(Honest review from a man's perspective) I don't shop here, But my wife does. I spend most of my time in the store staring at mannequins of color & overweight mannequins. Some of the clothing selections that they have for women are super Amish/menanite...🤭 But ultimately it's a great store that has average prices.

Nice store. The customer service was over the top outstanding. My wife and I have never experienced service like we did this visit. One staff member managing the fitting room went to find the right size pant after I had tried on two pair that were too long. So impressed how she went out of her way to help us. Then at checkout the clerk was so helpful and kind. She gave us a discount on a pair of damaged shoes (scuffed), 15% off for damaged merchandise. And then she made sure to explain all our savings now with the before Black Friday deals. So nice and so helpful. It was the best shopping experience!! And the sales we ran into yesterday were amazing!! We will continue to watch the holiday sales and look forward to shopping at this Kohls again!

I've been here a few times in the last couple months and almost every time i have noticed issues at the check outs. It seems like there either needs to be better training or a better P.O.S. system. The employees could be currently training or it could just have been luck to be there when there were issues. To me it seems more like a POS system problem. But clean and helpful/nice staff.

Went to Kohl's to utilize Amazon return service. First time was super fast and easy. Today there were only 2 people in front of me and it took 17 mins! Fast once I made it to the counter and clerk very pleasant. But man- long wait! Maybe more than 1 person at service desk or even if the 2nd person behind the desk stayed and didn't leave to do something else....

This was my 1st time shopping at Kohl's and I would find them comparable to JC penneys as far as quality and price. They had a lot of good products for the money And they had some excellent things on Clearance. My only problem with him was there was not enough staff and the checkout line was a mile long it was a mile long however that is kind of a sign of The Times. Another times.

Shopped Kohl's often years ago when kids were at home but needs changed. Now needed new slacks RIGHT AWAY ......slacks, NOT JEANS!!! Caught a day with full sales racks and found 5 pairs for less then $90.00 All set now....staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great selection and helpful staff. I really like our Fargo Kohl’s. It’s generally a very clean and organized store with prices clearly marked and a great variety of sizes and styles. Also lots of great brands if you appreciate a Label you’ll appreciate this store. Now they have a Sephora inside to make it even more of a go-to store.!

Items were not very sorted, very scattered. Sizes were not in order, and hanger sizes did not match the clothes hanging on them. Lady at the checkout didn't say anything until we were leaving with, "have a good day." Usually retail store worker's will greet you, ask if you found everything okay, or give you your ending balance. Nothing surprised me though as this is their normal everyday when I end up shopping here.

Prices were a bit spendy for kids outer wear that we were buying for presents for an adopted family, but perhaps this is the price of clothing now and not just at kohl's. store had a nice selection of small hand puzzles and miscellaneous gifts in price range of $15 -$25. personnel was courteous and pleasant.

I didn't know you can return stuff from Amazon in Kohls! That's awesome. There is also a new Sephora store connected to it and the ladies working were so nice and friendly. This is in Fargo, ND.

I guess we all missing the old days where they have a lot of offers and clearance really sheap and nice clothes and shoes and a lot of things they have in theirs stores but I understand we are facing thoughts moments and the economy is no so well everything is more expensive now and I know that is the reason for high prices but the services still the same always smiling and help you every time you ask ,such a nice people

I despise shopping! :P lol So saying that, it's quite amazing that I'm leaving a 5 Star Review for Kohl's. -Location: Excellent, lots of other stores and restaurants nearby. -Prices: Very Affordable! :) -Product: Varied in size, color, and selection! -Pandemic response: SUPERIOR! I was amazed at how smooth their return system is! And they didn't judge me for having to come back multiple times, due to the fitting rooms being closed due to Pandemic concerns, so finding the correct size was a bit lengthier process. -Staff: Polite, efficient, quick, and delightful! Especially impressed with kindness of staff. My mom didn't teach me how shop for bras (or much of anything really), so I'm still having moments where I have to learn something that's odd for someone my age to need to learn. So I was at Kohl's for HOURS looking up bra types, materials, sizes, etc. on my phone, trying to figure out how to shop for a comfortable bra for myself. Staff didn't judge, were very understanding (even the men on staff!), and I felt safe during my shopping experience to learn, shop, and just enjoy finally marking off the last few things on "What My Mom Didn't Teach Me" list. I'd definitely recommend Kohl's! <3 I will be shopping here for my clothing needs for as long as Kohl's exist! <3 Thank you! <3 <3 <3

Customer service at the till was unsatisfactory. I and my friend had two separate purchases. Each one of us brought up our points and she wouldn't look for them or ask about coupons. Just said no to my friend and didn't give me an answer at all. It was like we were wasting her time by being there. That won't stop us from shopping. That girl was rude!

They had shark pencil vacuums on sale. The first one was my mistake and they took it back ok the second was used still had the dirt in the canister. Disappointed. They took it back also but it was the idea that I needed to take it back

I do not like the shopping experience at Kohl's anymore they don't have handbags section anymore they don't have a belt section anymore the don't have a lot of sections anymore they have all the stuff strewn all about the store in with the clothes and you can't find anything. Kohls is usually a great place to find a number of items and for a decent price, however today I went for undergarments and their clearance section was a COMPLETE disaster!!! It took me over an hour to go through just clearance items for undergarments!! I like purchasing regular priced items as well as seeing what clearance has to offer.

I'm always amazed with the deals that can be found here. Went back to school shopping and had over $700 worth of stuff. By the time all the deals and coupons were added in it was about 50% savings. Much better selection than my hometown stores offer too.

Lots of variety of clothing in each department. Staff was knowledgeable in finding items requested and offering other options available. During busy time, check out was pretty quick without waiting in line too long. Store was in good shape, not dirty or clothes all in disarray .

This place is awesome, every time I go shopping, there are new items, I love the Kohl's cash, lines get a bit long, but they usually call cashier's to come help. Sam is the best, he is so very friendly and smart, helps out until he can come up with a solution to a problem or issue you are experiencing, I rate 5 stars because most of the staff are nice and willing to help. But Sam is one of the best.

I used to love Kohl's, they have great sales and great assortment of wallets, and clothes, and accessories for me, IF you can find it. The last several times I have been in there it's been a disaster. Clothing isn't folded, clothes toss on top of racks, or on the floor, very disorganized. I went online and ordered somethings thinking that would be a better option since I could still use my Kohl's card, only to find out that apparently the shipping takes almost 2 weeks! I will NEVER order anything online from them again. I contacted them and they said I'd have it by the ORIGINAL delivery date... wrong, It got pushed out even further now. Sad, because I really love the place. The people are very nice, and helpful, and the prices are great. They just need some staff to straighten the store up more.

They have a lot of products to choose from. Doesn't change often so i don't usually go often. More often than not it's very clean and tidy. They do have it pretty cramped in there it's hard to maneuver the isles especially clothing. Often their shelves are pretty thrown around and unorganized from people carelessly throwing things around. Overall it's nice store.

I understand with it being the holiday season that stores are going to be busier, and it becomes more difficult to maintain organization. I went to this Kohl’s store looking for basic black and white tennis shoes. The shelves were very disorganized. Shoes were not beneath their display shoe, and i was finding shoes randomly stuffed on the shelves. The sizes available for a lot of the shoes was limited. Security tagging made it incredibly difficult to try shoes on. I wasn’t going to spent $60+ on shoes I couldn’t properly try on. I probably won’t visit this Kohl’s location for shoes again.

There is so much inventory in this store that it’s sometimes hard to move around inside the departments. There is a Amazon return station which usually has a line and it is sometimes quite the mess behind the counter. Kohl’s has decent prices and nearly everything is on sale, which makes ya wonder if the prices are too high to begin with. The store is so packed it appears messy, but the clearance is really good.

Store with kind of tore up, they didn't seem to have enough staff for the registers or the floor.Employee was asked to help at the register, but she had already been up there. Told to do another job and hadn't gotten that one done yet ,was very frustrated with the management. I went there for some. Paper, pens, pencils, school supplies and such they don't have that.

This was my go to location to shop for clothing. The sales are always nice but you need to get their early. Many times what you like will have limited stock and be gone. I have stopped shopping here as their customer service is very poor. They prefer to blame you for their issues. If you don't have issue it is a great place to shop.

Typical layout of other Kohl's stores. Store kept clean. Had some trouble finding shoes in my size (8) after finding a style I like. However, could order it online. Store has men and women's clothing, bedding, kids and infant clothing, pot and pans. My teenagers like shopping the discount racks. Family likes the Kohl discounts that come with being a Kohl's credit card holder. Customer service usaully friendly. Checkouts slow at times.

Was at Kohl's here in Fargo tonite about 8:30, where I was warmly greeted by those working. Ran in to just get a few items on my list. Saw so many good sales going on it was difficult to stay on task! As I wandered through looking at linens I was in awe of all designs they had. I did have $10 Kohl's cash to put to good use also. Couldn't go wrong picking up kitchen towels at the sale price listed for next yr for a few on my list!! Then at checkout I was able to get another 20% off each item boughten!! More savings yet!! Can't go wrong there at all! After all was said and done Kohl's had saved me $178.62 off total bill!! I purchased 16 different items so this comes out to getting each item for $5.6+ or just a tish more--be it single, set of 2, set of 5 items as I paid $89.64 before taxes of $6.72 . If I had paid full price it would've been $268.28 with sale tax of 7.5% added yet! Thanks Kohl's for my huge savings tonite!

Very friendly staff, clean environment and for the most part, we can find stuff we are looking for (and not looking for). Price fluctuates a lot, but I won't count that against this store as this is fairly common in stores like Macy's, JC Penny, Herbergers and the likes. We shop here often and love our Fargo Kohl's.

WAY to many exclusions from any sale(s),store looked like a cyclone had gone through it,especially the menswear dept.&shoe dept.What a hot mess!The"rules"for price matching are completely ancient!!A PAPER,PHYSICAL coupon is required to do any price matching...who even does paper flyers anymore?!When I asked for clarification from the manager on duty that day she huffed up to the register,as though she was being bothered by me&my request,then she proceeded to ROLL her eyes@me as she spewed out the"paper,physical flyer"thing@me&then huffed away again without another word! As a employee for a big box top 10 company I can understand busy,I can also understand price match verification but this visit to Kohls on 13th Ave. in Fargo,ND was beyond disappointing!
