Separate entrances for rec & med. I have literally never waited in line on the med side. The selection is amazing... Most recently I bought 2 oz (Sativa - 25.6%) for $100 out the door. Membership is a great idea, this place rocks!!

Hands down the best dispensary in Colorado. I've been to over 60 different dispensaries and nothing compares. Product wise, prices, customer service. You name it. Fire bud, the best tenders I've ever encountered. Knowledgeable, kind and professional. I hope whoever owns this place gives out some bonuses to each and every tender and manager. Not enough emoloyees for rec side. Sorry, but for 2 dollars more and 2 min down the road most of the same strains. But they are super co-operative and friendly, they also do well on their grow. The budding structures were on point, tricomb density is evident on their frosty flower, good disticntive pungent terpene profiles, and they have a decent selection.

Note: See update I need to look for a new dispensary. I live up in the mountains and I "did" love this place. I have been coming here specifically for half a decade and I feel its all about profit for them now. What ever happened to customer loyalty? Put the people first. Went in for a order today and price was much higher than expected. Seems the "point discounts" apply to only a single purchase item now. Was applied to all items since I started going here. Im not gonna take 3 to 4 months saving up points to now only save 15$ instead of 60$ off for a purchase in the hundreds. Very sad day. UPDATE: Got a reply from them on Google reviews. Reached out to Amanda and they were able to get things ironed out. Much appreciated!

Typically this chain is higher priced than average, but the quality seems to be on point 99.9% of the time, so you certainly are getting what you are paying for. The staff is obviously friendly and helpful and will assist you with finding the right meds for your needs. They now have an online ordering system so you can minimize your interactions with others due to the pandemic. I also like ordering ahead when I know what I want so that my in and out time can be much quicker. If their prices were more in-line with other places closer to my house I'd come here more often.

I exclusively shop here for their concentrates, always a good assortment of brands and they always offer good discounts and they have a rewards system. This place is indeed awesome in it's own rite.. but if I could just copy and paste Austin Jordan and Justin throughout all of Colorado in dispensaries, there would be no such thing as a unhappy customer. Also new people take a while to realize you are a regular but that's to be expected with any new people at any job.

I have been a loyal medical customer since 2014. This review is based upon my visit today 9/22/2020. The last digits from my receipt are 3287. This visit was by far the least satisfying. I failed to receive my 5% military discount. I'm usually offered a battery when I purchase a Smith & Seed cartridge, not this time! The price point if my products included change ( example: $10 gram is the menu price) the receipt indicated $10.16. The other two items also where higher priced VS menu price. Weed tender did not suggest any other products or services. If I where a secret shopper, the overall experience was 3/5 Not exceptable.

Good prices but the quality lacks. The flower looks pretty it just doesn't do it's part when you smoke. The display wax that they have is sometimes misleading because it looks nice in the display but when you open your sealed package at home the wax has been brown instead of that pretty yellow they had on display. Night employees are nice, morning employees I've dealt with sometimes have an attitude.

I feel like they have changed the way they make concentrates or who they get them from.. they used to have such great looking product for awesome prices. The brand specificly that im upset with is WYLDFIRE. Each hit burns my nose and it tastes like, I don't know, firewood and chemicals mixed together. I've only been to the medical side but the prices on flower, wax and edibles are reasonable, the staff is friendly and makes good conversation and the quality is great. I got an ounce of some flower that was rated at 28% thc and it was some of the best stuff I ever had and everyone I smoked it with agreed. I can't remember the strain unfortunately but you can't go wrong with any of their high testing strains. All of the shatter I've tried has been top notch too.

I went here on June 28th and got the Cookie Glue. Let me tell you if you visiting in town shop here. Their buds are good. They also still let you see the bud. Unlike a lot of lot of places in Denver. They also weight it in front you. If I lived in Denver this would be one of my go to places for good bud.

The area you buy on the med side is like a bar and gives a fuzzy and nice atmosphere, I think every staff member I have meet at Mile High has given outstanding service and helped me find the stuff i was looking for every time. I really like this place. The staff are always very friendly, there's almost never a wait at least on med side, and the selection of products is hard to beat. They have the best selection of edibles I've seen on the west side and some of the best deals - regularly 20-25% off, etc. The only reason I don't think this place is perfect is that their concentrates, while reasonably priced, are not extracted as well as many local med shops and the butane extraction is pretty harsh on the lungs. Overall a great shop! Update: coming back to say, recently (med side) there have been some wonderful high CBD strains that have really helped my headaches and nausea. Some of the live resins also seem very good quality. I definitely encourage the shop to keep dabbling in CBD dominant strains and higher end concentrates! So many medical users benefit from CBD or CBD:THC and need quick, dosable products like concentrates.

I would really like to give them 5, but the fact that the out the door price changes every time i call or leave is annoying. Several occasions that 30$ half oz of shake was 32$ otd but when my husband would buy it it would be 37$ otd. Concentrate prices vary from the phone calls to actually leaving as well. I called today and was told a gram would be 18.22$ otd and it was 22 otd. Train your employees better. Quality of product is good, not great. if you're looking for a cheap spot, this is it. 100% you get what you paid for.

Came by this place instead of heading further down to Lightshade on Sheridan and decided to stop by this store instead. I am VERY happy that I took the time to do so. Small store that is cash only; right next to Sonic and plenty of parking around the area. Their concentrates are fair to mid and the higher end concentrates like Olio, etc are very expensive compared to stores in their area. The lower end oils such as Kayak and Craft are priced right for their brands and they have a good selection of strains. I stop here for the flower. It is straight FIRE!! I have found the best flower in the city to be from stores that were Medical to begin with; they just seem to have better overall genetics and this store is no exception. I had some cookies and creme that I would put up against anyone's flower in town.. just straight fire.. They take two strains (sativa & Indica) and put them on special for the day at $15 per 1/8... best deal for the quality of product I have found...

I have had a 9 month work contract in Denver and drive from NOCO everyday. I stopped by here back in September of last year and never looked back. I have shopped many different dispensaries in Denver. Many of the buds are pre weighed, dry and harsh (LiveBad notorious). I have found that the buds here are really fresh, great selection and you can actually tell a difference in all the bud. So much bud seems to be the same with different name in other shops. The ladies are great, super nice and the guys too, LOL. They always have good specials. I will drive over an hour just to shop here. To me great people, great product, great prices and specials in that order is a winner.
