This is one of my most favorite clothing stores and we always come here to buy clothes. Available here often with good clearence and offer. kohls charge, kohl's coupons, kohl's wallet are all very useful. You can see and buy good clearance items through kohl's app. It is very easy and effective to deal with. You can even get $ 10 kohl's cash if you buy more than $ 50. We regularly buy clothes for everyone in our family just here. Very useful especially for children. I love kohl's app. If you forget to take kohl's charge, you can checkout with kohl's pay in kohl's app. You can buy good quality branded school shoes here on offer. Good customer service. Recently we bought 3 branded school shoes for 115$ and got 20 $ kohl's cash. I think it's a good offer.

Kohls cash to use up! That seems to always call me back into the store. Not sure I like it but some sales strategy somewhere is working! In my opinion, ALOT has changed in the past year or two with the way Kohls handles pricing, Kohls Cash, coupons, % off and time frames in order to use the perks. It's drastically uped prices and drastically cut perks. Not the favorite store like it use to be. Not the deals they use to offer and not so friendly staff as once was. Rarely do I visit the store these days. Only when needed or Xmas time as it's still a one stop shop for the most part...I miss the "old Kohls" bottom line!

Kohl's is a great place to shop for clothes, kitchen appliances, and furniture. They have a great selection of clothes for all ages. Their business wear is one of the best in West Des Moines with many business brand. In all it is a great place to shop. After shopping, you might be starving, so, there is a Chick-Fil-A walking distance from Kohl's.

I haven't shopped at Kohl's in several years but last night I called several stores looking for a particular shoe, each person I talked to was very helpful , starting at the Ankeny store, Merle Hay and finally found them at the Kohls on Mill Civic Pkwy. When I got there they had been put on hold, per my request. They fit and the clerks were super friendly and helpful. Thank you I will definitely be coming bsck

So I had an Amazon return and went in for that reason. Process was simple and they gave me 5.00 credit to an in store purchase with the return. Decided to get my daughter a little toy, saved some money, browny points with her so win win win :-)

I called the store today for over a half hour, and no one would answer the phone. I eventually pushed the selection for the Sephora Department and reached an associate, who then paged a store associate. I was trying to get the phone number for Kohls online, the associate stated that there is no such department, no assistance, and no number to reach a representative. I asked if there was a corporate number, which she gave me. I called the number (I couldn’t find a number on the website.) and guess what? Boom, there was an option for an online support to order, I had issues with placing the order as my gift card wasn’t working. Speaking with the representative, she was shocked that the store associate stated there was no online support. My order was placed, and my gift card was figured out and used towards my purchase. I received free shipping for the issue. Please share with your associates that there is online support, I’m sorry but I find this absolutely ridiculous. Will I ever shop your store location? Doubtful.

It’s a nice Kohl’s ! and most of them are it just depends on the area and city. For me I seem to be able to find more items that I like at the Kohl’s on University ave in West Des Moines, but for some reason each store have something that the other store doesn’t have ? They must move Merchandise around with each store. Just not a big fan of store’s that show a really high price then then lower the price to make the customer feel like they are getting a Wonderful Deal. The sale price is what other stores regularly charge for the same item. Smells like a scam but then they ALL do it !!

A bad experience today, we went on a casual shopping this evening. We thought we had enough to get $10 cash for $50 purchase. But the 25% discount bought it just below 50, so we asked the cashier to help how much more to buy and cover it with chocolate 😋. So, we got one and the cashier said we were good 👍. But then the pos system did not print, so the cashier checked with the manager to realize that it was $50 before tax, not the total! So, we sadly walked to our car. And I thought of sharing the learning. You get $10 cash only if you have more than $50 before tax! Maybe the cashiers are not trained on the specifics 😀

Wouldn't recommend going to Kohl's right now. Undergoing remodeling and selection, especially in accessories, makeup, and juniors, is really low at the moment. I also tend to think Kohl's is overpriced even with many of its sales. Staff were nice enough. I'd just wait until remodeling is done for now.

I can't say enough good things about this store. Not only is it a beautiful store full of wonderful merchandise; the employees are amazing. About ten days ago I was in Iowa visiting my elderly parents and I took my mom to her favorite store; Kohl's of course, to purchase towels and sheets. The day before my mother had given me an expensive bracelet she had purchased in Texas wanting to make sure that I was the recipient someday. It was her favorite bracelet and it was a cherished moment. I wore it to Des Moines shopping with her and lost it. I was devastated and called every store and doctor's office I had visited, to see if anyone had possibly turned the bracelet in. No one had, Kohl's took down my phone number in case anything was turned in. I heard nothing for a week and had given up, it would have been a miracle for someone to have picked up a beautiful bracelet and then be honest enough to turn it in and then have an employee take the time to call me. WELL MIRACLES HAPPEN!!! After one week they called and said they thought they had my bracelet and they did! Susan Turner and Sherry Begolka made it happen. They communicated with me, called me every step of the way until my bracelet made it's home back to Austin, Texas. I can't thank these honest, sincere ladies and the rest of the staff enough. The people in Iowa are one of a kind. I will never lose this bracelet again!

This is a pretty good store. It's not as high-end as I like but the prices are great and some of their items are still decent quality. The store is always clean and generally the staff is nice. They do tend to their fitting rooms and generally they're clean and clear it out.

The check out staff were wonderful. But the store needed a lot of recovery. This was not this mornings. The men's and women's departments were trashed. Granted lazy customers do the damage. But hard to find items in correct areas. Floor staff- male with many tats in flannel did not offer a how can I help or even make an attempt to straighten up a single area.

Went in to look for some nice plus sized summer tops. Very disappointed. The entire plus size section was a total mess. Nothing was organized. It looked like everything that didn't sell from other locations was dumped in this branch. I decided to see if it the other clothing sections were also disorganized so that I would know it is typical but surprisingly enough two other sections were pretty nice. My guess is the managers and employees do not wear plus size. Last time I go therefor clothing.

While waiting in line at Kohls yesterday, I heard a petite elderly lady say, "Why are the registers not open over there?" I'm sure it is for some absurd but thought-provoking covid reason. However, just think for a moment about opening that section. I was in line for 20 minutes (and the line was twice as long when I finally got to the registers) so some of these people would probably be in line for 30-40 minutes standing less than six feet apart while breathing in each other's air (while wearing masks). Does this really help prevent covid? Or if you opened up the other registers, we would be standing in line breathing in each other's air for less time. BTW, TJMaxx has less square footage than your store, but they have six registers open--the same number as you have. Guess how long I've had to stand in their lines? Not nearly as long as at Kohl's. Merry Christmas!

I usually get a catalog in the mail every other month, I would recommend signing up for it to get sticker coupons. Up to 15-30% off orders over 50$. The Kohls at Jordan creek area is a bit bigger but both have differences in apparel and home decor, kitchen gear and so on. I visit both often or not

This is a decent Kohls. They seem to have put some effort into making sure the store is cleaner and more presentable. The shoe department was in pretty bad shape when I went through but given the utter disregard people have for the merchandise in stores, and their willingness to open things and throw things around I guess I'm not surprised. The rest of the store seemed to be in good order. As usual got a great deal stacking coupons on coupons. Make sure you log into the store Wi-Fi to get your extra coupon

Its a high priced apartment store. Go in knowing the markups are 300 % with a 25 % sale then you'll be fine. IE: bought a bluetooth speaker for 60, reg 100, but its lists 30 everywhere else. I will never go back. They're jewelry dept is an overpriced mess as well.

Went to customer service to pick up a garment that was called in and held from another location. They would not allow me to check out and pay at customer service. There was basically no line there. They insisted that I pay at the registers in the front of the store and there was a line of people waiting that was 10-12 people long. The wait was ~10 minutes. Seemed like poor customer service to me.

From a big & tall clothing perspective... its gone downhill over the years. I used to be able to get XLT button down shirts. They stopped carrying Tall sizes, now they have brought back a big & tall section but it seems oriented to the 3X and up and not so much XLT. What they do have is a terrible selection and and higher big & tall prices.

This is a normal Kohls. You can return Amazon items at this Kohls. You will need to begin the return and select this one to have a QR code sent to you before you go in. I saw glass in the parking lot, so that is part of why I removed a star.

Shoppers can expect this store to look cluttered and unkept. You'll have to dig through piles of unfolded clothes to see if they have your size, navigate small aisles that will be filled with packaging, and fight the urge to organize the shelves yourself. It will have products you can expect from Kohl's but you'll have to manage the disarray the store seems to be constantly be in.

This is a big modern store near Jordan Creek Mall. It has a wide selection of casual, professional, and athletic clothes in addition to luggage, home items, and a small technology section. There always seem to be lots of sales and events where they hand out “Kohl’s cash.”
