Ordered twice and was excellent! Nice lady helped me with same day service and arrangement was great! THEN they sent me a code for free chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday...can't order online unless you pay a minimum of I think it was $30 so went in person to order as I did the first time. The girl refused to help me and kept saying must order online first. I get it...you need to make money but the bday gift code did not say free with purchase.

This Edible Arrangements location has been awesome. Not only is their staff friendly, they will try to accommodate your requests, even if it's last minute. I needed a platter for a luncheon and they were able to create a beautiful one with dipped fruit in less than an hour! My great-grandson lives in Kapolei, and I’m thankful Edible Arrangements has a facility out of the city limits that filled my order. His 10th birthday was on a Saturday. It was made of all his favorite fruits that’s included a double order of chocolate dipped strawberries 🍓. His sister Hailey has a birthday on a Monday in three months, so I have to check with her mom on when the new school year begins. She’s been hinting about a trip to Disneyland at the end of summer. We’ll see.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating! I’m all the way from California and ordered for someone in Hawaii and there was a delivery issue where the recipient never got it. I called and they replaced it as well as delivered everything quickly without charging me again for it. The recipient of the arrangement loved it so much! Due to the pandemic last year, my friends and I were trying to figure out what we could get our friend for her birthday. Instead of the typical lei or candy, we decided to get her something she could enjoy. Since we could not do a traditional dinner celebration, I suggested that we all chip in to get her something from Edible Arrangements. I placed the order the day before her birthday and because of my procrastination, I wanted to ensure that she would receive the delivery on the day of. When I contacted the shop located at the Manoa Market Place to request for the delivery to be confirmed on the day of, I received nothing but outstanding customer service! The gentleman who assisted me went over my order and with confidence promised that it would be delivered as requested. After we hung up, I started to get a status update on the movement of the delivery and finally received confirmation that it was delivered. Within minutes, we all received a huge thank you for making her birthday so special and said tears were flowing down her face. The professionalism and the efforts to go above and beyond to make her day would not have happened without their awesome customer service! To the Manoa Market Place team, thank you all so much for all you do and have done to make our friend feel blessed beyond measure. Wishing you all continued success during these unprecedented times. Great experience here. I've done an order every year during the Christmas holidays delivered to my work place and they've been an awesome treat for the office. Arrangements have been fresh and always edible. Take note that it is not like ordering pizza and expect delivery within the hour. They will do their best to deliver closest to time requested. recommend to log in to receive updates and discount events.

I am from Oahu, but moved to the mainland in my early 20’s. But I still have my family living there. So during special occasions, I use Edible Arrangements from this location every time. I have never had an issue before. I put my order in online, the address I want them to have it delivered, put in my payment info & the date I want it sent by & my family have always received the order on time. Plus my family members have always been completely satisfied with the order. So I recommend anyone using this location & if your in a last minute rush, put your order in online. It’s easy to navigate through & your loved ones will love the arrangements.

They went above and beyond to make sure my mom got her arrangement for her birthday and on her birthday despite a few failed attempts during the day! They ended up delivering after business hours and just in time for my mom to enjoy her post-birthday dinner fruit desserts. I believe the manager(?) delivered it themself because the delivery guy(s?) during the day had some trouble with anyone being home to accept the gift. Incredible service!

I ordered online for delivery to my daughter who's a student at UH Manoa. The online ordering was fast and easy. I really appreciated the delivery confirmation email. But kind of expensive after they tack on a $15 delivery and $8 service fee. However, my daughter and her roommate loved them! It was a great finals week treat for them.

Easy to work with online and super quick delivery. Always delivered when promised! It's great that you can give people something they can eat AND that looks nice -- plus, they have a mug they can use after the fruit is all gone! We love sending these as holiday greetings to doctor's offices, as congratulations on promotions, etc.

I guess I did not read the fine print noting the extra fee on top of the listed price of the item and was surprised when I picked it up. Will not do that again.

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries to deliver for my girl friend who was having a bachelorette in Hawaii that I was not able to attend. They were placed inside her hotel fridge so the chocolate wouldn’t melt. She was very surprised to find it waiting for her and cried at the thoughtful note attached to it.
