Excellent grooming experience at Pet Supplies Plus with Brooklyn from start to finish! Really easy scheduling; reasonable pricing; and a great amount of care and attention paid to our little pooch. Our dog needed a lot of work as she hasn't been groomed in a long time and she is a very nervous little one with groomers. Brooklyn was dedicated, careful and clearly made our pup feel comfortable. We love the cut and so appreciate the time & care.

All of employees who we encountered were friendly and helpful. We couldn't locate an item that we wanted to purchase, but, an employee who was working on the floor stocking shelves knew exactly where this item was and she took us to that aisle. The cashier was also friendly to us "and" to our little dog, and he was appreciative of us shopping at this Pet Supplies Plus location....

My go to pet store!!! Although I generally only come here for emergency roachies and wormies and some other kibbles as they don't have much stuff for hedgehogs, but the toys here are my baby's fav since there are so so many. The staff is really welcoming and always offer to help, and is patient which is nice because I stutter a bit when I'm nervous. Quality of live feeder insects are 50/50, sometimes it's good but sometimes it's dead(mostly roaches and occasionally superworms). The other animals in store seem taken care of (more than bare minimum for a pet store) which is nice to see!!

All the fish that I purchased were sick and required two rounds of antibiotic and antifungal treatment once in the quarantine tank. Two died despite treatment. Many of the female guppies in the store are bent, but this could be from the breeder and not tank conditions at the store. They also have a bit of a snail issue in their live plants, with visible bladder snails in the plant tanks. I will continue to shop here because the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and clearly trying their best. I've never had a bad experience with the staff at any location of Pet Supplies Plus. The selection of aquarium supplies is more than sufficient. I won't be purchasing any more live plants or animals, though.

First visit to this particular PSP. Clean and well stocked store. They had some great deals and we had an email offer of 30% off of the total purchase which was an outstanding deal. Had some questions and got excellent advice from one of the associates. Great checkout experience also. Highly recommend this store and PSP in general.

The staff are friendly. You get access to a wash space, a waterproof butcher's apron, shampoos, towels, a washing hose, tethered leashes and a blow dryer. The water and the blower don't seem to get very warm; the towels are few and thin; and, make sure you have your hands on the blower hose before you turn it on, or it will fly around like it's possessed. Costs less than $17.00, though, and turns out the high cleaning benchs really help reduce back strain. Overall, a very good deal.

Parking is close, store is neat and organized. A lot of stores were out of the product I was looking for, but Pet Supplies had it, and at a good price. Got waited on quickly, and the clerks were pleasant and helpful.

Love this store and being able to bring my dog. They always offer to help me bring my food to my car if needed. Got what I needed (specialty food for my old dog) and then spent way too much time petting the sweet kitties awaiting their forever homes. I wanted to adopt them both. The sales clerk told me they let them out to run around the store each morning and she really gets to see their personalities then. A nice reprieve on a busy day.

Ya it was ok, it was good. I kind of expected more variety of cat toys and better pricing but it was pretty standard. One plus, This location has kittens for adoption that they save from overbreeding (thru Cannonsville Critters). The collaboration is a success & very fair pricing for a healthy kitten that is spayed or neutered and ready to go with first basic shots. I know the volunteers at Cannonsville work very hard to do what they do and sacrifice their own time and effort, so props to them. A second plus I noticed, they have a dog bath here as well. 😁

All in all, what you are looking for in a pet supplies syore. Largely dog and cat focused, with lots of food products. The employees seem to enjoy their job, so the place feels cheerful. All of the products I was looking for were right where I'd expect, and the store was clean.
