Store looked picked over and unorganized. Some display items were dirty. We just go in for things we've researched on line and can use our 20% off coupons. Awesome that those are always honored.

I was working instacart and was looking for a pre and prebiotic supplement. I couldn't find it in regular vitamins so I enlisted help from one of the workers. She told me there were no supplements at the price listed on my phone and only walmart had those prices and was very loud in tone and as I kept looking she got louder. My phone showed the supplement was in feminine care so I asked her where feminine care was and she said only pads etc. we're in that dept. However I always follow the instructions on the instacart app and low and behold the item was in feminine products at the price listed. I thanked her for helping anyway and she just looked at me with this angry look on her face.

I also went to BBB in Littleton, no different. They also have a new brand of products, I forgot the name but it looks cheap.

Very clean and organized store. Probably the best bath and beyond I've gone too. Friendly and attentive service. And plenty of choices for the different rooms in your house. I definitely found the bedding set I wanted at a good price and it pays off to have the beyond membership.

I love this bed bath and beyond so don't get me wrong or anything.. they have basically everything you need and more.. but my only complaint is that they don't have more tea kettles for stove top or electric. It seems like you would think that they have alot more then they do.. but they don't.. they seem to only care about coffee drinkers and not so much tea drinkers.

They had the wool dryer balls I was looking for. A bit difficult finding them. I looked for someone to help but couldn't find anyone so I called the store from my location in cleaning/laundry supplies. A helpful young man came and showed me where they were!

One of the only stores that is properly staffed and actually has sales associates willing to help you and answer any questions. I have a lot of respect for this company not cutting their labor costs to save a buck. And they always honor their 20% coupons. My sister and I went to this store last week. Every single person was very positive and was willing to help us. We had an issue that the cashier couldn’t fix so she called for her supervisor, Kim. Kim did her best but she couldn’t find the solution either. Then she called her boss Ann. Ann spent good time with us and was very creative in finding solution. She was knowledgeable and positive. She asked very good questions and finally solved our issue. I am very happy with Bed Bath and Beyond service in general and specifically with Ann in this store. Thank you very much Ann!

It's funny to think I go to this store about once a year for Christmas presents, seems that they have an awesome selection for at least a few people in my family. It's always busy but with the way the store is set up I never feel crowded. Gotta appreciate the good attitude the cashiers and other employees have since I'm sure they deal with tons and tons of people through out the year let alone the holidays! So for that thanks guys!

Scored a great deal on a toaster oven. On sale for $20. Worth the drive over there. Appreciate the effort of the staff there on their safety measures. Great job and store looks great. Was somewhat concerned about a guest who was allowed in with out a proper mask. She was allowed in and interacted with staff with only her visor from her head to cover her nose/mouth area. Super dangerous and inconsiderate of others.

Thought I would run through here quickly while stopping at the Target next door, as I had just moved apartments. As a mid-20s male, I figured I'd be in and out in 10 minutes with nothing in hand. An hour later, following great interactions with the staff, I left a few hundred dollars lighter. Great selection and prices. Will return for home items.

Came in to look for eye makeup remover that I couldn't find anywhere else. I didn't have much hope. On the way to the aisle I saw some cute reading glasses at a low price. Keeping those in mind I looked for the eye makeup remover. It wasn't in that aisle but I did find a cleanser that I love and also had a hard time finding in stores. Picked that up, turned the corner and found the eye makeup remover! Grabbed the glasses on the way to the checkout. The associate was friendly, professional and quick. A super experience!

I asked if they carried a ricer and the woman straight up said “no, we never have” without even trying to look. Then while we were both still in that same spot I noticed what I was looking for, showed it to her, and she just walked away lol. The cashier was obviously having a bad day, which I get. But I felt like I was imposing. I mean... they have everything I need, and with the 20% coupon it’s usually a fair price so I’ll put up with it. Besides, I’ve worked retail. It sucks.

My cashier Fran, was FABULOUS!! She worked VERY hard to get me the product I wanted. It wasn't in the store (as the website said) but she found 2 other people to help me and when they still couldn't find it she helped me order it online, had it shipped to my house (for free)! Bed Bath and Beyond is great place to get all of your household items. We went to purchase bathroom pieces and scented sticks. The prices are reasonable but the best way to shop there is with coupons that you get by getting on their mailing list. They periodically send the coupons in 5,10 and 20$. And the coupons say they expire but we have never had them turn one down. I highly recommend this store.

I love the store went in just for pillows but walk out with more. The only issue was the Male cashier at register 5 at about 6 pm 1/12/2020 , he was nice till I wanted to sign up for the 20 percent off right then and there. He started getting impatient and even started sighing almost grunting like we were wasting his time or keeping him from something. The person behind me asked him if she should wait for him or go to register 2 and answered her in a rude manner, he replied you can do whatever you like.

They didn't have a selection, specifically jumbo, of space saver vacuum bags..I had to go to target. I was going to target then in the parking lot I noticed bed bath and beyond. I was so happy I didn't have to go into target! It's overcrowded and not a lot of fun to shop. I shopped happily for 35 minutes until the product I wanted couldn't be found then when I went to purchase the other items the lines were too long.

Awesome place for bargain. Take every single one of the coupons you've received in the mail, whether or not they are expired they will always honor them. Large selection of k cups (and you can sample!). Its always worth checking out their online return rack too.

Bed bath and beyond is good for all bed bath and beyond products (go figure). I bought an oil diffuser and am very happy with it. The staff were very helpful when we couldn't find it. The checkout was busy, but the line moved fast and efficiently. This place is huge, but it's efficient.

It's just OK. They carry a lot of great products but the store is entirely devoid of employees except at checkout. As a result, customer service is not existent and much of the store feels vacant and kind of creepy.

No real clearance department. Seems like the store is mainly only new stuff. Not as many mark downs or clearance items for sure. Visited a lot of Bed Bath and Beyond stores. This one of the stores with items that are priced a bit higher. At checkout they did not offer to email me my receipt?

Went there to pick up a couple of little small plug-in coolers how cool my truck down a little bit been having trouble with my air condition they work pretty good but you do have to put the filters in the refrigerator so they can cool down it make their cool air coming out of the cooler little bit better

I had a great shopping experience on Labor Day. Apparently it was the day students were moving into college dorms ... so the store was swamped with students and parents. In spite of the crowd, I received outstanding assistance in finding what I needed. The checkout line was scary long -- but there were 15 cashiers working at the check out lanes. I doubt if I waited longer than 3 minutes. Well done to the employees and supervisors!

When I read a complaint that is very general in nature, I generally think it is by a competitor. I dont (sic) know if that is the case here. My experience was very different. I just bought a very attractive, bamboo, over-the-toilet space-saver today. Yes, I had the 20% off coupon and the net price was very good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. When the original salesperson couldn't answer my technical questions about the cabinet, she immediately called over someone who could. Out of curiosity, I asked the cashier about "all the TV Infomercial" products" the store supposedly carries. "They sell well," was the answer. This, to me, is just good business. I generally shop quality and price. I got a good deal and the entire experience was pleasant.

Had to make some returns last weekend of items that I had gotten off my registry. They had been recalled the day after I got them. Because of the recall I was suppose to have to call the company that manufactured them, but given I got them a day ago and they had never been opened it seemed like Bed Bath & Beyond should handle. I did curbside pickup. They have much to learn from Walmart and Target. You call a number and it gives you a menu and then rings and rings. Eventually someone picked up. She was so pleasant and helpful. They came out with my order and I just had to show my driver's license. Not bad but I have to down hrade because of the calling in menu feature it was annoying. Until next time. I'm sure they'll keep tweeking it.

This store has a huge selection of home goods. This was my first time at a Bed Bath and Beyond, and I had a great experience. My fiancée and I visited to register for our wedding. They assigned us an employee, John, to walk us around and guide us as we scanned item after item. At first, I was irritated they sent someone with us to register, but John was cool and very helpful. And once we were done, we realized just how long it would have taken without him. Mostly high end brands, and thus price tags, however, many departments also had affordable options. All around a great place to shop for the house.

Nice, prime location for Bed, Bath and Beyond. The store is pretty big and when it's busy they have lots of checkout lines open. There is much more upstairs but the escalator layout isn't the most obvious. The return counter is in a weird spot too. Parking is never a problem. Don't forget their coupons never expire.

Great place for kitchen gadgets! Everything from skinny brushes for stainless steel straws, to a great selection of kitchen timers, to every kind of utensil you could ever need! And that's just the the wall of kitchen gadgets! You can buy bathroom stuff, sheets, towels, small appliances, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, stuff to make you home small good, lots & lots of EVERYTHING!!!

I like bed bath and beyond. I used to go more often, when they were next to the Cherry Creek Mall. They have so much fun stuff to look at. And while their stuff is not cheap, I don't think it is too expensive. And since it is easy to find their coupons, it normalises their prices even more. We just bought a wedding register gift. They have a FREE gift wrap station for this. Believe it or not, this was lots of fun. And Since they are right next to Target now, you can get 2 shopping spot errands with one trip.

I love Bed Bath & Beyond. When I heard they were opening by Target, in Glendale, I had to go. Alas, the holidays came and went, but I finally made it in, and WOW! When you enter most Bed Bath & Beyond, the entrance is packed tight with merchandise, with displays directly inside the front door. It's an assault on the senses. Nope, not this new Bed Bath & Beyond. You walk in and the amount of space hits you. You feel comfortable, and there is room to walk, wander, and just be. Like I said, I love Bed Bath & Beyond. One stop shopping for many of your necessities. Whatever you need, you will most likely find it, that is, except for groceries. There is a big retail store next store, so you can go in there and get your groceries, when you are finished with BBB. I like the feel, the layout of this store. The aisles are wide, and there is plenty of room to maneuver around. The displays are clean, and look nice. Customer Service is very good, but not in your face. The prices are what you would expect here, but bring your coupons that you receive in the mail, as they will come in handy. We don't shop at BBB unless we have our coupons, so save them up. There is a new section in this location, a "try before you buy," of COFFEE! Yes, COFFEE!!! Of course, I just had to try a cup, or two! They have a coffee bar area, where employees will demonstrate various keurig coffee makers, etc., and you can sample a cup of coffee before you purchase the box of kcups, to make sure it's just your "cup of coffee," or "cup of tea." There is plenty of lighting, and it's just plain fun to wander around, looking at everything that the store caries. You will probably leave with things that you didn't even know you needed! Bring those coupons! Thanks, Bed Bath & Beyond for opening shop in the Glendale area. It is truly appreciated.

We wanted to buy a Dyson DC58 vacuum But they were sold out so one of their outstanding sales associates called out Bed Bath & Beyond store in Omaha, Ne. to see if they carried this vacuum and they did not. This associate ordered this online for us and had it shipped to our home in Omaha, Ne. This entire process took at least 30 minutes. Have never had such service anywhere else that I can recall.

What do you say about a global giant like BBB? You love it when you're getting married and hate it when you have to buy someone a gift for their wedding. Surely by now everyone knows about their 20% coupons you get in the mail. They're the only way to go on a single item purchased. One of the great things about BBB is that you can exchange or return anything. I've had to replace a humidifier twice now and there's no questions asked as long as you have the receipt. AS LONG AS you have the receipt. It's 2015 people - who keeps receipts?? Luckily for you I know you're about 5 years behind in technology so I not only kept the box, but I put the receipt in the box. That's right people, making exceptions for the global giants that still use pencil and paper for business.
