Absolutely love this store! I walked in and saw two employees having a conversation. When I approached to ask for help they dropped what they were doing and even walked me to the item I was looking for. The store is so clean and bright. I felt confident in my purchase and I was so happy with the help I received. Definitely will be back again!

Being a retired graphic designer, I was pleasantly impressed with all the printing services and supplies I can get here. I initially came in to find a cartridge for my laser printer. And they had one here when I wasn’t able to find one anywhere else in town. Plus I found button batteries here as well. I created an online account and I’ve started collecting reward points. I’m going to continue shopping here so I can use the rewards I’ll be collecting. VERY happy with the service and the friendly staff, too.

It is a clean well-organized store with properly attired friendly people working there. I came in, was given a courteous greeting, I proceeded to where I needed to go. I picked it up then as I walked around for impulse buying an associate asked if i needed to find something. She directed me to the area I needed to go. I looked for something very unique then gave up. As I walked through the store again looking, I was again approached and asked if there was anything else they could use assistance with. I told the associate what that specific swivel pen holder item was just too specialized. She was honest, said the store does not carry that specialized of an item. But suggested a nearby craft store that had exactly that specialized swivel pen holder in their FIY craft area. That is service I appreciate. Thank you!

Rachael saw me looking around, approached me and helped me find exactly what I needed. I was in an out of the store in less than 3 minutes. Former 90 year old neighbor that's in nursing home asked me to take his label maker into Office Depot/Office Max. He had someone purchase new cartridge and it wouldn't work. My guess was because of his 90 year old eyes and hands, it wasn't the cartridge's fault. Fargo Store took cartridge out and replaced with a new one, no charge. I give their Customer Service A+

The people in the printing department are amazing! I decided to move my wedding up two months due to COVID so I had 1 month to plan a wedding. In two days they had 400 invitations printed and ready for us to send out! They printed my programs and folded them within 20 minutes and the customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend!

It was back to school time when I went here, so there were things in places they wouldn't normally be. I did have some trouble finding what I wanted. However, two associates came up to help me. I'd like to have seen a well stocked and we'll organized area (I was shopping for back to school stuff, actually). However, I'm not upset. I got what I came for and they were helpful in finding it.

Fast friendly service. Just what I would expect from the Office Depot franchise. There needs to be a greeter, however. Also most employees do not map you across the floor, and tend to not approach you. This is not the norm for these kinds of stores. Being an employee at one point myself I know how the experience is supposed to go. The ask for your rewards card was never done at the main cashiers register.

I was greeted immediately as I walk in the door & was directed to the area I needed, the associate not only directed another to help me in that area but told me about the current promotions, which saved me a bundle of cash. I love their rewards program! I got a great deal on paper & the toner I needed! They even carried out & loaded my cases paper for me, now that's 5 star service. I always shop at the Fargo OfficeMax & they have alway been top notch when it comes to their customers & the service they provide. Did find myself, saw they were running special buy 1 get 2nd 30% off of which I got. Went to customer service to ck out as I also had empty cartridges to turn in. Got cked out quickly .

Spacious and clean store. Not a lot of workers or available workers. Okay variety. Cashiers offer insurance and/or cards to you every time you check out-that gets old and most likely for them too!

Watch out for LeAnn at the print center. She will flat out b*tch you out if she disagrees with your order, or paper choice in my situation. I placed an online print order, and she was very unprofessional to my sister who picked up the order. VERY rude, and told her off for no apparent reason, told her the paper choice was stupid, and then was very snarky to her about a fellow employee. Then she charged her double for the print order that wasn't even printed on the right paper. I called to complain and the manager was VERY nice, apologized multiple times, and refunded the money. I usually don't go out of my way to complain, but her behavior was beyond belief. I've always have had much better customer service at the Office Max in Moorhead on 10. This location just happened to be more convenient.
