The line was very long when I went in to get a gift card but it moved at a decent pace. I love that Michael's always has good sales and their products are good quality. Most all of your craft needs are met at this store!

Store is always clean and organized! However, there are never any employees. I waited in line for over 15 mins because there was only one cashier. She never once called for anyone. I guess I know why, bc the manager later walked passed looked at the line then proceeded to walk to the back of the store. No one ever came to help the girl!

Supplies to make holiday decorations are sparse. I'm sure it is to do with " supply chain issues", which is everyone's excuse. But this particular store does have great employees that were very helpful and apologized for the things that they did not have. It's just as bad as Hobby Lobby everybody's been out of floral pics evidently for months.

I love crafting but not the which is separated from beginner to professional by quality and price. They do have a really large selection of clearance items of which the majority is fairly, clearance sale priced. The staff was very helpful yet not too space invasive. I spent about a hundred hours and a hundred dollars during this visit. Overall satisfaction I give a 3.5

It's a great place to spend way more than anticipated, but it's a big store, and when you can't find what you need, & the employees don't show they're wiling help, it can get frustrating.

Sales on items you may need before a holiday. Not many stores do that! I like when they have their Gildan colored T-shirts on sale for 3 for $10. That's cheap!

For all of us crafty girls we know Michael's is the gold standard for crafts they have selection ..selection.. selection quality beyond compare if they don't have it in store they try to order it for you in a timely manner their prices are fair they have outstanding sales ( I just got some beautiful flower 60% off ) and you can't beat that ... so ladies and men who find themselves longing to develop their skills from anywhere from sewing to decoupage ...wood crafting wood burning....or things with the kiddies... decorating cakes and on and on and on I encourage you to visit your local Michaels and by the way Michael's I live in Picayune Mississippi we do not have a Michaels how about it... I alone would probably spend enough to justify you opening a branch thank you LOL craft away
