Not the Macy's that it once was, you can see the change is coming. Hard to find a sales person, or a checkout in the department that you were shopping in. The fellow who checked us out was very helpful and understanding when we voiced our concerns. He was very efficient, even found our points account, offered us the discount.

Macy's, once Marshal Fields and once Daytons, has really declined in recent years. The shopping experience just isn't what it used to be. The store seems run down in appearance and really needs an upgrade and remodel. The store needs to become current. I am only aware of one place to checkout. Few employees for customer service. Such a large space with few shoppers. The experience was a bit eery, especially when I had to find the restroom, which was a labyrinth to find down long empty corridors. Such sadness to see this store become what it has. Online shopping and the pandemic did not help this store. This store desperately needs an upgrade.

It's more for upper class people they have very nice things but not very affordable. I noticed it was priced for people with ppl plenty of money to spend. Do go there unless you plan on spending a good bit of money. And if you can do that then hey that's why I gave them 4 stars there's plenty of nice quality things to purchase there. And they also will give you a decent line of credit

Walked in to do a little comparative down coat shopping. They had a sale! Beat the other store by$100 with a few quality upgrades and nice back bottom zippers for traveling. I'd have given them a five star if either gal had just smiled. They were passively friendly.

Many thanks for this amazing people working in Macy's West Acres Mall… one of the best employee, a great customer service with Miss Suzie. She was just amazing helping me to find the best option for my purchase. She was AWESOME! She was so patient listening to me explaining what I’m looking for and helped me find the best baggage’s for my travel to France. I was able to get very nice suitcases with very interesting prices. I'm certainly glad people like Suzie are working in this store.

Went in to do a return, due to my own mistake with an online order. It was quick and simple, we used the online receipt, which was easy to access on my phone. Got the full amount returned and was able to see it online and on my phone. It took a couple of days for it to go through on my bank account but that has to do with the bank not the store. I had already ordered the replacement set the ones I originally wanted just before going out there and got them within a week. The whole process was quick and painless. Plus I wound up saving quite a bit on the replacement order, over the original order.

My name is Debbie Stroh, recently my Granddaughter and I stopped by your store, in search of a prom dress and shoes. We were able to find a beautiful dress and shoes, however neither one was available in my granddaughter’s size. We were about to leave the store, because we could not find an employee anywhere! And then we spotted a young lady behind one of the counters and boy oh boy, did we get the top Prize!! This lovely, young ladies name is Susie Mohamed, and she just could not have been more friendly or more helpful! She should get a big gold star and a nice raise! Thank you Susie, from the bottom of our hearts, you definitely made our day and my Granddaughter is so excited she has everything she needed! ♥️

We went in to look for a mother of the bride dress for my upcoming wedding. My mom tried on a variety of dresses, and fell in love with a top that said it was 1 of 2 pieces. We looked around to try to find the bottoms to the top. After a few salespeople attempted to look we met Cindy. Cindy went above and beyond to run around the store looking for the bottoms for this set. Not only did she locate them, but she made sure that we were satisfied with the outfit and our experience. This store is awesome. So many helpful people. I went in thinking I wouldn't find anything in my price range for a jacket for my 2 1/2 year old son and I did. It's great quality and will keep him warm. The cashier that rang us up was so sweet and pleasant.

The only reason I will not give them a 5 star rating is because their employees take forever to come help me when I'm in the jewelry section. I wanted to buy a Movado watch the other day, but because they took forever to get to me I spent my money elsewhere.

Macy's has quality products and great discounts this holiday season. One thing Macy's could improve upon is customer service. It is difficult to find anybody to help you if you have a question. They simply need more personnel to assist customers. Also, both of the clerks I interacted with on separate occasions we're painfully slow. They need to pick up pace if they don't want to lose customers to shopping solely online.

Such a great store! Only one annoyance the perfume and cosmetics counters have annoying clerks that jump on you the moment you look at something. There were 5 different ones that approached us asking if we need help finding something. Once is enough. We don't need to be asked 5 times in 5 minutes!

For the second year in a row, my 9 year old daughter looked at all the Christmas ornaments at Hallmark, then found the one she likes at Macy's. It's great because the prices are maybe 30% of Hallmarks prices too. Of course the kids clothes Dept is awesome too. We've got some of the cutest clothes here.

As one of the few places in Fargo that you can go to get name brand cologne, I usually only frequent this place once every couple of months. The one reoccurring issue is the fact that all sales people will flock to women, but a guy that knows exactly what he wants to buy will struggle to purchase his goods in a timely manner. I guess, on the up side they haven't gone out of business in the mall yet.

One of my favorite shopping places. As Fargo mall isn't the biggest mall in town but it has a lot to offer as in stores checkouts and purchases. Macy's usually tries to supply local residents with almost everything one you see in big cities.
