I love how this store is laid out. Large area for each room of the house. All the essentials are displayed in a dazzling fashion. The staff was courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to exchange my soda stream canisters and left with more things not expecting to find!

I went here to purchase something that I found in the ad that they mailed me. They had the item that I wanted and luckily I found the last one. I went with my kids and the manager lady, Tina, was so nice to us. My kids had their own money and we had separate checkouts. It got really confusing but Tina kept her cool and I really appreciated it. Also they have a really cool travel size section. So if you're ever going away on a trip or just need travel size or something like that they had really cool stuff. I'm not talking about Meijer where they have a little baby section, it was like a huge section with everything, even brand name cool stuff.

Been years since I been here and forgot they always have the best Christmas gifts! Store was clean and well stocked. Friendly staff and also the membership rewards program is amazing and free saved about 25$ or so from my 20% off coupon I had for signing up and that was on top of the already marked down price! Bed bath and beyond was busy today. We had decided that our pillows were not going to be like new anymore. In fact, that moment had passed a year or so ago. While my wife tended to her things at home, I headed to BBY. I discovered that I could buy a new pillow for less than ten bucks. Or, going up the scale, I could buy one for over 150 bucks. I opted for one nearer to the low price. I thought the store was well organized for finding what I was looking for. The aisles were clear and clean. The cashier was kind and cheerful. I had a good experience. I hope you will too.

Lots of selection, be careful on prices though because sometimes they are a little high for what you get. Lady who's pulling up gift registries needs to be a little more sociable because she acted irritated with me the entire process of printing one out for me.

I worked at the 28th St Bed Bath and Beyond Belief store for 3 years. At that time I made less than $10/hr. Their pay rate now is $13/hr. The company itself has gone downhill in my opinion. Their stores are under stocked, fewer employees. They don't straighten the merchandise anymore. Every department was expected to be perfect for the next day. They no sell Calphalon. At least utensils. They sell their own brand now along with the usual other brands. The store was empty each time I was there. Staff that worked there for years aren't around much because their hours have been cut I'm assuming. Women's bathroom sanitary dispenser has been broken for years. The faucets are falling apart. This is not a reflection on the store manager. Corporate's to blame.

I say this place is okay because it's not what it used to be. There used to be a lot of different brands that were in here for sheets, blankets, towels, etc. But now there are maybe three. I went here to get a bed topper but didn't find what I was looking for so I ended up leaving. I didn't want my bed topper to be UGG brand. I have nothing against that brand but I was looking for something that was going to last me longer than a year or two.

We came here to do our wedding registry, and we were really nervous. From the second we came in the staff was very friendly, and accommodating (fiance is on crutches. They were very helpful in finding an electronic scooter, and storing his crutches). Also, the two managers that helped us with the registry made us feel very at ease. They kept joking with us, and helped us through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this store!

No complaints in regards to this store. One of my favorite places to shop. Always a lot of interesting inventory. If you need a gift for that hard to buy person, this should be your first stop. The staff might be a little scarce at times, but when you find someone to help they are always very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for you to get an answer or find a product. I also love that they mail, text, or email coupons. Last visit I bought a pair of sheets for my new bed. Felt like I got a good deal and loved the choices they had.

They have a wide selection of linens, kitchen supplies, dishes and unique gadgets. They aren't the cheapest, but they have great coupons. Make sure you bring it to the store with you. They aren't as nice as they used to be about giving you a discount. It's a wonderful place to shop for showers and weddings because they'll ship your gift for you, and if you want, you can wrap your gift for free before you go.

We stopped by for a specific item and found it fairly easily although the stock was low. We were pleased to see the price crossed out so that meant that it was marked down. We also had a discount coupon (almost always available online) so the item checked out at almost half price. Pleased.

This has to be the most well organized store my brother took me to two different locations within 2 days and I could have sworn I had entered the first one we went to 2 xays prior. everything is organized the same so if you see something you want and go back a month later at a different store, you will very eaesly find it just by walking up to the area where you saw it in a different store. Also they are very well stocked unlike other stores i visited were it was hard to walk through the isles becouse they had employees stocking at 1pm

I went into B B&B looking for a blender and juicer. The prices were compatible with other stores, plus they offer a 20% discount from retail me not..plus items were on sale. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help except for one of the cashiers, she was not pleasant at all. Other than that, I would've rated them a five.

This location is quite large and has a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Great selection of coffee pods, health and beauty products, and "As seen on TV" items, as well as a vast rotating stock of seasonal items and holiday goodies. Don't forget your coupons!

Nicole has provided me with the best customer service that I have had in a while! Wow! She helped me get an item shipped right to my front door because that item sells out so quickly in-store. And since it’s a heavy blanket, she wanted to make sure I got once while it was still cold outside. Someone going above and beyond like that doesn’t happen often! She cared about more than just getting the sale. I typically go to a different location, but Nicole just made the extra miles on my drive worth the trip! Keep up the good work. It’s appreciated!

I've always been a fan, but having recently shopped at a competitor, I definitely prefer Bed Bath & Beyond. The store is clean, they have everything you would expect - and then some. The prices are reasonable and there were people available to help when needed. When the checkout line got long, they even called some associates up to the front to help check people out. Not all the places do that anymore, so it was appreciated.

Noah was exceptional with his customer service, as was every employee today. We walked in with an exchange/return and it was seamlessly handled. We were so impressed. We live closer to the Alpine store, however, considering our service today a few extra miles to visit this 28th Street location is so so worth it.

Bed Bath and Beyond are always awesome. Staff can be sometimes hard to find if you have questions, but whenever you do manage to track them down, they’re always incredibly friendly and helpful. Watch for coupons! This company has a wonderful return policy -a little more strict than it used to be, but still lovely and forgiving all the same.

This store is big, bright, and clean. The staff always seems eager to help with decisions, decorating ideas, and getting that item from an upper shelf. Was looking for some barstools to place at my kitchen island. Saw some nice stools here while purchasing new bedsheets. But, decided to check around the "regular" furniture stores first. After driving all around town, I ended up back here for the best stools at a great price. Great selections at reasonable prices. The stools are working out great, btw!
