. It's interesting.
