I love the nostalgic feelings that comes too you of the items here. Even items when I was a baby. This trip should be at least 1 hour and half to see everything quickly. So I suggest make it day trip with family or friends. Come take your time. They also have a food stand inside, clean restrooms, and great customer assistance. You use a button to ping an associate to come to you. They collect the item you requested and give you a ticket to collect at checkout. Have a great time!!

Probably the coolest and most unique place I’ve shopped in the Denver Metro thus far! ((Decidedly higher quality than other antique malls in the area.)) They have literally everything under the sun… antiques, oddities, taxidermy, butterflies, skulls, dolls, fossils, toys, furniture, art, jewelry, and collectibles. That’s not even scratching the surface! If you love an adventure or hunting for your items, then this is the place for you! Unquestionably worth checking out! Each case is a different vendor packed full of distinctive and quirky items. Shopped for about 2 hours and discovered less than a 1/4 of the items available. That place is MASSIVE! I purchased 2 little gnomes and a handmade pottery Yoda cup/planter (?). **The Metro is fortunate to have such an extraordinary antique mall. Absolutely coming back and thank you for a fun adventure!** — — — The floor staff was quite busy and did an excellent job answering questions, unlocking and securing customer-selected items for purchase, and hustling from one side to the other to do their best to accommodate each customer. The cashier staff was tired, not so friendly, and looked to be quite swamped. **All staff was working hard and doing an excellent job!** Most of the glass cases were tagged clearly. I had a difficult time seeing the price tags for quite a few items/display cases. The tags were turned over or covered up by other items, and I wasn’t willing to trouble an employee to ask for a price. Otherwise, I probably would have purchased a couple more items. A few of the open item rows didn’t have price tags (on quite a few items) or if they did... the sign it wasn’t in clear view.

This place is so cool. If you’re looking for any type of gift you should go here. Each case is a different vendor so you really have to search. I spent 2 hours here and I only saw half of everything. I left with some cool jewelry. You can tell I was impressed by their coin collection. The staff was really cool too, they helped my friends and I find many cool things and we walked away with exactly what we wanted

This is a very large antique mall that is part of a chain but still owned by the same family. So much to see it would be difficult to not find something of interest. They even have a small cafe as well.

What an enormous space! So many antiques, it was unreal! You'll probably spend hours looking around. It's a real mix of trinkets to museum quality pieces. My favorite item was the t-shirt with George W. Bush riding a shark! 😂 …

Very good selection, you could spend days looking and still not see everything. If there is something spacific your looking for I highly recommend trying here first. The customer service was also great. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Definitely lived up to the title of ‘mall’ - we were in here around an hour and likely could’ve spent more time browsing. Most everything is in cases which means you need to ask for assistance any time you want to look at something. I understand the intention but it does hinder one’s ability to inspect items before buying a bit. The first woman who helped us was a bit snippy, they’re very specific in how they allow you to look at items and you can only view one case every time you push the call button. This experience and the need to wait around for someone to open a case is why I took off a star. There are many antiques here (although not as much militaria as desired if that is your interest) and a lot to look at!

Always a great spot to find the most random of things! Takes a good 2 hours plus to go through the whole place. But they have such a great little cafe inside! Don’t skip the baked goods!

One of the largest, true antique market places in Denver metro. Set aside several hours if you're a true "antiquer". A treasure trove of real vintage items. There are bathrooms and a small eatery here that help keep you searching longer then you anticipated. We love this location.

I shopped yesterday and this morning upon opening my wrapped packages from the 2 boxes, I realized in addition to my purchases (minus one larger item) I have someone else’s purchases. I’m a 2 hr drive away. I would like my missing item and I’m sure whoever paid for the items I have would love them back. I emailed store this morning, but so far no return message or call. I repeatedly asked if both boxes were my things and was assured they were. Everything was wrapped so I couldn’t tell by looking at it. Pretty chaotic behind the counter on a busy Sunday.

Such an amazing place! If you love antique shopping or just browsing through a large building full of wonders, look no further! Has a wide collection of things from glassware to ww2 items to pokemon cards. I didn't think it would be as exciting and fun as it was considering I usually hate shopping. You can spend hours upon hours browsing through the rows of glass display cases with items to purchase. Would recommend and definitely come back.

I'm coin collection and antique bills too, and Egyptian collection, and Rome, and Indian collections you name it. Love spending the afternoon at antique malls to browse for neat little treasures. Brass Armadillo is a sprawling mall with lots of interesting displays. They also have a café to grab refreshments after a long day of antiquing. Fun stop for a rainy or snowy day!

We enjoyed this store so much. I love the way it is set up. The isles are wide and well lit. Each space is unique and has a wide verity of products. I could spend all day here and not see it all. Great place to spend the afternoon. The employees are friendly,and your kids and family will have a great time here.

This place is crazy! I was in the market for some old windows to build a greenhouse. I had no idea this place was so huge that they had to have a cafe with food and drinks. You might get lost and not make it without it, no joke. You could spend weeks in this place and never see it all. I can't wait to come back and actually buy something. I just wondered around like an idiot.

So much to look at! I spent about 2 hours here and only got through half the mall. Each booth is rented out and supplied by that individual owner. So a little bit for everyone from antique furniture to rare collectibles to new handmade figurines and artwork. It didnt seem to be categorized into specific sections from what I could discern, but that is also the fun of going to one of these types of antique malls! The staff was super helpful and were walking around available for questions and asking customers if they can take their finds to the front so they dont have to lug them around while still shopping. I thought that was pretty cool. Would definitely return to see the rest and check on booths with updated merchandise.

So much fun to walk around and browse. My hubby and I find things to buy every time we go there. We’ve purchased vintage hats, coats, books and even an art deco tea set. They also frequently have discount days where items are 15% off. If you like retro stuff and have time to kill, I would definitely recommend this place!

Staff seems put out if you ask to examine an item more closely. I was in last night and the girl that helped me seemed really put out that I would ask to examine more than one item in a display case. Thus, I felt rushed and ended up not making a purchase.

Stressful, because of rude/overworked staff, who made it seem like a huge chore to show anyone something that is inside a locked case. Would have spent more money, if employees were less sullen or more empathetic when dealing with customers. Not typical Brass Armadillo interactions at all.

There is so much going on here, so don't pop in without at least an hour to spare (better two or three). Some things are a bit overpriced, but there is treasure buried here as well. My husband and I had the most fun digging through it all. I thought the snack bar/cafe and little seating area was a nice touch, too!

Half-an-acre; 500 independently managed booths. If you can’t find it here, good luck. I’m sure there are bargains, but the typewriters were all overpriced. How it works: When you find something you like, you ring a bell and an agent comes, gets the item and brings it up front. You get a number, and when you’re ready to check out, you give the cashier your number and they grab your bin behind the counter.

We love visiting the Brass Armadillo! The only downside is how big it is, it takes HOURS to walk through and see everything! Row after row of fabulous antiques. Anything you could ever want and then some! Word of advice, get a basket, and take up their offer of a map when you walk in. You will want it! Definitely worth a visit but if you want to see it all plan on being there for several hours. If you get hungry or thirsty there is a small cafe with tables to sit and rest and eat.

This is by far the best antique mall in the mid west. Especially glass cases #50 #51 #187 . His stuff is amazing. His watch collection is crazy .

Although, there are a lot of cases with stuff in them that you will need an employee to look at, but the employees are very accommodating, but they need to hand you every item you want to look at, which can be a little of a problem when you find a lot of items you want to see. Never know what you’re going to find. Great place to spend some serious shopping time! Hours on end to look at. Rather pricey item of mine was left out of my bags at register, and took nearly 2 months to get it mailed to me out of state so that was a little disappointing- but, thankful they made took the effort in the end to get it to me. Won’t keep me from coming back to see so many incredible booths.

Very cool place to burn a few hours. TONS of stuff to look at. And I mean tons!! Staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean and they even have a little cafe to grab a bite or a drink if you need to take a break. Which you might. Lol. We cruised thru the store at a good clip and it still took us about 45 min to an hour. There is something here for everyone no matter what your taste is. I'd definately return!

My experience at Brass Armadillo was fantastic. They have so many different sections and styles of antiques that will Leave you occupied for hours if not days. The prices are negotiable and set mostly at a reasonable price. You can find so many unique things, just explore and have fun. The people who assisted us found our curiosity of the objects fun and they enjoyed seeing new things with my friend and I. I can't wait to go to this location again. Thanks for the sights, cheers.

Lots of weird and different stuff - and it changes week to week, so don’t base much on one visit. It can get a little crazy inside at times, so may be good to go on an off hour. Their system to get stuff works well and the people are friendly. Work through it slowly, as things aren’t all in one place.

Lots of interesting finds although seems like the prices the booth owners place on items can be over priced. However you are sure to find something for anyone here! Love spending the weekend walking around. I have spent about 4 hours here going booth to booth (husband was not very happy and got a bit hangry LOL). They do have a small restaurant/concession in side where you can grab a snack and or drink but they closed early.

Love this place! I love that each aisle is named after a state in the US—that makes it super easy to find the aisle of some of the things you may want to go back to. After I discovered the Brass Armadillo, I took friends so they could see what I was talking about. It's a great place to find just about anything. But warning: Give yourself plenty of time to see everything. There is a lot under this roof!

The treasures you can find in here are immense!! It's almost like walking through a museum. It took me on the upwards of 3 hours just to walk through the whole store. But I loved every second of it. They even have a little rest area near the registers if you need to take a break. Staff is friendly and more than helpful. I've always loved coming here.

This place was ok. This reminded me more of a thrift store or a consignment store. And a FYI make sure u want everything you buy before walking out the store because they don't do refunds if you walk out the store with your items. We noticed one of the toys we bought were 40 dollars and we thought it was 20 so in that case we decided to take it back and get our money back but they said no. Once you walk out the store it's a done deal. ALSO IF YOU WANT TO TRY AND ASK FOR A BETTER DEAL ALL U DO IS ASK WHEN CHECKING OUT AND THEY CALL THE OWNERS TO SEE IF THEY WILL BUDGE ON THE PRICE. ITS WORTH A SHOT.

This place is heaven for any vintage or antique lovers, by far the best in Colorado. I only walked two isles and already had my basket full of things I was just in awe of all the neat stuff I was finding. Pricing is very fair compared to some places I've been , very clean and the staff is very friendly. Also love they have a snack & drink station here. Be prepared to spend money because I highly doubt you will walk out empty handed.

Went for the first time today with my mom. Ample variety of items and collections. Items are well labeled and employees are always visible and ready to asist and answer questions. I didn't find what I was specifically looking for, but I will be going back to explore some more. Enormous array of goods and variety of it. Non-antiques mixed in with dominant amount of antiques also lends a bit of flee market feel to it altho prices appear to be firm. Quite enjoyable browsing and selecting. Staff great! Downside is climate in hot summer but they did a good job of spot placing portable fans. Plan on 1-2 hrs for your first visit.

Very nice and well organized. Most of the employees were very nice. There was only one woman that honestly acted like she couldn’t be bothered to help us and every time you rang the little bells in the case area and she had to come down to you she would huff and puff and then act like you were the biggest inconvenience. But everyone else was extremely welcoming and nice. She didn’t ruin my experience I would still very much so go back I’ll just be sure to not bother the one lady. I got 3 very beautiful rings there and my husband got my Valentine’s Day gift from there.

This place is a must visit in every state that one of these exists. Every store looks exactly the same, but that's not a bad thing.... these places are so expansive it needs to be that way and it works. It all adds to the experience (that takes more than half a day to properly do) of meandering through aisles of collectibles, antiques, and goods.

Huge store, lots of fun stuff. Most prices were reasonable. However in the hundreds of antique stores I've been to, never had staff snap at me. If you go here and have a locked case opened, expect to hear "Don't put your hands in the case!" 4 out of 4 of us got snapped at. We get it, but never had this happen in 22 years.

Lots and lots of booths with vintage and antique goods. There are some booths that (in my opinion) are crammed with too many things so it's hard to shop at those so I perused the others as there are plenty! I skipped a lot of the glass displays down the aisles as I wasn't interested in looking at those types of things. What is very helpful are the maps and pencils at the front counter to help you remember where you saw the treasure you wanted as it's easy to forget. Plan on taking several hours to get through. Oh, there is even a coffee shop inside in case you need to take a break. Whew! The reason I gave it a 4 stars are twofold: Checkout was a bit time consuming as the tags aren't scanned; they need to be individually typed in with vendor description, and cost. Then the tags have to be removed. The other reason is because of the over crammed booths that some sellers had. I'm not sure if that's something that Brass Armadillo monitors or tracks but there wasn't even room to navigate through. Perhaps persons with that much stuff might need to rent out two booths or have staff help organize and be more selective on what gets displayed based on what seems to sell. Overall a good shopping experience but I think I prefer booths with less stuff and better organized.

We love Brass Armadillo stores. This is our fourth store to visit. The older lady that helped my son with a showcase was very nice and helpful. The two men that helped my husband with showcases were not. He had to stand back and describe the items he wanted to see until the staff figured it out. He presumes they were instructed to not allow customers to point as he was scolded for pointing at the item in which he was interested in an effort to try to move the process along. He said these gentlemen were less than tactful in conveying whatever instructions they had been given regarding customers and showcases. One of the younger ladies behind the counter appeared less than pleased to be there. My husband said he was made to feel as if he was an inconvenience to her when bringing items to put in his basket and checking out. We have never encountered these issues at other locations. Staff has always been cordial and truly appeared glad we were there. I always rate Brass Armadillo as 5 stars. I am rating this store as 4 stars solely as a result of our interaction with staff.

This place is not bad at all. I feel like there is almost something for EVERYONE here. It's big and full of all kinds of cool things. They do have a lot of glass cases where you have to ask someone to open it. On a busy day like Saturday you may be waiting a bit but it wasn't even that long of a wait and it was pretty busy. The staff was also soooooo nice and welcoming. They have a lot of stuff that is out of the glass too. Some things seem a bit overpriced but there are things that are a bargain. You just have to see. I highly suggest coming to the place. This place never gets old especially because I've never gotten through the whole thing.

We love it here! It's so big, though, be prepared to spend some time! We purchased several fragile items and they held them up front until we were done, and then wrapped them VERY well for taking home, even provided a cardboard box for carrying the wrapped goods. The stalls have a ton of variety. The glass cases have a system to page someone to come help you, which is great. And everyone was very friendly. Will definitely be back.

The brass armadillo was amazing! They have every type of antique you could imagine. It is fair price. And the customer service is amazing, they go above and beyond what they need to. They have great safety protocols for covid. And when you need or want to look at something and need someone's help, they are fast at giving you customer service. I recommend going here on your own, or with people. Because you get lost in this place looking at so many different things from so many different eras and it's amazing.

Wow! I've lived in many different places, including both coasts, but have never seen such a huge compilation of merchants' wares under one roof. You'll find what you're looking for and some other things that you didn't even know you were looking for. I'd recommend taking a break of at least a couple of hours between each half of the store if you've got mobility issues, like I do--there is just so much there, in every category, at every price. A great find and I am going back!

This place is a hidden gem. A huge building that you can make an entire afternoon of hunting and shopping in. There is even a small cafe to grab a bite at when you've become famished and are ready to take a break. Really decent prices on most of the merchandise and people willing to negotiate quite often. I have been coming here for years- decades actually.. I'm really not sure what the person who posted right before me is trying to say or insinuate; I was there 3 days ago as well. As always, the place is very open and clean, not a dusty, attic-smelling hole in the wall.. I physically passed another human being about *twice* in the MASSIVE place, and everyone had masks on. Also, it's is not filled with so called "super-spreaders and boomers'", as they posted, but if a person is that terrified of the "outside" I might advise to not be out perusing antiques and vintage items - these things have not been hermetically sealed and are *not* sterile if anyone needs clarification. I brought a friend who was new to town and spent about 2 hours here, we used the (VERY CLEAN), restroom and even got a quick sandwich. They have a cute little cafe area and it was NICE to see some older folks out socializing and enjoying themselves in these times. (Glad they were willing to "risk it" -- lol).. They even have a loyalty/points type program. I will say, I didn't buy anything but that's more a part of me down-sizing and a change of taste. There IS something for everyone here who likes antiques or vintage. Even if you don't purchase anything it's a fun way to spend a few hours reminiscing. I see some disgruntled vendors on this thread too, I'm not sure what they are talking about, I didn't see any "rock-bottom" prices, but then again, I no longer sell stuff so I don't know..The value of these things is really determined by the buyer and market if there even is one, which is why I haven't retired on the boxes upon boxes of Waterford and Hummel's I was left with and never allowed near as a kid.. (message me lol)! All I'm saying is DO check it out-- you'll enjoy, it's a fun way to kill a few hours! It's clean, spacious, and the staff are KIND!

If you are looking to find that nostalgic item from your childhood, a unique item to complete your home decor or a rare item for your collection...this is the place. Its fantastic!! I recommend on taking at least half the day to do it, as this place is huge. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They even have a cafe inside. This is the best place we have found around here to go "antiquing." We've checked out some other stores and this one has them beat for size, diversity, and ease. The prices are more than fair for what you get, and there are aisles and aisles to sift through. Every time I find something I want enough to actually purchase, and I'm a notorious browser. I especially love the low pressure environment, and the feeling I get from the other shoppers makes it feel like a special event each time I visit.

I should have taken pictures, but I was to overwhelmed! This place is insane! Pretty much anything you need for home decor and just awesome stuff. We bought comic books, a Cary Grant 3-movie box set with photos, and a Norwegian King's spoon. Definitely worth the visit, but only if you're ready to spend some money. They definitely have something you're gonna want!

A really large antique mall with so many amazing choices. Yes, they definitely were watching us closely, but they did it in a friendly and respectful manner. I can't fault any store for monitoring customers, as theft destroys businesses. However, there is a way of doing it without overtly insulting customers with no intention of stealing. All the employees we dealt with were very nice. We hope to go back before we leave Denver.

This is a large multi-vendor antique mall on the west side of town and has a HUGE selection of items from jewelry to mod desks and car parts. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They have a method of storing treasures as you find them so you won't have to carry everything around with you. Great stuff with lots of sales!

I gotta tell you, this place is insane! There is stuff in there that you will not believe! If you're looking for truly unique items from the pennies to the thousands, you'll find them here. The sellers are so diverse and have so many different styles, backgrounds, and interests. If you collect anything, this is your place. If you know someone who collects anything, this is your place. If you need to just boggle your mind for a couple of hours, this is you place! This is the most unique shopping experience you can get in Denver (metro). It's crazy fun and funny. And the staff is fun, too. If you can get through this place in one day, I'm impressed. It's huge! You can get lost in the aisles and lost in your mind for days ... really cool stuff! Cheers!

Really cool place to look around. They have everything from new to antique. If your looking for something specific, it's probably there, but it will take a while to find. They have handy maps to mark where things are by yourself. Whether your buying selling or just window shopping this place has something for everyone. My grandma had a booth when I was little and I remember wandering around for hours and never seeing everything. I don't suggest for quick in and out people.

On Tuesday, July 18, we stopped at the Brass Armadillo. It is an impressive display of a wide variety of antique and contemporary items. We found an oak patio glider seat in one booth, priced at $89.95. We offered $75.00. The clerk said she would leave a message for the dealer/owner about our offer. A couple of hours later she calłed to say that our offer was accepted. We informed her we would be out the following day to pick it up. We drove back over on Wednesday, 7/19 (35 miles round trip from our home). When they went to booth to retrieve the glider, it wasn't there. Another clerk said they had sold it that morning. When asked about how that could happen, the clerk said, "We can't guarantee that an item will be held for you." It did not seem to matter that we had driven back out because we were told the item was being held. They even have an in-house system with a form for holding items. The clerk said, "We don't have time to check those forms." Further, it did not matter that there was a buyer/seller agreement in place from the previous day. The clerk went on to say, "Well, the other buyer paid full price." I would welcome any comments from the management of the Brass Armadillo Mall. Until then, "Buyer Beware!!" Gary, the manager of Brass Armadillo, contacted me by phone. He explained the protocol of making an offer on a piece of merchandise and waiting for a reply from the seller. The protocol is reasonable, if you are a seller. However, it is limited when you are a buyer. He apologized for the young clerk who was not forthcoming with information about the store's process. Gary accompanied the explanation with a store credit for our inconvenience.

This is one of our favorite places in Denver: for your students going to school, extra room furniture or decorations, anything having to do with dining/food prep, classic old tools, classic books, antique fireplace surrounds, clothes. We bought our daughter's university apartment kitchen table and chairs (all solid oak) for $200, last week we bought a gorgeous solid brass antique chandelier ($1,100). It needs some electrical updating, happy to do that for the restoration. The staff are very attentive and they walk around to help. They have carts and ladders to grab stuff and help you load your car/truck/SUV. If you need something, give 'em a shot. You just have to look.

Brass Armadillo Antique Malls are all so consistently good. We always find something there. The staff is so helpful. My suggestion to anyone that is going there for the first time, when you first arrive get a number, that way when you need to you will already have a space for the stuff you purchase. My husband and I have learned this after a couple of time going there. You just take it to the front and they hold it in a bin for you. Also, if you get something and one of the attendant is helping you, if you have the number already, you can just tell them the number and they will take it up front for you. Who ever owns all of them are doing a great job of keeping them all similarly ran, which we like. They have really great vendors, the prices are reasonable most of the time, you will always have a couple that are a bit high, but for the most part, you find good prices and some really unique items. If you happen to be in the area, stop by. Even if you are not into antiques, they have stuff that is brand new and also crafts.

I heard about this antique mall while living in AZ and fell in love. It became a weekend tradition to go over and browse. I was bummed when I had to move to Colorado, but lo and behold here was the same antique mall!!! Best I've ever been to! Tons of selection, great quality, and none of that 80's garage sale or thrift store feel. They do a great job of keeping up the quality and keeping down the price.

So much novelty, Americana and wonder to behold here. You'll get a good neck stretch looking around this place. This is a huge antique treasure-trove coop. We visited over the fourth of July and took advantage of a 15% discount for the entire showroom, not just some of the vendors, but all...and there are hundreds. The organization and security is amazing. Many knowledgeable workers coordinating the customer service system that not only protects against theft but lets customers access merchandise by ringing the bell on each display case which activates a light over the case for a worker to reports to. I returned the next day to buy a piece of jewelry and three workers searched until they found it. It was like a needle in a haystack, but they did it! Did I mention free hot dogs and hamburgers in the parking lot?

To all the Previous Vendors who we’re UNABLE to make it at The Brass Armadillo...I have been a Vendor for 12 years at The Brass. I have tried 3 other malls in the Denver area and none of them can compete or ever will with The Brass. Not sure where the large turn over comment for vendors came from?? The mall most times has a waiting list of 1-2 years for a booth. A booth and case and sales are what you the Vendor make of it. I highly recommend The Brass Armadillo if you have any desire to do this sort of thing. Every selling gig, has its ups and downs. Even E-bay. Try not to be so negative when your gig doesn’t work out. Everyone’s different and has and opinion. This is mine........

This is a very eclectic place with a large assortment of antiques and other knick-knacks that people are selling. People rent the space for prices between $55 for a cabinet up to $200 for a floor space. There is a 10% commission and they expect you to give the customer another 10% off. For a total of 20%. This is a great alternative to a flea market
